Perspektif Ekonomi Islam terhadap Pengaruh Inflasi pada Fluktuasi Ekonomi Pedagang Sayur di Kota Medan
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh inflasi terhadap kegiatan perekonomian pedagang sayur di Kota Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, melibatkan wawancara mendalam dengan sejumlah pedagang sayur di pasar-pasar tradisional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inflasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga bahan baku dan operasional, yang pada gilirannya mempengaruhi harga jual sayur. Para pedagang menghadapi tantangan dalam menjaga stabilitas pendapatan karena daya beli konsumen yang menurun. Selain itu, kenaikan harga barang kebutuhan pokok lainnya turut memperburuk situasi, sehingga pedagang harus mencari strategi adaptasi, seperti mengurangi jumlah stok atau mencari pemasok alternatif. Penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa perlu adanya intervensi pemerintah dalam bentuk kebijakan penstabil harga dan bantuan subsidi untuk meringankan beban para pedagang kecil, guna memastikan keberlanjutan ekonomi di sektor ini
Potongan Harga secara Sepihak pada Jual Beli Jagung dengan Sistem Tebasan perspektif Sosiologi Hukum Islam
Pemotongan harga secara sepihak pada jual beli jagung dengan sistem tebasan sudah ditentukan secara sepihak oleh penebas. Dalam praktik tersebut petani telah setuju walaupun terdapat unsur keterpaksaan dan ketidakrelaan dalam jual beli. Maka secara hukum Islam jual beli tersebut mengandung unsur gharar (penipuan) karena tidak terpenuhinya prinsip dalam jual beli. Secara sosiologi hukum Islam terdapat beberapa faktor yang membuat masyarakat mempraktikkan jual beli tersebut yaitu faktor ekonomi, budaya, pendidikan dan sosial. Jika dilihat tingkat pengamalan hukum Islam masyarakat masih tergolong rendah karena hukum Islam belum mampu mempengaruhi pola perilaku masyarakat, sehingga perlunya tokoh keagamaan masyarakat yang hendaknya memberikan pemahaman serta edukasi kepada masyarakat untuk mempraktikkan jual beli yang sesuai dengan syariat Islam. Dampak yang dapat diberikan dari praktik pemotongan harga secara sepihak hanyalah dampak negatif karena jual beli yang dilakukan hanya berdampak negatif saja, karena dapat merugikan salah satu pihak dan melanggar ketentuan hukum Islam
Penerapan Restorative Justice dalam Putusan Nomor 63/Pid.B/2021/PN. SKM dan Implikasi Perdamaian Adat dalam Pertimbangan Hakim
Implementasi keadilan restoratif pada putusan perkara pidana nomor 63/Pid.B/2021/PPN.Skm, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan kasus penganiayaan biasa sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 351 ayat (1) KUHP, serta menyoroti peran signifikan perdamaian adat dalam proses pertimbangan hakim. Penelitian ini berakar pada kompleksitas sistem hukum di Indonesia yang senantiasa berupaya menyelaraskan prinsip kepastian hukum formal dengan tuntutan keadilan substantif yang menghargai nilai-nilai kearifan lokal, terutama dalam konteks penyelesaian sengketa pidana. Kerangka analisis dalam penelitian ini dibangun atas fondasi teori hukum pidana, pemahaman mendalam tentang restorative justice sebagai paradigma alternatif penyelesaian konflik, eksplorasi teori peradilan adat yang mengakui eksistensi hukum tidak tertulis, serta perspektif pluralisme hukum yang mengakui koeksistensi beragam sistem hukum. Metodologi yang diterapkan adalah penelitian hukum normatif, yang melibatkan pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach) untuk meninjau regulasi yang relevan, dan pendekatan konseptual (conseptual approach) untuk menganalisis doktrin serta pandangan para ahli hukum. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi kepustakaan (library research), dengan mengidentifikasi dan mengkaji bahan hukum primer (seperti putusan pengadilan, undang-undang, dll.), serta bahan hukum sekunder (berupa jurnal ilmiah, buku dan doktrin hukum). Sebagai kesimpulan, meskipun putusan hakim menunjukkan upaya humanis untuk mencapai keadilan substantif dan mengakomodasi kearifan lokal, penerapannya belum sepenuhnya selaras dengan kerangka hukum positif yang berlaku. Diperlukan harmonisasi regulasi yang lebih jelas untuk memberikan payung hukum bagi praktik restorative justice pada tindak pidana ringan, termasuk pengakuan formal terhadap penyelesaian adat, hal ini untuk menjamin kepastian dan keadilan hukum yang komprehensif
Harmonization of Ethics of Compliance and Autonomy of Thinking in Islamic Boarding Schools in the Perspective of the Qur'an and Hadith
