Elektroakupunktur terhadap Memori Kerja Tikus Putih (Rattus novergicus) yang
Dipapar Stres Kronik. Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta.
Latar belakang: Stres kronik dapat menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan
morfologis disertai penurunan fungsi memori pada hippocampus. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rangsang elektroakupunktur (EA) terhadap
memori kerja tikus putih (Rattus norvegicus) yang dipapar stres kronik.
Metode: Penelitian ini bersifat eksperimental laboratorik dengan rancangan
pretest-postest control group design. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 24 ekor tikus,
dibagi secara random menjadi 4 kelompok, yakni kelompok kontrol (K),
kelompok stres (P1), kelompok akupunktur (P2), dan kelompok akupunktur dan
stres (P3). Selama 21 hari kelompok P1 diinduksi stres kronik berupa restraint
stress selama dua jam setiap hari, kelompok P2 selama 14 hari diberi rangsang EA
pada titik Bai-hui (DU 20) dan Zusanli (ST 36) dengan gelombang kontinyu dan
frekwensi 2 Hz selama 15 menit setiap hari, dan kelompok P3 diinduksi stres
kronik berupa restraint stress dan diberi rangsang EA. Memori kerja dinilai
dengan maze radial 8 lengan berdasarkan jumlah lengan yang dimasuki dan
kesalahan tipe A. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan uji statistik anova searah
dan dilanjutkan dengan uji post-hoc.
Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan tidak ada perbedaan yang bermakna antar
kelompok sebelum perlakuan (p>0,05). Setelah diberi perlakuan, terjadi
penurunan memori kerja pada kelompok P1 ditandai dengan jumlah lengan yang
dimasuki dan kesalahan tipe A lebih tinggi daripada kelompok K (p<0,05). Tidak
terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna antara kelompok P2 dibandingkan dengan
kelompok K (p>0,05). Kelompok P3 memiliki memori kerja yang lebih baik
daripada kelompok P1, dimana kelompok P3 menunjukan jumlah lengan yang
dimasuki maupun kesalahan tipe A yang lebih sedikit daripada kelompok P1
(p<0,05).
Simpulan: Disimpulkan bahwa restraint stress kronik menyebabkan penurunan
memori kerja tikus. Pemberian rangsang EA pada titik DU 20 dan ST 36 dapat
memperbaiki penurunan memori kerja pada tikus akibat stres kronik. Sedangkan
pemberian rangsang EA dalam kondisi tanpa stres dapat meningkatkan memori
kerja tikus, namun secara statistik kurang bermakna

No full textPurpose − Religious figures have an important and noble role in social life. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of Kyai Muhammad Sukemi as a religious figure in religious education in Yosodadi and the obstacles he faces.
Method − This research is a qualitative study with data collection in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained in the field is explained descriptively, in depth and thoroughly with Structural Functionalism Theory-Talcott Parsons as the analysis knife.
Findings − The results showed that there was a big role of Kyai Muhammad Sukemi in religious education in the community in Yosodadi, Metro city. Kyai Muhammad Sukemi is a charismatic figure, highly trusted and a role model by the community. In addition, it was found that the social role of Kyai Muhammad Sukemi was carried out by mingling with the community, establishing a relationship between the kyai and the community well, the role of Kyai Muhammad Sukemi in religious education was not only in NU activities, he also held regular studies attended by congregants both weekly and monthly, sholawatan, children's recitation and other social services. Therefore, his involvement has a positive impact on the community

No full textThis research aims to identify the character education values contained in the book Washaya al-Aba' li al-Abna Muhammad Syakir and the role of his opinion on the richness of character education values. It is hoped that this research can be used as a source or reference in efforts to develop education and character as a whole, especially character education according to Islam. It can also be used as a reference to facilitate understanding of character education and as a reference for relevant research in the future. This research method is qualitative and uses a narrative biography method. By using a descriptive presentation approach, this autobiography of the character's thoughts combines the ideas of character education from his work. Library research, or library research, is a research method that involves books, articles, notes and electronic media. with primary sources from the book Washaya al Aba Li al-Abna and secondary sources from study books. In this research, data collection was carried out through the documentation method, which includes searching for data through variables such as notes, books, and articles, among others. The author used a content analysis study to analyze the data; they analyzed the data textually based on the contents of the book. The research results show that the book Washaya al Aba Li al-Abna contains 17 educational character values, divided into two categories: 10 character values fall into the moral category and 7 character values fall into the performance category. Faith and piety, love and obedience to the Messenger of Allah, respect for parents, respect for teachers, truth or honesty, nobility or self-respect, patience, sincerity and a simple life are moral characters. Performance characteristics also include trust, discipline, hard work, never giving up, love of the country, interest in reading or literacy knowledge, and concern for the environment

