Analisis Hukum tentang Rukun dan Syarat Wakaf Berbasis Teknologi Digital
Full text linkWakaf merupakan instrumen ekonomi Islam yang memiliki peran penting dalam pembangunan sosial dan kesejahteraan umat. Di era digital, teknologi telah membawa perubahan signifikan terhadap praktik wakaf, memungkinkan transaksi wakaf dilakukan secara daring melalui berbagai platform digital. Penelitian ini menganalisis kepastian hukum wakaf berbasis teknologi digital dengan meninjau penerapan rukun dan syarat wakaf dalam konteks ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan yuridis normatif dengan analisis terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku serta konsep hukum Islam terkait wakaf. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun wakaf digital telah memiliki landasan hukum dalam sistem hukum positif Indonesia, masih terdapat tantangan dalam implementasi dan regulasinya. Faktor-faktor seperti keabsahan akad wakaf daring, perlindungan hukum bagi wakif, serta keamanan data dalam transaksi digital perlu mendapatkan perhatian lebih lanjut. Studi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam memperjelas aspek hukum wakaf digital serta mendorong regulasi yang lebih adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi keuangan Islam

This research will discuss the impact of divorce in Islamic law, especially the obligations of parents towards children after divorce. This research is descriptive analytical in nature, exploring how the child's position is related to the child's rights and the obligations of parents after divorce. The research results show that in the context of Islamic law, divorce is not only seen from a legal perspective, but is also interpreted based on parental principles and ethics. Rentenir memberikan dampak negatif pada kesejahteraan Pedagang Ikan. Kesejahteraan tercapai bila terpenuhinya kebutuhan material dan spiritual, pinjaman modal dari rentenir hanya mampu memenuhi kebutuhan materialnya, namun tidak pada kebutuhan spiritual. Character Construction of Pancasila Student Profiles Through Activities Religion
No full textAbstract: The character profile of Pancasila students is a formulation formed by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology to realize character and morals in accordance with Pancasila values. In this modern era, character degradation is still something that really needs to be considered, the rampant bullying and cases of violence in the world of education are the reasons for the government to continue to improve character by constructing the character profile of Pancasila students in schools through various religious activities. The purpose of this study is to reveal how religious activities are implemented, what are the limiting factors of religious activities, and how the character profile of Pancasila students is constructed through religious activities. This type of research is qualitative with a field study method. In collecting data using interview techniques, observation and documentation. The construction of the character profile of Pancasila students through the habituation of religious activities at SMPN 4 Situbondo every day, such as kissing the teacher's hand at the school gate, followed by congregational Duha prayer, reading juz 30 before learning begins, and reading Asmaul Husna and prayers before going home, in addition there are also extracurricular BTQ and Friday worship every Friday. The implications of this study: become development material in constructing the character profile of Pancasila through the habituation of religious activities internally at SMPN 4 Situbondo. Externally, it becomes reference material in further scientific papers.

Pengaruh BOPO, CAR dan Inflasi terhadap ROA di Perbankan Syariah Indonesia
Full text linkPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh inflasi, Biaya Operasional terhadap Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO), dan Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) terhadap Return on Assets (ROA) pada perbankan syariah di Indonesia. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan bank syariah selama periode tertentu. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara variabel independen (inflasi, BOPO, dan CAR) dengan variabel dependen (ROA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inflasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap ROA, sementara BOPO berpengaruh signifikan negatif, dan CAR menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap ROA. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi bahwa pengelolaan efisiensi operasional dan kecukupan modal sangat penting untuk meningkatkan profitabilitas perbankan syariah, khususnya dalam menghadapi fluktuasi inflasi di Indonesia
Dampak Inflasi Terhadap Pola Konsumsi Masyarakat Indonesia selama Hari Raya Idul Fitri
Full text linkFungsi utama keberadaan manusia adalah mengkonsumsi. Segala sesuatu di alam semesta diciptakan oleh Allah untuk dikelola dan akhirnya dikonsumsi oleh manusia. Oleh karena itu, sangat penting untuk membicarakan pola konsumsi agar sesuai dengan kerangka konsumsi Islami yang ditetapkan oleh Nabi Muhammad SAW. Karena tingkat konsumsi cenderung meningkat selama bulan Ramadan, penting untuk mempelajari pola konsumsi yang membentuk preferensi konsumen Muslim dan memahami bagaimana Idul Fitri mempengaruhi kecenderungan inflasi di Indonesia. Dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini menggunakan analisis bibliometrik. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa Idul Fitri memiliki dampak sebesar 40-45% terhadap model volatilitas inflasi dan terdapat pola peningkatan volatilitas inflasi menjelang Ramadan (Dt 01) dan selama bulan Ramadan. Satu bulan setelah Idul Fitri (Dt 03), volatilitas inflasi cenderung menurun. Hari Raya Idul Fitri (Dt 02). Integration of Science and Religion in Indonesian and Malaysian Students Perception: Is it Different?
Full text linkThe intricate relationship between science and religion has long been a provocative subject of discussion among scholars in higher education. In recent years, the pursuit of integrating these two seemingly disparate fields has emerged as a pivotal approach for universities aiming to evolve into more holistic institutions across diverse scientific disciplines. UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang in Indonesia and the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) are prominent examples of this integration paradigm. This research aims to explore how UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang and IIUM students perceive the interplay between science and religion, particularly in the context of their classroom experiences. Employing a quantitative methodology, this study utilizes a comparative descriptive approach alongside a case study strategy to gather insights. Findings from the research reveal a remarkable consensus among students from both universities. They overwhelmingly agree that a dialogical and integrative typology characterizes the relationship between science and religion. This shared perception underscores a mutual understanding of the relevance and interconnectedness between these two fields. Furthermore, students strongly affirm the effective incorporation of this integration within their classroom learning environments. Such a consensus not only recognizes the relationship but also suggests a positive influence on their educational experiences, reinforcing the idea that the synergy between science and religion can profoundly enrich academic pursuits

However, in learning practices, many students still experience difficulties in understanding moral values due to a uniform learning approach that does not consider individual differences.
