Using the Somatic, Auditory, Visual, and Intellectual (SAVI) Learning Model for Improving Geometry Ability in Early Childhood
One of the most important areas of mathematics education that must be developed from a young age is geometry. Various studies state that arithmetic, geometry, and measurement are three mathematical disciplines that must be prioritized in early childhood education. This research aims to determine the effect of the Somatic, Auditory, Visual, and Intellectual (SAVI) learning model on the geometric abilities of children aged 5-6 years. This research uses a pre-experimental experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sample in this study was 18 children aged 5-6 years old Harapan Bunda Kindergarten Pancung Sol Pesisir Selatan. Data collection was obtained from observation and documentation, then the data was analyzed using paired sample tests. The results obtained in this research are that the SAVI model can improve the geometric abilities of children aged 5-6 years. This is known from the results of the paired sample t-test, which obtained a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted so that children's initial mathematical abilities, geometry, increase through the SAVI learning model. Children may become actively involved in their education with the help of the SAVI learning model, particularly when it comes to teaching them geometric forms. Because the teacher may utilize real items to aid in learning, children can recognize and retain the geometric forms around them as they grow older.

Team Games Tournament: A Cooperative Model for Training Prosocial Behavior in Early Childhood
Prosocial behavior is a very important aspect to be taught to children from an early age. This is because prosocial behavior can affect children's ability to interact and manage emotions when dealing with others. This study aims to test the effect of the team games tournament model in training prosocial behavior in children aged 5-6 years. This type of research is quantitative research with a pre-experimental approach, using a one group pretest-posttest design without a control group. The sample used was 15 children aged 5-6 years. Data collection was carried out through observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used a hypothesis test (paired sample t-test). The results of the study showed a significant difference between the conditions before and after the application of the team games tournament model. This model has been proven effective in training prosocial behavior in children aged 5-6 years. The Use of Mathematical Intelligence Stick Media to Stimulate Number Recognition Skills in Children Aged 5-6 Years
Mastery of number concepts is a crucial foundation for cognitive development in early childhood, but is often hindered by learning methods that are often abstract and monotonous. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Mathematical Intelligence Stick media in improving number symbol recognition skills in 5-6 year old children at Harapan Bunda Kindergarten. This study applied a quantitative approach with a Pre-Experimental One Group Pretest-Posttest design, involving 15 children selected through saturated sampling techniques. The findings showed a substantial improvement, with the average score of children's abilities increasing sharply from 12.73 in the pretest to 20.46 in the posttest. Effect size analysis using Cohen's d yielded a value of 2.64, indicating a powerful effect. This indicates that the integration of manipulative sticks successfully bridges children's understanding from the enactive to the symbolic level, while stimulating fine motor skills. Persepsi Guru Terhadap Pengelolaan Kelas Yang Menyenangkan untuk Pembelajaran Anak Usia Dini
This study aims to determine teachers' perceptions of fun classroom management in early childhood learning at Al-Moestafa Kindergarten, Jambi City. Effective and fun classroom management plays an important role in supporting aspects of child development. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires distributed in the form of online questionnaires (Google Form). The results of the study showed that teachers had positive perceptions of fun classroom management. Children looked comfortable in following the learning process, the classroom atmosphere was relatively conducive, and social interactions between children went well. Learning media have been utilized optimally, and children's ability to work together in groups shows good results. In general, teachers have played an active role in creating a fun learning environment that is in accordance with the developmental needs of early childhood
Pengaruh Kegiatan Membatik Jumputan Terhadap Kecerdasan Interpersonal Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun di TK Pertiwi Kuala Tungkal Tanjung Jabung Barat
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kegiatan membatik jumputan terhadap kecerdasan interpersonal anak usia 5-6 Tahun. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen. Desain yang digunakan adalah Pre-Eksperimental Design dengan bentuk One Group Pretest Posttest Design. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anak kelas B di TK Pertiwi Kuala Tungkal Tanjung Jabung Barat sebanyak 15 orang anak.. Instrumen yang digunakan lembar observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa ð‘¡â„Žð‘–ð‘¡ð‘¢ð‘›ð‘” > ð‘¡ð‘¡ð‘Žð‘ð‘’ð‘™ yaitu 9.979 > 2.160 pada taraf signifikan α = 0,05 hal ini berarti ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari kegiatan membatik jumputan terhadap kecerdasan interpersonal anak usia 5-6 Tahun di TK Pertiwi Kuala Tungkal yaitu berada pada interpretasi kuat dengan nilai yang berada pada rentang > 1,00 dengan interpretasi kuat (strong efect). Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases.