di Indonesia milik KH. M. Munawwir dan KH. M. Arwani, yang mana keduanya
adalah antara murid dan guru. Meskipun sama-sama berawal dari qira‘at ‗Ashim
dari riwayat Hafs dari jalur ‗Ubaid ibn al-Shabbah yang keduanya memiliki sanad
yang shahih dan bisa merepresentasikan validitas atas qira‘at al-Qur‘an yang
bersumber dari Rasulullah SAW. Persoalan yang muncul kemudian adalah
Mengapa bisa berbeda antara sanad kedua tokoh tersebut yakni antara guru dan
murid (KH. M. Munawwir dan KH. M. Arwani)? Bagaimana rekonstruksi
susunan sanad qira‘at keduanya? Dengan latar belakang tersebut mendorong
penulis untuk meneliti, menemukan dan menganalisis Rekonstruksi Sanad Qira‘at
Indonesia antara KH. M. Munawwir dan KH. M. Arwani. Kedua tokoh ini dipilih
karena beliau berdua adalah ulama qira‘at paling tua dan termasyhur di Indonesia
dan mayoritas sanad qiraat yang ada di Indonesia melewati jalur kedua perawi
tersebut. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mengungkap bagaimana analisis
perbedaan dan kritik sanad qira‘at Indonesia antara KH. Muhammad Munawwir
dan KH. Muhammad Arwani. 2) Menjelaskan bagaimana rekonstruksi sanad
qira‘at Indonesia antara KH. Muhammad Munawwir dan KH. Muhammad
Arwani.
Ruang lingkup pembahasan dan penelitian disini bersifat kombinasi yaitu
literer (library research) dan lapangan (field research). Data diperoleh dengan
mengkaji lembar sanad qira‘at keduanya. Di samping itu juga dari kitab-kitab
yang membahas tentang sanad qira‘at dan wawancara dengan tokoh ulama yang
melanjutkan transmisi sanad qira‘at keduanya, selanjutnya dikomparasikan dan
dianalisis persamaan dan perbedaan keduanya, dengan menggunakan teori
analisis-komparatif dan kritik sanad qira‘at.
Hasil penelitian, Pertama; dari sisi urutan nomor seperti sanad yang dari
PP. al-Munawwir urutan pertama adalah Rasulullah saw. Sehingga sampai KH.
M. Munawwir pada urutan ke-28, sedangan dari PP. Yanbu‘ul Qur‘an urutan
pertama adalah Allah swt, ke-2 Malaikat Jibrilas., ke-3 Rasulullah saw. dan
seterusnya, sehingga urutan KH. M. Munawwir urutan ke-33. Kedua; Dari sisi
gurunya KH. M. Munawwir seperti dalam sanad PP. al-Munawwir adalah ‗Abd
al-Karim ibn H.‘Umar al-Badriy al-Dimyathiy, dan dari PP. Yanbu‘ul Qur‘an
adalah Syaikh Yusuf Hajar al-Dimyathi, maka sebagaimana dalam manaqib, maka
sanad PP. al-Munawwir adalah Sanad Qira'ah Imam ‗Ashim Riwayat Hafsh
Thariq ‗Ubaid ibn al-Shabbah, dan sanad PP. Yanbu‘ul Qur‘an adalah bagian dari
sanad qira‘at sab‘. Ketiga; dari sisi perbedaan rawi seperti dalam sanad PP.
Yanbu‘ul Qur‘an ada delapan rawi yang berbeda dengan sanad PP. al-Munawwir,
yaitu Abu al-Na‘im Ridhwan al-‗Aqabi, Abu al-Su‘ud bin Abi al-Nur, Ahmad bin
‗Umar al-Isqathi dan ‗Abd al-Rahman al-Syafi‘i, Ahmad ibn ‗Abd al-Rahman al-
