Measurement of the w boson and top quark masses at CDF
We report on the measurements of the W boson and top-quark masses with the CDF II detector in p{bar p} collisions at {radical}s = 1.96 TeV at the Fermilab Tevatron. We highlight the major features and uncertainties for the W mass measurement. The top-quark mass measurements are presented in each t{bar t} decay channels. The combination of the most precise measurements from CDF to date leads to M{sub top} = 172.4 {+-} 1.5(stat.) {+-} 2.2(sys.) GeV/c{sup 2}, corresponding to a relative uncertainty of 1.5%

Electroweak and top physics at CDF in Run II
The CDF experiment at the Tevatron has used p{bar p} collisions at {radical}s = 1.96 TeV to measure the production cross sections of W and Z bosons using several leptonic final states. An indirect measurement of the W width and the ratio of tau and electron electroweak couplings have been extracted. The forward-backward charge asymmetry, A{sub FB}, in Drell-Yan dilectron production has been measured up to an invariant mass of 600 GeV/c{sup 2}. CDF has also started looking for WW production in the dilepton channel, WW{prime} {yields} ll{prime}vv, with the aim of measuring its cross section and derive limits on the anomalous WWZ and WW{gamma} couplings. The presence of a top quark signal in the Tevatron data has been reestablished by measuring the top quark pair production cross section in the dilepton channel, t{bar t} {yields} WbW{bar b} {yields} {bar l}v{sub l}bl{prime}{bar v}{sub l{prime}}{bar b} and in the lepton plus jets channel, t{bar t} {yields} WbW{bar b} {yields} q{bar q}lbl{bar b}{sub l}{bar b} + {bar l}v{sub l}bq{bar q}{prime}{bar b}. A pre-tagged lepton plus jets sample has also been used to reconstruct the top quark mass
Measurement of the forward backward asymmetries of E+ E- ---> Z ---> B anti-B and E+ E- ---> Z -> C anti-C using prompt leptons.
The forward-backward asymmetries of the processes e(+) e(-) → Z → b (b) over bar and e(+)e(-) → Z → c (c) over bar were measured from a sample of hadronic Z decays collected by the DELPHI experiment between 1993 and 1995. Enriched samples of b (b) over bar and c (c) over bar events were obtained using lifetime information. The tagging of b and c quarks in these samples was based on the semileptonic decay channels b/c → X + mu and b/c → X + e combined with charge flow information from the hemisphere opposite to the lepton. Combining the A(FB)(b (b) over bar) and A(FB)(c (c) over bar) measurements presented in this paper with published results based on 1991 and 1992 DELPHI data samples, the following pole asymmetries were obtained: A(FB)(0,b) = 0.1021 +/- 0.0052 (stat) +/- 0.0024 (syst) A(FB)(0,c) = 0.0728 +/- 0.0086 (stat) +/- 0.0063 (syst) The effective value of the weak mixing angle derived from these measurements is sin(2) theta(W,eff)(lept) = 0.23170 +/- 0.00097

Search for a CP-odd Higgs boson decaying to Zh in pp collisions at root s=8 TeV with the ATLAS detector
See paper for full list of authors – 13 pages plus author list + cover pages (30 pages total), 5 figures, 2 tables, submitted to Phys. Lett. B, All figures including auxiliary figures are available at https://atlas.web.cern.ch/Atlas/GROUPS/PHYSICS/PAPERS/HIGG-2013-06/International audienceA search for a heavy, CP-odd Higgs boson, , decaying into a boson and a 125 GeV Higgs boson, , with the ATLAS detector at the LHC is presented. The search uses proton--proton collision data at a centre-of-mass energy of 8 TeV corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 20.3 fb. Decays of CP-even bosons to or pairs with the boson decaying to electron or muon pairs are considered, as well as decays with the boson decaying to neutrinos. No evidence for the production of an boson in these channels is found and the 95% confidence level upper limits derived for \sigma (gg\rightarrow A) \times \mbox{BR}(A \rightarrow Zh) \times \mbox{BR}(h \rightarrow f\bar{f}) are 0.098--0.013 pb for and 0.57--0.014 pb for in a range of 220--1000 GeV. The results are combined and interpreted in the context of two-Higgs doublet models
Observation of the decay B-c(+/-) -> J/psi pi(+/-) and measurement of the B-c(+/-) mass
The B-c(+/-) meson is observed through the decay B-c(+/-) -> J/psi pi(+/-), in data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2.4 fb(-1) recorded by the Collider Detector at Fermilab II detector at the Fermilab Tevatron. A signal of 108 +/- 15 candidates is observed, with a significance that exceeds 8 sigma. The mass of the B-c(+/-) meson is measured to be 6275.6 +/- 2.9(stat) +/- 2.5(syst) MeV/c(2)
Measurement of the B-c(+) meson lifetime using the decay mode B-c(+)-> J/psi e(+)nu(e)
We present a measurement of the B-c(+) meson lifetime in the decay mode B-c(+) -> J/psi e(+) nu(e) using the Collider Detector at Fermilab II detector at the Fermilab Tevatron Collider. From a sample of about 360 pb(-1) of pp collisions at root s = 1.96 TeV, we reconstruct J/psi e(+) pairs with invariant mass in the kinematically allowed range 4 < M-J/psi e < 6 GeV/c(2). A fit to the decay-length distribution of 238 signal events yields a measured B-c(+) meson lifetime of 0.463(-0.065)(+0.073) (stat) +/- 0.036 (syst) ps
