Peran Tata Kelola Perusahaan, Kinerja Auditor, Ukuran KAP terhadap Kualitas Audit pada Sektor Keuangan yang Terdaftar di BEI
This study investigates how corporate governance, auditor performance, and public accounting firm size affect audit quality in financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stocck Exchange (IDX) during the audit period of 2020-2023. This study took a purposive sample, resulting in 324 company samples. The data were tested using multiple linear regression. Governance has a negative effect on audit quality, while auditor performance does not affect audit quality, KAP size almost affects audit quality in a negative direction.

Studi ini menyelidiki bagaimana tata kelola perusahaan, kinerja auditor, dan ukuran Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) memengaruhi kualitas audit pada perusahaan sektor keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode audit tahun 2020-2023. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel purposive, yang mengahsilkan 324 sampel perusahaan. Data diuji dengan regresi linear berganda. Tata kelola memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap kualitas audit, sementara kinerja auditor tidak memengaruhi kualitas audit,ukuran KAP hampir memengaruhi kualitas audit dengan arah negatif.

YouTube Streaming Performance Over Wi-Fi: A Resolution-Based Analysis
The quality of YouTube video streaming services affects the learning process through video streaming. With poor video service quality, it will disrupt the process of obtaining information. Therefore, there is a need for good video service quality following existing service quality standards on the internet network, according to ITU. Streaming video on YouTube consists of several resolutions. The higher the video resolution, the better the video quality but inversely proportional to the greater the internet bandwidth required. This research tries to compare the quality of YouTube video streaming services at 480p and 720p resolutions to find out if there is a significant difference between the two resolutions of video streaming services. The results obtained from this study are to determine whether or not there is a significant difference between 480p and 720p video streaming services as a consideration in determining network service policies.
The method used in this research is to observe data collection directly on WiFi spread in the university environment and the data is processed to get quality of service value at 480p and 720p video resolution. Then the results of the data processing are analyzed again with statistical tests to obtain information from the comparison of the two streaming video resolutions in terms of throughput, jitter, delay, and packet loss. The results of the research show that there are no significant differences in delay, jitter, throughput, and packet loss on YouTube video streaming services at 480p and 720p resolutions
Analysing the Effectiveness of an Online Campaign’s Messages
Depressions among women, especially young women can happen due to the lack of support systems around them. Thus, it is important to create a support system where women can thrive from the support given to them. In this regard, Rahasia Gadis, an online community developed aims to provide a support system for women, especially young ones. This research analyzed the effectiveness of messages given in the #DariGadisKeGadis, an online campaign created by Rahasia Gadis to the participants’ eagerness to create a support system for people, especially young women around them. This research used a descriptive quantitative research design. This research applied a convenience sampling technique to obtain the participants. The results of this research indicate the positive impacts of the #DariGadisKeGadis campaign’s messages to the participants' willingness to develop a support system.
Gender Bias In The Indonesian Language Textbook Grade VII
The Equality is the benchmark of justice, including in the context of education. Gender equality and social roles are aspects promoted in various policies, including the provision of inclusive teaching materials. This study aims to analyze gender representation in the Indonesian Language Textbook Grade VII Kurikulum Merdeka. The theoretical analysis is based on the concept of gender equality using a qualitative approach. Data are classified into two main categories: visual and textual. The data are then analyzed and grouped based on whether they support gender equality or contain elements of gender bias. The study results indicate that although gender equality and inclusive education are government programs, they are not yet fully reflected in the analyzed textbook. Significant gender bias is found both textually and visually. Visually, there are 137 representations of males compared to 100 representations of females, showing male dominance in illustrations. Textually, seven data points contain gender stereotypes. This study concludes that the Indonesian Language Textbook Grade VII Kurikulum Merdeka still contains significant gender bias, particularly in the visual aspect. These findings can serve as a foundation for developing more inclusive Indonesian language textbooks with a gender equality perspective in the future
PSIKOEDUKASI PERILAKU ASERTIF UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN SOSIAL SISWA MIS TARBIYATUS SIBYAN
Humans are required to have social skills so they can be part of a group, social problems arise in students' daily lives, for example individualistic attitudes. After conducting observations at MIS Tarbiyatus Sibyan, it was found that some students tended to be passive. Community Service Activities are carried out at MIS Tarbiyatus Sibyan. The aim is to provide an understanding of social skills and understand the benefits of assertive behavior on the social skills of MIS Tarbiyatus Sibyan students. The method used in Community Education is Psychoeducation. Participants in service activities were 40 students consisting of class 5 and class 6. Psychoeducation activities consisted of 6 stages, namely; (1) Observation, (2) Program Planning, (3) Program socialization to schools and pretest, (4) Psychoeducation on social skills & assertive behavior, (5) Evaluation (Posttest). The achievement indicator consists of 2 parts (1) Dare to say the 4 magic words honestly and without hurting. (2) Dare to express feelings of sadness, anger, joy, fear of yourself and others. As a result of the service activities, participants can carry out assertive behavior by exemplifying the 4 Magic Words according to appropriate situations and participants can practice the 4 types of emotions well
