    Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berbahasa Anak Usia 4-5 Tahun Melalui Metode Bercerita Denagn Bahan Alam Di Tk Bina Rahayu Kutai Karta Negara

    Early childhood language skills are an important aspect in the development of communication and self-expression. However, in Bina Rahyu Kindergarten, Kutai Kartanegara, children aged 4-5 years show low language skills, such as difficulty speaking, stiffness when singing, and less responsive to social interactions. This research aims to improve children's language skills through storytelling methods using natural materials in the form of corn husks. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles. The research subjects consisted of 8 children, namely 6 boys and 2 girls. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation, with data analysis quantitatively and qualitatively descriptive percentages. Indicators of success include the ability to answer simple questions, express feelings and desires, mention natural materials from corn, and retell the content of the story. The results of the study showed that in the pre-cycle, the average achievement of language skills was 39%. In the first cycle it increased to 51%, the teacher's strategy of stimulating through a story entitled "The Prince Who Doesn't Like to Eat Vegetables" repeatedly and the teacher gave repeated questions so that in the second cycle it increased to 85%, exceeding the success criteria of 80%. The conclusion of this study is that storytelling using natural materials is effective in improving early childhood language skills. Educators are advised to be more creative in selecting learning media that suit children's characteristics, making the learning process more enjoyable and supporting optimal language development

    Fine motor skills are an important factor in early childhood development, based on the identification of problems in Kindergarten 01 Kota Bangun, it was found that there were several identified problems, especially in fine motor skills, which were indicated by indicators of skills in using fingers, eye and hand coordination, distinguishing shapes and images, and assembling puzzles that had not been achieved. This study is a classroom action research. This study aims to improve the fine motor skills of children aged 5–6 years through puzzle media in Kindergarten 01 Kota Bangun. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to improve the fine motor skills of children aged 5–6 years through educational puzzle games in Kindergarten 01 Kota Bangun. Fine motor skills involve coordination between the brain, eyes and hands and require appropriate stimulation to develop optimally. The subjects used by the researcher were 10 children, 6 boys and 4 girls. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, documentation and interviews. After conducting research through educational puzzle games, the results of cycle I were 68% and in cycle II it increased to 96% and had met the criteria for achieving success of 80% of the number of children in Kindergarten 01 Kota Bangun. Based on the results obtained in the study, it was proven that through educational puzzle games, children's fine motor skills could be improved

    Peran Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Bontang Dalam Meningkatkan Daya Serap Industri Terhadap Lulusan Sekolah Menengah Atas (Sma) Dan Kejuruan (Smk)

    This study analyses the role of the Bontang City Manpower Office (Disnaker) as a facilitator and coordinator in increasing the absorption capacity of local industries for senior high school/vocational school graduates. The main issues are the skills gap and high open unemployment rate among young graduates, especially in cities with large industrial sectors such as Bontang. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data obtained through in-depth interviews with Disnaker, industry representatives (including large companies), and school management, as well as analysis of documents related to training and manpower placement work programmes. The main focus was on the implementation of the Special Job Exchange (BKK), Competency-Based Training (PBK), and apprenticeship programmes facilitated by the Manpower Office. The results of the study show that the Bontang City Manpower Office has played an active role in three main functions: (1) Regulator, through the issuance of local regulations on training; (2) Facilitator, by providing Job Fair and PBK facilities that are aligned with industry needs; and (3) Coordinator, bringing together industry, educational institutions and job seekers. &nbsp

    Kutai Barat Kalimantan Timur memiliki banyak keindahan alam yang bisa dinikmati oleh wisatawan. Salah satunya adalah objek wisata Perkemahan Batuq Bura di Kampung Lakan Bilem, yang terletak di Kabupaten Kutai Barat (Kubar), Kecamatan Nyuatan. Objek wisata ini memiliki potensi wisata alam yang luar biasa, baik dari segi daya tarik maupun konservasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakn teknik analisis data yang deskriptif dengan menganalisis data dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor pendukung/pendorong Perkemahan Batuq Bura yaitu meliputi escape, relaxation, play, strengtheing family bonds, prestige dan accessibilities sedangkan untuk faktor penghambat yaitu faktor Amenity, faktor kerja sama dan faktor pemasaran

    From Screen to Speech: Utilizing Movie for Creative Story Completion in EFL Class

    This qualitative case study explores the integration of movie clips with the story completion technique for teaching EFL speaking skills. Focusing on one lecturer’s experience at a private university in East Java, data from a semi-structured interview were analyzed thematically. Findings indicate that this integrated approach effectively boosts student motivation, engagement, and creative thinking during speaking activities. It provides authentic language exposure and fosters narrative fluency. While technical issues with audio-visual equipment pose a challenge, the strategy is deemed highly beneficial. The study concludes that combining movies with story completion is a valuable pedagogical tool for enhancing oral proficiency, recommending careful content selection and technical preparedness