The restriction of the concept of compliance ethics in pesantren is often considered contradictory to the fulfillment of the right to freedom of opinion and the formation of autonomy to think in education. Therefore, this study aims to harmonize the traditional value of obedience in Islamic boarding schools with the need for critical thinking in the review of the Qur'an and Hadith. The type of research is qualitative, using data collection techniques in the form of interviews. The informants included the head of the boarding school and representatives of students from two Islamic boarding schools in the Sarang area, Rembang, Central Java, Indonesia. Data analysis includes; data collection, data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the study found that learning practices and regulations that limit the autonomy of thinking, such as teachers not giving the opportunity to ask questions, strong ethics of obedience make students afraid of being assumed to be disrespectful when often giving criticism and suggestions, regulations that little consideration of students' proposals, seniority in Islamic boarding schools, and the character of caregivers who tend to be authoritarian. Responding to the ethics of obedience and autonomy of thinking, the Qur'an and Hadith provide an overview, including; for teachers to make mutually agreed learning contracts and use modern learning methods; For students, it is recommended to choose good teachers and caregivers, be patient and prejudiced against teachers and obey the teacher's orders while being kind. The autonomy to think and think must still maintain ethics, including speaking well and correctly so that it is not easily misunderstood and disturbs the comfort of others

Mekanisme penetapan pembulatan harga dengan berbasis keadilan, penetapan pembulatan harga di Foto copy dan Percetakan Adz-Dzariyah sudah sesuai dengan prinsip ekonomi Islam karena harga yang ditetapkan tidak mendzalimi pembeli yaitu Foto copy dan Percetakan Adz-Dzariyah mengambil keuntungan pada tingkat kewajaran. Foto copy dan Percetakan Adz-Dzariyah tidak mengambil keuntungan dari hasil pembulatan harga, tetapi sisa dari hasil pembulatan tersebut akan dikumpulkan dan dialihkan untuk dana sosial dan untuk kotak amal masjid. dan penetapan pembulatan harga merupakan titik keseimbangan antara kekuatan penawaran dan permintaan yang disepakati secara rela sama rela oleh penjual dan pembeli
The Islamic Education Teacher Profession: A Q Methodology Study
This study aims to explore students' views of the Islamic Education (PAI) teaching profession and its impact on improving their learning experience. Using Q methodology, this study identified three main factors that influence students' perceptions and how they contribute to the quality of their learning experience in the context of teaching Islamic Education. The first factor is the Teacher's Role in Planned Character Building of Students. This view emphasises the importance of the teacher's role in shaping students' character through careful lesson planning. Students who support this view believe that good planning allows teachers to create a learning environment that supports moral development and akhlaqul karimah, which positively affects their learning experience. The second factor, Conventional and Authentic Assessment as a Tool to Improve Learning, shows that the combination of conventional and authentic assessment is very effective in improving the learning process. Students see that conventional assessment provides a clear frame of reference, while authentic assessment allows a more in-depth and relevant evaluation of students' abilities in real situations. This encourages them to be more critical and reflective in measuring learning progress. The third factor, Development of Learning by PAI Teachers According to Context and Student Needs, highlights the importance of flexibility and adaptation in teaching. This view reflects the belief that PAI teachers who are able to adapt learning methods to the context and needs of students will be more effective in delivering materials and achieving educational goals. Students who support this view are inspired to adopt a student-centred approach, which has the potential to improve the quality of their learning experience. This research shows that students' views on the profession of PAI teachers are strongly influenced by holistic, adaptive and diverse approaches to teaching. By understanding and applying these views, students are expected to develop competence as prospective teachers who are able to provide better and more meaningful learning experiences for their students
Nong Chok Muslim Students’ Perspective on LGBTQ+ Rights Legalization
Thailand is the only Southeast Asian country that is highly progressive in advancing the legalization of same-sex marriage. This development has elicited responses from various segments of society, including Muslim students as part of the minority group. This study examines the perspectives of Muslim students in Bangkok on the increasingly prominent issue of same-sex marriage legalization in Thailand, focusing on their viewpoints, socio-religious aspects, and the influence on their attitudes. The research employs a descriptive quantitative method. Data were collected from 18 Muslim students at an Islamic-based public school in Bangkok using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire. The findings reveal that Islamic values serve as the primary foundation shaping the views and attitudes of Muslim students in rejecting the legalization of same-sex marriage. However, they also exhibit a tolerant attitude in their interactions with LGBTQ+ individuals or communities, reflecting a pluralistic stance as citizens of Bangkok. The implications of this study highlight the importance of Islamic education that integrates Islamic values with pluralism, enabling Muslim students to adapt to a diverse society. Additionally, it offers an academic contribution to the literature on the relationship between religion and pluralism in the context of religious minorities
