Get PDFOleh karena itu garapan tari ini diberi judul Cempaka Gadang karena penata mengangkat karakter dari Ni Diah Ratna Cempaka Gadang selain itu mirah Cempaka Gadang adalah sebuah simbol kasih sayang yang diberikan oleh Batara Taya dan memiliki unsur magis yang kuat di dalamnya yang mempengaruhi perubahan karakter dari seorang Ni Diah Ratna Cempaka Gadang.
Gamelan yang penata gunakan adalah gamelan Angklung Kebyar. Gamelan Angklung biasanya dipergunakan untuk upacara Pitra Yadnya tetapi, Penata ingin mentransformasikan gamelan ini menjadi sebuah pengiring tari kreasi dan gamelan ini dianggap mampu mendukung suasana yang disampaikan oleh penata. Penata menggunakan gamelan Angklung Kebyar 4 (empat) nada yaitu (nding, ndong, ndeng, dan ndung) dengan laras selendro karena pada saat ini kekebyaran sudah sangat sering dipadukan dalam jenis musik apa saja tidak hanya terdapat pada Gong Kebyar saja, dengan itu penata ingin menawarkan sesuatu yang baru dengan menggunakan gamelan Angklung Kebyar.
Bentuk garapan ini adalah tari kreasi putri keras, dengan ditarikan dalam bentuk kelompok berjumlah 5 (lima) orang penari putri. Garapan ini dibagi menjadi 5 (lima) bagian yaitu flashback, pepeson, pengawak (pengawak I dan pengawak II), pengecet dan terakhir pekaad. Kostum yang penata gunakan adalah busana yang mengambil unsur-unsur dari busana India. Kebetulan penata menggunakan cerita dari India dan penata mempergunakan lelancingan pada bagian awal agar terlihat lebih anggun, terjadi perubahan kostum bagian bawah (lelancingan) pada saat perubahan karakter tari. Penatapun tetap memikirkan unsur kesederhanaan agar tidak mengganggu ruang gerak penari
Pengaruh Variasi Kecepatan Agitasi pada Produksi Β-Glukan dari Saccharomyces cerevisiae
Get PDFβ-glucan is very interesting to study because of a variety of benefits that it provides. Saccharomyces cerevisiae is a unicellular yeast which has a β-glucan component of the biggest in the cell wall. This study aimed to describe the effect of agitation speed on the production of β-glucan from S. cerevisiae. Agitation speed plays an important role in cell growth. This research used agitation speed at 80 rpm, 120 rpm and 200 rpm. The research design used was a completely randomized design with three replications. During the fermentation in sixteen hours, several parameters were examined including cell number, pH, glucose and protein of the medium and the crude β-glucan. β-glucan extraction procedures done by adding NaOH 2% solution to the fermented product. Then, the supernatant was neutralized with acetic acid solution. To get the crude deposits of β-glucan, ethanol 96% was added in volume as three times of the supernatant. Production of β-glucan was increas along with the growth of the cell.Data analysis was performed using one way ANOVA test followed by LSD analysis. Production of β-glucan increases with cell growth. pH value, the concentration of carbon source and nitrogen source on the substrate decreased during the fermentation process. β-glucan production also increased as the rising of agitation speed from the 80 rpm until 200 rpm. Rate of β-glucan production in 80 rpm, 120 rpm and 200 rpm were 18.19 μgL-1/ hour, 40.42 μgL-1/ hour, 44.03 μgL-1/ hour, respectively. Based on the experiment results, the most optimum agitation speed for beta-glucan were respectively 200 rpm with beta-glucan content reached 1624.44 µg/L

This musical performance can be categorized as a multifunctional Tambourine ensemble performed not only in religious rituals, but also in other ceremonies for circumcision, wedding, ngaruwat bayi (ritual cleansing and purification for children), or ngaruwat bumi (earth cleansing and purification rituals), and so on. The problem to be studied comprises the function and structure of performance of Kesenian Terbang Medal Keramat Cempaka Mulya in Sukamukti village, Majalaya subdistrict, Bandung regency. The study employed an analytic descriptive method using an ethnomusicological approach. The data were collected through observation, interview, literature review, and documentation. By this method, the author can describe how the Kesenian Terbang Medal Keramat Cempaka Mulya in Sukamukti village, Majalaya subdistrict, Bandung regency performs in Ngaruwat Bumi ceremony. Ngaruwat Bumi ceremony starts with Ijab Qabul (Muslim marriage contract) and Tawasulan (Islamic prayer). In this event, Kesenian Terbang Medal Keramat Cempaka Mulya performs Terbang Buhun. Subsequently, the celebration event was held by involving the community to presents the songs of joy. In this event, Kesenian Terbang Medal Keramat Cempaka Mulya performs Terbang Bangreng and Terbang Akrobat.

