    Abstrak: Permasalahan karakter seperti radikalisme, separatisme, penyalahgunaan narkoba, dan sebagainya dewasa ini cukup menjadi perbincangan hangat. Dalam hal ini, lembaga pendidikan terutama pendidikan Islam berperan vital dalam pembentukan karakter anak bangsa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kurikulum yang digunakan dalam menginternalisasi karakter nasionalis dan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat proses pendidikan karakter nasionalis dan berintegritas di MTs al-Ishlah Persis Kabupaten Majalengka. Subjek primer penelitian ini terdiri dari Mudirul Aam, Kepala Madrasah, pembimbing asrama, dan dokumen-dokumen MTs al-Ishlah Persis yang dilengkapi dengan sumber sekunder yaitu guru-guru, orang tua, murid, dan tokoh masyarakat sekitar madrasah. Sehubungan dengan itu, penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan teknik triangulasi yaitu reduksi data, display data, dan penyimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum yang digunakan adalah berorientasi pada moral knowing, moral feeling, dan moral action. Adapun faktor-faktor pendukung proses pendidikan karakter tersebut adalah status madrasah swasta dan berasrama sehingga proses pendidikan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan lokal. Sementara itu, faktor penghambatnya, yaitu indikator nilai-nilai karakter yang belum representatif, kurangnya aspek pedagogis pada guru, dan kurangnya kerja sama antara pihak madrasah dengan orang tua. Manfaat dari hasil penelitian ini adalah memberikan rekomendasi kepada pihak madrasah untuk meningkatkan kualitas kurikulum dan strategi pengajaran guna membentuk karakter nasionalis dan berintegritas pada siswa, serta mendorong kerjasama yang lebih erat antara madrasah dan orang tua siswa.Abstract: Character problems such as radicalism, separatism, drug abuse, and so on are currently quite hot topics of discussion. In this case, educational institutions, especially Islamic education, play a vital role in forming the character of the nation's children. This research aims to identify the curriculum used to internalize nationalist character and identify supporting and inhibiting factors in the process of education for nationalist character and integrity at MTs al-Ishlah Persis, Majalengka Regency. The primary subjects of this study consist of the Mudirul Aam, the Head of the Madrasah, the boarding school supervisors, and documents from MTs al-Ishlah Persis. This is supplemented by secondary sources, including teachers, parents, students, and community leaders around the madrasah. In this regard, this research is descriptive qualitative research. The data in this research was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The data were then analyzed using triangulation techniques, including data reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. The research results show that the curriculum used is oriented towards moral knowing, moral feeling, and moral action. The supporting factors for the character education process are the status of private and boarding schools so that the education process is adapted to local needs. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are indicators of character values that are not yet representative, a lack of pedagogical aspects for teachers, and a lack of cooperation between the madrasah and parents. The benefits of this research include providing recommendations to the madrasah to enhance the quality of the curriculum and teaching strategies aimed at developing nationalist and integrity-based character in students and encouraging closer cooperation between the madrasah and parents

    This research examines the values ​​of character education contained in QS. An-Nisā' verse 36 through the perspective of Tafsir Al-Munīr by Wahbah Zuhaili. This verse emphasizes monotheism's importance: doing good to parents, relatives, orphans, the poor, near and far neighbors, colleagues, Ibn Sabil, and servants. The research method used is a qualitative study of text analysis to identify emerging themes, patterns, and concepts, relate them to the idea of character education in Islam, and produce a comprehensive understanding of the moral and ethical messages conveyed therein. Research findings show that the values ​​taught in this verse include religious values, responsible values, social care values, friendly or communicative values, and democratic values. The conclusion of this research shows that implementing these values ​​in everyday life can form individuals who obediently worship only Allah, act pretty, respect the rights of others, and contribute positively to society. Internalizing these values ​​in various educational sectors is relevant in forming a civilized and moral national character

    Nilai-Nilai Pendidikan Islam dalam Tradisi Ngalaksa Rancakalong: Sebuah Kajian Kualitatif Etnopedagogis

