ANALISIS KEMAMPUAN KOMUNIKASI MATEMATIS SISWA DALAM MENYELESAIKAN SOAL CERITA DITINJAU DARI PENGETAHUAN AWAL
The purpose of this study was to describe students' mathematical communication skills in solving story problems in terms of prior knowledge. This research uses a mixed method that combines qualitative and quantitative approaches. The data were analyzed using a descriptive approach, then the data were categorized using a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were 2 students each with low, medium, and high prior knowledge. The results stated that students' mathematical communication skills in solving story problems, both written and oral, were strongly influenced by their level of prior knowledge. Students with low prior knowledge had very low mathematical communication skills, especially in the oral mathematical communication aspect. Students with moderate prior knowledge showed varied mathematical communication skills, from low to high categories, with oral communication skills tending to be better than written communication. Meanwhile, students with high prior knowledge showed high to very high mathematical communication skills in both aspects, both oral and written. Based on this research, students with low prior knowledge need more structured learning, focusing on strengthening understanding of basic concepts as well as explicit practice in written and oral communication. Second, students with moderate prior knowledge need learning that is oriented towards the application of concepts to solve more complex problems. Third, students with high prior knowledge can be given additional challenges to further develop their metacognition skills
Pengaruh Problem Based Learning Berbasis Literasi Matematis Terhadap Kemampuan Komunikasi Matematis Siswa Kelas IV SD
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the Mathematical Literacy-Based Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model on students' mathematical communication skills. The research subjects consisted of 30 fourth-grade students in the experimental class and 30 fourth-grade students in the control class at MI Muhammadiyah 5 Surabaya. This study uses a mixed-methods approach, with quantitative analysis conducted in the first phase and qualitative analysis in the second phase. The results, obtained using a t-test, indicate that Mathematical Literacy-Based Problem-Based Learning positively and significantly influences mathematical communication skills, with a result of 0.002, meaning the significance value is < 0.05. The average score for the experimental class was 76, while the control class had an average score of 56. Interview results revealed three categories of students based on their written and oral mathematical communication skills. Additionally, two subjects demonstrated discrepancies between their written and oral mathematical communication abilities.
Thus, it can be concluded that Mathematical Literacy-Based Problem-Based Learning has a positive and significant effect on students' written and oral mathematical communication skills

The background of this study is taken from the case of expedition liability whose settlement process is carried out through non-litigation channels at the Consumer Dispute Resolution Agency. This study aims to analyze the settlement process of Consumer goods cases that are suspected of being lost during the delivery process of goods carried out by the Melati Expedition in Malang City and to determine the responsibility of the Melati Expedition in Malang City for Consumer goods that are suspected of being lost in the delivery/distribution process. As for the objectives that have been mentioned, the author chooses the first problem formulation How is the settlement process of Consumer goods cases that are suspected of being lost during the delivery process of goods carried out by the Malang City Expedition? Second How is the responsibility of the Melati Expedition in Malang City for Consumer goods that are suspected of being lost in the delivery/distribution process? This research is an Empirical research or in short field research with the Case Approach method and the Conceptual Approach. Where Where is the location of this research conducted at the Suggiarto.Law & Partner Law Office and BPSK Malang City. The results of this study are to analyze the BPSK settlement process in handling cases of lost goods during the delivery process. The BPSK decision is considered unable to resolve the problems of consumers (our clients) and business actors (the expedition party). In addition, the author also analyzes the extent to which the responsibility of the Malang city expedition party is caused by the Malang city melati expedition having a limit of responsibility
PENGHINAAN PRESIDEN DAN WAKIL PRESIDEN SERTA BATASAN KEBEBASAN BEREKSPRESI: STUDI HUKUM DALAM KONTEKS DEMOKRASI INDONESIA
This research examines the application of the article on insulting the President and Vice President in the Indonesian Criminal Code (Law No. 1 of 2023), particularly in the context of freedom of expression in a democracy. This research aims to analyze the balance between the protection of public officials and the right to freedom of speech. Using the normative juridical method, this research analyzes legal norms and cases related to insults. The results show that insults against the President and Vice President are regulated in Articles 218 paragraph (1), 218 paragraph (2), 219, 240, and 241 of the National Criminal Code. This act is classified as an attack on dignity which covers more than just insults, including slander, insults, and degradation. The elements of this crime include assault on dignity, intent, and dissemination through information technology. This crime is a formal offense and a complaint offense. However, these articles have weaknesses in the form of potential multiple interpretations and restrictions on freedom of expression, which risk criminalizing legitimate criticism and abuse of power
PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, LEVERAGE, DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP PENGUNGKAPAN SUSTAINABILITY REPORTING (Studi Empiris Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar Di BEI periode 2022)
This research aims to test empirical evidence and analyze the influence of profitability, leverage and company size on sustainability reporting disclosures listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the period 2022. The population in this study are manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI ) in the 2022 period with a sample of 35 companies. Determining the number of samples using purposive sampling technique. The type of research used is associative using a quantitative approach, and the data used is secondary data. This research uses multiple linear regression methods using SPSS. The results of this research show that profitability and leverage have a positive effect on sustainability reporting disclosure. And company size has a negative effect on sustainability reporting disclosure