The goal is to educate the public, especially the PDM Market buying and selling community, so that they can have a better muamalah. The material provided consists of managing business finances and good food processing during a pandemic. As a result, members of this community can determine the selling price of food products appropriately, optimize the profits that will be generated, process food with good sanitation and hygiene and can apply it to realize food safety for consumers.Pengabdian masyarakat menjadi bagian yang penting untuk dilakukan. Termasuk saat kondisi pandemi ini dimana kegiatan yang biasanya berlangsung secara tatap muka, kini menjadi sedikit berbeda yaitu dengan menggunakan platform online. Namun, hal tersebut tidak mengurangi esensi pengabdian itu sendiri. Harapannya kepakaran yang dimiliki oleh dosen tetap dapat tersalurkan dan bermanfaat bagi orang sekitar. Pada pengabdian kali ini mengusung tema yaitu Sharing Session Keuangan Bisnis dan Pengelolaan Pangan Yang Baik di Masa Pandemi. Inilah gaya konsumsi media khususnya anak muda di Indonesia era digital. Sebagai pelajar tingkat Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK), siswa/i masih minim bagaimana mendapatkan informasi dari media massa yang baik dan sesuai kebutuhan. Konten yang menarik dinilai sebagai konten yang menghibur dan memotivasi seseorang menjadi seperti yang dilihat di media sosial. Pengabdian ini bertujuan mengedukasi siswa/i dalam memilah informasi yang tepat dan tidak gegabah menerapkan pola hidup sehat, khususnya dalam mempercayai konten makanan. Berdasarkan landaskan pedoman gizi seimbang, edukasi makanan diterapkan dengan model Isi Piringku, melalui metode studi kasus, peserta mengaku tidak memahami bagaimana sistem kerja media sosial dan “aturan main” mengonsumsi media massa. Sosialisasi ini berupa penyuluhan, kemudian praktik pengecekan data teks pada konten di media massa dan media sosial menggunakan website https://turnbackhoax.id dan atau Google Fact Check, memahami konsumsi makanan sesuai Isi Piringku. Responden menyatakan bahwa 56,3% mengetahui tentang konsep ‘Isi Piringku’, namun belum memahami konsep berlandaskan Gizi Seimbang. Dalam sikap dan praktik belum banyak menerapkan rekomendasi Gizi Seimbang tersebut. Melalui kegiatan penyuluhan, siswa mendapat pemahaman mengenai nutrisi yang tepat untuk kebutuhan asupan sehari-hari serta proses simulasi Isi Piringku.The mass media is an important role in the development of information. Also, social media has now become a reference for someone looking for more concise and interesting information. This is the style of media consumption by society, especially young people in Indonesia. As students at SMK Merah Putih Bekasi, students still lack information on how to manage mass media properly and according to their needs. Interesting content is considered as content that can entertain and motivate someone to be like what is seen on social media. The purpose of this service is to educate students in sorting out the right information and not being careless in applying it in everyday life, especially in trusting food content. This content is considered to still provide an unbalanced understanding of a person's nutritional needs. Based on the guidelines for balanced nutrition, education was distributed under the theme Isi Piringku. Through the case study method, participants admitted they did not understand how the social media system works and the "rules of the game" for consuming mass media. The educational method is counseling, then the practice of checking text data for each content on mass media and social media using the website https://turnbackhoax.id and/ or Google Fact Check Tools, honing skills in consuming food according to the contents of Isi Piringku. In general, respondents had heard of the term Isi Piringku, but did not fully understand the concept based on Balanced Nutrition. In terms of attitude and practice, it can be said that not many of the recommendations for balanced nutrition have been implemented. Through counseling activities, students gain an understanding of proper nutrition for their daily intake needs and are supplemented by the Isi Piringku simulation process. Kemampuan guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran tematik di SDN 3 Cempaka Mulia Barat
