EFIKASI DIRI SEBAGAI PREDIKTOR PRESTASI KERJA AGEN ASURANSI PT PRUDENTIAL LIFE ASSURANCE INDONESIA CABANG MALANG

Prestasi kerja dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu perbedaan individu, situasional, dan pengaturan perusahaan. PT Prudential Life Assurance Indonesia Cabang Malang memiliki cukup banyak agen asuransi yang tidak mencapai target yang ditetapkan perusahaan dikarenakan agen merasa tidak yakin akan kemampuan dirinya menjual asuransi, masalah tersebut merupakan gambaran efikasi diri agen. Hal ini dapat menghambat kinerja dan merugikan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk; (1) mengetahui gambaran tingkat efikasi diri dan prestasi kerja, (2) mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap prestasi kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dan korelasional dilakukan pada agen asuransi PT Prudential Life Assurance Indonesia Cabang Malang dengan menggunakan seluruh populasi sejumlah 55 orang agen aktif dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data yaitu skala efikasi diri, sedangkan data prestasi kerja diperoleh dari tabel Key Performance Indicators. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana, dan teknik koefisien determinasi sebagai metode prediktor. Dari penelitian ini didapati hasil bahwa efikasi diri berpengaruh secara signifikan dengan nilai 0,000 < 0,05 serta dapat memprediksi prestasi kerja agen asuransi sebesar 43,8%. Sehingga semakin meningkat efikasi diri agen asurasi maka prestasi kerja juga akan meningkat. Saran yang bisa diberikan kepada penelitian selanjutnya adalah lebih memperdalam penelitian pada besaran tingkat kesulitan target kerja dan penggunakan metode perlakuan atau treatment yang tepat untuk membantu permasalahan agen-agen dengan prestasi rendah
Khulafah Al-Rasyidun: Menelaah Kepemimpinan Abu Bakar Al-Shiddiq
This paper aims to reveal and explain the history of the leadership of the caliph Abu Bakar Al-Shiddiq, a very close friend of the Prophet Muhammad. In revealing and explaining the leadership of Abu Bakr Ash-Siddiq the author proposes two background problems, namely (1) how is the process of appointing Abu Bakar Al-Shiddiq as caliph? (2) What are the prominent policies adopted by Abu Bakar As-Siddiq during his reign? To answer the background of the problem, a historical method is used which includes four stages of work systematically, namely: heuristics, source criticism, interpretation and historiography.The results of the study show that Abu Bakar Al-Shiddiq was a friend of the Prophet Muhammad SAW who was entrusted by the Muslims to lead Muslims after the death of the Prophet Muhammad. During his reign there were many challenges faced. Among the challenges faced are many Muslims who are apostates and do not want to pay zakat; false prophets appeared, and the territory of the Muslims was threatened by the Romans in the north (Sham). However, Caliph Abu Bakar was able to deal with all these problems wisely.
Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan dan menjelaskan sejarah kepemimpinan khalifah Abu Bakar Ash-Shiddiq, sahabat yang sangat dekat dengan Rasulullah SAW. Dalam mengungkapkan dan menjelaskan kepemimpinan Abu Bakar Ash-Shiddiq penulis mengajukan dua latar masalah yaitu (1) bagaimana Bagaimana proses pengangkatan Abu Bakar Al-Shiddiq menjadi khalifah? (2) Apa saja kebijakan menonjol yang ditempuh Abu Bakar Al-Shiddiq pada masa pemerintahannya? Untuk menjawab latar masalah tersebut digunakan metode sejarah yang meliputi empat tahapan kerja secara sistematis, yaitu: heuristik, kritik sumber, interpretasi dan historiografi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Abu Bakar Al-Shiddiq merupakan seorang sahabat Nabi Muhammad SAW yang dipercayakan oleh kaum muslimin untuk memimpin umat Islam pasca wafatnya Nabi Muhammad SAW. Pada masa pemerintahannya terdapat banyak tantangan yang dihadapi. Di antara tantangan yang dihadapi adalah banyak kaum muslimin yang murtad dan tidak mau membayar zakat; muncul nabi-nabi palsu, dan wilayah umat Islam terancam oleh Romawi di bagin utara (Syam). Nowadays, da'wah activities cannot only be carried out conventionally, but can be carried out through various media. One of them is through social media YouTube. YouTube is a popular and spectacular social media platform, which can upload or share videos. Da'wah on social media via YouTube channels has become a phenomenon that occurs among preachers. This is what makes researchers want to know how effective YouTube is as a medium for da'wah for female students at the Nyai Zainab Shiddiq Jember Islamic Islamic Boarding School. The focus of the research examined in this thesis is: (1) What is the effectiveness of YouTube as a medium for da'wah for female students at the Nyai Zainab Siddiq Jember Islamic boarding school? (2) How is the analysis of the da'wah messages conveyed by the female students of the Nyai Zainab Shiddiq Islamic Islamic Boarding School in Jember? Da'wah message delivered by the female students of the Nyai Zainab Shiddiq Jember Islamic Islamic Boarding School? The method in the research results uses qualitative research methods. The approach used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. And the validity of the data uses technical triangulation and source triangulation. From the results of this research, the author can conclude that preaching using YouTube social media is very effective, because it can provide Islamic religious teachings through tausiyah given by preachers to students, alumni and also the wider community, apart from that it can also promote Islamic boarding schools through activities preaching, so that now without using bulletins the public can find out the preaching message conveyed by PPI female student Nyai Zainab Shiddiq Jember.
