Adat Pernikahan dan Nilai-Nilai Islami dalam Masyarakat Aceh Menurut Hukum Islam
Kajian ini membahas tentang adat pernikahan dan nilai-nilai Islami dalam masyarakat Aceh menurut hukum Islam. Sebagaimana diketahui bahwa antara adat dan agama di Aceh tidak dapat dipisahkan, adat bersandar pada agama, sedangkan agama terinternalisasi dalam bentuk budaya dan tradisi masyarakat. Termasuk pernikahan yang merupakan salah satu bagian terpenting dalam adat masyarakat di Nusantara termasuk di Aceh. Penelitian ini merupakan kajian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitis yang menggunakan literatur dan kepustakaan sebagai obyek kajian. Hasil kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa adat pernikahan dalam masyarakat Aceh sarat dengan nilai-nilai Islami, misalnya; ketaatan kepada Allah dan Rasul, kebersamaan dan persaudaraan, tolong menolong, tanggungjawab baik orang tua maupun perangkat gampong. Jika dilihat dari aspek hukum Islam, maka adat pernikahan masyarakat Aceh tidak bertentangan atau sesuai dengan hukum Islam. , justru adat memperkuat hukum Islam melalui sosialisasi kepada masyarakat tanpa proses adat ini, masyarakat dikhawatirkan akan memilih nilai-nilai alih yang bertentangan dengan adat dan nilai masyarakat Aceh
Dampak Media Sosial Tiktok terhadap Atensi Belajar Anak Usia Dini
TikTok menimbulkan berbagai masalah, salah satunya adalah dampaknya terhadap atensi belajar anak. Anak usia 5-6 tahun yang bebas mengakses TikTok cenderung menunjukkan perilaku berbeda dibandingkan mereka yang dibatasi dalam penggunaan Android, terutama dalam mengakses media sosial tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis dampak media sosial tiktok terhadap atensi belajar anak usia dini dan strategi yang dilakukan oleh orang tua dalam meningkatkan kembali atensi belajar anak usia dini di Desa Peuniti Kecamatan Baiturrahman Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Subjek penelitian yaitu orang tua anak usia dini yang berjumlah 5 narasumber. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan TikTok berpengaruh pada atensi belajar anak usia dini. Akses berlebihan membuat anak mudah terdistraksi dan sulit fokus akibat terbiasa dengan pola perhatian singkat pada video Tiktok. Sebaliknya, anak yang penggunaan TikToknya dibatasi dan diawasi lebih mampu mengontrol fokus dan atensi yang baik dalam belajar. Untuk mengatasi dampak negatifnya, orang tua membatasi waktu penggunaan, memilih konten edukatif, dan mengawasi anak saat mengakses TikTok
Implementasi Metode Pendidikan Qur’ani Di Pondok Pesantren Al-Munawwarah Kota Pekanbaru
This research sees the importance of the position of the Qur'an as the main source of Islamic education. One method that can be applied is the tarbawy interpretation method. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The author uses primary and secondary sources related to the object of study. The purpose of this study is to uncover educational experiments in the perspective of the Koran and their application in the al-Munawwarah Islamic boarding school in Pekanbaru. Based on the results of the research conducted, the authors found that the concepts of Al-Hikmah, Al-Mauizhah, and Al-Mujadalah have been applied in the learning process in the boarding school of al-Munawarah in the city of Pekanbaru. In the application of the Al-Hikmah Aspect, the application of indicators and words that are true and explicit are applied by the teacher. In the application of the Al-Mauizhah Aspect, the indicators of Advising, commenting on and resolving the subtle are supported by cases that violate ethics for students. Next to the Aspect of Al-Mujadalah the application of indicators in the form of discussions and questions and answers
Redesain pendidikan islam: perkembangan pendidikan pasca penerapan syari’at islam di aceh
