Jual Beli ternak merupakan usaha yang menjanjikan untuk mendapatkan keuntungan. Salah satu jenis ternak yang memilki peluang tersebut adalah sapi. Pangsa pasar yang stabil membuat ternak sapi menjadi pilihan yang baik untuk mengelolanya. Namun salah satu tantangan yang kerap dihadapi oleh peternak adalah kondisi hewan yang kurang baik sehingga dapat menimbulkan kerugian. Praktik jual beli ternak sapi di Desa Janggan, Kecamatan Poncol, Kabupaten Magetan beberapa diantaranya terinfeksi virus Penyakit Mulut dan Kuku (PMK). Dalam konteks hukum Islam, jual beli harus berlandaskan pada prinsip kejujuran, keadilan, dan kerelaan antara kedua belah pihak.
Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah : (1)Bagaimana praktik jual beli sapi tertular virus PMK (Penyakit Mulut dan Kuku) di Desa Janggan Kecamatan Poncol Kabupaten Magetan ditinjau dari hukum islam? (2) Bagaimana tinjauan hukum islam terhadap implikasi sapi tertular virus PMK (Penyakit Mulut dan Kuku) di Desa Janggan Kecamatan Poncol Kabupaten Magetan? Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis praktik jual beli sapi terinfeksi PMK yang dilakukan dengan penurunan harga signifikan guna mengurangi kerugian bagi peternak, namun sering kali disertai ketidakjujuran oleh tengkulak.
Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara dan observasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode induktif, yaitu metode yang menekankan pada pengamatan dahulu, kemudian menarik kesimpulan berdasarkan pengamatan tersebut.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya ketidaksesuaian dengan prinsip jual beli dalam Islam terhadap jual beli sapi tertular virus PMK (Penyakit Mulut dan Kuku) terkait adanya manipulasi informasi tentang kesehatan sapi yang berimbas pada kesenjangan penetapan harga yang seringkali ditawarkan jauh lebih rendah akibat risiko kesehatan hewan terinfeksi untuk menekan harga, sehingga peternak harus menerima harga yang tidak adil. Implikasi yang ditimbulkan akibat jual beli sapi terinfeksi virus PMK(Penyakit Mulut dan Kuku) adalah jual beli dinyatakan sah menurut hukum islam, namun akan merugikan salah satu pihak dalam bertransaksi. Abstract
This study aimsto analyzehow wellITis usedto support thebusinessprocessesof SMEs in Bangunjiwo, and toidentifywaystohelpSMEsimproveIT supportforbusinessprocessesinSMEs in Bangunjiwo. This research isexpected to havebenefitsthatcanincreasemanagers/owners awareness totake advantage oftheinformationtechnology support in business processes. By knowingthe results ofthis study, theSMEsare expected tofurther improve theuse of information technologyin business processesso as toachievecompetitive advantage.
The unitof analysisforthisstudyis theSMEorganization, soeveryorganizationrepresented by oneperson(owner ormanager). Population of the research is small and mediumcompanies in Bangunjiwo, Kasihan,Bantul. The sample was selectedusingpurposivesamplingtechniquetodeterminewhichcompanieswillbe therespondent.
The results show thatIT supportforeachbusiness processis lowerthan importancelevel thatbusinessprocessesrun bySMEsinBangunjiwo. ITsupport forSMEsin thebusiness processcan be enhancedbythedisseminationof researchresultsto theSMEs inBangunjiwo, so theycanunderstand theimportance ofIT support. Socializationis intendedtomotivatethe useof ITfacilitieseconomicallyandeasily, so it canbe donebySMEs.

MENUMBUHKAN KESADARAN K3 DALAM PAGUYUBAN GENERASI PENERUS ALM. HARJO SUKARNO
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) di dalam Paguyuban Generasi Penerus Alm. Harjo Sukarno. Melalui kegiatan edukasi, anggota paguyuban diberikan informasi mengenai pentingnya K3 dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Metode yang digunakan meliputi survei lokasi, izin dari paguyuban, penyampaian materi K3, kuisioner, dan evaluasi hasil. Hasil diskusi dan wawancara menunjukkan bahwa sebelum edukasi, lebih dari 60% anggota tidak memahami pentingnya K3. Namun, setelah edukasi dilakukan, tingkat pemahaman meningkat secara signifikan. Pemahaman anggota paguyuban mengenai K3 meningkat dari 17% menjadi 60%. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa edukasi efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran K3 di dalam paguyuban. Anggota paguyuban diharapkan mampu menerapkan konsep K3 dalam kehidupan sehari-hari untuk meminimalkan risiko kecelakaan dan masalah kesehata

