Full text linkThis research focused on Sufism of ‘Abdul Wahab al-Sya’rani and studied about the education components which covers: the aspects of purpose and teaching material, the aspects of teacher and students, the aspects of method and strategy in Sufism Education, as well as the relevance of Sufism education by as-Sya’rani with the development of character building. The objectives of this research are: a) To describe what the objectives and teaching materials in Sufism by as-Sya’rani are; b) To describe how the position of the teacher and students in Sufism education by as-Sya’rani is; c) To describe what the method in Sufism education by as-Sya’rani is; d) To describe how relevant the Sufism by as-Sya’rani with the development of character building is. This qualitative research uses hermeneutic approach. The analysis method used in this research is content analysis with the descriptive features. The writer uses the hermeneutic approach because he efforts to describe the facts gained from text containing as-Sya’rani’s thoughts on Sufism education and performs the perception towards the sense of texts in effort to be possibly close to understand the idea of as-Sya’rani’s Sufism education.</jats:p

Full text linkThe results of initial observations at SDN Jambringin 2 Proppo District, Pamekasan Regency in the implementation of learning have used the demonstration method, but the average student learning outcomes are still relatively low. Average student learning outcomes are still relatively low. This can be seen from the average pre-action learning outcomes, namely 29% of a total of 14 students failed, 41% were less successful and 30% succeeded well in their studies. This study aims to describe the application of the demonstration method in order to optimize student learning outcomes on simple airplane material in class V semester II SDN Jambringin 2 Proppo District, Pamekasan Regency. This study uses PTK. The implementation of CAR refers to the CAR cycle model by Kemmis and Taggart which includes four stages, namely 1) planning, 2) implementing actions, 3) observing, and 4) reflecting. The results showed that the average learning outcomes of Natural Sciences in identifying the properties of light cycle one was 65.7. There were 11 students out of 20 students who were successful in their studies, as many as 9 students out of 20 students got low marks, the average result of studying Natural Sciences in identifying the properties of light in cycle two was 80.5. there were 19 students out of 20 students who were successful in their studies, as many as 1 student out of 20 students got low grades

Pengaruh kulaitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada usaha Jasa Internet Zaisya Net di Malang

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan atas kenyataan bahwa banyak sekali minat masyarakat terutama mahasiswa yang membutuhkan jasa internet dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Banyaknya usaha jasa internet yang marak di kota Malang ini menimbulkan konsumen dapat membandingkan kualitas pelayanan yang dimiliki usaha jasa internet unutuk memuaskan pelanggan. Seiring dengan banyaknya strategi yang digunakan oleh para pengusaha jasa internet, ada yang menarik dari sisi pengelolaan usaha jasa Internet di kota Malang, yakni salah satu warnet yang dimiliki ZAISYA NET. Melihat dari segmentasi lokasi yang digunakan, warnet ini hampir tidak mungkin menempati pasar yang sangat potensial, hal ini dikarenakan lokasi yang kurang strategis, juga memiliki pesaing yang cukup ketat disekitarnya. Namun, keunikan yang menjadi perhatian peneliti disini, adalah pelanggan yang dominan memadati dan loyal untuk datang ke warnet tersebut. Dan Uniknya lagi, warnet tersebut belum begitu lama berdiri, namun sudah menjadi pesaing yang hebat diantara warnet disekitanya.
Penelitian dilakukan di Kota Malang, Jawa Timur, dari tanggal 10 Agustus 2008 sampai dengan tanggal 9 September 2008 terhadap 55 responden sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling, sedangkan pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Atribut yang dipertimbangkan adalah factor kinerja (performance), ciri atau keistimewaan tambahan (feature), kesesuaian dengan spesifikasi (conformance to specification), serviceability, dan kualitas yang di persepsikan (perceived quality) berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen Zaisya net.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1)(Uji F) didapatkan didapatkan F hitung adalah 19,835 dengan signifikansi 0,000 sedangkan berdasarkan uji T parsial (Uji T) Performance nilaiT hitung 2,305 lebih besar dari T tabel 2,004 dan signifikasi 0,025, Ciri atau keistimewaan tambahan (Feature) nilai T hitung 2,962 dan signifikasi 0,005, Conformance to Specification nilai T hitung 3,113 dengan signifikasi sebesar 0,003, Serviceability T hitung -2,291 dan signifikasi 0,026, dan Perceived Quality T hitung 4,390. (2) Dari uji parsial diketahui variabel perceived quality paling besar nilai T hitungnya sebesar 4,390 dan signifikasinya 0,000.
ABSTRACT
Nowadays, internet service is one of the most important needs which are required for the people, mainly the students. Due to the fact that there are so many internets found in Malang, it stimulates the customers to compare the service satisfaction among one another. ZAISYA NET is one of Warnet in Malang which provides the customers with good service. It can be recognized from the customers which are utilizing the internet service. Many of them are very satisfied with that. Moreover, it is still new and actually it is located far from the people or unreachable area. However, it is become the competitor among others.
This research is conducted in Malang, east java. It was begun from August 10, 2008 to September 9, 2008. The researcher took 55 respondents as the sample of this research. The techniques which are used to take the samples are by accidental sampling, while to collect the data the data used observation, interview and questioner. The factors to be considered are performance, feature, conformance to specification, serviceability and perceived quality which influence to the customers’ satisfaction of Zaisya Net.
The result of this research showed that: (F Test) is to be accounted by F account is 19,835 which its significance 0,000 while test partial of T (T Test) performance the value of T account is 2,305. it is bigger from T table of 2,004 and its significance is 0,025. The feature of the value of T account is 2,962 and it’s significance is 0,005. Conformance to specification the value of T account is 3,113 with its significance is 0,003. serviceability of T account is -2,291 and its significance is 0,026. The last is Perceived quality of T account is 4,390. (2) from the result of the partial test. It was known that the biggest value of T account of the quality variable of Perceived quality is 4,390 with its significance is 0,000

Third; take decisive action to sell the collateral which has been agreed upon.But, if there is a damage of the mudaraba, Bank as Shahibul mall does not want to bear the damage, although it is not caused by the negligence of customer/mudharib. Therefore, Islamic law (Bank Sharia) conclude and decide losses damaged in mudaraba is fault/fasid.

This research is a qualitative research. Collecting data through observation, interviews, and document review. Data analysis in this study uses interactive models such as those developed by Miles and Huberman. The results of the study indicate that; first, the value of transformational leadership which includes four aspects, namely: Idealized Influence or Inspirational Motivation, Intellectual stimulation or intellectual stimulation, Individualized consideration or individual consideration; secondly, the leadership of the head of the madrasa Aliyah Matholi'ul Huda Bugel Jepara has built trust with teachers and employees, through a reliable example of the madrasa principals, the compatibility between what is said and done, the opportunity for teachers and employees to express opinions, give opportunity to take part in duties and responsibilities, also take part in various trainings; third, the quality of the MA Matholi'ul Huda Bugel Kedung Jepara with the title of "very good" with evidence of the superiority of the results of the national and madrasah examinations in the last 3 years always get 100% graduation with an average score of 8.50, many students have achieved achievements Provincial and national level competition