This study aims to discuss the redesign of Islamic education which is focused on the development of Islamic education after the Islamic shari'ah was formally applied in Aceh. As it is understood that the application of Islamic sharia is a part of the historical mandate, and has become a characteristic of the social and cultural order of the Acehnese people which is thick with religious values, the latter is then strengthened by law regulations from the central government. The method used is qualitative research with data collection techniques namely literature review, interviews and observations while the analysis technique uses tryangulation. The result is that since the implementation of Islamic sharia in Aceh there has been a redesign of Islamic education, which is to strengthen the three centers of education which are also based and synergized with Islamic sharia. The three education centers are: first, the (formal) school from elementary school but up to tertiary institutions; secondly, the community (non-formal), at the level of the village where there is a meunasah and the study center as a place of study of tauhid, fiqih and tasawuf; and third, family (informal) through family strengthening. Thus the tri education center is enriched with Islamic sharia values that shape human character and noble character.Kajian ini bertujuan untuk membahas tentang redesain pendidikan Islam yang difokuskan pada perkembangan pendidikan Islam setelah syari’at Islam diterapkan secara formal di Aceh.  Sebagaimana dipahami bahwa penerapan syari’at Islam merupakan bagian dari amanah sejarah, dan telah menjadi karaktersitik tatanan sosial dan budaya masyarakat Aceh yang kental dengan nilai-nilai agama, terakhir kemudian diperkuat dengan peraturan udang-undang dari pemerintah pusat. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu kajian literatur, wawancara dan observasi sedangkan teknik analisis memakai tryangulasi. Hasilnya adalah bahwa sejak penerapan syari’at Islam di Aceh terjadi redesain pendidikan Islam yaitu menguatkan tiga pusat pendidikan juga berbasis dan bersinergis dengan syar’at Islam. Tri pusat pendidikan tersebut yaitu: pertama, sekolah (formal) dari Sekolah Dasar tetapi sampai pada Perguruan Tinggi; kedua, masyarakat (non formal), pada level gampong yang terdapat meunasah dan balai pengajian sebagai tempat pengkajian ilmu tauhid, fiqih dan tasawuf; dan ketiga, keluarga (informal) melalui penguatan keluarga. Dengan demikian tri pusat pendidikan tersebut diperkaya dengan nilai-nilai syari’at Islam yang membentuk manusia berkarakter dan berakhlak mulia

This article discusses the pattern of education of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam which is the foundation of education, especially Islamic education. The success of education applied by the Prophet Muhammad SAW, both in Makkah Al-Mukarramah for approximately 13 (thirteen) years, and in Madinah Al-Munawwarah for approximately 10 (ten) years, because of what he conveyed, he has applied first in all aspects of his life and his life. NORMA GENDER DALAM INTERPRETASI TEKS KEAGAMAAN SEBAGAI PEMBENTUK PANDANGAN TERHADAP PERNIKAHAN ANAK: STUDI KASUS DI PESANTREN AL-MUNAWWARAH YOGYAKARTA
The main reason of marriage for Muslim often uses religious belief because it will legitimate sexual intercourse, double rewards and other benefits. Religion does not regulate specifically the ideal age to get married and to be able to follow one of the prophet traditions. It is therefore important to study on the process of legitimatization of minimum age and how it has been discussed in religious communities. In this case Pesantren Al-Munawwarah Yogyakarta became the research locus. This thesis focuses on the legitimacy of minimum age in pesantren. The research subject includes the leaders of pesantren (Nyai and Kiai), Ustazah, Ustaz, female and male santri. The interpretation of the sacred text, religious doctrine, environment and social life contributes to the decision to practice child marriage.
To investigate this case of marital age, the author uses descriptive qualitative method. The method to gather the data includes observation and documentation, such as books and pieces of verses taught in Pesantren Al-Munawwarah. The research also employs semi-structural in-depth interviews in examining the perception and practice of child marriage in pesantren. The research refers to Paul Ricoeur's interpretation theory to approach the phenomenon. Furthermore, the analysis method of data uses a Yin qualitative data analysis method, which consists of five stages of the research: arranging data, unpacking data, rearranging data, interpreting data, and concluding data.