PENERAPAN KONSEFP SHADIQ DAN AL-SHIDDIQ MENURUT PERSPEKTIF Al-QUSYAIRI: Telaah Penafsiran Al-Qusyairi Dalam Tafsir Lathoif al-Isyarat
In Sufism discourse, the concept of shadiq and al-shiddiq is an important and fundamental foundation for Sufism experts to begin their spiritual journey. The phenomenon of dishonesty is a very factual thing that is found today. This dishonesty will give birth to corruption, academic fraud, hoax news, fraud and so on. So this paper tries to provide a description of the interpretation of isyari carried out by al-Qusyairi on verses related to the concept of shadiq and al-shiddiq from the interpretation that leads to the interpretation of isyari. The research method that the author uses in this journal article is a qualitative descriptive study of a library research nature taken from books that are in accordance with the study of this journal article and other literature as the main object in this journal. In Tafsir al-Qusyairi Lathoif al-Isalun's explanation of the concepts of shadiq and al-shiddiq, it seems to reflect the tendency to try to reveal the inner meaning and Sufistic practices in the Qur'an, not only revealing the zahir meaning of the verses contained within but inviting us to use intuition to reveal the meaning behind the verses.Dalam wacana tasawuf, konsep shadiq dan al-shiddiq menjadi landasan penting dan mendasar bagi para ahli tasawuf untuk memulai perjalanan spiritual mereka. Fenomena ketidak jujuran menjadi hal yang sangat faktual yang ditemukan seaat ini. Ketidakjujuran ini akan melahirkan korupsi, kecurangan akademik, berita hoax, penipuan dan lain sebagainya. Sehingga makalah ini mencoba memberikan uraian tentang penafsiran isyari yang dilakukan oleh al-Qusyairi pada ayat-ayat yang berkaitan dengan konsep shadiq dan al-shiddiq dari penafsiran yang mengarah kepada tafsir isyari. Metode penelitian yang penulis pakai dalam artikel jurnal ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang bersifat studi pustaka (library research) yang diambil dari buku- buku yang sesuai dengan kajian artikel jurnal ini dan literatur-literatur lainnya sebagai objek yang utama dalam jurnal ini. Dalam penjelasan Tafsir al-Qusyairi Lathoif al-Isyarat tentang konsep shadiq dan al-shiddiq yang terlihat mencerminkan kecenderungan upaya menyingkap makna batin dan laku sufistik dalam al- Qur’an, tidak hanya mengugkap makna zahir ayat yang terkandung didalamnya tetapi mengajak untuk menggunakan intuisi untuk menyingkap makna dibalik ayat
RANCANG BANGUN POINT OF SALES TERINTEGRASI DENGAN SISTEM GUDANG: (Studi Kasus: PT. MAAN GHODAQO SHIDDIQ LESTARI)
The main purpose of establishing an information system is to facilitate human work easier. In this study, the Point of Sales (POS) information system is a system that regulates the flow and also the sale and purchase reports or transactions as well as incoming goods from the production process. The latest goal is that the system can provide valid reports, both transaction reports and goods reports. Therefore the author develops a system that has been running at PT. MAAN GHODAQO SHIDDIQ LESTARI which still uses a Microsoft Excel based on the system. Where the system is still using manual methods in processing transaction data and incoming goods. In the development of this application, the author uses the UML modelling language (Unified Modeling Language). While in the implementation stage the author uses the PHP programming language for servers and warehouse administrators and uses Basic4android programming language for sales. The result of the development of the system is an integrated POS information system, in that integration is expected to be able to regulate sales transactions and also incoming goods from the production process.

