Code Mixing Usage in Imperfect: Karier, Cinta & Timbangan Movie Directed By Ernest Prakarsa
No full textThe objective of this study was to analyze the types, factors, and functions of code-mixing in the movie Imperfect: Karier, Cinta Timbangan directed by Ernest Prakasa. The study uses the descriptive qualitative method. The subject data is taken from the utterances of dialogue on each person in the movie and the object data is taken from the main characters. As a novelty, the study shows theoretical contribution by exploring types, factors, and the function of code-mixing in the movie. This type is determined by the mixing between inter sentential and Intra lexical mixing. This has not been studied in previous research. While the other research studies common types of code-mixing, they ware insertion, alternation, and congruent lexicalization. So, why the authors need to obtain this research because they contribute to adding a new understanding in code-mixing. The result of this study showed that the most widely used type of code-mixing was inter-sentential mixing. The most widely used code-mixing factors are domicile and conversation time. Meanwhile, the most widely used code-mixing function is repetition. The implications of this research are in the form of the preparation of a Learning Implementation Plan (RPP). Inter sentential, intra-lexical, code-mixing research in the film Imperfect: Career, Love Scales directed by Ernest Prakasa will be implied in English courses. Implications will be carried out at the Bina Sarana Informatika university level in English drama courses about analyzing the content and language of the plays read or watched. Legal Protection Against Default Debtor Personal Data in Personal Loan Agreement (PINPRI) on Social Media Platform X in Indonesia
No full textIn the current digital era, lending and borrowing transactions are increasingly diverse, both in the form of online loans, pay later methods, and the latest on social media X, namely personal loans. The personal loan scheme offered via social media X brings new problems in its implementation. For debtors who fail to pay, personal loan creditors will not hesitate to massively disseminate data via social media. Therefore, through this research, the author wants to examine the development of the implementation of loan agreements in Indonesia, the validity of personal loan agreements (PINPRI) on the X social media platform in Indonesia, as well as legal protection for the personal data of defaulting debtors in personal loan agreements (PINPRI) on social media platform X in Indonesia.
The method used in research and writing this thesis is a normative legal research method, which is descriptive. The data consists of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials collected using library study techniques and analyzed using qualitative normative data analysis methods.
This research concludes that lending and borrowing transactions in Indonesian society are not something new. Apart from that, over time the presence of personal loans on the X social media platform is a form of technological progress. However, regarding the implementation of the agreement made by the parties, it should not be valid before the law because basically it does not fulfill the elements of the requirements for a valid agreement in Article 1320 of the Civil Code. Thus, prohibitions and sanctions are regulated on all data dissemination by personal loan creditors in Law Number 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection, Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions, Government Regulation Number 71 of 2019 concerning Implementation of Electronic Systems and Transactions, as well as Minister of Communication and Information Regulation Number 20 of 2016 concerning Protection of Personal Data in Electronic Systems.132 PagesSkripsi Sarjan
Evaluasi Keamanan Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Mahasiswa Menggunakan Framework VAPT(Studi Kasus: Sister Universitas Jember)
No full textAplikasi sistem informasi berbasis website seperti, Sistem Informasi Terpadu Universitas Jember tidak lepas dari celah – celah keamanan yang dapat disalahgunakan oleh orang yang tidak berhak. Penyalahgunaan tersebut dapat merugikan institusi baik fisik maupun non fisik. Kerugian dapat menyebabkan sistem dan proses bisnis di Universitas Jember yang sudah berbasis IT menjadi terhenti.
Untuk melakukan identifikasi celah keamanan digunakan framework VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing). Pada proses Vulnerability Assessment akan digunakan metode automated testing yang menggunakan tools bantuan, yaitu dengan menggunakan Acunetix, OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite, Nessus, dan W3af. Pada proses Penetration Testing akan menggunakan metode Blackbox Testing.
Dari hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan, penulis menemukan beberapa celah yang dapat mengganggu keamanan Sister Universitas Jember. Namun, dari celah yang telah ditemukan tersebut tidak didapatkan hak akses. Hal tersebut menunjukkan keamanan Sister cukup baik. Kemudian pada tugas akhir ini, penulis merumuskan rekomendasi perbaikan terkait celah yang ditemukan agar nantinya dapat diperbaiki oleh pihak Universitas Jember. ===============================================================
Application of website-based information systems such as, Universitas Negeri Jember Integrated Information System can not be separated from the holes that can be abused by unauthorized people. Such abuse can harm both physical and non-physical institutions. Losses can lead to systems and business processes at the IT-based Universitas Negeri Jember being stalled.
To identify the vulnerabilities, author used VAPT framework (Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing). In the Vulnerability Assessment process, author will use the automated testing method using Acunetix, OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite, Nessus, and W3af. In Penetration Testing process will use Blackbox Testing method.
From the results of tests that have been done, the authors found some holes that can interfere with the security of Sister University of Jember. It shows Sister's security quite well. Then in this thesis, the authors formulated recommendations for improvements related to the holes found so that later can be repaired by the University of Jember

