Pembentukan Karakter Siswa Melalui Program Tausyiah Di SMK Islam Insan Cendekia
Full text linkThe issue of character education is currently being increasingly discussed, amidst the massive flow of information technology, whose access can distance people from religious and cultural values as the philosophy of national life. Educational institutions have a great responsibility for the formation of the character of their students, through religious activities carried out in schools. This study aims to determine the implementation of the tausyiah program at SMK Islam Insan Cedekia, the implications of the tausyiah program on the formation of student character at SMK Islam Insan Cedekia and the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the tausyiah program at SMK Islam Insan Cedekia. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with research subjects being supervising teachers and students. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study show that: (1) The implementation of the tausyiah program is carried out routinely, (2) there is a significant impact of this tausyiah program in forming student character, (3) The main supporting factor is the encouragement from the academic community at the school, the inhibiting factor is the lack of facilities and infrastructure

Full text linkThis paper aims to find out: (a) the zakat management system according to Law No. 38 of 1999 concerning Zakat Management; (b) the zakat management system according to Law No. 23 of 2011 concerning Zakat Management, and (c) the influence of Law No. 23 of 2011 on the optimization of zakat utilization. This study uses a normative juridical approach. The type of research used is Qualitative research, which is research that does not use statistical analysis procedures or other quantification methods, but uses qualitative data analysis procedures.
Based on the results of the discussion, it can be concluded that before the enactment of Law No. 23 of 2011, the management of zakat was regulated based on Law No. 38 of 1999. Although it must be admitted that the regulation still has many very basic shortcomings, for example, there are no sanctions imposed on muzakki who neglect their obligations. In Law No. 23 of 2011 there are additional articles that have not been regulated in the previous Law, One of the most important things in Law No. 23 of 2011 is related to institutional strengthening, where BAZNAS is mentioned as a non-structural government institution which is an extension of the government. The enactment of Law No. 23 of 2011 has provided new enlightenment for BAZNAS at all levels. Which is based on Islamic law, trust, utility, justice, legal certainty, integration, and accountability. The presence of the law has strengthened BAZNAS' position in a more professional zakat management system

Full text linkTarjhe salep marriage is a term used for the marriage of two brothers and sisters cross-breed to be married together and a term given by the elders/ancestors of the Madurese people, namely a cross-marriage between two brothers and daughters. The implementation of the tarjhe salep marriage is two brothers (brothers and sisters). This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. The procedure for data collection is obtained through interviews. The informants are community leaders, religious leaders in Sungai Rasau Village, Sungai Pinyuh District, Mempawah Regency. The community's view in the perspective of Islamic law about marriage ointment tarjha has the same good and positive response. However, the difference in public views has some negative responses mentioned in the term Madura settong jube ajiah jubek kabbi and the perspective of Islamic law has a positive impact as stated in Surah An-Nisa verse 23, which is about women who are haram to marry

Islam teaches that dressing is not just about covering the body, but also reflects one's character, morals, and spiritual values. Therefore, understanding the concept of dressing well and modestly according to Islamic law is very important. Along with the times, Globalization and the influence of outside cultures often make the norm of dressing well and modestly overlooked. It is the same with tabarruj in the bride's dress during Walimatul Ursy. So this research intends to reveal how Islamic Law's view of the tabarruj of bridal dresses during wedding party events, understanding how to dress well and correctly according to Islamic law. The method used in this study is normative juridical research. From this study, it can be concluded that the best clothes are pious clothes, a way of dressing in accordance with the sharia of the Islamic religion, which does not contain tabarruj and isyraf. Most of the bride's dresses that exist today still contain tabarruj and isyraf, this can be seen in a rather tight echo even though there is a hijab that covers the chest and the excessive length of the dress until it falls to the ground. Full text linkThe phenomenon of serial marriage is still a prominent social reality in Melapis Hamlet, Sungai Duri Village, Sungai Raya District, Bengkayang Regency. This study aims to examine the factors behind the occurrence of serial marriages and analyze their implications in the perspective of the sociology of Islamic law.
This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of field observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation of community leaders, serial marriage perpetrators, village officials, and religious leaders.
The results showed that the practice of serial marriage in the study location was influenced by several factors, including low public understanding of marriage law regulations, the encouragement of local culture that still tolerates this practice, economic reasons, and the desire of some couples to avoid administrative procedures that are considered complicated or costly. From the perspective of the sociology of Islamic law, this phenomenon reflects the gap between formal legal norms, both state law and Islamic law, which emphasizes the importance of marriage registration and the social reality of society that prioritizes religious legitimacy and social acceptance over state legality

Intensify Writing Skills Using A Grammar Handbook To The Second-Grade At Ma Al Mukhlishin
Full text linkThe study aims to explore the process of intensifying writing skills and to find out the effects that occur when using a grammar handbook. This research has been conducted on the basis of problems that occur in MA. Al-Mukhlishin, Mempawah. The problem in question is the lack of students' ability to write an English sentence. The researcher initiated the research by intensifying the students' writing ability. To intensify this ability, the researcher tries to offer a medium that will be used, namely the Grammar Handbook. This research uses a mixed method approach with the type of convergent parallel design research that focuses on developing the results of qualitative research and quantitative research. The results of both studies show that the response obtained by the researcher to the use of the grammar handbook itself is very positive where students understand enough from the discussion of the book. Students consider that the book is important to use and they even think that the book can be a good guide so that students want to cover their writing deficiencies by studying the grammar handbook. Regarding the students' development, it is quite significant because the researcher thinks they are trained enough after the treatment or experiment of using the grammar handbook in the previous lesson

Full text linkThis study aims to explain the improvement of students’ mathematical disposition after being given by a problem solving approach to learning materials trigonometry in class X MA Ushuluddin Singkawang. The method used was a pre-experimental research with one group pretest-posttest research design. The sample in this study was students in class XB with 29 students. Based on t test using SPSS 23.0 for windows, it was obtained that the score for Sig. (2-tailed) = 0:01 <α = 0.05, which means that There is an improvement of students' mathematical disposition after the application of Problem Solving approach to learning materials trigonometry. Based on the Effect Size calculation, it was obtained that the contribution of the application of Problem Solving approach contributes to the ability of students' mathematical disposition as 49.83%
