    The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of culture shock and adversity quotient to work satisfaction of Indonesian Labor Forces in Hong Kong. This quantitative research includes multiple regression analysis with 111 respondent. The sampling technique is using Nonprobability Sampling. Purposive Sampling with sample criteria: Indonesian citizen who works in Hogkong, female, working in domestic sector, has been working for a minimum of 6 months in Hongkong. Her age must be 20 years old or older, and she must have an education at least of an Elementary School level. Measurement for Culture Shock the result of the adaptation of Mumford, the measurement for Adversity Quotient the result of a modification of Rachmawati, and the measurement for work satisfaction is the result of the adaptation of Minnesota Satisfaction Questionare (MSQ) Short Form scale. According to analysis from the double regression analysis of the Anova tabl 8.837 Fb and Ft 3.08. so that F count > F table e , we got p= 0.000 ( p F tabel, dan nilai Sig. 0.000 (p<0.05) R= 0.140.     Abstract: This research is in the area of consumer behavior. Many of these factors can be confusing for company to map consumer behavior into its target market. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the factors influencing consumer behavior transactions in social media. This research using qualitative method. Our subjects involved 5 consumers who make transactions in social media. Techniques of data collection is done by observation and structured interviews, while the data collection tool used as interview guides and recorder. Based on the results it was found that four of these factors influence consumer behavior in social media, in the cultural factors such as between consumers and sellers adjust to each other in the language selection, social factors such as testimonials, offer from a friend, how the seller described the product, personal factors such as convenience at shopping (even when in the bathroom), while psychological factors such as discounts, product packaging and delivery speed. Abstrak: Banyak faktor yang membingungkan perusahaan dalam memetakan perilaku konsumen yang menjadi targetnya. Penelitian ini berupaya menggambarkan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perilaku transaksi konsumen di media sosial. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif yang melibatkan sebanyak 5 orang dengan karakter telah sering melakukan transaksi belanja lewat media sosial. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara terstruktur. Hasil penelitian menunjuk­kan, ada tiga faktor yang me­me­ngaruhi perilaku konsumen di media sosial. Pertama, faktor budaya seperti antara kesesuaian bahasa antara konsumen dan penjual, faktor sosial seperti testimonial, tawaran dari teman, cara penjual mendeskripsikan produk.     Abstract: As changes in purchasing behavior from conventional stores into online stores, fundamental things in consumer psychological processes such as quality perceptions and trust levels need to be reexamined. This research tries to know the contribution of product quality perception and consumer trust in shaping purchasing decision at online store. Sampling in this research was done by incidental sampling technique. Criteria subject used as a sample of research is consumers aged 18-30 years and have been making purchases in online stores at least three times. By using this technique, the subject is 485 people. The results show that product quality and consumer trust are a positive predictor of purchasing decisions at online stores. This study provides evidence that on online purchases, buyers consider almost uniformly the quality of products and online stores that sell products before making a purchase. Abstrak: Seiring berubahnya tingkah laku pembelian dari toko konvesionalmenuju toko daring, maka hal mendasar dalam proses psikologis konsumen seperti persepsi kualitas dan tingkat kepercayaan perlu dikaji ulang. Penelitian ini mencoba mengetahui kontribusi persepsi kualitas produk dan kepercayaan konsumen dalam membentuk keputusan pembelian di toko daring. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik incidental sampling. Kriteria subjek yang dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian adalah konsumen berusia 18 – 30 tahun dan sudah pernah melakukan pembelian di toko daring minimal tiga kali. Dengan menggunakan teknik tersebut diperoleh subjek 485 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan kepercayaan konsumen menjadi prediktor positif terhadap keputusan pembelian pada toko daring. Penelitian ini memberikan bukti bahwa pada pembelian daring, pembeli mempertimbangkan secara hampir seimbang kualitas produk dan toko daring yang menjual produk sebelum melakukan pembelian

