STRATEGI GURU DALAM MELATIH KEMANDIRIAN ANAK KELOMPOK A DI RAUDHATUL ATFHAL ‘AISYIYAH YANGGONG PONOROGO
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh observasi awal yang menunjukkan bahwa dari 15 anak Kelompok A, terdapat 4 anak yang masih belum mandiri dalam aktivitas sederhana seperti memakai sepatu, menyelesaikan tugas, atau ke toilet. Pentingnya penelitian ini juga didasari oleh fakta bahwa masa usia dini (0-6 tahun) merupakan periode emas (golden age) dalam pembentukan kemandirian anak, di mana perkembangan otak terjadi sangat pesat, dan kemandirian merupakan fondasi penting bagi kesiapan anak memasuki jenjang pendidikan selanjutnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) untuk mengetahui strategi guru dalam melatih kemandirian anak kelompok A di RA ‘Aisyiyah Yanggong Ponorogo, (2) untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat dalam melatih kemandirian anak kelompok A di RA ‘Aisyiyah Yanggong Ponorogo.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret-April 2025 yang bertempat di RA ‘Aisyiyah Yanggong Ponorogo. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 1 kepala sekolah, 1 guru kelompok A dan 4 wali murid. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan guru, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara interaktif meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Sedangkan uji keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber.
Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa guru menerapkan tiga strategi utama: (1) Pemberian kebebasan dalam batasan, dimana anak diberikan kesempatan untuk memilik aktivitas yang ia sukai, (2) Penerapan praktik kehidupan sehari-hari (Partical Life), seperti merapikan mainan, memakai sepatu, menyelesaikkan tugas atau toilet training, (3) Memberi contoh yang tepat (Modelling), memberikan contoh prilaku mandiri. Faktor pendukung meliputi pola asuh demokratis dari orang tua dan apresiasi guru, sedangkan faktor penghambat kurangnya dukungan emosional. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendekatan yang konsisten dan motivasi guru serta orang tua berperan penting dalam membangun kemandirian anak
OPTIMISASI PORTOFOLIO SAHAM SYARIAH MENGGUNAKAN QUADRATIC PROGRAMMING (QP) DENGAN PENGELOMPOKAN ANALISIS KLASTER NON-HIRARKI
Upaya untuk meminimumkan risiko adalah dengan melakukan diversifikasi saham menjadi sebuah portofolio. Pembentukan kelompok saham menggunakan metode K-Means dengan mempertimbangkan nilai risiko dan expected return pada masing-masing saham. Langkah selanjutnya adalah pemodelan portofolio dan dilanjutkan dengan optimisasi portofolio menggunakan Quadratic Programming (QP). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah saham aktif mingguan yang terdaftar pada Jakarta Islamic Index 70 (JII70) periode 01 Desember 2022 sampai dengan 30 November 2024. Berdasarkan analisis K-Means, seluruh data saham JII70 dapat dikategorikan menjadi dua kelompok saham dengan keanggotaan berturut-turut 5 saham dan 9 saham. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pembobotan dari portofolio saham yang terbentuk beserta nilai risiko yang diperoleh calon investor. Portofolio 1 yang terdiri dari 5 emiten saham syariah yaitu BRIS, BRMS, DSNG, TPIA, dan WIFI diperoleh nilai risiko portofolio sebesar 2.0180745% per tahun dengan nilai expected return sebesar 6% per tahun. Untuk portofolio 2 yang terdiri dari 8 emiten saham syariah yaitu ADRO, ELSA, ICBP, INDF, ISAT, JPFA, PTBA, dan UNTR diperoleh nilai risiko portofolio sebesar 1.1477802% per tahun dengan nilai expected return sebesar 6% per tahun. PENINGKATAN EFISIENSI LINI PRODUKSI SEWING CELANA BONEKA F.PANTS HYV 28 MENGGUNAKAN METODE RANKED POSITIONAL WEIGHT DAN SIMULASI FLEXSIM (STUDI KASUS: PT. IGP INTERNASIONAL)
Dalam industri garmen, efisiensi lini produksi merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan daya saing. PT. IGP Internasional adalah perusahaan yang memproduksi pakaian boneka, salah satunya celana tipe F.Pants HYV 28 pada lini B10. Berdasarkan pengamatan awal, ditemukan ketidakseimbangan beban kerja yang menyebabkan bottleneck dan tingginya idle time, sehingga menurunkan efisiensi produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan meningkatkan efisiensi lini produksi menggunakan metode Ranked positional weight (RPW), serta memvalidasi hasilnya melalui simulasi dengan perangkat lunak FlexSim. Data diperoleh menggunakan metode stopwatch time study, lalu dilakukan uji kecukupan dan keseragaman untuk memastikan keandalan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efisiensi lintasan awal hanya sebesar 51,71%, dengan idle time mencapai 120,81 detik, balance delay sebesar 48,29%, dan smoothness index hanya 54,99 Setelah dilakukan perbaikan dengan metode RPW, jumlah stasiun kerja berhasil dikurangi dari 7 menjadi 4 stasiun, sehingga efisiensi lini meningkat menjadi 90,48%, idle time turun menjadi 13,60 detik, balance delay menjadi 9,52% dan smoothness index turun menjadi 11,26. Simulasi menggunakan FlexSim mendukung hasil tersebut dengan visualisasi peningkatan aliran proses dan penurunan waktu menganggur. Dengan demikian, metode RPW yang divalidasi melalui simulasi FlexSim terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan keseimbangan beban kerja pada lini produksi garmen
