Validation of PANS and active flow control for a generic truck cabin
This paper presents a drag reduction study using active flow control (AFC) on a generic bluff body. The model consists of a simplified truck cabin, characterized by sharp edge separation on top and bottom edges and pressure induced separation on the two other rounded vertical front corners. The pressure induced separation reproduces the flow detachment occurring at the front A-pillar of a real truck (Schuetz, 2015). The prediction of the flow field by partially averaged Navier-Stokes (PANS) simulations, conducted on a relatively coarse mesh, is validated against wind tunnel data (pressure measurements and particle image velocimetry (PIV)) and resolved large eddy simulations (LES) data. The Reynolds number for both simulations and experiments is Re=5×10^5 (which corresponds to 1/6 of a full scale truck Re) based on the inlet velocity Uinf and the width of the model W=0.4m. A validation of PANS results is followed by a CFD study on the actuation frequency that minimizes the aerodynamic drag and suppresses the side recirculation bubbles. PANS accurately predicts the flow field measured in experiments and predicted by a resolved LES. The side recirculation bubble of a simplified truck cabin model is suppressed almost completely and a notable drag reduction by means of AFC is observed
Aerodynamic flow control for a generic truck cabin using synthetic jets
This experimental work presents the achievement in drag reduction with the use of active flow control (AFC) for a generic bluff body. Experiments were done in the Chalmers University closed loop wind-tunnel at Reynolds number . The is based on the undisturbed velocity m/s and the width of the model m. The model consists of a simplified truck cabin, characterized by sharp edge separation on top and bottom edges and pressure induced separation on the rounded vertical side edges. The pressure induced separation reproduces the flow detachment occurring at the front A-pillar of a real truck. The investigation of the unactuated and actuated flow was conducted by means of time-resolved particle image velocimetry (PIV). Loudspeakers were used as the actuation device. These were characterized before the actuation study, highlighting an interesting analogy between actuation frequency and jet vortex pair size. The effects of different actuations were evaluated with hot wire anemometry. The effect of the actuation was studied using phase averaging and modal analysis. A notable reduction of the side recirculation bubble was observed. The nature of the separation mechanism was investigated and related to different actuation frequencies spanning the range . PENGARUH KINERJA MANAJEMEN PEMELIHARAAN GEDUNG TERHADAP KEPUASAN PENGGUNA (STUDI KASUS HARTONO MALL YOGYAKARTA)
Bangunan gedung merupakan suatu hasil fisik pekerjaan konstruksi sebagai tempat berlindung dari cuaca, keamanan, tempat tinggal, tempat bekerja, maupun kegiatan lainnya. Seiring berjalannya waktu kebutuhan akan lahan konstruksi di Indonesia semakin meningkat, Oleh karena itu pembangunan gedung bertingkat tinggi sudah menjadi solusi umum di Indonesia. Semakin lama umur bangunan maka kualitas komponen bangunan akan menurun, maka diperlukan manajemen pemeliharaan bangunan gedung yang baik dan sesuai prosedur. Pemeliharaan gedung bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan kualitas komponen bangunan agar fasilitas-fasilitas yang ada dalam gedung tersebut nyaman untuk digunakan oleh pengguna bangunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja manajemen pemeliharaan terhadap penilaian pengguna gedung dengan objek studi Hartono Mall Yogyakarta.
Penelitian ini didasarkan pada Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum Nomor: 24/PRT/M/2008 tentang Pedoman Pemeliharaan dan Perawatan Bangunan Gedung. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan cara menyebarkan kuisioner kepada bagian pemeliharaan dan pengguna gedung. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode uji validitas dan realibilitas untuk memastikan konsistensi alat ukur guna mencapai sasarannya, analisis mean dan standar deviasi untuk memberikan skor penilaian kuisioner, uji korelasi Product Moment (Pearson) untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kinerja pelaksanaan pemeliharaan gedung dengan penilaian pengguna gedung.
Berdasarkan hasil dari mean kinerja manajemen pemeliharaan gedung mendapatkan nilai total sebesar 2,33. Berarti nilai tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pemeliharaan gedung di Hartono Mall Yogyakarta tergolong “baik”. Untuk penilaian pengguna gedung Hartono Mall Yogyakarta mendapatkan nilai mean sebesar 3,01. Dengan nilai tersebut pengguna gedung menilai bahwa kinerja pelaksanaan manajemen pemeliharaan gedung Hartono Mall Yogyakarta masuk dalam kategori “baik”. Dan hasil uji korelasi antara kinerja manajemen pemeliharaan dengan penilaian pengguna gedung Hartono Mall Yogyakarta mendapatkan nilai pearson correlation sebesar 0,547 yang berarti masuk dalam kategori hubungan “kuat
Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Kompensasi, dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan CV. Putri Adi Wijaya
Bersumber pada observasi dini di CV. Gadis Adi Wijaya, teridentifikasi terdapatnya permasalahan minimnya motivasi karyawan, baik dari segi internal ataupun eksternal. tujuan dari riset ini merupakan membagikan penilaian pengaruh lingkungann, kompensasi, serta motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Gadis Adi Wijaya. Riset ini memakai tata cara kuantitatif dengan populasi sebanyak 30 orang yang pula digunakan selaku ilustrasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa analisis regresi linier berganda pada variabel motivasi menunjukkan dari: Motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan di Perusahaan CV. Putri Adi Wijaya. Nilai koefisien regresi variabel motivasi sebesar (+) 0,313 atau 31,3%, menunjukkan bahwa setiap peningkatan dalam motivasi karyawan berkontribusi positif sebesar 31,3% terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Terdapat pengaruh poositif pada Kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai koefisien regresi variabel kompensasi sebesar (+) 0,362 atau 36,2%, menunjukkan bahwa setiap peningkatan dalam sistem kompensasi berkontribusi positif sebesar 36,2% terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai koefisien regresi variabel lingkungan kerja sebesar (+) 0,311 atau 31,1%, menunjukkan bahwa setiap perbaikan dalam lingkungan kerja ini berkontribusi positif sebesar 31,1% terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan

Pengaruh Bising Pesawat Udara Terhadap Jumlah Sel NK (CD56 + CD16 + CD3 ) Pada Masyarakat Di Sekitar Bandara Adi Sumarmo Boyolali
Exposure to noise constitutes a health risk. There is sufficient scientific evidence that noise exposure can induce hearing impairment, hypertension and ischemic heart disease, annoyance, sleep disturbance, and decreased school performance. For other effects such as changes in the immune system and birth defects, the evidence is limited.The aims of this study was to find out the effect of the aircraft noise level to the number of Natural Killer Cell (CD56+CD16+CD3) among people in the area of Adi Sumarmo Airport Boyolali.The research finding was expected to contribute to the science development and to give benefits for local government and among people in the Area of Adi Sumarmo Airport in preventing the effect of noise. The research design was an analytical survey with a cross sectional approach, taking location at the Dibal and Gagak Sipat Village, Ngemplak Sub district, Boyolali District. The work was conducted from Juny to October 2008. The number of subjects involved were 57. They were divided into 3 groups; Group 1 was exposed 52.17 dB of noise level (19 respondents); Group 2 was exposed 71.79 dB of noise level (19 respondents); and Group 3 was exposed 92.29 dB of noise level (19 respondents). The samples were taken usingsimple random sampling. The data were analyzed by Anova followed by Post Hoc Test using LSD test completed with Homogenous Subsets. Based on the results of the analysis, a conclusion was drawn that there was a significant effect of the aircraft noise level to the number of Natural Killer Cell (CD56+CD16+CD3) among people in the area of AdiSumarmo Airport Boyolali
ANALISA VARIABEL FUNDAMENTAL TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PERUSAHAAN GO PUBLIC DI BEI
This aim of the research is to find out the proof and the clarity about phenomenon influence of fundamental factor and systematic risk on stock price of manufacturing business which is listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (ISX), either is partially and simultaneously.
The object of this research is all of the manufacturing business enlisted in Indonesia Stock Exchange (ISX) since 2010 – 2013, and publish the financial statement, getting profit and have obligation during observation year. Technique test of data is by using simple linear regression to test by parsial and multiple linear regression to test by simultan, by level significant alpha 5%.
The result of this research prove that the fundamental factor and systematic risk influence on stock price, while ROA, DER and Beta have influenced on stock price simultaneously, and BVS does not influenced on the stock price significantly

were taken using simple random sampling. The data were analyzed by Anova followed by
Post Hoc Test using LSD test completed with Homogenous Subsets. Based on the results
of the analysis, a conclusion was drawn that there was a significant effect of the aircraft
noise level to the difference of General Reaction Score of women in the area of Adi Sumarmo
Airport of Boyolali (p < 0,05)
STRATEGI PENINGKATAN KINERJA BAPPEDA KABUPATEN MOJOKERTO
Bappeda as a institution which is responsible in course of planning of development area have to synergy and coordinated all element, society element and existing potency in one directional movement, systematic and inwrought. As according to problems focus which have been formulated, hence target of research which will reach is to: 1. identitying strength factor and internal weakness and also threat and opportunity of external influencing performance of BAPPEDA, 2. identifying and formulating strategic issues to face and which must be done by BAPPEDA in order to execution of duty planning of development of area reached by performance in an optimal fashion. This research use secondary data obtaided from on duty or related institution like documents and archives related to target and problems of research. To fulfill the target of research hence used SWOT analysis. This analysis used to analyse qualitative about strength, weakness, threat and opportunity to company. This based of analysis of SAP and ETOP. Then tes litmus to strategic issues, hence obtained four strategy able to be applied to make up of performance of BAPPEDA Mojokerto that is as follows: a. exploit SDM which good to improving professionalism as planner b. develop information system development of district and c. upgrade and quality of product planning of development of area and d. improve, repair planning process and observation of planning of development of area.

The Relationship of the General Reaction Score with the Natural Killer Cells Activity Among Women with Aircraft Noise Exposure in the Area of Adi Soemarmo Airport Solo (Hubungan Antara General Reaction Score Dengan Aktivitas Sel Nk Pada Wanita)

The research design was an analytical survey with a cross sectional approach, taking place at the Dibal and Gagak Sipat Village, Ngemplak Sub district, Boyolali District. They were divided into 3 groups; group 1 was exposed to 92.29 dB of noise level (13 respondents); group 2 was exposed to 71.79 dB of noise level (13 respondents); and group 3 was exposed to 52.17 dB of noise level (13 respondents). The samples were taken using simple random sampling. The data were analyzed by Pearson Correlation and Anova followed by Post Hoc Test using LSD test completed with Homogenous Subsets. The Anova test showed that there was significant differences in the general reaction score among all groups (p = 0.000). The Pearson correlation test showed that there was a negative association between the general reaction score with the Natural Killer cells activity (r = - 0.613; p < 0.05)