Not Enough to Memorize but Preserve Memory of the Quran: A Grounded Theory Study
The inability to preserve the memorization of the Quran is a threat to the huffadz in pesantren. Variants of memorization methods do not guarantee the preservation of memorization in the long term. The historical roots that preserve the memorization of the Quran have been recorded since the 6th century, becoming a tradition in the 17th century in Malay culture, then growing within the scope of pesantren in the early 19th century until now. This research aims to analyze and answer the above problems entitled prototype of a’rif al-haqiqqah, al qira’ah bibath’, tashih al-qira’ah (called HBTQ). A comprehensive study was explored using a grounded theory strategy through the Charmaz constructivist approach to construct the HBTQ prototype as a strategy for preserving Quran memorization Ma’had Qur’an Putri Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Syafi’iyah Sukorejo. The research results show that this strategy ensures that every procedure is guaranteed accurate but sweetened with embedded transcendental factors such as setting targets, making a daily schedule, memorizing with tajwid-coded mushaf, having tashih al-tilawah friends, and forming habits al-qira’ah bibath’
The Influence of Learning Environment on Self-Regulated Learning and Learning Outcomes of Students at Ma'had Aly Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Sukorejo
This study aims to analyze the influence of the learning environment on self-regulated learning (SRL) and academic achievement of students at Ma’had Aly Salafiyah Syafi’iyah Sukorejo academic year. Using a quantitative approach with a causal associative design, the study involved 163 students. Instruments used include the Indonesian version of the DREEM Short Form to measure the learning environment, the SRL-SRS (Toering et al., 2012) to assess self-regulated learning, and academic grades as indicators of learning outcomes. Data analysis was performed using the Generalized Additive Models (GAM) due to the non-normal distribution of the dataset. The results of the study showed that the learning environment significantly influenced SRL (F = 55.27; p < 2e-16; adjusted R² = 0.251) with a positive relationship. However, the learning environment did not significantly influence learning outcomes (F = 1.95; p = 0.123; adjusted R² = 0.0354). Other findings showed that SRL significantly influenced learning outcomes (F = 10.15; p < 2e-16; adjusted R² = 0.314). These findings indicate that the learning environment plays an important role in improving SRL among students, and high SRL is associated with better learning outcomes. The study's conclusions confirm that the learning environment plays a dominant role in shaping student independence in learning, which in turn supports their academic achievement. In the context of Islamic boarding schools, strengthening a holistic learning environment is a strategic step in developing independent, critical, and integrated learner
Exploring the Influence of Parental Interaction on Consumptive Behavior: The Mediating Role of Self-Control Among Santri
Santri in Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) are expected to uphold values of simplicity and self-discipline. However, increasing exposure to consumerist culture has challenged these ideals, leading to a rise in consumptive behavior among santri-college students. This study investigates how parental interaction influences consumptive behavior, with self-control acting as a mediating factor. Grounded in a quantitative approach, the study involved 237 santri aged 18–23 years in Yogyakarta, selected through Cluster Random Sampling and refined via Purposive Sampling based on defined criteria. Validated instruments were used to measure parental interaction (Cronbach’s Alpha = 0.85), self-control (α = 0.85), and consumptive behavior (α = 0.96). Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) revealed that while parental interaction does not directly reduce consumptive behavior (p = 0.080), it significantly enhances self-control (p < 0.001), which in turn negatively correlates with consumptive behavior (p < 0.001). These findings underscore the critical role of self-control as a mediator and suggest that strengthening parental interaction may indirectly reduce consumptive tendencies. This research contributes to educational and psychological strategies that support the development of financially wise, disciplined santri aligned with pesantren values