PEMANFAATAN QUIZIZZ PAPER MODE UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN MEMBUAT BAHAN AJAR BAGI GURU
Education is a fundamental necessity for every individual that must be fulfilled. Project-based learning is an effective approach for children to understand and express their ideas and concepts through real-world activities. Quizizz is an online digital platform that enables the creation of interactive quizzes, offering engaging learning experiences and assessments for students. Accessible via a web browser, Quizizz can be utilized both in classrooms and for homework assignments. At SDN Ridogalih 01, the primary issue identified was the lack of diversity in teaching materials, as existing resources predominantly relied on different types of conventional media. The proposed solution involved providing teachers with knowledge and training on developing instructional materials by optimizing the use of Quizizz Paper Mode. This approach aimed to help teachers create more engaging and varied learning materials while also facilitating student assessment. The community service method employed in this initiative involved conducting workshops and instructional sessions for teachers on the effective use of Quizizz Paper Mode. The outcome of this program demonstrated an improvement in teachers' understanding and skills in utilizing Quizizz Paper Mode, encouraging them to be more creative and innovative in designing interactive learning materials
PEMBUATAN DAN PENGADAAN BIOPORI SEDERHANA SEBAGAI UPAYA PENINGKATAN LAJU INFILTRASI DAN CADANGAN AIR TANAH
The increasing demand for water each year necessitates conservation efforts, particularly for groundwater resources. One effective method is the implementation of biopore infiltration holes as a strategy to enhance infiltration rates and groundwater storage capacity. This community service program aims to provide training on the construction of simple biopores for residents of Ridogalih Village, Cibarusah District, Bekasi Regency. The program includes awareness sessions on the significance of biopores in maintaining the hydrological cycle balance, as well as hands-on training in their construction and maintenance. Through this initiative, it is expected that the community will independently adopt biopore technology to enhance rainwater absorption and mitigate surface water stagnation or flooding. The results of the program indicate a significant improvement in the participants’ understanding and skills regarding the benefits and implementation of biopores. Participants not only grasped the fundamental concepts of biopores but also demonstrated the ability to apply them within their surroundings. The positive impacts of this initiative include an increased infiltration rate, reduced surface runoff, and improved groundwater reserves, contributing to better water availability for the community. The sustainability of this program is expected to encourage active community participation in environmental conservation and serve as a model for other regions facing similar challenges in water resource management
Implementation of Rainwater Harvesting for Urban Flood Control in the Karang Asam Kecil Watershed
95 masl and is often flooded. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of Low Impact Development with rainwater harvesting as the main method in reducing surface runoff in the Karang Asam Kecil watershed. Rainwater harvesting modeling is applied to 9 subcatchments with an application of 100 m2/unit. Simulation using the Storm Water Management Model (SWMM) with a 10-year return period rainfall shows that surface runoff in existing conditions is 45.632 mm. Meanwhile, after the implementation of rainwater harvesting, it decreased to 18.814 mm, or decreased by 58.77%. These results indicate that rainwater harvesting is effective in reducing surface runoff and can be a solution to flood mitigation in the Karang Asam Kecil watershed
Analisis Pengaruh Variasi Temperatur Preheat Pada Pengelasan SMAW Terhadap Struktur Mikro dan Kekerasan Baja Karbon SS400
Pengelasan adalah proses penting dalam industri manufaktur dan konstruksi, yang berfungsi untuk menyatukan dua atau lebih potongan material menjadi satu kesatuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi temperatur preheat terhadap struktur mikro dan nilai kekerasan baja SS400. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimental. variasi temperatur preheat yang digunakan ada 3 (tiga), yaitu : 120°C, 150°C, dan 180°C. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian eksperimen dari ke 3 variasi suhu preheat, didapatkan struktur mikro mikro dan nilai kekerasan yang berbeda. Specimen dengan preheat 120°C terlihat strukturnya fasa pearlite lebih merata dan terdapat fasa sementit, dimana sementit adalah fasa yang sifatnya keras dibandingkan dengan suhu preheat 150°C dan 180°C. Dan Nilai kekerasan tertinggi ada pada specimen dengan preheat 120°C yaitu sebesar 296 BHN
ANALISIS STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN GURU PENGGERAK DALAM MEWUJUDKAN KEPEMIMPINAN PESERTA DIDIK DI SDN BUAH GEDE
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pembelajaran guru penggerak dalam untuk mewujudkan kepemimpinan peserta didik di SD Negeri Buah Gede. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah guru penggerak, kepala sekolah dan peserta didik kelas VI. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa: 1) proses perencanaan strategi guru penggerak dalam mewujudkan kepemimpinan peserta didik dengan membuat modul ajar yang tercantum tujuan pembelajaran, materi pembelajaran, metode pembelajaran, model pembelajaran, media pembelajaran dan evaluasi pembelajaran, 2) pelaksanaan strategi pembelajaran guru penggerak dalam mewujudkan kepemimpinan peserta didik dengan melaksanakan pembelajaran yang meliputi aspek suara (voice), aspek (choice) dan aspek kepemilikan (ownership), 3) hasil penerapan strategi pembelajaran guru penggerak dalam mewujudkan kepemimpinan peserta didik terlihat dengan peserta didik dapat mandiri, bernalar kritis dan kreatif, 4) tantangan guru penggerak dalam mewujudkan kepemimpinan peserta didik yaitu sarana dan prasarana dan kesadaran peserta didik dalam pembelajaran.