Optimal Power Management System of EVs Charging from PV System in a Low Voltage Distribution Network: An integration between EVs, PV system and grid
An increase in carbon emission which mostly caused by the transportation sector and electric power generation has been a hot topic nowadays in most countries in the world. To tackle this problem, the share of renewable energy use has been increased by up to 14% in the Netherlands. Moreover, the number of electric vehicles (EVs) on the road also reaches a total of 120,000 EVs in 2018. However, the high penetration of renewable energy sources (RESs) such as solar & wind power and the EVs charging in the distribution network could result in a severe problem. One of the solutions to avoid this problem is that switching the uncontrolled charging of EVs into a controlled charging or called as smart charging. Further, an integration between the EVs, RESs and the distribution grid could potentially lead to technical and economic benefits. The focus of this thesis is to develop an optimal power management system (PMS) between the EVs, PV system, and the distribution network. The goal of the power management system is to obtain the minimum operational cost while also considering the technical grid constraints, which subsequently could avoid the grid violation. The proposed power management system will be modeled in a mixed integer non-linear programming (MINLP) optimization problem and executed in General Algebraic Modelling System (GAMS) software. To evaluate the performance of the proposed power management system, a comparison between the with-grid and the no-grid constraints case will be performed through several case studies. This study shows that by implementing the proposed power management system of EVs charging from PV system considering the grid constraints, it could decrease the total operational cost remarkably by 18.16% - 214.08% when compared to the uncontrolled charging scheme. Besides, the grid problem caused by the uncontrolled charging process such as exceeding the allowable voltage deviation and the transformer rated power could be prevented. However, in comparison to the smart charging without considering the grid constraints, the operational cost is increased by 1.43% - 113.20%.Electrical Engineering | Sustainable Energy Technolog

Based on the problems found by the author in the field (Al-Mawaddah Islamic Boarding School) which include the scarcity of mufradat lessons textbooks, the difficulty of students absorbing new vocabulary and the urgency of preparing thematic mufradat textbooks, this research needs to be done. This study uses a research and development approach, using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The instrument for measuring variables is the results of the pre-test and post-test of first graders. Based on the results of the pre-test and post-test, this mufradat textbook is known to be very effective in learning Arabic and improving translating skill because there is a big difference between the scores of the pre-test and post-test results and some advice and measurement from validators, but in the future there are things that need to be considered by further researchers, namely the use of samples, exercises, measuring books, and giving movement in each last instance
PENGARUH CONTENT MARKETING INSTAGRAM TERHADAP CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT STARTUP RUANG PROGRESS
This research has a background in the form of marketing discussions, especially on digital marketing by focusing on content marketing and customer engagement. Content marketing is a branch of science from digital marketing that is useful as an indirect marketing by utilizing Instagram as a social media that aims to build customer engagement. This study purposed to determine the effect of Instagram content marketing (X) on customer engagement (Y) Ruang Progress startup. This study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive verification method. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. With 88 respondents, Ruang Progress's Instagram followers. Based on the questionnaires that have been distributed by researchers, the results of respondents' responses to the content marketing of Ruang Progress's Instagram are 94.3% including the good category and the customer engagement formed by Ruang Progress is 44.3% in the good category. The results of this study were Instagram content marketing has a positive relationship with customer engagement startup Ruang Progress with a t test result of tcount content marketing is worth 4.319 > ttable is worth 1.66235. And the contribution of content marketing of 20.8% and 79.2% is explained or influenced by other factors not examined by the author such as event marketing, viral marketing, promotions and others. The suggestion for the Progress Room Startup is to implicate content with the content marketing flow that has been described to increase the impression of the content that will be presented
EFEKTIVITAS INFOGRAFIS SEBAGAI MEDIA DAKWAH PADA FOLLOWERS AKUN INSTAGRAM ISLAMIDOTCO
Social media is in great demand by various groups due to its practical
characteristics, which can be accessed via mobile phones or computers connected
to the internet network. One of the most popular social media used by most people
is Instagram. This application-based social media is a space for sharing photos and
videos between users. Not only private users, Instagram users also consist of many
online media, one of which is Islamidotco, an Islamic media site as o the internet.