No full textThis research was motivated by the low mathematical abilities of students in mathematics subjects. This can be seen from the low scores obtained by students, especially in mathematical communication skills. The low results of students' mathematical communication cannot be separated from the approach taken by the teacher. There are a number of approaches that can improve students' mathematical communication skills, including the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach and the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach. However, in this case the author cannot be sure which approach is better. Therefore, the aim of this research is to compare mathematical communication skills using Contextual Teaching and Learning with Realistic Mathematics Education of Class VI Elementary School Students in Sijunjung Regency. This research is a quasi-experimental research with a non-equivalent pretest-posttest control group research design. The data analysis process used in this research uses a 2x2 Factorial Design with the static group comparison design. From data analysis and hypotheses it was found that (1) there was a significant influence of using the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach on the mathematical communication skills of class VI students at SDN 28 Padang Laweh. (2) there is a significant effect of using the Realistic Mathematics Educaton (RME) approach on the mathematical communication skills of class VI students at SDN 20 Padang Laweh. (3) there is a significant difference in students' mathematical communication abilities using the Contextual Teaching and Learning approach with the Realistic Mathematics Educaton (RME) Approach in class VI at SD Negeri 28 Padang Laweh and at SD Negeri 20 Padang Lawe
Pengembangan Media Spinning Wheel Pada Materi Lambang Bilangan
No full textDunia anak adalah dunia bermain, hal ini merupakan kebutuhan primer yang sulit dipisahkan dari kehidupan mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media permainan Spinning Wheel agar tercipta pembelajaran berbasis learn and play juga meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa kelas III Sekolah Dasar pada materi lambang bilangan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 1 Panimbo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (R & D) oleh Borg dan Gall yang dimodifikasi oleh Sukmadinata. Penulis menyesuaikan model penelitian dan pengembangan Sukmadinata dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation & Evaluation). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis data kuantitatif dan deskriptif. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah lembar yang berisi butiran pernyataan. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil uji validasi oleh ahli media diperoleh skor sebesar 89%, oleh ahli materi diperoleh skor 93%, dan oleh ahli desain pembelajaran diperoleh skor 79%. Hasil angket respon siswa diperoleh presentase sebesar 85,185%, Rata-rata nilai pretest yang diperoleh siswa yaitu 39.26 dan nilai posttest diperoleh 84.44. Dari hasil tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil presentase uji validasi masuk dalam kategori “Sangat Tinggi” dan hasil presentase respon siswa masuk dalam kategori “sangat menarik” sehingga pemahaman peserta didik dalam memahami materi pembelajaran sebelum dan sesudah menggunkan media pembelajaran Spinning Wheel terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan.

This research aims to develop the Spinning Wheel game media to create learn and play based learning and also increase the learning motivation of third grade elementary school students on number symbol material. This research was carried out at SD Negeri 1 Panimbo. This research is development research (R & D) by Borg and Gall which was modified by Sukmadinata. The author adapts the Sukmadinata research and development model using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation & Evaluation) development model. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative and descriptive data analysis. The instrument used in this research was a sheet containing detailed statements. From the research carried out, the validation test results obtained by media experts obtained a score of 89%, by material experts obtained a score of 93%, and by learning design experts obtained a score of 79%. The results of the student response questionnaire obtained a percentage of 85.185%. The average pretest score obtained by students was 39.26 and the posttest score was 84.44. From these results, it can be concluded that the percentage results of the validation test are in the "Very High" category and the results of the percentage of student responses are in the "very interesting" category so that students' understanding of the learning material before and after using the Spinning Wheel learning media has increased significantly. significant..

Second, the factors that influence the existence of a feminist approach in Islamic studies. Third, the implications of academic feminist approaches to the dynamics of Islamic studies. The author uses the literature method by using a feminist approach in studying Islam. The results of this study show that first, feminist etymology comes from the word femme (single woman) who fought to fight for the rights of women as a social class. In terminology a women's movement that demands full equality. No full textThis article discusses the review of Maqāṣid Syarī‘ah in the context of productive endowment on a YouTube channel based on Ibnu ‘Ashur's perspective. The study is a library research using a juridical-normative approach focused on examining the issues and solutions of productive endowments in the digital era. The research data analysis employs the IRAC method (Issue, Rules, Analysis, and Conclusion). The author opines that revenues from YouTube endowment accounts, such as income from advertisements, shopping links, revenue from YouTube premium subscriptions, channel subscriptions, Super Chat & Super Stickers, and Super Thanks, should comply with the Maqāṣid Syarī‘ah. Monetization through advertisements obtained on YouTube endowment accounts is categorized as a means (waṣīlah), where limiting advertisements by the account owner implements the principle of 'saddu zarā’i' by eliminating the causes of Sharia violations in certain content. Revenue from YouTube accounts other than advertisements is categorized as a waṣīlah in Ibnu 'Ashur's Maqāṣid, justified to attain benefits (maṣlaḥah), as these means do not contain elements violating Sharia