Get PDFPembelajaran tematik menggunakan tema untuk mengaitkan beberapa mata pelajaran sehingga dapat memberikan pengalaman bermakna terhadap peserta didik. SDN 3 Cempaka Mulia Barat adalah sekolah dasar yang sistem pembelajarannya menggunakan pembelajaran tematik. Namun, guru kelas I (Satu) sampai III (Tiga) merasa kesulitan mengenai penerapan pembelajaran tematik dalam mengaitkan materi antara mata pelajaran satu dengan yang lainnya kepada peserta didik dan pembuatan RPP tematik. Oleh karena itu, penulis tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai “Kemampuan Guru Dalam Menerapkan Pembelajaran Tematik Di SDN 3 Cempaka Mulia Barat”. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini yaitu: 1) bagaimana kemampuan guru dalam menyusun perencanaan pembelajaran tematik, 2) bagaimana kemampuan guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran tematik, 3) bagaimana kemampuan guru melakukan evaluasi pembelajaran tematik di SDN 3 Cempaka Mulia Barat.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek adalah guru kelas I, II dan III Sedangkan informan adalah kepala sekolah dan Kepala TU SDN 3 Cempaka Mulia Barat. Analisis data dengan 4 tahap yaitu, Data Collection, Data Reduction, Data Display, Conclusing Drawing. Data di anggulasi dengan menggunakan teknik dan sumber.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Kemampuan guru dalam menyusun perencanaan pembelajaran tematik di SDN 3 Cempaka Mulia Barat dari guru kelas I, II dan III pada aspek pembuatan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP) tematik hanya guru kelas III (Tiga) N yang membuat sendiri. Pada aspek menyusun langkah-langkah, menyusun alat, media serta menyusun penilaian pembelajaran tematik guru sudah melakukan tetapi masih ada yang tidak sesuai RPP. 2) Kemampuan guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran tematik di SDN 3 Cempaka Mulia Barat guru kelas I, II dan III terdapat beberapa kegiatan yang belum dilaksanakan seperti kegiatan pendahuluan apersepsi, asosiasi sedangkan kegiatan inti hanya kegiatan menanya dan mengamati dan kegiatan penutup guru belum melakukan kegiatan refleksi berdasarkan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP) tematik yang dimiliki oleh masing-masing guru. 3) Kemampuan guru melaksanakan evaluasi pembelajaran tematik di SDN 3 Cempaka Mulia Barat belum semua aspek dilakasanakan guru dalam melakukan penilaian pembelajaran tematik terhadap peserta didik guru hanya melakukan aspek pengetahuan mengerjakan soal-soal berdasarkan buku K13.
ABSTRACT
Thematic learning uses themes to relate several subjects so as to provide a meaningful experience to learners. SDN 3 Cempaka Mulia Barat is an elementary school whose learning system uses thematic learning. However, teachers in grades I (One) to III (Tiga) find it difficult regarding the application of thematic learning in linking the material between subjects with each other to learners and the creation of thematic RPP. Therefore, the author is interested in conducting further research on "Teacher’s Ability to Apply Thematic Learning In SDN 3 Cempaka Mulia Barat". The formulation of the problems in this study is: 1) how is the teacher's ability to prepare thematic learning planning?, 2) how is the teacher's ability in the implementation of thematic learning?, 3) how is the teacher's ability to evaluate thematic learning in SDN 3 Cempaka Mulia Barat?
The research method used in this research was qualitatively descriptive. Data collection used observation, interview, and documentation. The subjects were teachers grades I, II, and III. While the informants were the principal and Head of TU SDN 3 Cempaka Mulia Barat. Data analysis with 4 stages namely, Data Collection, Data Reduction, Data Display, Conclusing Drawing. Data was angulated using technique and source.
