This study aims to identify, analyse, and describe in depth the educational management model implemented at the Subulussalam Modern Islamic Boarding School (PPMS), Kresek, Tangerang, Banten, in internalising the values of multicultural Islamic education. PPMS, with its composition of students from various regions, is seen as an ideal social laboratory. The primary data are: Head of the Islamic Boarding School, teachers, and students of PPMS, and the data analysis techniques in this study are: Data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The main results of the study indicate that multicultural management at PPMS is implemented informally but structurally through three pillars: 1) Integration of the values of Ukhuwah Islamiyah, Wathaniyah, and Basyariyah into the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an curriculum and religious subjects, 2) A heterogeneous boarding school policy (ethnically mixed room system) to facilitate intensive 24-hour interaction, and 3) The exemplary behaviour of Kiai and Ustadz/Ustadzah as models of tasamuh (tolerance) and ta'awun (mutual cooperation). In conclusion, management based on multicultural Islamic values at PPMS is effective in creating a harmonious and inclusive educational ecosystem, equipping students with spiritual and social intelligence that prepares them to face the challenges of global and domestic diversity. This study recommends the formalisation of this model as a management guide for other Islamic educational institutions

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Decree of the Director-General of Islamic Education No. 6093 of 2020 concerning competency standards for Qur’an mastery, particularly in the teaching of the Qur’an at IAIN Ponorogo, using a structural-functional theoretical perspective. The research employs a qualitative evaluative approach, with data collected through document analysis, program evaluation reports, and observations of Qur'an learning activities. The findings reveal that implementing Qur'an teaching has significantly improved students' competencies in Qur'anic recitation, memorization, and comprehension. From a structural-functional perspective, the Qur'an learning program functions not only as an academic instrument but also as a mechanism for maintaining educational order and social stability within the institution. Nevertheless, challenges persist due to students' diverse educational backgrounds, which affect the uniformity of competency achievement. Therefore, this study recommends continuous evaluation, adaptive learning strategies, and differentiated instructional approaches to ensure the sustainability, relevance, and effectiveness of Qur'an teaching programs in responding to students' needs and institutional goals

The results of the study indicate that the entrepreneurship-based hidden curriculum in both Islamic boarding schools is an effective instrument in instilling the values of student independence. At the Sunan Gunungjati Ba'alawy Islamic Boarding School, the entrepreneurship program encompasses seed sales, cooperatives, fertilizer production, agriculture, agro-farms, and the Micro Waqf Agency, as well as the provision of necessities. Meanwhile, at the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School, it takes the form of a drinking water depot, a convenience store, a mini market, and a laundry. The implementation of the hidden curriculum shapes students' independence in economic, social, emotional, intellectual, and temporal aspects, while fostering a productive, adaptive, and entrepreneurial mindset in accordance with the demands of Society 5.0. This study confirms that Islamic boarding schools play a strategic role in developing a generation of independent, creative, and globally competitive students through entrepreneurship education based on Islamic values

Civil Forfeiture as a Legal Mechanism for Recovery of State Losses in Corruption Cases in Indonesia

The recovery of state financial losses from corruption remains a central challenge in Indonesia's anti-corruption framework. Despite the availability of various recovery mechanisms, questions persist regarding their effectiveness and conformity wth the principle of proportionality and national legal policy.   This study examines the application of proportionality in state loss recovery policies and formulates a future-oriented legal policy to enhance recovery effectiveness.   Employing a normative legal research method, this study applies Robert Alexy's proportionality test, suitability, necessity, and proportionality in the strict sense to assess criminal restitution, post-conviction asset confiscation, and administrative and civil forfeiture mechanisms.   The findings reveal that Indonesia's current recovery framework is fragmented and predominantly reliant on repressive, criminal-based approaches, resulting in limited asset recovery.   The novelty of this study lies in its proportionality-based formulation of civil forfeiture as an integrated administrative recovery model that prevents asset dissipation while safeguarding due process and property rights.   This study argues that proportionality does not weaken anti-corruption efforts, but rather provides a normative foundation for designing recovery policies that are effective, balanced, and capable of delivering measurable public benefits

Peningkatan Pemahaman Spldv Melalui Model Problem Based Learning (PBL) Pada Siswa Kelas IX

This study aims to improve students' understanding of the System of Linear Equations in Two Variables (SPLDV) through the application of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model to ninth-grade students. The low understanding of the SPLDV concept is caused by teacher-centered learning and the lack of active student involvement in the problem-solving process. This study used a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach, implemented in two cycles, with each cycle encompassing planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects were ninth-grade students. Data collection techniques included conceptual understanding tests, observation of student activities, and documentation. The results showed an increase in students' understanding of the SPLDV material after the implementation of the PBL model. This was demonstrated by an increase in the average learning outcome score and student activeness in the learning process in each cycle. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the Problem-Based Learning model is effective in improving students' understanding of the SPLDV material in ninth-grade students

Jakarta is one of the most polluted cities in Indonesia, which often exceeds safe health standards. Despite growing evidence linking air pollution to dermatological conditions, public knowledge and preventive behavior in urban communities remain limited and poorly addressed in community health programs. The objective of this program is to increase community knowledge about the effects of air pollution on skin health through a community-based education model that integrates pre-test and post-test assessments with practical activities. The program was conducted in three phases: pre-implementation, including material preparation and pretest-posttest assessment design; implementation, including a health education session and a practical workshop on micellar water formulation; and post-implementation, through evaluation and reporting. The activity was held on October 15, 2025, with 30 participants. Results showed a statistically significant improvement in participant knowledge, as measured by a paired t-test (p<0,05), with average scores increasing from 53.0 to 65.67. The assessment was conducted using a 10-question questionnaire before and after the activity. This activity highlights the potential of integrated educational and practical approaches to improve community understanding of environmental health risks and support the adoption of preventive self-care practices
