Al Mawaddah In The Quran (A Thematic Interpretation Perspective)
Get PDFThis writing discusses the interpretation of al-mawaddah from the perspective of the Qur'an. The aim of this research is to understand how al-mawaddah is interpreted from the perspective of the Qur'an. To obtain data, the author conducted data collection through a literature study to understand the concepts of interpreting the term from the perspective of the Qur'an. From the data analysis conducted, the author found that al-mawaddah can be interpreted as "love expressed through attitudes and behaviors similar to obedience as a result of admiration for someone." The interpretation of the word mawaddah is not only associated with the context of marriage. However, after further research, it was found that the word mawaddah also speaks in the context of peace or friendship and even war. From the analysis of the verse on al-mawaddah, we can draw several important conclusions: compassion as the foundation of relationships, emotional involvement in relationships, mutual understanding and self-respect, relationships that understand and respect each party's uniqueness have the potential to develop well, compassion as an expression of love, emphasis on "signs for those who reflect" indicates that loving human relationships are one of the manifestations of Allah's greatness, and humans are invited to reflect and appreciate this blessing. The verse on al-mawaddah teaches that relationships based on love, mutual understanding, and compassion are not only desirable but also a religious mandate. This serves as a guideline for building a society characterized by love and tolerance, creating a peaceful and blessed environment. Get PDFThe formation of a sakinah mawaddah and rahmah family is a family that is desired by every married person. The purpose of a marriage and the application of the rights and obligations of husband and wife, because in this day and age we see many marriages that do not last long. This encourages the author to write an article that will discuss how to build a sakinah-mawaddah-warahmah family in accordance with the Marriage Law and Islamic Law Compilation (KHI). The writing method used a literature studies that take from existing books and writings. In this paper, there are efforts to establish a household, namely those contained in articles 30-34 of the Marrige Law and article 77 KHI and also solutions to the formation of the samawa household. The solution is to maintain communication relationships, biological needs, appearances and regulate the family economy. Pembentukan keluarga yang sakinah mawaddah dan rahmah merupakan sebuah keluarga yang diinginkan oleh setiap orang yang sudah menikah. Tujuan dari sebuah perkawinan dan penerapan hak dan kewajiban suami istri, karena di zaman sekarang banyak kita lihat pernikahan-pernikahan yang tidak berlangsung lama. Hal tersebut mendorong penulis untuk menulis sebuah tulisan yang akan membahas tentang bagaimana membangun keluarga yang sakinah-mawaddah-warahmah sesuai dengan Undang-undang perkawinan dan KHI. Metode penulisan menggunakan studi literatur yang mengambil dari buku dan tulisan yang sudah ada. Dalam tulisan ini terdapat upaya pembentukan rumahtangga yaitu yang terdapat pada pasal 30-34 UUP dan pasal 77 KHI dan juga solusi pembentukan rumah tangga yang samawa. Berdasarkan catatan organisasi kesehatan dunia (WHO) tahun 2008, Indonesia menduduki posisi keempat dengan jumlah penderita Diabetes Mellitus terbanyak di dunia. Obat-obat anti diabetes yang ada saat ini harganya relatif lebih mahal dan pemakaian obat anti diabetes perlu waktu yang lama. Sedangkan penderita Diabetes Mellitus bisa menyerang siapa saja dari golongan atas sampai terbawah. Diabetes yang tidak terkontrol dengan baik dapat menimbulkan komplikasi akut dan kronis. Banyak jenis tanaman yang selama ini dipercaya dapat mengobati diabetes. Tanaman zaitun (Olea europaea) merupakan salah satu tanaman yang dipercaya bisa digunakan untuk mengobati Diabetes Mellitus.
