Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian Kualitatif, dimana metode penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan penelitian lapangan dan sumber data yang diperoleh melalui sumber data Primer dan Sekunder. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan metode Observasi, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dibuat agar masyarakat mengetahui tentang sadar wisata untuk mewujudkan Sapta Pesona pariwisata, yang nantinya dengan adanya sadar wisata dapat mengorganisir dukungan dan peran Pengelola dan Pemerintah terhadap pengembangan pariwisata, sedangkan Sapta Pesona dapat menjadikan suatu objek wisata dan daya tarik wisata lebih menarik minat wisatawan untuk berkunjung ke suatu daerah atau wilayah di Kompleks Makam Auliya Desa Wonobodro Kecamatan Blado Kabupaten Batang. Dengan adanya Sapta Pesona Pariwisata yang terdiri dari 7 unsur yaitu aman, nyaman, bersih, tertib, sejuk, indah, dan kenangan yang di terapkan di sebuah destinasi wisata, tentunya dapat menjadikan Pariwisata Kabupaten Batang, khususnya di Kompleks Makam Auliya Desa Wonobodro Kecamatan Blado Kabupaten Batang ini yang lebih berkembang dan lebih memiliki daya tarik tersendiri di mata para wisatawan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kompleks Makam Auliya Desa Wonobodro Kecamatan Blado Kabupaten Batang memiliki potensi dan daya tarik wisata yang cukup besar, karena itu berdasarkan temuan penelitian bahwa Sapta Pesona Wisata Religi Makam Auliya Desa Wonobodro telah dikelola secara profesional dengan menerapkan tujuh unsur sapta pesona, yaitu Aman, Tertib, Bersih, Sejuk, Indah, Ramah, Kenangan. Pelaksanaan Sapta Pesona pada wisata religi dan dalam pengelolaan untuk peningkatan pelayanan terhadap para peziarah tidak lepas dengan yang namanya hambatan, sama halnya dengan Pelaksanaan Sapta Pesona Wisata Religi Makam Auliya Desa Wonobodro Kecamatan Blado Kabupaten Batang mempunyai pendukung, penghambat, peluang, dan ancaman.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana sejarah perkembangan sekolah Islam terpadu Al-Auliya Yayasan Pendidikan An Nahl Balikpapan (2000-2015). Penelitian ini akan difokuskan menjelaskan bagaimana sejarah berdirinya, sejarah perkembangan dan persepsi masyarakat sekolah terhadap sekolah islam terpadu Al-Auliya yayasan pendidikan An Nahl Balikpapan Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian sejarah. Adapun metode yang digunakan yaitu metode sejarah dengan tahapan yaitu heuristik, kritik sumber, interpretasi, historiografi. Penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara dokumentasi, dan kuesioner sebagai metode pengumpul data. Kuesioner digunakan untuk kebutuhan pengumpulan data dalam cakupan yang lebih luas dan berisi beberapa pertanyaan yang ditujukan dalam memperoleh informasi dari informan yaitu, orang tua, siswa, guru dan karyawan. Dalam hal ini hasil kuesioner juga akan digunakan untuk menentukan informan kunci yang akan diwawancarai untuk mendapatkan informasi tertentu (purposive sampling). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sekolah Islam Terpadu Al-Auliya dibawah pengelolaan oleh Yayasan Pendidikan An Nahl Balikpapan, yang mana yayasan ini pada awalnya bernama Yayasan Dakwah Islam An Nahl didirikan pada tahun 1997 dan berganti nama menjadi Yayasan Pendidikan An Nahl Balikpapan pada tahun 2013. Sekolah Islam Terpadu Al-Auliya sejak tahun 2000 sampai dengan tahun 2015 berkembang menjadi 6 unit sekolah yaitu, TKIT Al-Auliya 1, TKIT Al-Auliya 2, SDIT Al-Auliya 1, SDIT Al-Auliya 2, SMPIT Al-Auliya, dan SMAIT Al-Auliya. Persepsi sekolah islam terpadu Al-Auliya ini merupakan sekolah islam terpadu terbesar di Balikpapan, sekolah islam terpadu yang mampu bersaing dengan sekolah negeri dan swasta yang ada di Balikpapan, salah satu sekolah terbaik yang ada di Balikpapan, yang memiliki sarana dan prasarana yang nyaman dalam kegiatan proses belajar mengajar, serta menjawab keresahan orang tua yang menginginkan anak-anaknya menjadi anak-anak yang paham agama seperti, memiliki kompetensi bacaan Al-Qur’an yang baik dan benar, pembiasaan dalam penerapan nilai-nilai islami dalam kehidupan sehari-hari