Hum.   Kata Kunci: Batik Gajah Oling, Perkembangan, Banyuwangi Batik Banyuwangi merupakan salah satu batik pesisiran yang banyak mengambil motif flora dan fauna sebagai ungkapan simbolis daerah setempat. Batik Banyuwangi mampu menunjukan kemajuannya di industri batik dengan ciri khas batiknya sendiri, meskipun Banyuwangi bukan daerah penghasil batik yang besar seperti Pekalongan, Jogja dan Solo. Industri batik di Banyuwangi terus berkembang sejak diketahui keberadaannya pada 1980. Ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan tersebut, seperti peran dari pengrajin itu sendiri dan juga tidak lepas dari campur tangan pemerintah daerah. Batik yang menjadi andalan dari Kabupaten Banyuwangi adalah batik Gajah Oling yang memiliki filosofi mendalam bagi masyarakat Banyuwangi, namun ada banyak versi yang berkembang terkait dasar filosofi yang terkandung dalam batik Gajah Oling, dan sampai saat ini masih belum ada kesepakatan final mengenai dasar filosofi batik Gajah Oling tersebut. Hal inilah yang menyebabkan dari masing-masing pengusaha batik maupun budayawan memiliki keyakinan sendiri-sendiri tentang keberadaan trade mark batik Banyuwangi.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap filosofi yang terkandung di dalam Batik Gajah Oling Banyuwangi, mengetahui bagaimana perkembangan yang terjadi pada Batik Gajah Oling Banyuwangi di tahun 1980 hingga 2013, dan seberapa jauh dampak dari perkembangan batik Gajah Oling Banyuwangi pada bidang ekonomi dan sosial bagi pembatik di Banyuwangi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian sejarah yang meliputi heuristik, kritik sumber, interpretasi, dan historiografi. Teknik mendapatkan sumber penulis lakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka.  Berdasarkan pada eviden dan hasil analisis penulis peroleh, bahwa setiap motif batik mempunyai makna filosofi masing-masing. Makna-makna tersebut menunjukkan kedalaman pemahaman terhadap nilai-nilai lokal dan sampai sekarang nilai-nilai tersebut masih bertahan. Begitu pula dengan batik Gajah Oling Banyuwangi, yang memiliki dasar filosofi yang tidak lepas dari latar belakang sejarah Kerajaan Blambangan pada masa Raja Tawangalun. Batik Gajah Oling memiliki kisah yang panjang bagi masyarakat Banyuwangi. Nama Gajah Oling memiliki arti dan karakteristik tersendiri yang dapat dijadikan contoh dalam berkehidupan. Ketika kita memakai batik Gajah Oling didalamnya terdapat pesan yang tinggi bagi pemakainya yaitu layaknya seekor Gajah yang memiliki kekuatan yang besar untuk melawan kebatilan dan kesemena-menaan dan seperti seekor Oling yang memiliki kegigihan dan keuletan agar kita tidak pantang menyerah dalam menghadapi keadaan apapun. Pada penelitian ini juga diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa perkembangan batik Gajah Oling sejak 1980 hingga 2013 tidak lepas dari peran pengrajin yang terus melakukan inovasi dari segi desain maupun teknik membatik. Pemerintah pun juga turut andil dalam kemajuan batik Banyuwangi dengan mengeluarkan beberapa kebijakan khusus untuk meninggkatkan daya jual batik Banyuwangi, seperti melakukan pelatihan untuk pembatik yang diadakan satu tahun sekali, pengadaan event-event khusus batik seperti Banyuwangi Batik Festival (BBF) yang diadakan pada 2013 dan juga pengeluaran himbauan atas usulan dari pembatik yang berisi himbauan kepada seluruh pegawai pemerintahan untuk menggunakan batik Banyuwangi di hari kerja yaitu pada hari Kamis, Jumat dan Sabtu. Jadi, jika diamati pada penelitian batik Gajah Oling Banyuwangi ini terjadi kerjasama yang harmonis antara pengusaha batik dengan pemerintah daerah dalam upaya memajukan industri batik Gajah Oling Banyuwangi dari yang awalnya bersifat komersil personal menjadi industri sehingga timbul ekspansi penjualan batik yang bisa diterima pasar nasional bahkan internasional. Kondisi ini juga membawa dampak pada bidang ekonomi dan sosial. Berkembangnya batik Banyuwangi juga mempengaruhi jumlah tenaga kerja wanita yang bekerja di industri batik. However Banyuwangi is not a centre area of batik as like Pekalongan, Jogja, and Solo but it influences batik industry in general. It develops around 1980 and there are a lot of factors constructing its development. Those are the role of craftsman and the local government policy. Batik Gajah Oling as a main commodity of Banyuwangi has meaning and values for Banyuwangi society. Philosophically, there are some interpretations behind batik Gajah Oling; nevertheless there is no convention between entrepreneur and cultural observer on the philosophy of batik Gajah Oling. Therefore, they believe by themselves on the batik trade mark. This study aims to reveal the philosophy of batik Gajah Oling Banyuwangi; to know how batik Gajah Oling develops between 1980 and 2013; and how batik Gajah Oling influences social-economy aspect