In developing its content, one of the strategies used by the media is infographics.
This strategy is expected to maximize the message that the media brings to
followers. So, through this study, the author intends to examine how effective
infographics are as a medium of propaganda for followers of the Islamidotco
Instagram account.
The purpose of this study was to determine the level of effectiveness of an
infographic presented by Islamidotco media to convey messages to its followers on
Instagram social media. Besides infographics is a new formulation to convey
da'wah messages that can attract mad'u's attention, this formulation must also have
the effectiveness of da'wah messages so that messages are conveyed properly
because the benchmark for the effectiveness of da'wah messages is not only seen
from how attractive the message is by mad' u.\ud
The research method that will be used by the author in this research is
quantitative research that uses a survey method approach to collect data. The
quantitative approach describes or explains a problem whose results can be
generalized. Thus it is not too concerned with the depth of the data or analysis.
Researchers are more concerned with the aspect of the breadth of the data so that
the results of the study are considered to be a representation of the entire
population. Furthermore, in this study the researchers distributed online
questionnaires using google forms and sent them to respondents via social media.
The results of this study indicate that there are five indicators used by
researchers as a measuring tool for effectiveness. First, the understanding indicator
of getting the value obtained is 3.41 in this case it shows that the level of understanding of the followers of the @islamidotco Instagram account towards the
message conveyed through the upload of the Islamidotco Instagram account can be
interpreted as very high. Second, the indicator of pleasure in getting the average
value obtained is 3.2, in this case it shows that the level of enjoyment of followers
on uploading the Islamidotco Instagram account is also very high. Third, indicators
affect attitudes which are at an average value of 2.98 which is relatively high.
Fourth, the indicator of social relations has an average value of 3.19 also in the
high category. Fifth, the indicator of action with an average value of 2.97 which
also indicates the high category
Implementasi Pendidikan Islam Masa Nabi Muhammad SAW
Ketika Nabi Muhammad Saw berumur 40 tahun diangkatlah menjadi seorang Rasul, sebagai titik awal Pendidikan keislaman itu terlihat berproses, dibuktikan dengan gaya mendidik secara sembunyi-sembunyi dan dengan terang-terangan. Pengimplementasian nilai-nilai Pendidikan Islam dilatarbelakangi kondisi Masyarakat ketika itu secara moral jatuh dalam keterpurukan. Perjuangan untuk menanamkan nilai Pendidikan keislaman secara tersembunyi membuahkan hasil dengan bergabungnya istri beliau, ‘Ali bin Abi Thalib, Zaid bin Tsabit dan Abu Bakar as-Shiddiq. Sedangkan perjuangan secara terang-terangan semakin membuahkan hasil dengan bergabungnya lebih banyak sahabat lagi dan siap melanjutkan estafet perjuangan Rasulullah Saw. Dari berbagai metode yang dilaksanakan Rasulullah Saw dalam pengimplementasian Pendidikan Islam yang paling diminati peserta didik yaitu metode Uswah (Suri teladan yang baik), walaupun pada dasarnya dari seluruh metode yang ditawarkan mempunyai kelebihan masing-masing dan tujuannya pasti baik. Fokus utama ketika di Makkah menanamkan Pendidikan Tauhid, dalam merubah karakter peserta didik diutamakan berubah dulu kepercayaannya sebab perubahan menuju lebih baik itu hannyalah dengan melakukan pembersihan terlebih dahulu melalui jalur Tauhid. Mengingat latar belakang awal kondisi Masyarakatnya penyembah berhala, hobi membunuhi anak perempuan, berjudi dan sebagainya. Sesudah di Madinah penanaman nilai Pendidikan sudah mulai terlihat hasil secara nyata disebabkan sudah banyak pengikut loyalitas tinggi tanpa dikhawatirkan lagi konsistensinya