    ABSTRAK Karakter merupakan nilai-nilai prilaku manusia yang berhubungan dengan budaya dan adat istiadat. Media audio visual yaitu salah satu media pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan untuk menyampaikan cerita pada anak guna membantu mengembangkan karakter anak usia dini Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaiamana peranan guru dalam membentuk karakter anak usia dini melalui media audio visual di Taman Kanak-kanak Ulul Azmi way huwi Lampung selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian 1 guru dan 16 peserta didik. Alat pengumpulan data yang peneliti gunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis secara kualitatif dengan menggunakan reduksi, display dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan penulis dapat dilihat bahwasanya karakter anak usia dini di Taman Kanak-kanak Ulul Azmi way huwi mulai berkembang, dapat dilihat dari kondisi anak yang mulai berkembang (MB) 8 anak Dari 16 anak. penulis meyimpulkan bahwa peran guru dalam membentuk karakter anak usia dini melalui media audio visual di Taman Kanak-kanak Ulul Azmi way huwi yaitu sebagai: sumber belajar, fasilitator, pengelola, demonstrator, pembimbing, motivator, evaluator, dapat membentuk karakter Anak usia dini melalui kegiatan menonton cerita dengan memperhatikan langkah-langkah dan indikator pencapaian yang sesuai dengan perkembangan karakter anak usia dini Kata Kunci: Media Audio Visual, Membentuk Karakter, Peran Guru iii ABSTRACT Character is human behavioral values related to culture and customs. Audio visual media is one of the learning media that can be used to convey stories to children to help develop the character of early childhood. This research aims to find out the role of teachers in forming the character of early childhood through audio visual media at the Ulul Azmi Way Huwi Kindergarten. South Lampung. This research used a qualitative descriptive approach with research subjects of 1 teacher and 16 students. The data collection tools that researchers use are observation, interviews and documentation. Data was analyzed qualitatively using reduction, display and drawing conclusions. From the results of the research carried out by the author, it can be seen that the character of early childhood children at the Ulul Azmi Way Huwi Kindergarten is starting to develop, it can be seen from the condition of the children who are starting to develop (MB) 8 children out of 16 children. The author concludes that the role of teachers in forming the character of early childhood through audio-visual media at the Ulul Azmi Way Huwi Kindergarten is as: learning resource, facilitator, manager, demonstrator, mentor, motivator, evaluator, can form honest, cooperative, and responsibilities for early childhood through the activity of watching stories by paying attention to the steps and achievement indicators that are appropriate to the character development of early childhood.     Penggunaan gadget oleh siswa kelas 5 MI Muslimin Citapen cukup intensif dan masif. Fenomena ini cukup menimbulkan krisis nilai dalam aspek sosial emosinya, seperti kurang fokus, pilih-pilih dalam berteman, individualis dan rasa tidak mau kalah dari temannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas bimbingan melalui metode kisah Rasul Ulul ‘Azmi terhadap pemahaman nilai-nilai sabar pada siswa kelas 5 di MI Muslimin Citapen. Nilai sabar memiliki peran penting dalam pengendalian emosi. Salah satu cara penanaman pemahaman nilai sabar adalah dengan bimbingan melalui metode kisah, yang mengambil pelajaran dari kehidupan Nabi, Rasul, dan para Auliya Allah. Kisah Rasul Ulul ‘Azmi memberikan contoh yang inspiratif bagi anak-anak untuk menghadapi kehidupan dengan ketabahan dan kesabaran yang tinggi. Pendekatan pra-eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest posttest digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan mengambil satu kelas sebagai sampel. Sebanyak 26 siswa diambil sebagai sampel penelitian. Sebelum treatment, semua partisipan diuji pemahaman nilai-nilai sabar siswa melalui pretest. Setelah itu, selama lima hari, siswa menerima bimbingan melalui metode kisah Rasul Ulul ‘Azmi yang mencakup aspek-aspek nilai sabar. Setelah treatment selesai, dilakukan posttest untuk mengukur perkembangan siswa dalam pemahaman nilai sabar. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis paired sample t-test. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman nilai sabar keterampilan setelah mengikuti treatment. Rata-rata nilai posttest (M = 80,15) secara signifikan lebih tinggi daripada nilai pretest (M = 56,15), dan nilai sig = 0.000 (0.000 ≤ 0.05) maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, terdapat perbedaan. Kemudian diuji N-Gain dan didapat rata-rata (M=0,56) atau 56%. Dalam pembagian skor N-Gain, rata-rata tersebut efektif dengan kategori sedang. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan bukti empiris tentang efektivitas bimbingan melalui metode kisah Rasul Ulul ‘Azmi dan menunjukkan bahwa desain penelitian one-group pretest-posttest dapat menjadi metode yang efektif untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas bimbingan melalui metode kisah Rasul Ulul ‘Azmi terhadap pemahaman nilai-nilai sabar pada anak. Suci Amelia, The Effectiveness of Guidance Using the Stories of the Prophets Ulul 'Azmi on the Understanding of Patience Values in Children (A Pre-Experimental Study on 5th Grade Students of MI Muslimin Citapen) The use of gadgets by 5th-grade students at MI Muslimin Citapen is quite intensive and widespread. This phenomenon has led to a crisis in social-emotional values, such as lack of focus, selective friendships, individualism, and a competitive attitude among peers. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of guidance using the stories of the Prophets Ulul 'Azmi on understanding the values of patience among 5th-grade students at MI Muslimin Citapen. Patience plays a crucial role in emotional regulation. One way to instill an understanding of patience values is through guidance using storytelling methods, drawing lessons from the lives of Prophets, Messengers, and the saints of Allah. The stories of the Prophets Ulul 'Azmi provide inspirational examples for children to face life with resilience and high patience. This study employs a pre-experimental approach with a one-group pretest-posttest design, using one class as the sample. A total of 26 students were selected as research participants. Before the intervention, all participants' understanding of patience values was assessed through a pretest. Then, for five days, the students received guidance through the storytelling method of the Prophets Ulul 'Azmi, covering various aspects of patience values. After the intervention, a posttest was conducted to measure the students' development in understanding patience. Data were analyzed using a paired sample t-test. The results showed a significant increase in the understanding of patience values after the intervention. The average posttest score (M = 80.15) was significantly higher than the pretest score (M = 56.15), with a significance value of sig = 0.000 (0.000 ≤ 0.05), thus rejecting Ho and accepting Ha, indicating a difference. Additionally, the N-Gain test showed an average (M = 0.56) or 56%. Based on the N-Gain score categorization, this average was effective, falling into the moderate category. The results of this study provide empirical evidence of the effectiveness of guidance through the storytelling method of the Prophets Ulul 'Azmi and demonstrate that the one-group pretest-posttest design can be an effective method for evaluating the effectiveness of guidance using the stories of the Prophets Ulul 'Azmi on children's understanding of patience values

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) untuk mengetahui efektifitas metode demonstrasi dalam pembelajaran fiqh, (2) untuk mengetahui prestasi belajar fiqh setelah diterapkannya metode demonstrasi siswa, dan (3) untuk mengetahui korelasi antara efektifitas metode demonstrasi dengan peningkatan prestasi belajar fqih siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian korelasional yaitu dengan penelaahan hubungan antara dua variabel, yaitu Efektifitas Metode Demonstrasi (X) dan Prestasi Belajar Fiqh (Y). Data diperoleh dari penyebaran angket, sedangkan untuk menunjang penelitian ini diperoleh melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas VII MTs Serpong, kemudian data diolah dengan menggunakan rumus korelasi product moment. Dari hasil pengolahan data tersebut diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa N= 40, rxy sebesar 0,81 sedangkan r tabel 0,325 pada taraf signifikansi 5% dan 0,4180 pada taraf signifikansi 1%. hal. ini berarti rxy atau �r� hitung lebih besar dari r tabel (0,81 > 0,325 dan 0,4180). Maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang menyatakan bahwa terdapat korelasi positif yang signifikan antara efektifitas metode demonstrasi dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran fiqh. Dari hasil perhitungan koefisiensi determinan di atas nampak bahwa terdapat konstribusi korelasi antara metode demonstrasi terhadap prestasi belajar siswa MTs Serpong sebesar 66%, sedangkan 34% disebabkan oleh faktor lain, misalnya minat belajar siswa, motivasi belajar siswa maupun profesionalitas gur

    Family's Messengers Stories of Ulul Azmi in The Quran (A Thematic Interpretation)