HUBUNGAN WORKLOAD DAN WORK ENGAGEMENT DENGAN ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) PADA KARYAWAN DI PT X
Peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia melalui pengembangan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) menjadi krusial untuk mendukung efektivitas operasional perusahaan. Prediktor yang dianggap berperan terhadap tingkat OCB yaitu workload dan work engagement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara workload dan work engagement dengan OCB pada karyawan di PT X. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif korelasional. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling dengan jumlah responden 76 orang karyawan PT X. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala adopsi OCB, skala workload, dan skala work engagement. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara workload dan work engagement dengan OCB pada karyawan di PT X dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 57,2%. Secara parsial, menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif antara workload dengan OCB pada karyawan di PT X dengan besar sumbangan efektif yaitu 15,9%. Selain itu, ditemukan hubungan positif antara work engagement dengan OCB pada karyawan di PT X dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 41,3%. Hasil ini memberikan kontribusi strategis bagi perusahan untuk mengembangan kebijakan manajemen SDM yang lebih efektif, sehingga potensi karyawan dapat dimaksimalkan demi peningkatan produktivitas dan kinerja perusahan
PENGARUH SOCIAL INFLUENCE, FOMO, DAN PERSONALITY TERHADAP TENDENSI JUDI ONLINE STUDI KASUS MAHASISWA YOGYAKARTA
Perjudian online menjadi isu yang semakin mengkhawatirkan, terutama di kalangan mahasiswa yang rentan terhadap tekanan sosial dan pengaruh lingkungan digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh social influence, fear of missing out (FOMO), dan personality terhadap kecenderungan berjudi online pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif di lima universitas di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi pengujian multikolinearitas, pengujian hipotesis, effect size (f²), koefisien determinasi (R²), dan relevansi prediktif (Q²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa FOMO dan personality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kecenderungan berjudi online, sedangkan social influence menunjukkan pengaruh yang tidak signifikan. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi pihak kampus dan orang tua untuk meningkatkan kesadaran serta pengawasan terhadap aktivitas digital mahasiswa. Content creators on various social media (especially YouTube) have a role in the prevalence of verbal violence in society. Indonesian society, which is majority Muslim, prohibits its people from speaking rudely and dirty. The purpose of this research is to find out the form of representation of verbal violence in the YouTube channel of Windah Basudara episode "Aku Harus Dapat 3 Piala Di Game Yang Mirip Stumble Guys Ini! Fall Guys" and know the Islamic perspective in responding to verbal violence.
This research uses a type of qualitative research method using the theory of Representation according to Stuart Hall and Ferdinand de Saussure's semiotic analysis method including Syntagmatic and Paradigmatic and Signifier and Signified as an analysis of the representation of verbal violence and how the Islamic communication perspective views verbal violence on the Windah Basudara channel. purposive sampling with a sample of 139 respondents who live in Bali Province.

KONSTRUKSI PEMIKIRAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM K.H.R. ASNAWI
This study is driven by the overwhelming pitfalls, such as terorism,
radicalism, and intolerance, occuring in the society throghout the nation.
Having a harmonious and respectful mindsets exemplified by some
Indonesian muslim intellects is essential. Asnawi, a profound intelectual for
Islamic education, has left those values for a century. This research aims to
discover Asnawi’s construct of thoughts on Islamic education, to analyze the
position of his thoughts in the map of Islamic rducation, and to analyze the
relevance of it to that of the contemporary era.
This literature study applied three approaches: philosophical,
sociological, and historical. The data in this study were colleted through
documentation technique with the support from interview and observation.
Together with an interview with his family, Asnawi’s work on literature (i.e.
Jawab Soalipun Mu’taqad, Tauhid Jawan, Fasalatan, and Syi ‘iran Nasihat
to name a few), Madrasah Qudsiyyah and Raudlatuth Tholibin boarding
school became the primary source. The data analysis followed the steps from
reduction, classification, display, and interpretation before it reached
conclusion drawing.