of Banyuwangi society. Historical method used for this study consisting of heuristic, critics, interpretation, and historiography. Moreover, the author compiles the sources from observation, interview, enumeration, and library research. Accordance with evidence and the author analysis result, that every batik has a motif and every motif has a philosophy itself. The meaning shows understanding of local value and that value still exist. Batik Gajah Oling Banyuwangi has a philosophy that according to historical background of kingdom of Blambangan in King Tawangalun period. Batik Gajah Oling has a long story for Banyuwangi society. The name of Gajah Oling has a special meaning and characteristic that as role for human race. When we are wearing batik Gajah Oling, there is a message for usage that like an elephant has a big power against a wickedness and a yoke and  also Oling has persistence and tenacity  so that we never give up to face a any situation. This study concludes that the development of batik Gajah Oling from 1980 to 2013 depends on the role of innovative craftsman not only on the design or the batik work. In addition, the government issues some specific policy to support batik Banyuwangi development, for instance training of doing batik work once a year, organizing batik events or Banyuwangi batik festival in 2013, and proposing all civil servants to wear batik Banyuwangi in work days between Thursday and Friday. It could be clearly seen that there is a good cooperation between government and entrepreneur to develop industry of batik Gajah Oling Banyuwangi from hold house industry to national and international industry.     Maternal morbidity and mortality problem in Indonesia is still a big problem. Utilization of Antenatal Care Services (ANC) by a pregnant woman can be seen from the coverage of ANC (K1 and K4). However, when looking at the data profile Langkat District Health Office and Health Center Profile Besitang, there is a gap between the K1 and K4 (K1>K4). Based on the results of observations made by the author in District Besitang, still found the mother - pregnant women who do not perform pregnancy checks to health workers with regular antenatal care. This research is explanatory research survey. The research goal is to analyze the factors that affect pregnant women in ANC visits in District Besitang Langkat district. The study population was all pregnant women in the District Besitang Langkat district, amounting to 1270 people and totaled 93 samples taken by simple random sampling. Primary data were collected through interviews, and data analysis was done by chi square test and simple logistic regression. Results of the chi square test and logistic regression, it is known that the variables age, knowledge, education, and affordability have a relationship and influence on the ANC because the value of p <0.05. This study is expected to provide input to the District Health Office Langkat to improve antenatal care in Sub Besitang, provide information to improve the knowledge of pregnant women, as well as improved performance and more attention to the welfare of the village midwife to be willing to live and settle in the village.Masalah kematian dan kesakitan ibu di Indonesia masih merupakan masalah besar. Pemanfaatan pelayanan Antenatal Care (ANC) oleh seorang ibu hamil dapat dilihat dari cakupan pelayanan ANC (K1 dan K4). Namun bila melihat data Profil Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Langkat dan Profil Puskesmas Besitang, terdapat kesenjangan antara K1 dan K4 (K1>K4). Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan oleh penulis di Kecamatan Besitang, masih ditemukan ibu – ibu hamil yang tidak melakukan pemeriksaan kehamilannya ke petugas kesehatan pelayanan antenatal dengan teratur. Jenis penelitian ini adalah survey explanatory research. Tujuan penelitan ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi ibu hamil dalam melakukan kunjungan ANC di Kecamatan Besitang Kabupaten Langkat. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil yang ada di Kecamatan Besitang Kabupaten Langkat yang berjumlah 1270 orang dan sampel berjumlah 93 orang yang diambil secara simple random sampling. Data primer dihimpun melalui wawancara, dan analisis data dilakukan dengan uji chi square dan uji regresi logistik sederhana. Hasil uji chi square dan uji regresi logistik , diketahui bahwa variabel umur, pengetahuan, pendidikan, serta keterjangkauan memiliki hubungan dan pengaruh terhadap kunjungan ANC karena nilai p < 0,05. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan kepada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Langkat untuk meningkatkan pelayanan antenatal di Kecamatan Besitang, memberikan informasi untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil, serta meningkatkan kinerja dan lebih memerhatikan kesejahteraan bidan desa agar bersedia untuk tinggal dan menetap di desa.108 HalamanSkripsi Sarjan