    The purpose of this study is as follows: 1) to determine the development of gross motor skills through playing asenan in group B children aged 5-6 years in State Kindergarten (TK) 01 Anggana. 2) to determine how asenan games can develop gross motor skills in group B children aged 5-6 years in State Kindergarten (TK) 01 Anggana. This research method uses qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The conclusion of the results of this study is to develop gross motor skills through playing asenan in group B children aged 5-6 years in State Kindergarten (TK) 01 Anggana, their gross motor skills have not developed optimally. So it is necessary to have stimulation in improving gross motor development by using the asenan playing method.     Kebijakan dan Pengambilan Keputusan Penyediaan Akomodasi yang Layak dalam Implementasi Pendidikan Inklusif

    This study aims to find out the Policy and Decision Making of the Provision of Decent Accommodation in the Implementation of Inclusive Education. Asta Cita Pendidikan Indonesia is said to focus on improving the quality of human resources, equitable distribution of inclusive quality education. The research method used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive method, and data was obtained from literature studies, observations and interviews. The results of this study show that the Samarinda City Government provides several derivative regulations that are relevant to the implementation of inclusive education, carries out preparations for the provision of educators and education personnel through the implementation of teacher training and technical guidance activities, establishes Disability Service Units, and builds Inclusive Resource Spaces in regular/public schools, as well as forming Special Supervisory Teacher Working Groups (KKGPK). A total of 269 educators and education staff have participated in inclusive education training and technical guidance from 80 regular/public schools. The provision of the Budget for the Disability Service Unit is also provided with no less than Rp.300 million per year.     This study examines the role of large companies in empowering micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Bontang City and analyzes its broader implications for educational management, particularly within community-based learning frameworks. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis involving company representatives, MSME actors, government agencies, and educational practitioners. The findings indicate that corporate empowerment programs—including training, mentoring, market facilitation, and financial assistance—significantly improve MSME managerial skills, digital literacy, product quality, and business networks. Beyond economic impacts, these empowerment activities function as community-based nonformal education that supports lifelong learning and strengthens local human resource development. The collaboration among companies, local government, digital communities, and educational institutions forms a sustainable learning ecosystem that integrates industrial experience into vocational education, entrepreneurship programs, and community learning centers. This synergy demonstrates that corporate involvement plays a strategic role not only in regional economic development but also in enhancing educational capacity, literacy, and community empowerment. The study concludes that MSME empowerment initiatives contribute meaningfully to educational management by promoting experiential learning, strengthening community competencies, and supporting inclusive development aligned with digital-era demands

    Peran Guru dalam Pendidikan Anak Hiperaktif di TK Negeri Pembina Pontianak

    This study aims to describe and gain an in-depth understanding of the teacher's role in the education of hyperactive children at TK Negeri Pembina Pontianak Timur. The approach used is qualitative with a phenomenological method, focusing on exploring the teacher's subjective experiences in handling hyperactive children within the school environment. Data collection was conducted through semi-structured interviews with classroom teachers who have experience teaching hyperactive children. The data were analyzed using Colaizzi's method, which includes seven stages of qualitative data analysis. The findings reveal that the teacher's role is not limited to delivering instructional material, but also includes being a facilitator, motivator, and emotional companion for hyperactive children. Teachers strive to adapt their teaching strategies to the children's characteristics, build intensive communication with parents, and create a conducive learning environment. Challenges faced include limited knowledge about children with special needs and a lack of support from school facilities. This study is expected to serve as a consideration for teachers, parents, and educational institutions in developing more effective approaches to educate hyperactive children from an early age

    Perkembangan Bahasa Melalui Metode Bercerita Boneka Jari Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun Di Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK) Islam Terpadu Subulussalam Samarinda

    The aim of this research is (1) To find out the strategies teachers can use to stimulate the language development of children aged 5-6 years at the Subulussalam Integrated Islamic Kindergarten, (2) To find out what supports and inhibits the language development of children aged 5-6 years at the Subulussalam Integrated Islamic Kindergarten. The method used is descriptive qualitative research, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews and documentation used to present data and draw conclusions. The results of this study are that using the storytelling method with finger puppets as a medium can attract children's interest by actively participating, and the teacher acts as a facilitator. The conclusion from the results of this study is that language development in children aged 5-6 years at the Subulussalam Integrated Islamic Kindergarten is still not optimal in receptive language development. So it is necessary to have stimulation to improve children's language development, namely by using the storytelling method. Supporting factors for children's language development include frequently inviting children to talk and finger puppet materials that are easy to obtain. The obstacle is that parents pay less attention to their children and children lack focus. Through the storytelling method using finger puppets, by achieving learning objectives that are in accordance with the indicators of receptive language development in children aged 5-6 years, this study has shown that the storytelling method can improve the language development of children aged 5-6 years at the Subulussalam Integrated Islamic Kindergarten