This thesis finds that textual interpretation of pesantren community contributes to the perception and the culture and practice undertaken by pesantren community. The decision to practice child marriage based on several considerations: (1) religious belief, (2) philosophical insights, (3) ethical considerations and (4) religious beliefs that embedded in the culture. Supporting factors that formulate the practice of child marriage: (1) interpretation of religious teachings, (2) religious norms and (3) family, social and cultural. Lastly, there is a gender norm that perpetuates the practice of child marriage in pesantren. The main issue of this problematic gender norms is patriarchal interpretation. Therefore, contextual interpretation on the texts on child marriage issue is the solution in order to changing the patriarchal perception and decreasing the percentage of child marriage practice in pesantren
AGAMA DAN PROBLEMATIKA MASYARAKAT: FUNGSI TASAWUF DALAM PENDIDIKAN, SOSIAL DAN AKHLAK
Islam entered the archipelago peacefully brought by Sufi scholars and is influential to this day. Sufism is a dimension of Islamic teachings that is able to answer the problems of society from the past to the present. Sufi scholars also fought against colonialism supported by Sufi brotherhood or tariqa in which there was a concept of obedience to the teacher. The reformulation of classical Sufism which is individual, personal, is important enough to become a communal collective. This article is a qualitative study analyzed using the perspective of sociology of religion. Today, Sufism remains important in various aspects of education, social movements, and moral improvement. If using the perspective of sociology of religion, Sufism is able to provide spirit and strength to humans so that Sufism values transform for the better. The values of Sufism in question are for example, qana\u27ah, patience, gratitude which provide solutions to the problems of human life. Not only limited to educational, social and moral improvement aspects but more than that.Islam masuk ke Nusantara secara damai dibawa oleh para ulama sufi dan berpengaruh sampai saat ini. Tasawuf merupakan dimensi ajaran Islam yang mampu menjawab problematika masyarakat sejak pada masa lalu sampai sekarang. Ulama sufi juga melakukan perlawanan terhadap kolonialisme yang didukung oleh persaudaraan sufi atau tarekat yang di dalamnya terdapat konsep ketaatan pada guru. Reformulasi tasawuf klasik yang bersifat individual personal cukup penting menjadi kolektif komunal.Artikel ini merupakan studi kualitatif yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan perspektif sosiologi agama. Saat ini kemudian bangsa Indonesia semakin maju sufisme tetap menjadi sesuatu yang urgen dalam berbagai aspek pendidikan, gerakan sosial, dan perbaikan akhlak. POINT-CONTERPOINT: METODE DEBAT DALAM PROSES PEMBELAJARAN DAN PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP MAHASISWA DI ACEH
This article discusses the point-counterpoint method, or debating, in the learning process and its impact on students in Aceh. This study is a qualitative study using descriptive analysis. The debating method is crucial in the learning process because it can determine the success or failure of the learning carried out by lecturers, teachers, and educators. This article concludes that the method of debating opinions in the learning process is carried out by discussing a problem to find the best answer, not looking for who loses. The benefits of the debate method with students, namely increasing thinking power, being active in the learning process, respecting the opinions of others, and being able to work together in groups. Philosophically, using the debate method in the learning process, students will experience cognitive and affective intelligence. Because debating the ability to analyze thoughts, provide arguments and respect for the opinions of others, and express ideas in a polite manner occurs in the learning process the debate of opinion takes place
Theological Impact of Marriage for Religious Minority Families in Bali and Makassar
This study seeks to explore the challenges faced by the minority
group of Muslim families in Bali and Hindu families in Makassar in practicing
their religious beliefs, highlighting the insufficient facilities and community
support available to them. They need to put in more effort to uphold the practice
of worship, holidays, and fasting. Marriage significantly influences numerous
facets of life, encompassing social, emotional, financial, and legal dimensions.
The research method employed is qualitative, analyzed through a theological
lens. Qualitative analysis techniques rely on qualitative data, which consists of
words and is essential for drawing thorough and high-quality conclusions. Data
were gathered through comprehensive interviews and a thorough analysis of the
literature. The study's findings indicate that for Muslim families in Bali,
interactions significantly influence theological aspects related to worship,
culture, customs, and social interactions. In Bali, Muslim families experience
significant interactions and acculturation, particularly in the realm of marriage,
which profoundly impacts theological aspects, including the concept of
worshiping God, differing from the beliefs held by the Hindu community in the
region. Muslim families hold a belief in one God, whereas the Hindu-Balinese
community embraces the existence of multiple gods and goddesses, leading to
various forms of worship. Muslim families in Bali enjoy the freedom to engage
with other communities, primarily Hindu, just as Hindu families in Makassar do,
reflecting the open nature of the people in both regions. Consequently, it will
influence inclusive, moderate, and tolerant theology regarding religious
differences