    This thematic study has based on the verses about the stories (Qaṣaṣ), the kind is the story of the Ulul Azmi messengers. Ulul Azmi messengers are the five prophets who were special by Allah as in Q.46:35, Q.33:7, and Q.42:13. They are messengers who have the high determination and patience in fighting for the Allah’s religion. A messenger was a usual people who certainly lives in a family, they have parents, wives, and children. Whether the special degree that they get was also supported by family support or even their own family which be test for themselves, because defiance or denial of the Allah law. So, how does the Quran explained their family stories and their position as part of a family? This question will be tried to be answered in this thesis research. The research method is the thematic method (Mauḍū‘ī Method) which is presented based on the description and analysis of the Quran’s verses about family’s messengers stories of ulul azmi as primary data, would be taking from the interpretations of several commentaries book collected and then analyzed carefully by author, after that complement data from histories books and stories of the prophets books and other related readings. Family’s messengers stories of Ulul Azmi becomes interesting because their family members were not fully obedient people. The Prophet Nuh was preached for 950 years but only a few of people were believers, and among those who did not believe were his wife and child. The Prophet Ibrahim has a father who a carver of idol and he had to awaken his father to follow a straight path, but his father was still stubbornly opposed. Then, Ibrahim married Sarah, then remarried a slave named Hajar. From Hajar he obtained a child named Ismail and from Sarah even they were old, God gave Ishaq to them. And all of the prophets after Ibrahim came from the generations of Ismail and Ishaq. The Prophet Musa, a baby born in the age of a boy must be killed, but Allah gave inspiration to his mother to make a chest and wash it in the Nile, until the chest beyond the king’s unjust palace, he was even cared and becomes king’s foster son. He fled to Madyan, and then he married a shepherd girl. The Prophet Isa was born from the holy girl was a servant of Baitul Maqdis, since his birth his mother had been bombarded with various heinous accusations because puerperal a baby without marriage, so Isa who was still in the cradle spoke and explained to his peoples to defend his mother. The Prophet Muhammad tested when his wives demanded more shopping, and he could only leave them for one month until the verse came down to this problem. There are some verses of the Quran concerned his wives, they are Khadijah, Aishah, Hafṣah, and Zainab. Based on the results of analysis was getting family’s messengers stories of Ulul Azmi that not all of them was obedient people, some were pious and some were disbelieved to died. Each family’s messengers stories tucked many valuable lessons, about the piety of the parents who descend to their children, family relations in hereafter, family functions, responsibilities as parents, the good children, to obedience and betrayal of a wife.     Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kurangnya kepercayaan diri siswa dalam menjawab pertanyaan yang diajukan guru selama proses pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Kurangnya kepercayaan diri ini diakibatkan minimnya perhatian siswa terhadap proses pembelajaran. Sehingga ketika proses belajar mengajar, guru harus mampu menarik perhatian siswa agar menunjukkan keterampilan berbicara yang dimilikinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis keterampilan berbicara siswa pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di kelas V SDN No. 101502 Muaratais I. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, tes lisan, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan di kelas V SDN No. 101502 Muaratais I, diperoleh bahwa: Tingkat keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas V SDN No. 101502 Muaratais I berada dalam kategori baik.Pada aspek pelafalan dari 27 siswa yang ada,seluruh siswa sudah mampu menguasai aspek pelafalan ini. Pada aspek nada dan jeda dari 27 siswa, terdapat total 26 siswa yang mampu dalam aspek ini. Pada aspek kebahasan dari 27 siswa, hanya 18 siswa yang mampu dalam aspek ini. Pada aspek isi pembicaraan dari 27 siswa, terdapat 24 siswa yang mampu dalam aspek ini. Pada aspek kelancaran dari 27 siswa, terdapat 26 siswa yang mampu menguasai aspek ini. Pada aspek bahasa tubuh dari 27 siswa yang ada, terdapat 22 siswa yang mampu menguasai aspek ini. Keterampilan berbicara siswa dipengaruhi oleh faktor kebahasaan seperti kemampuan pelafalan siswa, dan faktor non-kebahasaan seperti bahasa tubuh. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengasah keterampilan berbicara siswa ialah dengan membiasakan penggunaan bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar terutama dalam proses pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesi

    Implementation of Oversight by the National Land Agency Against Officials Making Land Deed Who Commits Violations in Padang City Based on Ministerial Regulation Number 2 Year 2018

