TERHADAP KINERJA PERAWAT PADA RSUD BANGKINANG

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompetensi Budaya Kerja
Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Perawat Pada RSUD Bangkinang. Jenis
penelitian ini berbentuk deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data
berupa wawancara, observasi, kuisioner yang diberikan kepada 130 orang
sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompetensi berpengaruh
parsial terhadap kinerja perawat, budaya kerja berpengaruh parsial terhadap
kinerja perawat, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja
perawat, dan kompetensi, budaya kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara
simultan terhadap kinerja perawat pada RSUD Bangkinang. Pada uji determinasi
di ketahui bahwa nilai R square adalah .324. Ini berarti bahwa Kompetensi
(X1), Budaya Kerja (X2), Kepuasan kerja (X3) memiliki pengaruh sebesar 32.4%
terhadap Kinerja (Y). Yang mana 67,6% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain
yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

This research was aimed to obtain valid and reliable data influence achievement
motivation on conformity Grad X Accounting Vocational High School 40 Jakarta
Timur. This research was conducted by survey method with the correlational
approach. This research was conducted on March to April 2016. The population
in this research were all students in Vocational High School 40 Jakarta Timur.
Affordable population in this research were grad X Accounting student with
totaling 70 students. Total of samples used were 58 students. The sampling
technique used is proportional random sampling. The Instruments used in this
research is a form of questionnaire with 40 statement for achievement motivation
variable and 34 statement for conformity variables. Besed on analysis

Dalam menangani permasalahan pengemis dan gelandangan pemerintah Kota
Cirebon mengeluarkan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 13 Tahun 2019 Tentang
Penyelenggaraan Ketertiban Umum dan Ketentraman Masyarakat, yang tertuang
di dalam BAB IV bagian ke 6 Pasal 19, Pasal 20,21. Kemudian yang menjadi
permasalahan adalah kegiatan mengemis dan menggelandang di Kawasan
tersebut, hal ini di larang pemerintah daerah.ada dua teori yang mendasari isu
tersebut, yang pertama adalah teori budaya setempat dalam memandang pengemis,

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab dari pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang
menjadi rumusan masalah: “Bagaimana implementasi Peraturan daerah Kota
Cirebon nomor 13 Tahun 2019 Tentang Penyelenggaraan Ketertiban Umum dan
Ketentraman Masyarakat dalam penanggulangan pengemis dan gelandangan,
Bagaimana hambatan dan solusi dalam pelaksanaan Peraturan daerah Kota
Cirebon terhadap penanggulangan pengemis dan gelandangan khususnya yang
berada di lingkup masjid agung sang cipta rasa, Bagaimana perspektif fiqh siyasah
terhadap penanggulangan pengemis dan gelandangan. Penelitian ini
menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif- empiris, data yang dikumpulkan
dengan cara wawancara, observasi lapangan, dokumentasi, dan kemudian
dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif
Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa implementasi peraturan
daerah kota Cirebon nomor 13 tahun 2019 tentang penyelenggaraan ketertiban
umum dan ketentraman masyarakat dalam penanggulangan pengemis dan
gelandangan yang di laksanakan oleh satpol pp selaku penegak hukum peraturan
daerah sudah terimplemetasi dengan baik sesuai dengan apa yang tertuang di
dalam peraturan daerah tersebut dan sesuai dengan fakta di lapangan.

The author uses qualitative research methods, where the author makes a description, description or painting systematically, factually, accurately about the facts, the properties and relationships between phenomena that are investigated through literature. Thais, Buddhists and Kings are an inseparable part of Thai society which is dictated in the constitution. This has caused democracy in Thailand to be carried out autonomously not absolutely because there is no separation between religion and state, making it difficult for the implementation of democracy. Thai democracy is only ceremonial because it does not open space for freedom of opinion, because the existing tradition is not just a social attribute that can be easily accepted, but the existence of state convictions in Thailand has hardened and become a political identity that fills all space, both political space and social space society. The theory that the author uses is the theory of Mana Sikana (2005), Ghazali, et al (1980), Ahmad Fauzi (1999). The author uses a descriptive method to conduct this research. The technique used is the Hermaneutik technique. This type of research is library research. The results of the study: (1) the psychological aspects are divided into character thoughts, tastes, and emotional stress (2) the social aspects are divided into socialization processes, social tasks, and social class. A character's mind has emotions, actions, and reactions. Taste is found in environmental factors, nature and is influenced by age. Emotional stress finds frustration involving feelings of disappointment, sadness, sadness, and suffering in each female character. A literary work emerges from the author's drive to express himself as a
human being by utilizing language as a means of communication, as well as
conveying ideas, concepts, and messages that come from his imagination and
socio-cultural reality. The researcher chose the Alaskan Bay novel by Eka
Aryani in this study because the research results describe bullying or what is
known as bullying, romance, and friendship. In general, this research aims to
describe the form and impact of bullying on the main character in the Novel
Teluk Alaska by Eka Aryani.
The author in this research used a qualitative descriptive approach with
data in the form of quotations from dialogue in the novel Teluk Alaska by Eka
Aryani which contains bullying. The method used in this research is
descriptive literary research method. In this research, the author used data
collection techniques in the form of recording character actions, dialogue
between characters, and messages delivered. Data verification in this research
was carried out by comparing information from various sources and
techniques.
Based on research on bullying of the main characters in the novel Alaska
Bay, the following conclusions can be drawn. (1) Physical bullying involves
violence such as kicking and hitting, verbal bullying in the form of teasing and
insults, and psychological bullying such as ignoring and looking at cynically.
(2) The causes of bullying in this novel include family and peer factors, with
families who tolerate violence and peers who have a negative influence. (3)
The impact of bullying on victims is very bad, such as depression, anxiety, and
low self-esteem, as experienced by Anastasya
Ayurvedic management of Eka Kushta w.s.r to Psoriasis: A Case study

Eka Kushta is a type of Kshudra Kushta occurring mainly due to imbalance of Vata and Kapha Doshas, resembling Psoriasis in its clinical manifestations. Psoriasis is one of the most common dermatologic diseases, affecting up to 2% of world population. Childhood psoriasis is relatively common with prevalence of 1-3% of general population. Psoriasis is an immune mediated disease clinically characterized by erythematous, sharply demarcated papules and rounded plaques covered by silvery scales. The most commonly involved areas are the elbows, gluteal cleft, knees and scalp. In Ayurveda various treatment modalities have been described in the management of Eka kushta which includes Shodana and Shamana. Hence, in the present case report a 8 year male child who came to Kaumarabhritya Out Patient Department presenting with symptoms of Eka kushta on elbows, knees, hands and feet, was treated with Shodana chikitsai.e, Virechana followed by Vasti and Shamana chikitsa i.e internal medication. The symptoms were assessed with the help PASI score at pre and post therapy, and the results were noted. After treatment satisfactory results were observed.