The results show as follow. First, Asnawi’s thoughts on Islamic
education can be illustrated as a building of “The House of Change” with
basic philosophy of education the foundation of the house. The frame of the
house in the illustration is the objectives of the education which is having
moderate behavior, guiding someone to put sincerity a priority and to live
worldly life and the hereafter in balance. The roof of the house is the three
education materials (faith, moral fibre, and worship) and the window is the
three methods (advice, exemplary-good-deeds, and question-and-answer)
used to deliver the materials. The textbooks are the furniture, while the doors
are the evaluations, consisting of cognitive and affective evaluations.
Cognitive evaluation is a simple essay test and affective assessment is a nontest
evaluation but a self-report. Asnawi also pictures the importance of both
the educators and the pupils as the ones who live in the house. Another
determining factor is the school environment that he sees it like home
environment. Second, if examined by Islamic education philosophy,
Asnawi’s thoughts have a tendency towards religious-transformative beliefs
when it is viewed from ontology, epistemology, and axiology points of view.
Third, Asnawi’s idea in contemporary era is relevant for it supports the Deep
Learning approach. One element existing in this approach is mindful learning
with which students are encouraged to devote to the materials being learnt.
The second element called meaningful learning emphasizes its ability to push
the students to understand today’s life and the hereafter. Another element is
joyful learning whose process must be fun and suits the up-to-date
knowledge. Asnawi’s thoughts are also relevant for the development of the
madrasah under the Qudsiyyah Menara Kudus of Islamic Education
Foundation with its philosophical base, education objectives, educators,
students, and education environments

This research was motivated by the fact that the learning media used by students were still limited to PowerPoint presentations and textbooks provided by the library. Students also struggled to understand the material on Plant Morphology, specifically the subtopic "Plantae" in the chapter on the Classification of Living Organisms, as the teacher only explained the material without any practical fieldwork to observe plants directly. The aim of this research was to develop, analyze the feasibility, and evaluate the practicality of the product developed as a biology learning medium. This study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, but it was limited to the development stage. The developed product was then subjected to feasibility and practicality tests using data collected from evaluation questionnaires. The feasibility assessment was conducted by two material experts and two media experts, while the practicality assessment was carried out by two biology teachers and 18 Grade 10 students at SMA N 1 Piyungan. The validation results for the E-Booklet on Taro (Colocasia esculenta (L.) Schott) Plant Morphology declared the product "highly feasible" as a biology learning medium for high school (SMA/MA) students. The product was considered highly feasible based on the feasibility test results: the material experts’ average validity test percentage was 85%, and the reliability test percentage was 90.3%, both categorized as "very high." Similarly, the media experts’ average validity test percentage was 89.3%, and the reliability test percentage was 93.7%, also categorized as "very high."After being declared feasible, the product was tested on a limited basis by teachers and students, resulting in a "highly practical" assessment. This was evidenced by the practicality test results: teachers' validity test scores reached 91%, and their reliability test scores reached 90.8%, both categorized as "very high." Moreover, the practicality test conducted with students showed the product was valid, with a calculated r-value of 0.5528 for the validity test and a reliability test percentage of 84.3%, categorized as "very high.” The developed e-booklet was published through FlipHTML5 and is accessible online

Numeracy literacy skills are a critical aspect of early childhood development that significantly contribute to school readiness at subsequent educational levels. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of picture card learning media in improving the numeracy literacy skills of children aged 5-6 years. This research focuses on testing the effectiveness of Picture Card Learning Media to Improve Numeracy Literacy Skills of 5-6-Year-Old Children. A quantitative experimental method was employed, using a quasi-experimental approach with a Posttest-Only Control Group Design. The study involved 8 children in Class A as the control group and 8 children in Class B as the experimental group. The average score of the control group was 17.38, while the experimental group scored 34.62, indicating a significant improvement in the numeracy literacy scores of the children.
Data collection methods included observation, interviews, and documentation, utilizing a behavior checklist observation sheet as the primary instrument. Data collection measured the children’s numeracy literacy skills before and after using the picture card learning media. The results revealed that the overall treatment value with df = 7 and p = 0.000 < 0.05 confirmed the acceptance of the alternative hypothesis (Hª) and rejection of the null hypothesis (Hº). This finding demonstrates that children involved in learning activities using picture card media showed a significant improvement.
Conclusion: This study concludes that picture card learning media is effective in improving the numeracy literacy skills of early childhood learners. Therefore, teachers are encouraged to integrate this media into the learning process to optimally support children’s cognitive development
