FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN PERILAKU KONSUMSI MAKANAN JAJANAN SISWA DI SDN INTI TONDO

Perilaku konsumsi makanan jajanan yang tidak baik dapat menyebabkan berbagai masalah kesehatan termasuk masalah gizi. Beberapa faktor yang memengaruhi perilaku konsumsi makanan jajanan yaitu pengetahuan, teman sebaya, kebiasan membawa bekal, kebiasaan sarapan dan besaran uang jajan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan pengetahuan, teman sebaya, kebisaan membawa bekal dan kebiasaan sarapan dengan perilaku konsumsi makanan jajanan siswa di SDN Inti Tondo. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain observasional analitik menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 117 orang. Variabel dalam penelitian ini antara lain pengetahuan, teman sebaya, kebiasaan membawa bekal, kebiasaan sarapan dan perilaku konsumsi makanan jajanan. Data pengetahuan, teman sebaya, kebiasaan membawa bekal dan kebiasaan sarapan diperoleh dengan pengisian kuesioner, data perilaku konsumsi makanan jajanan diperoleh dengan pengisian Kuesioner Semi Quantitative-Food Frequency (SQ-FFQ). Hasil analisis data menggunakan Chi Square menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan pengetahuan (p=0,064) dengan perilaku konsumsi makanan jajanan, ada hubungan bermakna antara teman sebaya (p=0,004), kebiasaan membawa bekal (p=0,021) dan kebiasaan sarapan (p=0,028) dengan perilaku konsumsi makanan jajanan. Sebagian besar responden memiliki pengetahuan yang tidak baik, ada pengaruh teman sebaya, tidak membawa bekal, tidak biasa sarapan pagi dan perilaku konsumsi makanan jajanan yang tidak baik.

Pengolahan Pelepah Pinang Menjadi Produk Lifestyle Dengan Teknik Non Woven

Dalam industri tekstil saat ini banyaknya penggunaan serat alam sebagai salah satu alternatif tekstil yang digunakan untuk produk fashion/lifestyle. Untuk menambah alternatif serat alam tekstil penulis meneliti pelepah pinang untuk dijadikan sebagai salah satu alternatif tersebut. Hal ini dikarenakan oleh banyaknya sumber daya alam pelepah pinang yang tidak dimanfaatkannya secara optimal, belum adanya penelitian sebelumnya mengenai pelepah pinang untuk dijadikan alternatif serat tekstil baru.
Penelitian pelepah pinang ini hingga menjadi serat pinang dilakukan dengan beberapa eksperimen menggunakan zat kimia dan teknik penggolahan. Untuk mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal dilakukan eksperimen dengan penambahan material lain baik berupa serat alam maupun serat sintetis. Tahap selanjutnya adalah finishing untuk serat pinang agar anti air, anti jamur,tahan lama dan bisa di produksi.
Dari beberapa pertimbangan produk lifestyle yang akan di produksi menggunakan serat pinang ini terpilihlah clutch bag dan headpieces. Produk ini di pilih atas pertimbangan karakter dari serat pinang yang kaku, bertekstur, rapuh, tidak dapat digunakan terlalu sering. Produk lifestyle dari serat pinang itu sendri di konsepkan untuk wanita yang berkarakter ceria, berkepribadian menarik dengan kelas sosial middle high. Konsep ini di pilih karena penggolahan serat pinang ini dilakukan dengan eksperimen warna cerah.
Untuk pemeliharaan produk dari serat pinang ini jika kotor dapat di bersihkan dengan tisu basah atau pun di sikat pelan, untuk perawatannya cukup mudah hanya di simpan pada tempat yang bersih dan tidak lembab untuk menghindari menempelnya jamur pada serat pinang dan sudah diberikan antisipasi berupa anti bakteri pada saat penggolahan dan bahan pengawet didalam box produk tersebut.
Maka hasil penelitian sampai sejauh ini pelepah pinang dapat dijadika serat tekstil baru dan dapat di produksi untuk produk fashion/lifestyle. Penelitian ini juga bermanfaat untuk menggurangi pembuangan sumber daya alam berupa pelepah pinang serta meningkatkan nilai ekonomis, fungsional dan estetika dari pelepah pinang.

