No full textInventory is one of the important assets in the company and became on working capital in the company. To obtain information on inventories of fast, precise and accurate inventory information needed by an effective system. In writing this paper, the authors take the title “ Accounting Information System Analysis in a computerized inventory at PT. Amal Tani “. In this paper the author tries to assess the effectiveness of a computerized inventory system at the PT. Amal Tani based criteria have been determined with due regard to the procedures established by the company. The author also tries to assess the internal control system at the company inventory.
As for the research methodology used is by using descriptive analysis that is by collecting data obtained from both primary and secondary data of the interview.
Results showed that the level of effectiveness of computerized information system inventory in PT. Amal Tani less effective, except that the results showed that although the control performed by the company has been quite good, but there are certain factors that cause delays In the process of preparing the consolidated inventory. Authors suggest that companies improve the quality of existing human resources through training them to replace a batch system with real- time systems.

PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM KEAMANAN KOTAK AMAL DI MASJID RAYA ASSALAM MASARAN BERBASIS IOT (INTERNET OF THINGS)
No full textA mosque is a building used by Muslims to carry out worship and religious activities. Masjid Raya Assalam Masaran is one of the mosques located in Karangtengah Hamlet, Masaran District, Sragen Regency, Central Java. However, a few months ago there was a case of theft of charity boxes in this mosque, so the security of charity boxes is an important concern for mosque administrators. Therefore, the author developed a charity box security system to detect and anticipate theft. The system developed using the Prototype method is able to detect indications of theft, provide notifications via the Telegram application, track the whereabouts of the charity box using GPS technology, and lock the charity box using a solenoid door lock with a fingerprint sensor. The test results show that this system has excellent accuracy, response speed, and consistency, so it is expected to provide a sense of security and trust to worshipers in donating at the mosque charity box.ABSTRAKMasjid merupakan bangunan yang digunakan umat Muslim untuk melaksanakan ibadah dan kegiatan keagamaan. Masjid Raya Assalam Masaran merupakan salah satu masjid yang terletak di Dusun Karangtengah, Kec. Masaran, Kabupaten Sragen, Jawa Tengah. Namun, beberapa bulan yang lalu terdapat kasus pencurian kotak amal di masjid ini, sehingga keamanan kotak amal menjadi perhatian penting bagi pengurus masjid. Oleh karena itu, penulis mengembangkan sebuah sistem keamanan kotak amal untuk mendeteksi dan mengantisipasi adanya tindakan pencurian. Sistem yang dikembangkan menggunakan metode Prototype mampu mendeteksi indikasi pencurian, memberikan notifikasi melalui aplikasi Telegram, melacak keberadaan kotak amal menggunakan teknologi GPS, serta mengunci kotak amal menggunakan solenoid door lock dengan sensor sidik jari. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan sistem ini memiliki ketepatan, kecepatan respons, dan konsistensi yang sangat baik, sehingga diharapkan dapat memberikan rasa aman dan kepercayaan kepada jamaah dalam menyumbang di kotak amal masjid

No full textPenelitian ini menyajikan pembacaan komprehensif terhadap novel Amal Unbound
(2018) karya penulis Pakistan-Amerika Aisha Saeed. Dengan menerapkan metode
deskriptif-analitis dan teori-teori dari Patricia Hill Collins, antara lain Matriks
Dominasi dan Definisi-Diri, penelitian ini menyingkap bahwa Amal Unbound
mengangkat isu penindasan terhadap perempuan dan pemberdayaan perempuan,
khususnya di Pakistan. Ditemukannya dalam penelitian ini bahwa banyak karakter
perempuan, termasuk Amal, Seema, Nabila dan Fatima tertindas karena status
mereka sebagai perempuan, sementara beberapa di antaranya, yakni Amal dan
Nabila tertindas tidak hanya karena status mereka sebagai perempuan, tetapi juga
karena kelas sosial mereka. Penindasan yang dialami berasal dari matriks dominasi
yang tersebar luas di kalangan masyarakat Pakistan, di antaranya sistem patriarki
dan relasi kekuasaan yang didasarkan oleh kepemilikan modal. Karena peraturan
yang diciptakan oleh sistem patriarki, Amal dan Seema tidak bisa melanjutkan
sekolah, terlebih, mereka dipaksa untuk mengurusi adik-adiknya dan memenuhi
pekerjaan rumah tangga. Sementara Fatima—karena keluarganya selalu
menginginkan anak laki-laki—ia dibuang pada umur enam tahun dan dihadapi
tanpa banyak pilihan kecuali untuk bekerja. Sedangkan Amal dan Seema, tenaga
kerja mereka dieksploitasi karena peraturan yang dibuat oleh sosok yang kaya dan
berkuasa di kampungnya, yakni Jawad Sahib. Sebagai usaha untuk melawan
penindasan yang ada, mereka memberdayakan diri dan satu sama lain dengan
menunujukkan sudut definisi-diri, yakni menghargai diri dan potensi yang dimiliki,
mengandalkan diri dan membentuk kesadaran diri.
This study offers an in-depth reading of Pakistani-American author Aisha Saeed’s
Amal Unbound (2018). Through the applications of descriptive-analytical method
and Patricia Hill Collins’s Matrix of Domination and Self-Definition, the study
focuses on the analysis that Amal Unbound explores the themes of women’s
oppression and women’s empowerment, particularly in Pakistan. The results of this
study indicate that most female characters, including Amal, Seema, Nabila and
Fatima are oppressed due to their gender, while some, including Amal and Nabila
are doubly oppressed due to their gender and social class. The oppression originates
from matrix of domination that prevail among Pakistani society, namely patriarchy
and hierarchal power relations characterized by affluence. Because of the rules and
regulations made by patriarchy, Amal and Seema can no longer pursue education,
instead they are forced to attend their little sisters and the domestic chores. As for
Fatima—because her family has a preference for son—she was abandoned at six
years old and thus left with no other choice but to observe child labor, whereas
Amal and Nabila are faced with unjust labor practices due to rules and regulations
espoused by a wealthy and dominant figure in their village, Jawad Sahib. As an
attempt to tackle the oppression, these women empower themselves and each other
by establishing self-defined standpoint; they acknowledge their worth and
potentials, place reliance upon themselves, and build a changed consciousness

