Case of severe liver damage in COVID-19
The 2019 outbreak of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) caused by severe acute coronavirus 2 respiratory syndrome (SARS-CoV-2) has been a global concern since December 2019. Although most patients with COVID-19 have mild clinical manifestations, in about 5% of these patients the disease eventually progresses to severe lung injury or even multiple organ dysfunction. This situation presents various problems for hepatology. In the context of liver damage in patients with COVID-19, several key problems need to be addressed. For example, it is important to determine whether a SARS-CoV-2 can directly enter the liver, especially when it appears that ACE2 is marginally expressed in hepatocytes. In addition, the mechanisms underlying liver dysfunction in patients with COVID-19 are multifactorial and are associated with hyperinflammation, dysregulated immune responses, abnormal coagulation, and drugs. The article describes the potential pathogenesis of liver damage associated with COVID-19. Histopathological evidence suggests a marked disruption of the intrahepatic network of blood vessels secondary to systemic changes caused by a virus that can trigger a coagulation cascade and damage the endothelial layer of blood vessels. There is also a clinical case of polyethylene damage to the liver in a young man who led to death. Against the background of infection COVID-19 he developed massive thrombosis of the liver vessels, followed by the development of necrosis — fibrosis — cirrhosis — acute liver failure, which caused death

It ensures the food and nutritional sustainability of the country exclusively at the local regional level. The purpose of the research is to examine the role of farming in ensuring nutritional security and food stability based on the analysis of the Food Sustainability Index (FSI). Research methods: modeling, abstraction, analogy, analysis, synthesis, formalization, logical abstraction, theoretical cognition, systematization and classification, abstract-logical, etc. Results. Having analyzed the Food Sustainability Index for 2018, it has been established that there is a lack of a clear relationship between the pace of economic development and the level of food and nutritional sustainability. In addition, this study has identified the countries with the largest number of small farms, as well as the number of farms within the region. The correlation between the size of the farm and the area of agricultural land that it cultivates has been determined. The problems faced by small farms in the process of their activity have been analyzed. The programs implemented in the field of agro-industrial complex development by international profile institutions have been systematized. Particularly, the regional structure of agricultural development programs under the guidance of IFAD is defined, as well as the areas to which they are directed. Specific measures taken by governments to stimulate the development of small farms have been outlined. Reasonable conclusions have been formed based on the study. The direction of future research is seen in the assessment of the export potential of small farms in terms of range, volume of export deliveries and geographical direction of movement of their products.Сучасні малі фермерські господарства є важливою ланкою в структурі світового агропромислового комплексу. Це забезпечує стабільність продовольства та харчування країни виключно на місцевому регіональному рівні. Метою дослідження є вивчення ролі сільського господарства у забезпеченні харчової безпеки та продовольчої стабільності на основі аналізу індексу харчової стійкості (FSI). Методи дослідження: моделювання, абстракція, аналогія, аналіз, синтез, формалізація, логічне абстрагування, теоретичне пізнання, систематизація та класифікація, абстрактно-логічний тощо. Результати. Проаналізувавши Індекс продовольчої стійкості за 2018 рік, було встановлено, що відсутній чіткий зв’язок між темпами економічного розвитку та рівнем продовольчої та харчової сталості. Крім того, це дослідження визначило країни з найбільшою кількістю малих фермерських господарств, а також кількість фермерських господарств у межах регіону. Визначено співвідношення між розміром господарства та площею сільськогосподарських угідь, які воно обробляє. Проаналізовано проблеми, з якими стикаються малі фермерські господарства в процесі своєї діяльності. Систематизовано програми, що реалізуються міжнародними профільними інституціями у сфері розвитку АПК. Зокрема, визначено регіональну структуру програм розвитку сільського господарства під керівництвом МФСР, а також напрямки, на які вони спрямовані. Окреслено конкретні заходи, що вживаються урядами для стимулювання розвитку малих фермерських господарств. За результатами дослідження зроблені обґрунтовані висновки. Напрям майбутніх досліджень вбачається в оцінці експортного потенціалу малих фермерських господарств за асортиментом, обсягом експортних поставок та географічним напрямком руху їх продукції
Vasily Titov’s Two-choir Concertos in Light of Nikolai Diletsky’s Amplification Theory
Of special relevance in the research of Russian music of the Baroque period are the methods of analysis that appeal to the music theory textbooks of that time. This article examines for the first time the theory of amplification developed by Nikolai Diletsky in his treatise Musikiyskaya grammatika [Musical Grammar]: the most significant techniques are disclosed of expansion of composition, which include exact repetition and various types of varied repetition, including modal, metric-rhythmic and melodic transformations of the musical material. It is suggested that the models of the ascending and descending motion, according to Diletsky, the so-called ascents and descents, are also means of amplification. The main aim of the article is the study of the music of the most significant composer of the partesny style, Vasily Titov from the point of view of Diletsky’s theory. The main object of the research is provided by eight two-choir concertos by Titov, the scores of which have been compiled and edited by the author of the article and are presently being prepared for publication. In this work the techniques of expansion of composition are revealed and characterized, their similarities or differences with the examples offered in Musikiyskaya grammatika [Musical Grammar] are established. It is shown that the multitude of techniques of exposition and the development of the material in Titov’s music exceed the usual “tutorial” schemes. Thus, the composer seldom turns to precise repetition, instead, applying timbral-textural variation, including the chorale rule, i.e., antiphonal juxtaposition of the choruses, basing himself on simple or canonic imitations of the respective choruses. Melodic transformations, such as, for instance, inversions are not only given in consecutive juxtapositions with the prime versions, but also combining together the prime and inverted versions in simultaneous sounding. It is established that Titov expands the ambitus of the models of ascending motion suggested by Diletsky, and also makes broad use of the rule of mixing together the types of motion (mixta), forming his own synthetic models. In his artistic realization of the typified schemes, Titov makes use of harmonic and contrapuntal means in a masterful way, achieving great artistic results. Role of omega-3 unsaturated acids in prevention and treatment of different diseases (part 1)
Currently, one of the most discussed issue in medicine is importance of omega-3 fatty acids for human body. There are several types of omega fatty acids: omega-9, omega-6 and omega-3 polyunsaturated lipids. There are clear distinctions among them, both by chemical structure, and by influence on human body. It is the excess of omega-6 that leads to sluggish inflammatory process in the vascular walls, joints, heart and brain. The article covers action mechanisms and effects of omega-3 fatty acids in different diseases. The questions of correlation of omega-6 and omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids in nutrition are considered, as well as norms of consuming omega-3 fatty acids in prevention and treatment of different diseases

The search uses proton--proton collision data at a centre-of-mass energy of 8 TeV corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 20.3 fb. Decays of CP-even bosons to or pairs with the boson decaying to electron or muon pairs are considered, as well as decays with the boson decaying to neutrinos. No evidence for the production of an boson in these channels is found and the 95% confidence level upper limits derived for \sigma (gg\rightarrow A) \times \mbox{BR}(A \rightarrow Zh) \times \mbox{BR}(h \rightarrow f\bar{f}) are 0.098--0.013 pb for and 0.57--0.014 pb for in a range of 220--1000 GeV. The results are combined and interpreted in the context of two-Higgs doublet models
