Exploring Nazahah’s Mediation in Reinforcing Consumer Trust among Micro Scale Nasi Kuning Enterprises
This study investigates the mediating role of nazāhah conceptualized as integrity, honesty, and purity of intention in strengthening consumer trust among micro-scale nasi kuning enterprises in Bone Regency, Indonesia. Grounded in Islamic Business Ethics Theory and Consumer Trust Theory, the research examines how ethical selling behavior, compliance with Islamic values, and business social responsibility influence consumer trust through the internalization of nazāhah. Using a quantitative explanatory design, data were collected from 150 respondents and analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results demonstrate that nazāhah has a strong and significant direct effect on consumer trust, while also fully mediating the relationships between social responsibility and trust, as well as indirectly linking ethical and religious values to trust formation. These findings indicate that ethical awareness and Sharia compliance alone are insufficient to generate trust unless they are transformed into consistent moral conduct through nazāhah. The study contributes to the literature by empirically positioning nazāhah as a strategic ethical mechanism that bridges spiritual values and market behavior. Practically, the findings highlight the importance of integrity-based education and socially responsible practices in fostering sustainable trust within Islamic micro-enterprises
Religious Education As A Form Of Implementation Of The First Principle Of Pancasila
Religious education plays a strategic role in instilling the value of Belief in One God as the embodiment of the first principle of Pancasila. However, the development of digital technology poses new challenges to the process of internalising religious values, especially among children. This study aims to analyse the role of the family, community, and educational institutions in implementing the value of Belief in One God in the digital era. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that: (1) children's participation in religious educational institutions is still ongoing, but has undergone changes due to the increasing use of digital technology; (2) the role of society and parents in guiding children against the influence of social media greatly determines children's religious behaviour patterns; (3) the level of formal education of parents is not always directly proportional to the quality of religious education in the family, because busy work schedules often reduce the intensity of interaction with children. Therefore, it is necessary to revitalise religious education based on Pancasila values through collaboration between families, schools, and communities. The implementation of the value of Belief in One God needs to be realised not only through ritual activities but also through role modelling, positive habits, and the use of educational technology relevant to the character of the digital generation. The instilling of these values is an important foundation in shaping the character of Pancasila students who are faithful, devoted to God Almighty, and have noble character
SME Performance Analysis: Reviewed from the TOE Framework Perspective to Support Sustainable Economic Resilience in Indonesia
Adopting e-commerce in the business sector requires technological resources such as IT infrastructure, internet connectivity, software and hardware systems, as well as qualified IT personnel which often poses financial challenges for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This study investigates whether technology adoption by SMEs translates into competitive advantage and improved performance. The research emphasizes the Technology–Organization–Environment (TOE) framework, which highlights the role of technological readiness, organizational capacity, and environmental factors in shaping competitiveness. Combined with the diffusion of innovation theory, this framework is expected to guide SMEs in developing effective strategies for technology adoption. A quantitative approach was applied using survey methods and data analysis through Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Purposive sampling yielded 398 SME respondents across Indonesia. Findings show that entrepreneurial orientation and technological readiness significantly influence SME performance—measured by personal wealth and firm growth—through competitive advantage. Entrepreneurial orientation exhibits a full mediation effect, while technological readiness demonstrates partial mediation. These results suggest that within the TOE framework, technology, organization, and environment must first generate competitive advantage before exerting a significant impact on SME performance. This study confirms that integrating TOE with diffusion of innovation theory provides a strategic foundation for SMEs to adopt technology effectively, enhance competitiveness, and achieve sustainable growth
Model Of Integrating The Values Of Qs. Al-Hujurat Verse 11 Into The Strategies Of Islamic Education Teachers For Character Building In Elementary School Students