Hüseyin Rahmi Gürpınar’ın romanlarında kadın
1864-1944 yılları arasında yaşayan Hüseyin Rahmi Gürpınar, Türk edebiyatına romancı kimliğiyle damgasını vurmuştur. Ahmet Mithat ekolünü devam ettiren, konusunu yerli hayattan alan Hüseyin Rahmi Gürpınar'ın eserleri, okuyucu tarafından büyük ilgiyle karşılanmıştır. Yazarın romanlarını kaleme aldığı yıllarda Türk tarihinde pek çok sosyal ve siyasî değişiklik meydana gelmiş, bu değişiklikler Hüseyin Rahmi'nin romanlarına geniş ölçüde yansıma imkânı bulmuştur. Onun romanlarında yerli hayattan alınmış canlı tipler ve sahneler mevcuttur. Bu sebeple Hüseyin Rahmi'nin eserleri sosyolojik araştırmalar için önemli bir malzeme sunmaktadır. Yazarın kaleme aldığı 41 romana baktığımızda, kadın karakterler sayıca fazladır ve çoğu romanın olay örgüsü içinde ön plânda gelmektedir. Kadını toplumun önemli bir unsuru kabul eden Hüseyin Rahmi Gürpınar, yaşadığı dönemdeki kadın hayatını sorgulamış, devrine göre ileri sayılabilecek fikirleriyle kadınların karşılaştığı her türlü meseleyi ele almıştır. Yazarın romanlarında devriyle çatışma içinde olan ve alışılagelmiş olanı kabul etmeyen pek çok kadın kahraman yer almaktadır. Yazar bunlar vasıtasıyla toplum içinde kadın hayatının sınırlarının ne olması gerektiğini okuyucuya vermektedir. Biz de bu sebeple tezimizde yazarın romanlarındaki kadın konusunu ele aldık. Roman merkezli yapılan çalışmamızda, romanların kaleme alındığı tarihî süreç göz önünde bulundurulmuş, bu doğrultuda kadının sosyal hayatta karşılaştığı meseleler belli başlıklar etrafında toplanmış ve -romanlarda temas edildiği kadarıyla- zamanla meydana gelen değişimlere yer verilmiştir. Romanlarda kadınlarla ilgili karşımıza çıkan pek çok ayrıntı, kadın konusunda yapılmış araştırmalardaki bilgilerle de desteklenmiştir. Carrying on the Ahmet Mithat school, his work of art, which bases on the local social life, gained great attention from the readers. During the period that the author wrote his novels, many social and political alterations took place in the Turkish history and these changes have shown large reflections on his work. Local and lively figures and scenes are presented in his novels. That is why Hüseyin Rahmi’s works provide a regardable source for sociologic researches. In the 41 novels of the author, the female characters outnumber male characters and the focuses of the plots are usually based on them. Acknowledging woman as an important element of the society, Hüseyin Rahmi Gürpınar questioned the women’s life at his time, and he touched on each problem of women with a relatively progressive perspective. Many women that conflict with their social roles and not accept the habitual ones are included in his novels. Over those characters the author discusses what the limits of women’s life within the society should be. That is why we choose the presence of women on the author’s novels as the subject of our thesis. In our novel-centric work, the historical process that the novels were written was taken into consideration, with this perspective the problems that woman face in the social life were classified under certain topics, and the alterations that happened in time were included – as far as they were included in the novels. onwards his 41 novels, 9 story books, 4 plays, and 6 collection of essays
composed of his articles and polemics have been published. In this study,
Gürpınar’s ten novels, namely Bir Sevda Denklemi (An Equation of Love, 1899),
Metres (The Mistress, 1899), Acı Gülüş (Bitter Laugh, 1923), Ben Deli miyim?