    A scenario is a blueprint or work script for the production team for a film or audio-visual work. It contains scenes, places, circumstances and dialogue. The object scenario becomes research in the text analysis carried out. In this research, the object of research is the screenplay for the film "Jalan Perkawinan" by Arthur S. Nalan. The screenplay for the film "Jalan Perkawinan" by Arthur S. Nalan, was the first winner of the screenplay writing competition held by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Indonesia in 2006. The scenario "Jalan Perkawinan" contains travel stories or different romance/marriage stories regarding the background of the trip crossing Jalan Daendels from Anyer to Panarukan which displays various arts and culture of the archipelago. The research method uses qualitative research with Teun Van Djik\u27s discourse theory analysis approach which examines aspects of text, social cognition and social context. First, from the text aspect it can be seen that the scenario has a marriage theme of different nationalities and religions. Second, in the social cognition aspect, the scriptwriter\u27s knowledge, understanding and experience are very strong in the process of creating the scenario. Meanwhile, thirdly, in the social context aspect, people\u27s emotional feelings towards marriages of different nationalities and religions as well as historical events regarding the construction of Jalan Daendels are very visible. The discourse analysis carried out provides a complete understanding of the "Marriage Road" scenario in terms of the text as a social text, the text as the author\u27s knowledge, and the text in terms of understanding the context regarding the issues raised. Dalam program penyaluran dana Pendistribusian zakat di Baznas Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mendeskripsikan Program Baznas dalam memberdayakan Ummat di Baznas Kota Bandar Lampung, Untuk mendeskripsikan pendistribusian zakat di Baznas Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Peneliti mendapatkan data melalui Observasi Wawancara wawancara langsung Pengurus Baznas Kota Bandar Lampung Sebagian data juga diperoleh dari literature seperti browser, bersumber dari instansi terkait, dokumentasi-dokumentasi sebagai informasi pelengkap. Kemudian setelah data terkumpulkan maka dapat diolah dan dianalisis berkaitan dengan permasalahan yang ada. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang penulis dapatkan pengumpulan dan pengelolaan dana zakat yang dilakukan Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Kabupaten Enrekang adalah dengan mengelola zakat profesi dan infaq PNS yang dipotong 2,5% dari gaji bersih setelah potong pajak setiap bulannya, unit pengumpulan zakat serta masjid yang ada di Kota Bandar Lampung. Dalam hal pendayangunaan zakat Oleh Baznas Kota Bandar Lampung telah berjalan dan telah dirasakan manfaatnya namun penelitian ini belum bisa mengukur keberhasilan meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan mengurangi kemiskinan.Adapun faktor penghambatnya yaitu sosialisasi belum maksimal peran UPZ, minimnya pengetahuan tentang amil, kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam membayar zakat. ABSTRACT Management is a typical process consisting of planning, organizing, implementing and controlling actions carried out to determine and achieve predetermined targets through the use of human resources and other resources. In the zakat distribution fund distribution program at Baznas Bandar Lampung City. This research aims to describe the Baznas Program in empowering the Ummah in Baznas Bandar Lampung City, to describe the distribution of zakat in Baznas Bandar Lampung City. This study uses a qualitative method. Researchers obtained data through observation, interviews, direct interviews with Bandar Lampung City Baznas Management. Some data was also obtained from literature such as browsers, sourced from related agencies, documentation as complementary information. Then, after the data is collected, it can be processed and analyzed in relation to existing problems. Based on the results of research that the author found, the collection and management of zakat funds carried out by the Enrekang Regency National Zakat Agency is by managing professional zakat and civil servant infaq which is deducted 2.5% from net salary after tax deductions every month, zakat collection units and mosques in Bandar Lampung City. In terms of the utilization of zakat by the Bandar Lampung City Baznas, it has been running and the benefits have been felt, but this research has not been able to measure the success of improving welfare and reducing poverty.