This study aims to analyze the strategies of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) teachers in integrating the values of QS. Al-Hujurat verse 11 in character building of elementary school students. The focus of the study is on how IRE teachers instill Qur'anic moral values such as respect for others, self-control, and prohibition of slander as part of the character education process in the school environment. This study departs from a research gap that shows that previous studies on Al-Qur'an-based character education have been predominantly conceptual and have not specifically examined the integration of the values of QS. Al-Hujurat verse 11 in the learning strategies of PAI teachers in the context of elementary schools. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of Islamic Education learning activities. The results showed that PAI teachers applied various learning strategies, including exemplary behavior, habituation, advice, and a contextual approach through the study of Qur'anic verses. The integration of the values of QS. Al-Hujurat verse 11 proved to play a significant role in shaping attitudes of mutual respect, empathy, and social responsibility in students. The new contribution of this study lies in the formulation of an integrative model of PAI learning strategies based on QS. Al-Hujurat verse 11 that is contextual and applicable, thus complementing previous studies that emphasized normative aspects without empirical mapping of teacher strategies. In conclusion, the implementation of Qur'anic values through PAI teacher learning strategies can be an effective model for strengthening character education in elementary schools in a sustainable manner that is relevant to the social challenges faced by students
Pidana Mati Perspektif Hukum Islam dan Hukum Nasional
This study aims to explain the Islamic legal perspective on the implementation of the death penalty in relation to the principles of human rights. The research employs a library-based method with a normative juridical approach and a prescriptive analysis. The focus of the study lies in the concept of al-maṣlaḥah al-mursalah as the foundational principle of Islamic law in determining capital punishment, particularly within the context of qishash. The findings indicate that the death penalty in Islam is not intended as an act of revenge but rather as an instrument for upholding justice and protecting human life in accordance with the maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah, namely the preservation of religion, life, intellect, lineage, and property. Islam also provides space for forgiveness and reconciliation, reflecting a balance between justice and compassion. Thus, the death penalty in Islamic law possesses strong theological and sociological foundations and remains consistent with humanitarian values and the overarching goal of law to promote public welfare

Perlindungan Hak Asasi Terdakwa Tindak Pidana Lalu Lintas dalam Sistem Peradilan Pidana di Indonesia
This study examines the protection of human rights afforded to defendants in traffic crime cases throughout the stages of the Indonesian criminal justice process. The analysis focuses on the fulfillment of fundamental rights as regulated in the Indonesian Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP), the Traffic Law, Supreme Court Regulation No. 12 of 2016, and the principles of fair trial. This research employs a normative legal method with statutory, conceptual, and case approaches. The findings reveal that although the normative framework provides guarantees for defendants’ rights, implementation remains suboptimal, particularly regarding the right to legal assistance, the principle of equality of arms, procedural fairness, and proportionality in detention and evidentiary procedures. The study highlights the need for regulatory harmonization, stronger oversight mechanisms, and improved professionalism among law enforcement authorities to ensure effective protection of defendants’ rights in traffic crime cases
Tinjauan Yuridis Pengenaan Sanksi Kurungan Pengganti Denda bagi Pelaku IUU Fishing di ZEE Indonesia
The problem regarding the interpretation of the meaning of imprisonment and corporal punishment as stated in Article 73 paragraph (3) of UNCLOS 1982 has caused differences in judges' decisions against perpetrators of IUU Fishing in the Indonesian Exclusive Economic Zone (ZEEI). On the one hand, there are courts that explain that confinement in lieu of a fine is contrary to UNCLOS 1982, while on the other hand it is said that it does not violate UNCLOS 1982. This study was conducted to provide a legal study of whether the imposition of confinement in lieu of a fine on perpetrators of IUU Fishing in ZEEI. The results of this study, namely according to the interpretation of grammatical and the meaning of words/terms (taalkundige interpretation) and the explanation of legal experts, can be concluded that imprisonment and confinement (including confinement in lieu of a fine) are included in the scope of the prohibition of Article 73 paragraph (3) of UNCLOS 1982, because this punishment eliminates a person's freedom. Courts in Indonesia should be consistent not implementing imprisonment and corporal punishment considering that Indonesia has ratified UNCLOS 1982 and is bound by the principle of pacta sunt servanda. This paper provides proposals to amend the Fisheries Law and Judges are also encouraged to make independent legal discoveries to create substitute criminal sanctions for fines that do not conflict with UNCLOS 1982