(Am I Mad? 1925), Kokotlar Mektebi (The School of Cocottes, 1929), Gönül Bir
Yeldeğirmenidir (The Heart is a Windmill, 1943), Dünyanın Mihveri Kadın mı,
Para mı? (What Is the Axis of the World, Woman or Money? 1949), Kaderin
Cilvesi (Turn of Fortune, 1964), Can Pazarı (A Matter of Life and Death, 1968),
and Namuslu Kokotlar (The Virtuous Cocottes, 1973) have been analyzed within
the framework of ethical criticism, especially with regard to the repeated themes,
the interference of the author and the narrator, and the intellectual sources of
Gürpınar’s thought.
Hüseyin Rahmi Gürpınar had adopted a moral discourse in his writings
and created his fictional world around the themes of struggle for existence,
starvation, moral decline, and infidelity, which are among significant notions in
the field of ethics. The intrusion of the author and the narrator in fictional worlds
are other salient and constitutive features of Gürpınar’s fiction. Arthur
Schopenhauer, Friedrich Nietzsche, and social Darwinist ideas, to which he had
frequently referred, also played substantial roles in the formation of his fictional
world. That is why it is vital to understand the system of values that lies beneath
the author’s thought while analyzing his works. In this context, the criticisms
regarding Gürpınar’s idea of the novel have been reconsidered; his works have
been examined from the perspective of ethical criticism; and the system of values
that shape his fictional world has been portrayed through a text-centered reading.Serdar, Al

INTISARI
Daging itik memiliki kandungan lemak yang tinggi dan bau yang kurang disukai. Perlakuan marinasi lengkuas merah merupakan alternatif mengurangi bau setelah dilakukan pemasakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komposisi kimia (kadar air, kadar protein, kadar lemak dan kadar abu) daging itik yang dimarinasi lengkuas merah pada metode pemasakan yang berbeda. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 5 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Perlakuan yang digunakan adalah metode pemasakan yang terdiri dari tanpa dimasak (P0), digoreng (P1), dioven (P2), direbus (P3) dan dikukus (P4). Parameter yang diamati adalah kadar air, kadar protein, kadar lemak dan kadar abu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa daging itik yang dimarinasi lengkuas merah pada metode pemasakan yang berbeda berpengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,01) menurunkan kadar air, berpengaruh sangat nyata menurunkan kadar protein, berpengaruh sangat nyata menurunkan kadar lemak dan berpengaruh sangat nyata menurunkan kadar abu. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa daging itik yang dimarinasi lengkuas merah dengan metode pemasakan berbeda mampu menurunkan kadar air, kadar protein, kadar lemak dan kadar abu. Perlakuan terbaik pada penelitian ini adalah pada pengovenan dengan suhu 90°C selama 45 menit dan perebusan dengan suhu 80°C selama 30 menit yang menghasilkan kadar protein tertinggi 21,11% dan 21,02%.

This paper discussed the potency of kampong chickens as the main source of employment and income in West Sumatra. From about 2 millions of Indonesian kampong chickens in 2005, about 5.725.515 were found in West Sumatra. In terms of egg production, body weight gain and feed utilization efficiency, the productivity and biological performances of kampong chickens were much lower than that of hybrid chickens. On the other hand, the product of kampong chickens, e.g. egg and meat, in the market were normally valued higher by the consumers because of their better taste and healthier product. In addition, kampong chickens could be intensively reared in lower production cost because of their lower nutritional and management requirements. Results of some studies has shown that production of kampong chicken might be directed for business unit as back yard or intensively farming especially in supporting of economic development in the rural community