This research was conducted at PT Amal Farmer Field which is the company's oil
palm and rubber plantations, which form of limited liability business entity. The scope of
the company's sales more focused on cash sales.
In this study the author uses descriptive research method. Types of data used are
primary and secondary data. The data collection techniques used were interviews and
observation. Method of analyzing data using descriptive method where data is collected,
compiled, summarized, analyzed and interpreted so as to produce a description and a
clear and accurate answers from the formulation of the problem.
The results showed that the accounting information system sales of palm oil and
rubber is applied manually. Implementation of internal control of accounting information
system sales of oil palm and rubber has not been effective, as seen from the existence of

This study reviews Instructional Communication Strategy with Student Teachers in SMP Amal Mulia in Klapanunggal Bogor. The purpose of this study was to analyze the instructional communication strategies used by Indonesian languange teacher to improve students' language skills SMP. Besides analyzing instructional communication strategy, the authors also analyzes the process of message processing, the use of message communication, the use of instructional media and communication techniques and tactics used by Indonesian teacher. This research method is descriptive qualitative, the author explores instructional communication strategies used by Indonesian teacher. Information obtained through observation and depth interviews with key informants and informants.
The results of this study illustrate that the instructional communication strategies used by Indonesian teacher is the gift of communication strategies (rewarding) and punishment (punishing). The processing of messages that are used to support the communication is processing messages expressive, conventional, and rhetorical. Media is often used instructional tapes, videos, and training in the language lab. Instructional communication method used is the method of lecture, discussion and question and answer. Techniques and tactics used are small grouping technique and tactical use of communications with elements of humor. No full textPenelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Amal Tani Bahorok Kabupaten Langkat yang bergerak dibidang perkebunan sawit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah anggaran biaya produksi telah berperan sebagai alat perencanaan dan pengawasan yang baik.
Dalam melakukan penelitian ini digunakan Metode Deskriptif, sedangkan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan daftar pertanyaan dan wawancara langsung dengan kepala bagian akuntansi perusahaan mengenai kegiatan perusahaan dan pelaksanaan anggaran pada perusahaan tersebut. Ada pun permasalahan yang ditemui penulis pada penelitian yaitu dibatasi pada masalah dalam proses penyusunan anggaran yang berhubungan dengan fungsi anggaran sebagai alat perencanaan dan tindak lanjut dari laporan anggaran dalam hubungannya dengan fungsi anggaran sebagai alat pengawasan serta masalah reward system pada perusahaan.
Setelah melakukan penelitian maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa PT. Amal Tani Bahorok Kabupaten Langkat telah menggunakan anggaran biaya produksi sebagai alat perencanaan dan pengawasan dalam menjalankan kegiatan usahanya. Penerapan anggaran biaya produksi tersebut dapat memenuhi sasaran yang diinginkan perusahaan namun masih terdapat beberapa penyimpangan pada PT. Amal Tani Bahorok Kabupaten Langkat juga belum menerapkan reward system secara menyeluruh.This research was conducted at PT. Amal Tani Bahorok Kabupaten Langkat engaged in palm plantations. The purpose of this study is to find out whether the production cost budget has acted as a good planning and supervision tool. In conducting this research Descriptive Method is used, while data collection is done by listing questions and interviewing directly with the head of the accounting department of the company regarding the company's activities and implementing the budget for the company. The problems encountered by the author in the study are limited to problems in the budgeting process related to budget functions as a planning tool and follow-up of budget reports in relation to budget functions as a monitoring tool and reward system problems in the company. After conducting research, it can be concluded that PT. Amal Tani Bahorok Kabupaten Langkat Plantation has used the production cost budget as a planning and supervision tool in carrying out its business activities. The application of the production cost budget has been able to meet the desired goals of the company but there are still some irregularities and PT. Amal Tani Bahorok Kabupaten Langkat also has not implemented a comprehensive reward system

No full textThis research is entitled "The Author's World View in the Novel Al-Mawt 'Amal Syaqq by Khalid Khalifah (A Study of Lucien Goldman's Genetic Structuralism)". This research aims to analyze the structure contained in the novel, the background of the author's social life and how the author's worldview is reflected in the novel Al-Mawt 'Amal Syaqq by Khaled Khalifah. The method used in this research is descriptive analytical. The theory used in this research is Lucien Goldman's Genetic Structuralism to find out how the social conditions of society are reflected in the Novel Al-Mawt 'Amal Syaqq. Genetic Structuralism Theory is based on five aspects, namely human facts, collective subjects, world views, the structure of literary works and the dialectic of explanatory understanding. However, this research only focuses the discussion on the author's worldview. This research produced findings in the form of intrinsic elements that build literary works such as theme, plot, setting and characterization. The author's social background, which is an extrinsic element of the novel, is also very influential in this research. Based on the social background of the author who lives in a country that is being hit by war, this work appears as a form of criticism of the government. The author's world view contained in this novel is about the misery experienced by a group of farmers living in Syria.
