Analisis Pengembangan SDM Dalam Optimalisasi Pelayanan Gizi di RSU Syifa Medina Tasikmalaya
Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) di Rsu Syifa Medina Tasikmalaya memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan gizi yang berkualitas. Pelayanan gizi yang baik sangat mempengaruhi pada kesehatan pasien dan proses pemulihan, sehingga diperlukan SDM yang kompeten dan memiliki semangat kerja yang tinggi. Hasil dari kajian ini untuk menganalisis dampak pengembangan SDM terhadap optimalisasi pelayanan gizi di Rsu Syifa Medina Tasikmalaya. Adapun Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, yang fokus pada gambaran atau deskripsi data secara numerik. Untuk memperoleh pemahaman mendalam tentang fenomena yang diteliti. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan peneliti untuk menggali wawasan langsung dari para staff rumah sakit yang terlibat dalam proses pengembangan SDM dan implementasi pelayanan gizi. Pengembangan SDM yang berfokus pada kompetensi dan pelatihan berkelanjutan dapat meningkatkan pelayanan di Rsu Syifa Medina Tasikmalaya, dengan dampak yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien dan efisiensi pelayanan
FENOMENOLOGI AGAMA: PENDEKATAN FENOMENOLOGI UNTUK MEMAHAMI AGAMA
In this article the author explains what is called ‘phenomenological approach’ in the study of religion. Starting from Husserl’s philosophy of phenomenology, the author tracing its influences in social science through one of Husserl’s students, Alfred Schutz. Based on Husserl’s ideas developed by Schutz, the author presents his views how those ideas can be applied in the study of religion, and how religion can be defined phenomenologically. The author further explains some methodological ethical implications of doing phenomenological research on religion.

Dalam tulisan ini penulis menjelaskan apa yang disebut ‘pendekatan fenomenologi’ dalam kajian agama. Berangkat dari filsafat fenomenologi Husserl, penulis melacak pengaruhnya pada ilmu sosial melalui salah seorang murid Husserl, Alfred Schultz. In this article the author identifies and describes three kinds of traditional arts in Indonesia: the arts of the Great Tradition, of the Little Tradition and of the Tribal Tradition. These kinds of tra-ditional arts need to be preserved and developed since they have a number of functions for the so-cieties, namely: as tourist attractions; identities of their communities/societies; source of inspira-tions for the creation and development of new arts. In Indonesia, the efforts are hindered by several problems, such as the decline of the popularity of the traditional arts, lack of regeneration, lack of institutional support, and lack of grand design for the development. These problems need to be solved to develop the Indonesian traditional arts
Visual Review of Periodic Print Media Advertising in Bandung, West Java 1970 Decade
Since Dutch plantation owners in West Java established and developed the city of Bandung, they settled in the area of the city and also making periodical print media for socialization and communication among them. In the past 1930 decade the Dutch colonial start to create and form the printed media and publications in a steady and continuous way in West Java. After the independence declaration of Indonesia State in 1945, the print media and periodical publications continued and remade by the Chinese and indigenous communities. The area of Bandung became more advanced into a business city after World War II, in which formed commercial enterprises and other social activities. During the period of Indonesia government shifting from “orde Lama” to “orde baru” the activities of printing and publishing as a network of communication media increasingly established and widely established. In West Java, newspapers and magazines such as; "Pikiran Rakyat" and "Mangle" has been read and watched by many societies in Bandung city, even nationally used as a means of advertising for readers. "Pikiran Rakyat" and "Mangle" are created and developed by publishers who have Sundanese / Sundanese influence. As is known Sundanese race / tribe is the second largest number of tribes in the Indonesia region. The research methodology was conducted with a qualitative descriptive approach and discusses the visual documentation data from the periodical publishing archive of the 1970s decade. In this concern, the author is interested to review the periodical print media in terms of visual display advertising of 1970 decade. Besides to review visual graphic design the other purposes are in an effort to document the visual data, for information for the next Indonesia generation
STRUKUTUR DAN RELASI TOKOH NOVEL BIDAYAH WA NIHAYA: ANALISIS STRUKTURALISME L�VI-STRAUSS
Naguib Mahfouz is one of Arabian writer who have environments
sensibility. Through Bidayah wa Nihayah, one of his work, Mahfouz tell about
urban family that stay in big city, Cairo. With structuralism Claude Lévi-Strauss,
this novel is researched to know the pattern that author use and to know the
meaning that he want. In this research, the story is grouped in episodes. In the
episodes, every actor relate to other to make a pattern. This pattern is associated
with Egypt�s ethnography. With this associated is know that woman partition in
Egyptian life is very much, but them still are treated like a second class. More over,
relation within Hasan, Husain, Hasanain and Nafisa show a relation between
Bedouin, village, and city. Two patterns that�s found deliver to aim form the author.
The figure of Hasan who have happy ending is figure that can play Islamic concepts
of unity, trust and fairness. That concept if is played correctly can make a player
have a good end. Bidayah wa Nihayah, one of Mahfouz�s work accidently practiced
a transformation of tree Islamic concepts into Hasan, and Hasan is represent from
citizen that Mahfouz idealize