Mahalle; sosyal hayatın yerlilik vurgusu yapan, kültürel, ekonomik açıdan benzer insanları bir araya getiren yahut benzemeyenleri yakınlaştıran, aidiyet hissini mekânla özdeşleştiren dinamik unsurlarından biridir. Kenar mahalle de bu dinamiğin içinde ekonomik, kültürel, ahlaki açıdan ve dil bakımından çevrede kalan; merkezle oluşan uzak mesafeyi gösteren, gündelik hayatı ayrıntılarıyla yansıtan müesseselerindendir. Bu yönüyle kentleşme olgusunun somutlaştığı zamanlardan itibaren edebi eserlerin önemli mekânlarından ve sosyolojinin ilgilendiği alanlardan biri olmuştur. Hüseyin Rahmi Gürpınar, Türk edebiyatında kent kimliğinin henüz yerleştiği dönemlerden itibaren kenar mahalleleri eserlerine yansıtan romancılardan biridir. Yazar, kenar mahallelerin ve buradaki insanların görünümlerini yazma anının gerçeklerine uygun bir bakışla dile getirirken kurguyu da bu gerçeklikten yola çıkarak şekillendirir. Yazarın kenar mahallelerde geçen romanlarında kurgu ve kurgudaki çatışma unsurları, buralarda yaşamakla doğrudan ilgilidir. Dolayısıyla kenar mahalle, yazarın dünyasında yalnızca bir mekân unsuru olmanın ötesinde sınıf farklılığının, canlı ve renkli kent hayatının, yoksulluğun, alt kültür pratiklerinin görüldüğü gündelik hayat müessesesidir. Bu makalede üretken bir yazar olan Hüseyin Rahmi Gürpınar’ın kenar mahalleleri, buralardaki insanları ve hayatları yansıtma bağlamında temsil değeri olan 13 romanı incelenecektir. Kenar mahallelerin nasıl tasvir edildiği, buralarda yaşayan ve romanların kişi kadrosunu oluşturan insanların ele alınma biçimleri üzerinde durulacaktır. They bring people from similar backgrounds together or make people from different backgrounds familiar with each other. Neighborhoods make people associate themselves with their environment. Outskirts, on the other hand, are peripheral areas, which lay behind neighborhoods in economical, cultural, moral, and linguistic aspects. Despite being lively and colorful places, outskirts represent remoteness from center. These characteristics of outskirts have made them significant places for sociological and literary works, since the times when the phenomena of urbanization became concrete. Hüseyin Rahmi Gürpınar is one of the authors who have touched upon outskirts in their works, since the times when the fact of urbanity newly emerged. He deals with outskirts and people living in outskirts with a realistic point of view, and shapes the fiction in accordance with this reality. The fiction in his novels about outskirts, and the elements of conflict are all directly related to the life in those outskirts. In this sense, the term ‘outskirts’ in his novels represents not only a setting, but also a place where there are class differences, poverty, sub-cultural practices, and yet a lively and colorful life. This article deals with thirteen novels of a productive author, Hüseyin Rahmi Gürpınar, upon interpreting how he has approached the phenomena of outskirts, how he has depicted those places, and how he has treated with the characters in his novels. As well as dealing with the reason for why he centers his novels on outskirts, it will also be questioned whether Gürpınar regards the outskirts, and people of outskirts as problematic resulting from class differences
Social critique in the shorth stories of Hüseyin Rahmi Gürpınar
Yeni Türk Edebiyatının önemli yazarlarından olan Hüseyin Rahmi Gürpınar; roman, öykü, piyes, mektup, eleştiri gibi türlerde çok sayıda eser vermiştir. Daha çok romanlarıyla ön plana çıkmış olan Gürpınar, yayınladığı dokuz öykü kitabıyla, hem nitelik hem de nicelik anlamında öykücülüğümüze de önemli katkılarda bulunmuştur. Gürpınar’ın diğer eserlerinde olduğu gibi öykülerinde de toplumsal eleştirinin ön plana çıktığı görülmektedir. Devleti idare edenlerden halkımıza, din adamlarından toplumdaki ahlaki çözülmeye kadar pek çok alanda eleştirel bir tavır takınan yazar, eleştirilerini zaman zaman doğrudan dile getirmekte, zaman zaman öykünün dramatik anlatımı içinde daha dolaylı olarak sunmaktadır.H&uuml;seyin Rahmi G&uuml;rpınar, one of the important authors of the New Turkish Literature, wrote a great number of works in some genres such as novel, short story, drama, letter, critiques etc. G&uuml;rpınar who came to the forefront mostly with his novels made important contributions to our storytelling with his nine short story books both in the sense of quality and quantity. Harga diri merupakan salah satu kebutuhan psikologis yang sangat
dominan dalam menentukan tingkah laku manusia pada umumnya. Seseorang
mempunyai kebutuhan akan penghargaan positif tentang dirinya, sehingga dapat
memberi perasaaan bahwa dirinya berhasil, mampu dan berguna, sekalipun orang
itu memiliki kelemahan-kelemahan dan juga pernah mengalami kegagalan-kegagalan.