The results showed that: 1) The teacher’s ability in preparing thematic learning planning in SDN 3 Cempaka Mulia Barat from teachers in grades I, II and III. It could be known in the results of the interview, aspect of making thematic learning implementation plan (RPP). Only class III (Three) N teacher made his own. In the aspect of drafting steps, compiling tools, media and compiling thematic learning assessments teachers had done but there were still those which were not in accordance with RPP. 2) The teacher’s ability in the implementation of thematic learning in SDN 3 Cempaka Mulia Barat teachers grades I, II and III. It could be known in the results of interview and thematic learning implementation plan (RPP) and the results of researcher observation, there were some activities which were not carried out such as preliminary activities apperception, association had not been carried out while the core activities were only asking and observing activities and the closing activities of teachers had not conducted reflection activities based on thematic learning implementation plan (RPP) owned by each teacher. 3) The teachers’ ability to carry out thematic learning evaluations at SDN 3 Cempaka Mulia Barat. It could be known in the results of the interview, thematic learning implementation plan (RPP) and the results of researcher observation, not all aspects of teacher performance in conducting thematic learning assessments of teacher learners only do aspects of knowledge doing problems based on K13 books facilitated by schools

This research is a qualitative research with a naturalistic descriptive approach. Data collection is done by using interviews, observation, and documentation. Researchers Want to Describe How the Quality of Public Service Standards in Cempaka Room (Postpartum Ponek) RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus, can work well with the community. The author uses 6 (Six) Public Service Standards, 1) Service Procedures, 2) Completion Time, 3) Service Costs, 4) Service Products, 5) Facilities and Infrastructure, 6) Competency of Service Providers.
The results of research and interviews that have been conducted can be concluded that the Quality of Public Service Standards in Cempaka Room (Postpartum Ponek) RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus still found several people who complained about the existing services, namely: (a) The completion time was not good enough in providing inpatient guarantee completion time, because the time of 3x24 hours was still felt to be too short for the recipient of services and the service flow was not yet one door so it needed long time in administrative management, (b) Facilities and service infrastructure contained in Cempaka Room (Postpartum Ponek) dr. Doris Sylvanus Palangka Raya which is still lack of medical aids so it is very difficult in providing health services.
The author's suggestion to improve the quality and service in order to increase community satisfaction can be done by improving in terms of the existence of information boards on administrative service flow on the wall. The Hospital must procure new medical devices to support the quality of hospital health, increase maintenance of Hospital goods facilities and inadequate public facilities
PENGEMBANGAN MODEL LATIHAN TEKNIK SEOI NAGE OLAHRAGA BELADIRI JUDO PADA ATLET CLUB JUDO CEMPAKA PUTIH

Seoi nage adalah teknik bantingan sambil menyabit/menyapu tangkai bagian dalam (Inner Thigh Reapping Throw). Teknik seoi nage ini tergolong teknik yang sulit dan minim variasinya, tetapi tidak sedikit pula juara dunia menggunakan teknik ini dan banyak menghasilkan ippon gachi (menang dengan nilai ippon). Tujuan Pengembangan model latihan ini adalah untuk mengembangkan model latihan teknik seoi nage yang lebih variatif dan inovasi untuk cabang olahraga beladiri Judo. Pada pengembangan model latihan teknik seoi nage dalam cabang olahraga beladiri Judo penulis menggunakan metode R & D (Research and Development). Pengembangan model latihan ini akan dilakukan pada atlet Club Judo Cempaka Putih. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode ADDIE. Ada lima langkah dalam pengembangan model ADDIE, yaitu Analisis, penulis mengamati dan menganalisis atlet melalui pertandingan dan latihan. Desain, suatu proses perancangan kerangka awal yang bersifat kompleks dan sistematis, dimana akan menghasilkan sebuah metode latihan untuk teknik seoi nage. Pengembangan, dalam model latihan seoi nage penulis bersama expert judgement memperoleh tiga model latihan (kumikata, uchikomi & nagekomi). Implementasi, proses dilakukan bersama expert judgement dengan mencoba, mengamati dan menilai model latihan. Evaluasi, merupakan tahap akhir penulis atas model latihan teknik seoi nage yang dapat diterapkan kepada para atlet. Dari 25 pengembangan model latihan expert judgement telah menetapkan dan menyetujui 17 model latihan yang layak digunakan berdasarkan kebutuhan subjek (Club Judo Cempaka Putih). Hasil penelitian ini berupa video tutorial dan buku saku yang berisi petunjuk gerakan model latihan yang sudah dinyatakan valid oleh pakar dalam cabang olahraga beladiri judo, hasilnya pun dapat dijadikan referensi untuk para atlet atau pelatih dalam melakukan program latihan.