TIPOLOGI PEMAKNAAN QARI/QARIAH PADA KEGIATAN MTQ DAN HAFLAH TILAWAH SERTA IMPLIKASINYA TERHADAP GAYA PEMBACAAN AL-QUR’AN
The Practice of reading the Qur’an is an implementation from the function
oh the Qur’an as a holly book to be read. None other than the reader's
interpretation of the practice is as a form of worship to Allah Swt. On the
other hand, not only that, but also as an effort to achive an achievements
and as an effort to strengthen self-existence. Such a variety of
interpretations then became the sources of differences in the style of
reading the Qur’an by some qari/qariah in the event of Musabaqah
Tilawatil Qur’an (MTQ) and haflah tilawah. This study aims to explain
how the interpretation of qari/qariah in MTQ and haflah tilawah can
impact the style of reading the Qur'an performed. The main focus of this
discussion is; first, how is the typology of interpretations in the practice of
reading the Qur'an by qari/qariah in MTQ and haflah tilawah? Second,
how is the impact of typology of interpretations on the practice of reading
the Qur'an by qari/qariah in MTQ and haflah tilawah? The data used in this
study are sourced from interviews, observation, documentation, and
literature studies. Meanwhile, the analytical tools that used by the author
to answer the research problem are the aesthetic reception theory
developed by Wolfgang Iser and the structural paradigm approach
proposed by Heddy Shri Ahimsa Putra. As a result, the author argues that
the style of reading the Qur'an by qari/qariah can change when faced with
a typology of interpretation formed by the social structure, which in this
case is MTQ and haflah tilawah. The difference in the style of reading the
Qur'an can be reflected in the consistency of the reading rools of the Qur'an
and the receptions to the present of performance norms in the both
mediums. This research emphasizes that with the typology of
interpretations, the style of reading the Qur'an by qari/qariah can be
different, includes the exploration of aesthetics, the use of the reading
rules, and the normalization of the reading mistakes the Qur'an, even though the qiraat and
riwayat used are the same

Bidang arsitektur dan profesi arsitek merupakan entitas yang sangat tua dan selalu
terkait dengan kehidupan masyarakat. Seorang arsitek juga dituntut untuk selalu
berpikir, yang mana salah satunya bertujuan untuk menghasilkan keserasian dalam
rancangannya. SCAN ke 6 kali ini, dengan tema “Finding the Fifth Element… After
Water, Earth, Wind and Fire”, pasti tidak terlepas dari kegalauan arsitek sebagai
pemikir untuk selalu berkembang dan beradaptasi, serta mencari hal-hal baru; atau
mendefinisikan kembali sesuatu yang dipunyai menjadi sesuatu hal yang dapat
diselaraskan dengan konteks masa kini.
Pada SCAN kali ini diharapkan kreativitas arsitek dan ilmuwan lain dapat
mengemuka, sehingga gagasan-gagasan yang genuine dapat muncul. Tentu saja “the
fifth element” bagi satu dan lain orang dapat merupakan sesuatu yang berbeda atau
sama. Namun terlepas dari semua itu, kita tentu sepakat bahwa sesuatu yang kita
hasilkan, entah itu berupa buah pikiran atau karya rancangan, harus lah merupakan
sesuatu yang dapat menjawab tantangan yang dihadapi.
Pada kesempatan ini ucapan terimakasih yang sebesar-besarnya dihaturkan
kepada pembicara kunci, pembicara utama, dan seluruh pemakalah yang telah
mewarnai kegiatan SCAN 6 kali ini. Semoga apa yang telah Bapak/Ibu perbuat dapat