Apabila kebutuhan ini tidak terpenuhi maka akan merupakan salah
satu penghambat bagi keberhasilan seseorang.
Harga diri menggambarkan keputusan diri secara implisit atas kemampuan
dalam mengatasi tantangan-tantangan kehidupan (untuk memahami dan
menguasai masalah-masalah yang ada) dan hak diri untuk menikmati kebahagiaan
(menghormati serta mendukung keinginan-keinginan dan kebutuhan-kebutuhan).
Menurut Brecht, (2000) mengemukakan bahwa harga diri adalah sikap
menerima diri apa adanya. Ini berhubungan dengan keyakinan bahwa kita layak,
mampu dan berguna dalam apapun yang telah, sedang dan akan terjadi dalam
kehidupan kita.
Menurut Daradjat (1983) mengemukakan bahwa: "'Harga diri yaitu
perasaannya tentang penghargaan orang lain kepadanya, dan kepercayaan mereka
bahwa ia sukses dan kemampuannya cukup, serta sanggup menarik perhatian
dengan wajar. Lebih lanjut lagi di jelaskan, bila individu memiliki rasa harga diri
sehat, individu tersebut dapat mengenal dan dapat menerima dengan segala
keterbatasannya tersebut tetapi dengan mudah memandangnya sebagi bagian dan
realitas yang mungkin sebagai batas penantang untuk berkembang" .
Harga diri merupakan suatu kebutuhan individu yang harus dipenuhi dan
diraih oleh individu tersebut dengan cara menerima dirinya apa adanya atau
dengan kata menerima kelebihan dan kekurangannya yang ada pada dirinya.
Harga diri merupakan masalah penting dalam diri seseorang terutama dalam
menentukan tingkah laku individu. Setiap orang membutuhkan penghargaan
positif tentang dirinya yang dapat memberikan perasaan bahwa dirinya berhasil
sekalipun ia memiliki kelemahan dan kegagalan
COFFEE AND COFFEE CULTURE IN THE WORKS OF HÜSEYİN RAHMİ GÜRPINAR / HÜSEYİN RAHMİ GÜRPINAR’IN ESERLERİNDE KAHVE VE KAHVE KÜLTÜRÜ
Coffee is a pleasurable drink that has been consumed extensively for centuries by every
part of our society, receiving great appreciation. Socially, however, coffee means much more
than just a drink. Because; its preparation, its brewing, its service and the many rituals it creates
around itself, its behavior patterns and its habits are an important cultural element of our
social life. At the same time, it is considered as one of the demonstrations of hospitality and
a symbol of friendly conversations. In many ways, it was believed to have healing qualities
and it was benefited in the folk medicine vastly. With many specialties such as these, Turkish
coffee culture and taste have taken its place in literary works which by themselves are a part
of the culture and in some ways mirror of the society. For this reason, it is necessary to refer
to the literary works in order to determine the place of coffee in the social life of our society,
its effect on our social relations, and many customs and traditions related to today’s tend to
be forgotten or already forgotten coffee. Hüseyin Rahmi Gürpınar is known as an author that
reflects different aspects of the social life and daily life of our society, its cultural values and
its riches in detail in his works. One of these riches is the coffee culture. This has been the
starting point of our work.
In this study, elements related to coffee and coffee culture were determined in the works
of Hüseyin Rahmi Gürpınar which were written in the format of novels, short stories and
plays; followed by classification of a variety of material and spiritual elements relating to
coffee brewing methods, its service, the way it was enjoyed, its consumption areas and forms
and their benefits, and all are assessed in reference to various examples. Thus, it was attempted
to unveil the place, symbolic value and sociological position of coffee, one of our cultural
heritages, from the perspective and the pen of a productive writer such as Hüseyin Rahmi
Gürpınar, who reflects characteristics of the inhabitants of the society very successfully in
his works