Tujuan :
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk Mengetahui pengaruh pemberian minyak zaitun (Olea europaea) extra virgin terhadap penurunan kadar gula darah pada mencit (Mus musculus L) yang diinduksi streptozotosin (STZ)
Metode :
Metode penelitian pada percobaan ini adalah mengukur pemberian minyak zaitun ekstra virgin dengan membandingkan kelompok kontrol yang diberi dosis minyak berbeda
Hasil :
Pemberian minyak zaitun ekstra virgin dengan dosis 0,5 ; 0,7 dan 0,9 gram/hari belum bisa menurunkan kadar gula darah pada mencit (Mus musculus L) yang diinduksi streptozotosin (STZ)
Kesimpulan :
Pemberian induksi streptozotosin pada mencit menyebabkan kerusakan pada pankreas sehingga didapatkan kadar gula darah yang sangat tinggi. Sehingga pemberian induksi pakan tinggi lemak bisa dipertimbangkan

Meldi Kesuma Magister Manajemen, Universitas Syiah Kuala, Indonesia *Corresponding Author : [email protected] Abstrak Studi ini bertujuan mengukur pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kinerja organisasi yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi pada PLN unit pelaksana pelayanan pelanggan (UP3) banda aceh. Adapun jumlah populasi penelitian yaitu 150 orang dimana keseluruhan populasi adalah pegawai tetap dan telah bekeija lebih 3 tahun. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan metode sensus. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner. Model penelitian di analisis menggunakan Struktural Equation Modeling (SEM) memanfaatkan software Amos. Hasil penelitian pada pada PLN unit pelaksana pelayanan pelanggan Banda Aceh bisa disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki efek yang signifikan pada kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi, kinerja karyawan dan kinerja organisasi; Kepuasan kerja memiliki efek yang signifikan pada kinerja karyawan dan kinerja organisasi; Komitmen organisasi memiliki efek yang signifikan pada kinerja karyawan dan kinerja organisasi; Kepuasan kerja memediasi peran kepemimpinan transformasional pada kinerja karyawan dan kinerja organisasi; dan Komitmen organisasi memediasi peran kepemimpinan trasformasional pada kinerja karyawan dan kinerja organisasi. Hasil pengujian ini berhasil merumuskan fungsi peningkatan kinerja PLN UP3 Banda Aceh, yaitu merupakan fungsi dari penguatan kepemimpinan yang bersifat transformasi, penguatan komitmen, dan peningkatan kinerja para karyawan. Hasil ternuan ini menjadi dasar untuk mendukung penelitian selanjutnya yang bisa dikembangkan dengan menambahkan variabel seperti corporate citizenship behavior dan pemberdayaan karyawan. The Effect of Tapak Dara (Catharanthus roseus) Leaf Extract on The Growth of Mice (Mus Musculus) Ovarian Follicles
Get PDFTapak dara (Catharanthus roseus) leaf contain phytoestrogen compounds such as flavonoids, isoflavonoids, saponins, and tannins, and contain alkaloid compounds. Phytoestrogens are compounds contained in plants, having a chemical structure resembling 17β-Estradiol in the body's natural estrogen. This study aims to determine the effect of tapak dara leaf extract on the growth of ovarian follicles of mice (Mus musculus), consisting of primary follicles, secondary, tertiary, and de Graaf follicles. This research method is true experiment and Posstest-Only Control with a quantitative approach. Sampling was carried out randomized block design (RBD). The growth of mice ovarian follicles is known by counting the number of mice ovarian follicles, analyzed using the ANOVA one-way test analysis method at a sig. level of 5% (α = 0.05), then if there is a difference, proceed with a further test of Least Significant Difference) at a sig. level of 5% (α = 0.05). Data analysis using Microsoft Excel 2010. The results of the hypothesis test using One Way ANOVA stated that Fcalculate > Ftable at sum of primary follicles, which means that there is a real difference and Ha is accepted. The results of hypothesis tests at sum of secondary, tertiary, and de Graaf follicles stated that Fcalculate < Ftable, which means there is no real difference and Ha is rejected. The conclusion of this study is that tapak dara leaf extract has a significant effect on the growth of primary follicles, but does not significantly affect the growth of secondary, tertiary, and de Graaf follicles
