    Sumber daya manusia memainkan tugas tertinggi dalam urusan seluruh perusahaan, sehingga manusia adalah satu komponen utama dari kegiatan perusahaan mana pun. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada RS Sentra Medika Cikarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menerapkan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner terhadap 80 karyawan RS Sentra Medika Cikarang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana dengan menggunakan software statistic SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil nilai t hitung (5,77) lebih besar daripada nilai t tabel (1,66) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruhi variasi produk, kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen pada Toko Prahasta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari 100 responden sebagai sampel yang dipilih berdasarkan metode convenience sampling. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis berdasarkan analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variasi produk, kualitas produk, dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen. Adapun variasi produk memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen, kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen tetapi kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen. Hasil memberikan implikasi manajerial bagi Toko Prahasta untuk meningkatkan variasi produk, kualitas produk dan peningkatkan layanan agar dapat meningkatkan minat beli ulang konsumen. Dengan meningkatnya minat beli ulang konsumen maka diharapkan agar took prahasta yang dijalankan dapat berkembang dan berkelanjutan dengan baik

    Criminal fraud is one of the violations that frequently occur in society and is a primary concern for law enforcement agencies. This crime involves various methods, requiring extra efforts to prove, and is influenced by factors such as poverty, environment, and the desire to obtain money without hard work. This article discusses fraud in the context of Article 378 of the Indonesian Criminal Code (KUHP), which regulates this offense. The research analyzes the indictment against Magda Safrina, a company director, who used another person's certificate as collateral for an international event. The aim is to explain the elements of fraud under Article 378 KUHP, especially those related to the use of false identities, deception, and a series of lies. Additionally, the study examines the criminal legal perspective on fraud and forgery and the effectiveness of implementing Article 378 KUHP in the Indonesian judicial system. The research method employed is a case study with normative and conceptual legal approaches. The findings indicate that despite the frequent application of Article 378 KUHP, there are disagreements and imperfections in its implementation. Economic factors affect the effectiveness of legal enforcement. Therefore, corrective measures are necessary, including intensive training for judges and prosecutors, improving the quality of investigations, and reforming the criminal justice system

    This research aims to examine the effect of leadership and training on employee performance through work ethic at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri in the Mamuju area office. The data in this research was obtained from employees at Bank Syariah Mandiri's Mamuju area office who were willing to be respondents.This research uses primary data by conducting direct research in the field by giving questionnaires/question sheets to 60 respondents. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis.     The study aims to test and analyze the influence of ethnicity, entrepreneurship knowledge and capital resources on the entrepreneurial interests of the community in the Rantepao district and Tallunglipu district. This research method is quantitative research, data collection technique through questionnaires. The population in this study was 7,218 and the sample of the study was 98 respondents, the method of sampling using the Slovin formula. The data were analyzed using the SPSS 22 program. The results of this study show that: (1) Ethnicity has a positive and significant influence on the interests of entrepreneurs in the Rantepao and Tallunglipu districts, (2) Entrepreneurship knowledge has a significant and positive influence upon the interest of entreprenors in Ranteapao district, (3) Capital resources are ineffective and insignificant in relation to entrepreneurial interests in the district and the Tallunglipu district; and (4) Ethnic knowledge, enterprise knowledge and capital resources combined have a significant positive impact on the entrepreneur interest of the community in the rantepo and the tallunglipo district. This means that every person of different ethnicities has a life spirit that has been planted from an early age so that a person's character can be formed through the surrounding environment, with corporate knowledge that encourages society to grow and innovate so that the undertakings that it undertakes have a long-term impact on its well-being and long-lasting, capital resources that are important to start as a small enterprise and determine a large enterpris

    The purpose of this study intends to see the effect of price earning ratio and price to book value on stock trading volume in food and beverage sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using multiple linear regression analysis. Sample selection in this study used purposive sampling method. The sample in this study is a food and beverage sub-sector company that uses rupiah currency units in financial statements published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022 with a sample of 7 issuers from 15 issuers and uses a statistical program application, namely SPSS 26. The calculation results with the t test on the variable price earning ratio  <  with values (-0.430) < (2.037) and on the variable price to book value  >  with values (2.308) > (2.037). The conclusion of this study is that the price earning ratio and price book value do not simultaneously affect the stock trading volume of food and beverage sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. However, only the price to book value variable has a significant partial positive effect on the stock trading volume of food and beverage sub-sector companies on the IDX The results of this study can be used as a practical analysis tool for investors in stock tradin

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan PT Hiroshi Cabang Ambon. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian empiris. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah  sampling jenuh atau biasa disebut sensus yaitu dimana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, meliputi; uji hipotesis melalui uji t-statistik untuk menguji koofisien regresi parsial serta uji F-statistik untuk menguji pengaruh bersama-sama atau simultan, dengan tingkat kepercayaan 0,05 atau 5%. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Faktor pertama yaitu kepemimpinan  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai. Faktor kedua adalah motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap  kinerja karyawan. Faktor ketiga yaitu pelatihan  berpengaruh  positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, perusahaan dapat mencapai tujuannya dengan mengembangkan strategi dan kebijakan yang sesuai untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan

    Shirataki rice is rice made from porang tubers. Porang bulbs are plants that produce carbohydrates, fats, proteins, minerals, which can be processed into shirataki rice. Shirataki rice has many benefits for the body such as preventing an increase in blood sugar levels and improving the health of the digestive tract. In order to find out how the process of marketing shirataki rice is, it is necessary to do research on the mix of shirataki rice and the marketing constraints of Shirataki rice. The research location was determined purposively or purposively with the consideration that the Beras Sehat Bali store is in a very strategic location close to tourism and has been running for more than 10 years. The population in this study amounted to 11 people consisting of leaders and employees. By paying attention to the small number of population, this study used a census technique , namely taking the entire population as a research unit. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis. The results of this study are that the product marketed by the Satvika Bhoga Shop is Shirataki Rice with the KONNYAKU brand, with packaging measuring 250 gr and 1 kg. The marketing price for Shirataki rice products, which are 250 grams in size, is Rp 95,000 and 1 kg in size is Rp 225,000. The location of the Satvika Bhoga Store is very strategic, close to tourism sites, and is also located on the side of the main road, so that it is easy for consumers to reach. Product promotion is carried out in 2 ways, namely direct promotion and through social media (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsAAP, WebSite).     Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis manajemen kewirausahaan terhadap daya saing UMKM. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di sektor Pariwisata Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif yang bersifat mempelajari kejadian dilapangan yang memungkinkan untuk melakukan hubungan antar variabel, menguji hipotesis, mengembangkan generalisasi, dan mengembangkan teori yang memiliki validitas universal Data dikumpulkan melalui survei terhadap 100 UMKM di Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan Pemerintah Kabupaten Deli Serdang memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada UMKM tentang manajemen kewirausahaan. UMKM meningkatkan penerapan manajemen kewirausahaan dalam usahanya. Terjalin kerjasama yang baik antara pemerintah, UMKM, dan masyarakat untuk mengembangkan sektor pariwisata di Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Dengan upaya bersama, diharapkan industri pariwisata di Kabupaten Deli Serdang dapat terus berkembang dan memberikan manfaat bagi semua pihak