PROSES PENYELESAIAN SENGKETA PERBUATAN MELANGGAR HUKUM PADA GUGATAN NOMOR REGISTRASI PERKARA 189/PDT.G/2023/PN.KPN
Unlawful acts are actions or behavior of a person that are contrary to the applicable laws and regulations. This action can include various forms of violations in the criminal, civil, and administrative domains that cause harm to individuals, communities, and the state. The main elements in an unlawful act include the existence of an act, the causal relationship between the act and the result, and the contradiction of the act with the applicable legal norms. The purpose of this writing is to identify and analyze the settlement implementation process and legal considerations of the panel of judges who examined, decided and adjudicated the dispute of unlawful act lawsuit in case number 189/Pdt.G/2023/PN.Kpn. The method used in this writing is juridical-empirical with the type of court decision case. The results of the writing show that the panel of judges who examined, decided and tried case number 189/Pdt.G/2023/PN.Kpn. and case number 332/PDT/2024/PT.SBY. showed significant differences. Because the Judex Facti of the Surabaya High Court did not apply the principle (audi et alteram partem) by not considering the evidence submitted by the Plaintiff in the First Level examination. Pengaruh Personal Branding di Tiktok Terhadap Minat Beli Brand Skintific (Studi pada username Tiktok yang memberi komentar pada unggahan @tasyafarasya dan konsumen brand Skintific
Tiktok is a social media that is in great demand by users to build personal branding and gain a wide audience so that it has the potential to generate buying interest. This research aims to measure the magnitude of the influence of personal branding on interest in purchasing skintific brands on usernames who comment on Tasya Farasya's uploads and consumers of skintific brands.
This research uses a quantitative approach and explanatory research type. The population in this study are usernames who commented on Tasya Farasya's uploads and consumers from the Skintific brand. This research uses a total sampling technique. Data collection in this research used a questionnaire (Google form) by testing the hypothesis using the t test and simple linear regression test with the SPSS tool. The results of this research state that there is an influence between the variable (X) the influence of personal branding on TikTok on the variable (Y) buying interest which is proven by the t test with a sig value <0.05 and a level of influence of 44% proven by the coefficient of determination. Thus, the results are 56% influenced by other variables not used in this research
ANALISIS PERKEMBANGAN MOTORIK HALUS SISWA AUTIS DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN PROGRAM PEMBELAJARAN INDIVIDUAL MELALUI ECOBRICK DI SD MUHAMMADIYAH 9 MALANG
This study aims to analyze the development of fine motor skills in autistic students through an individual learning program (ILP) based on ecobricks at SD Muhammadiyah 9 Malang. Ecobricks were used as a learning medium involving motor activities such as gripping, cutting, and inserting small objects into bottles. The study involved six autistic students with varying levels of severity, using a qualitative approach and descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation during the program implementation.
The results showed that using ecobricks in ILP had a positive impact on the development of students' fine motor skills. Students demonstrated improved abilities in activities such as tracing patterns, compacting bottles, and other tasks requiring hand-eye coordination. These activities helped students become more independent and confident in completing fine motor tasks. Additionally, the program increased students' awareness of waste management, providing an added benefit in environmental education.
The study concludes that integrating ecobricks into ILP is an innovative and effective teaching method for improving fine motor skills in autistic students. This method not only supports motor development but also strengthens social interaction and environmental awareness. This research is expected to serve as a reference for educators in designing inclusive learning programs tailored to the needs of students with autism. Thus, ecobricks can become a multifunctional learning medium that contributes significantly to inclusive education

REHABILITASI SOSIAL IDEAL TERHADAP KORBAN PENYALAHGUNAAN NARKOTIKA (STUDI KASUS WR DI POLSEK KLOJEN KOTA MALANG DAN BNN KOTA MALANG)
Social rehabilitation comes as a real solution to break the cycle of addiction to narcotics abuse as well as restore the social function of addicts in society. Ideal rehabilitation is needed to ensure that the handling of narcotics abuse, such as in the case of WR, a narcotic addict who did not undergo criminal proceedings but underwent a social rehabilitation process at BNN Malang City. The purpose of this research is to analyze the suitability of the social rehabilitation process carried out at BNN Malang City. As well as knowing the implementation of appropriate social rehabilitation in order to recover individuals from narcotics dependence and reduce the risk of repeated violations of the law in the community. The method used by the Author is using a type of empirical juridical research that combines a normative approach to legal analysis with a sociological approach. The author uses the primary data type based on the observation results of case files at the YH & Partners law office in the form of legal documents, and secondary data, namely Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics and related sources. The completion process is carried out from the granting of a power of attorney, the investigation and assessment process at the Malang City Klojen Police to the rehabilitation process at the Malang City BNN. This research shows that the social rehabilitation process in the case of WR narcotics there is a discrepancy between theory and practice in the field, namely the rehabilitation and post-rehabilitation process is not carried out so that the rehabilitation carried out is not effective and ideal. There is a need to increase the understanding of law enforcement officers towards the main tasks and functions, the active role of the family and community, the increase in cooperation between agencies in law enforcement on social rehabilitation. So that the ideal social rehabilitation is achieved so that the Addict can recover and return to use their social functions properly