The purpose of this research is to find out more about Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono's personal branding strategy on YouTube. By using foundations such as personal branding, agenda setting, framing and dramaturgy. The author uses qualitative research techniques. Framing analysis will be replaced by research that focuses on issues related to Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono's personal branding. Based on the findings of this study, personal branding, framing, and dramaturgy produce personal branding developed by Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono's management through YouTube social media which has formed a realistic personal branding. Get PDFThis study aims to determine the public relations branding strategy in the case of the transfer of status from the Bengkulu State Islamic Institute (IAIN Bengkulu) to the State Islamic University of Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu (UIN Bengkulu). We use qualitative data that produces data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observed behaviour. The selection of informants in this study used purposive sampling, which is to determine information with certain considerations that can provide maximum data. The results of the study stated that the public relations strategy in an effort to brand higher education followed the vision, mission and goals of the university, including the transfer of status from IAIN Bengkulu to UIN Bengkulu. The branding strategy that has been carried out is the use of appropriate technology. Public relations publicity is a strategy carried out by the public relations, publication and documentation subdivision of IAIN Bengkulu in building a reputation. The strategy in building reputation is carried out by presenting information on activities and advantages through the official media of IAIN Bengkulu and media that disseminate with IAIN Bengkulu in spreading the news to the public
NKRI and Bhineka Tunggal Ika: A Constitutional and Futuristic Understanding of Sukarno\u27s Politics
No full textSukarno is known not only as the proclaimer of Indonesia and the originator of Pancasila but also as a national figure who introduced the ideas of NKRI and Bhinneka Tunggal Ika into the Indonesian state system. This study aims to examine the essence and existence of both ideas philosophically and then analyze their relationship, and based on that analysis, predict the future of NKRI: Will Indonesia remain with the unitary ideology (NKRI), or could it change to federalism (RIS State)? By using a philosophical research methodology, this study found: First, although NKRI concerns the form of the state and Bhinneka Tunggal Ika as the motto of the Indonesian State, their essence is the same, namely regarding the political ideology of a modern state: "unity in diversity." With this philosophical ideology, Indonesia, which has a diversity of tribes, customs, languages, and religions, has existed since its founding. Second, the NKRI (unitarism) and the RIS State (federalism) have different constitutional bases. The NKRI is based on the 1945 Constitution, while the RIS State is based on the 1949 RIS Constitution, but their philosophical basis is the same, namely Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. Therefore, in the future, Indonesia can remain a Unitary State and become a Federal State. However, although the form of the Unitary State can change to a Federal State in the future, Bhinneka Tunggal Ika remains valid. This is Sukarno\u27s contribution to the State of Indonesia, past, present, and future.Sukarno dikenal tidak hanya sebagai proklamator Indonesia dan pencetus Pancasila tetapi juga seorang tokoh nasional yang mengintroduksi gagasan NKRI dan Bhineka Tunggal Ika ke dalam ketatangeraan Indonesia. Adapun studi ini mau mengkaji secara filosofis essensi dan eksistensi kedua gagasan itu dan kemudian menganalisis hubungan keduanya, dan atas dasar analisis itu memprediksi masa depan NKRI: Apakah Indonesia akan tetap dengan faham unitarisme (NKRI) atau bisa berubah menjadi federalisme (Negara RIS)? Dengan menggunakan metodologi penelitian filsafat, studi ini menemukan: Pertama, meski NKRI menyangkut bentuk negara dan Bhineka Tunggal Ika sebagai motto Negara Indonesia, namun essensi mereka sama, yaitu mengenai faham politik negara modern: “kesatuan dalam perbedaan”. Dengan faham filsafat ini, Indonesia yang majemuk suku, adat istiadat, bahasa, dan agama, dapat bereksistensi sejak berdirinya sampai dengan sekarang. Kedua, baik NKRI (unitarisme) maupun Negara RIS (federalisme) memiliki dasar konstitusional berbeda, NKRI berdasarkan UUD 1945, sedangkan Negara RIS berdasarkan Konstitusi RIS 1949, namun dasar filosofi mereka sama, yakni Bhineka Tunggal Ika. Karena itu, Indonesia di masa depan bisa tetap Negara Kesatuan namun bisa juga Negara Federal. Akan tetapi, meski bentuk Negara Kesatuan di masa depan bisa berubah menjadi Negara Federal, namun Bhineka Tunggal Ika tetap berlaku. Inilah kontribusi Sukarno bagi Negara Indonesia, dulu, sekarang, dan di masa depan

The method used was the story begins from conception, data collection techniques of filming and editing videos.
Before authors begin filming this, the authors conducted several research methods, such as literature, namely by looking for books related to the movie-making process. Moreover, the authors also conducted an analysis of some of the films made in reference to the character creation as well as analyzing the properties commonly used in a comedy movie.
Film "AGUS" tells about the life of a young person who wanted to try his fortune village in the city. Are then faced with a dilemma, in which he must decide wisely over what happened.
The process of making this film started pre-production process that begins with the design work of ideas and concepts. Writers develop it into a movie by using the techniques of filmmaking in general.
This film uses a video editing software on finalizing, it will also facilitate the task of the writer in perfecting. Finally, the hope of the author of the final report will be the best, so it can be a role model for others, both technical and moral message contained in the film, and through this work, the author is able to provide different entertainment that could shift the interest of the film market film eroticism to quality films