    In state life, everyone has the same rights before the law. Even so, it does not mean that everyone is free to do anything, everything has a rule of law which if violated will be subject to sanctions in accordance with the rules that govern. In other words the law must be upheld in order to create a harmonious life. Enforcement of the law is no exception for Land Deed Making Officials, Land Deed Making Officials can also be subject to sanctions if they violate the rule of law. Therefore, in carrying out their duties, the Land Drafting Officer must obtain supervision so that he does not violate his position. With the Ministerial Regulation Number 2 of 2018 concerning Development and Supervision of Land Deed Making Officials, Land Deed Making Officials must be guided by these rules, so that they can carry out their duties properly. However, when the Land Deed Making Official violates the rules, it is possible to impose sanctions on the Land Deed Making Official, such as a respectful dismissal, an honorable dismissal, a temporary dismissal, or even with a written warning. The method used in this study is the Empirical Method which is analyzed qualitatively. To strengthen the research results, interviews were conducted with relevant parties at the research location. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that the Head of the Regional Office of the National Land Agency / Head of the Land Office has the authority to conduct guidance and supervision of Land Deed Making Officials, where the Head of the Regional Office of the National Land Agency / Head of the Land Office establishes the Supervisory Board and Guidance of Land Drafting Officials to help convey and explain the policies stipulated by the Minister regarding the implementation of his duties as Land Deed Making Officials. Then despite the enactment of Permen Number 2 of 2018, but the law enforcement is not as expected. Land Deed Making Officials who are facing legal problems seem to struggle alone without supervision from the Board of Trustees and Supervisors of Land Deed Making Officials. Even Land Deed Making Officials who have already been convicted did not get sanctions from the National Land Agency or Board of Trustees and Supervisory Land Deed Making Officials. In other words, there is no supervision over the Acting Author of the Land Deed.     Meşrutiyet Dönemi, Osmanlı basını açısından oldukça hareketli ve velut bir dönemi içerir. Basın hayatındaki hareketliliğe bağlı olarak okuryazar kadınlar da makalelerini, mektuplarını ve çeşitli türlerde kaleme aldıkları edebî metinlerini dergilere gönderirler. Ancak dönem içerisinde edebî eserler kaleme alan bazı kadın yazarların zaman içerisinde yazma faaliyetlerini bıraktıkları da görülmektedir. Meşrutiyet yıllarında popüler aşk romanı türünde bir eser yazan, edebiyat dergilerinde hikâye ve deneme türünde eserler yayımlayan Muammer Enise Azmi de Cumhuriyet’ten sonra yazma faaliyetlerinden uzaklaşarak eğitim ve politika ile ilgilenmiştir. Bu makalede, hayatı ve eserleri hakkında daha önce herhangi bir çalışma yapılmamış olan Muammer Enise Azmi’nin biyografisi hakkında bilgi verilerek yazarın Tokat milletvekili Muammer Develi olduğu ortaya konulacaktır. Ayrıca yazarın Meşrutiyet Dönemi dergilerinde yayımladığı eserler de incelenerek popüler aşk romanı türüne giren Aşk ve Günah romanı tematik ve kurgusal açıdan incelenecektir. Aşk ve Günah’ın popüler roman özelliklerini taşıyan yönleri belirlenerek karşılaştırmalı bir biçimde yorumlanacaktır.The Second Constitutional Era involves a very dynamic and productive era for press of the Ottoman Empire. Literate women sent their articles, letters and literary texts in several genres to journals of that period, depending on this dynamism in press activities. However in this era, it is seen that some women writers abandoned their writing activities over time. Muammer Enise Azmi wrote a popular romance novel in the Second Constitutional Era. He also published some works in the genre of stories and essays in literary journals. After proclamation of the republic, he became interested in education and politics by leaving his writing activities. There are no studies about Muammer Enise Azmi’s life and works. This article will provide information about his biography and it will be claimed that this author is Muammer Develi, a member of parliament from Tokat. In addition, his works in journals of this era will also be discussed. As a popular romance novel, Aşk ve Günah will be analyzed thematically and fictionally. In this way, the characteristic of popular novel of Aşk ve Günah will be determined and interpreted comparatively