Seoi nage is an inner thigh reapping throw technique. This seoi nage technique is classified as a difficult technique and has minimal variations, but not a few world champions use this technique and produce a lot of ippon gachi (win with ippon value). The purpose of developing this training model is to develop a more varied seoi nage technique training model and innovation for Judo. In developing the seoi nage technique training model in Judo, the author uses the R & D (Research and Development) method. The development of this training model will be carried out on Club Judo Cempaka Putih. This study used the ADDIE Method. There are five steps in the development of the ADDIE model, namely Analysis, the author observes and analyzes athletes through matches and exercises. Design, a complex and systematic initial framework design process, will result in a training method for seoi nage techniques. Development, in the seoi nage training model the author together with expert judgement obtained three training models (kumikata, uchikomi & nagekomi). Implementation, the process is carried out with expert judgment by trying, observing and assessing the exercise model. Evaluation, is the author's final stage of the seoi nage technique training model that can be applied to athletes. Of the 25 development of expert judgement training models, 17 training models have been determined and approved based on subject needs (Club Judo Cempaka Putih). The results of this study are in the form of video tutorials and pocket books containing instructions for training model movements that have been declared valid by experts in judo martial arts, the results can also be used as a reference for athletes or coaches in carrying out training programs
Consumer Acceptance on Chocolate Drink Made with a Mixture of Commercial Cocoa Powder and Unfermented Cocoa Powder
Get PDFCocoa is one of the foods that contains polyphenol-rich compounds that act as antioxidants. The processing of cocoa into chocolate products generallycauses a decrease in the number of polyphenols. In the development of chocolate beverage products, it is necessary to evaluate sensory evaluation. The purposeof this study was to determine consumer acceptance, total phenolic content (TPC) and antioxidant activity of chocolate drinks made from commercial cocoa powderadded with unfermented cocoa powder. Seventy-five panellist (17-23 years old) contributed to the consumer acceptance of four samples of chocolate drinks witha ratio of commercial cocoa powder: unfermented cocoa powder = 100%:0%, 90%:10%, 80%:20%, 70%:30%. The sample than was analyzed for its antioxidantactivity using the ascorbic acid equivalent antioxidant capacity and total phenolic content using the Folin-Ciocalteau method. The results showed that the sample witha composition of 100% commercial fermented cocoa had the highest value on each sensory attribute. It had the highest TPC (321.235 mg gallic acid equivalent),antioxidant activity (982 ppm), and inhibition percentage (46%), respectively. Addition of the unfermented cocoa powder composition showed a decrease in the level ofconsumer preference. However, the addition did not significantly affect the total phenolic content, but slightly increased the antioxidant activity. The use of unfermentedcocoa powder for mixing components that are not processed standardly has not been well received by consumers, proper processing of unfermented cocoa powderis required if the polyphenol compound is desired.

As for the purposeof this research is to improve the learning outcomes of students of class V SDN CempakaBaru 01 on social science subjects.The method used is the class action Research withtwo cycles of hypothesis method with two stay two stray can improve the learning resultsof IPS on grade V in SDN Cempaka Baru 01. The results showed that the method canimprove the learning results of tsts cognitive, affective and psychomotor the students insocial science subjects. The results of the student learning experience an increase inclassical and individually. This is due to the use of cooperative learning model of typetwo stay two stray has involved students learn actively and enhance their understandingof the material being taught. In Cycle I, students who complete of 44.83%, cycle II of93.10%. While in the realm of affective in cycle I are classical space being in thecategory is good enough and in cycle II are in the category either.