      Abstract This study aims to explore the values ​​of Islamic education manifested in the Ngalaksa tradition in Rancakalong, Sumedang - West Java. The study uses a qualitative ethnopedagogical approach, and reflects its relevance to the values ​​of Islamic education to provide education to contemporary society that is increasingly eroded by a materialistic and individualistic culture. The data in this study were obtained through document review, participatory observation, and interviews with figures who are considered key informants, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman method. This tradition is an expression of the community's gratitude for the harvest, in which there are many processions laden with Islamic teachings, such as gratitude, tawakal, mutual cooperation, manners, social concern, preservation of ancestral heritage, and ecological awareness. These various concepts are not only present in rituals, but are also passed down from generation to generation through symbols and cultural practices that live in the daily lives of the community and reflect their Islamic identity. The results of the study show that the Ngalaksa tradition functions as an effective means of character education and Islamic spirituality contextually. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif etnopedagogis, serta merefleksikan relevansinya dengan nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam untuk memberikan pendidikan kepada masyarakat kontemporer yang semakin tergerus oleh budaya yang materialis dan individualis. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui penelaahan dokumen, observasi partisipatif, dan wawancara dengan tokoh-tokoh yang dianggap sebagai informan kunci, kemudian dianalisis dengan metode Miles dan Huberman. Tradisi ini merupakan ekspresi rasa syukur masyarakat atas hasil panen, yang di dalamnya terdapat banyak prosesi sarat dengan ajaran-ajaran Islam, seperti syukur, tawakal, gotong royong, adab, kepedulian sosial, pelestarian warisan leluhur, dan kesadaran ekologis. Berbagai konsep tersebut tidak hanya hadir dalam ritual, tetapi juga diwariskan secara turun-temurun melalui simbol dan praktik budaya yang hidup dalam keseharian masyarakat dan mencerminkan identitas keislaman mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tradisi Ngalaksa berfungsi sebagai sarana efektif pendidikan karakter dan spiritualitas Islam secara kontekstual.     Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji konsep punishment dalam perspektif hadis tarbawi, khususnya metode penerapan sanksi oleh Rasulullah SAW untuk mendidik sahabat. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan kajian pustaka, data primer berupa hadis-hadis tarbawi dan data sekunder dari literatur terkait diolah menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman melalui tahap reduksi, penyajian naratif, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Rasulullah SAW menerapkan punishment dengan prinsip kasih sayang dan keadilan, menyesuaikan tingkat sanksi dengan kesalahan yang dilakukan, serta bertujuan mendidik dan membentuk kesadaran moral. Dampak penelitian ini bagi pendidikan modern adalah sebagai inspirasi bagi pendidik dalam menegakkan disiplin yang tetap mengedepankan nilai-nilai pedagogis, sehingga dapat menciptakan individu berakhlak mulia dan disiplin tanpa melanggar prinsip-prinsip kemanusiaan. Kata Kunci: hadis-hadis tarbawi, pendidikan Islam, punishmen

    STRATEGI PENANAMAN NILAI-NILAI ISLAM PADA KURIKULUM DAN BUDAYA SEKOLAH DI SD ISLAM AL-FURQON SUKAHAYU SUMEDANG

    Globalization has posed significant challenges to preserving Islamic values among younger generations. This study aims to identify strategies for instilling Islamic values through curriculum and school culture at SD Islam Al-Furqon Sukahayu Sumedang. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through document studies, in-depth interviews, and direct observation. Data were analyzed interactively through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, with validation carried out via source and method triangulation. The findings indicate that the school integrates Islamic values within the curriculum by dominating Islamic subjects, habituating Qur’an memorization (tahfidz), and scheduling that aligns with an Islamic lifestyle. As introduced by Philip W. Jackson, the hidden curriculum concept is evident in the cultivation of values through time management, teacher-student interaction, and a learning environment that nurtures Islamic character without direct instruction. Islamic values are also embedded in school culture, including congregational prayers, dhikr, Friday charity, and the early habituation of wearing modest clothing. Supporting factors include teacher development programs by the foundation, parental involvement in religious activities, and partnerships with institutions such as Baznas. Challenges include limited classroom space and suboptimal administrative communication systems between the school and parents. This study recommends improving physical facilities and developing a reporting system for religious activities to enhance the consistency and sustainability of Islamic values education

    This article re-examines the hadith about the main alms of fī sabīlil-Lāh (tent shelter, servant service, camel riding), which are limitedly understood in the context of logistical support for war (tajhīz al-ġāzī). This article argues that education is a jihad as urgent as war in times of peace, referring to Q.S. al-Taubah (9): 122. By using the contextual reading method of qiyāsī-maqāṣidī, this article proposes a reinterpretation of the hadith of alms of fī sabīlil-Lāh to be used as an explicit theological argument for educational alms (tajhīz al-ṭālib). The analysis shows the validity of the analogy between the needs of soldiers (ġāzī) and students (ṭālib) and their ecosystems (infrastructure, educators/educational staff, institutional operations), both from the perspective of 'illah (both support the struggle of fī sabīlil-Lāh) and maqṣad (realizing the vital welfare of the people in the contemporary era). This reinterpretation is expected to increase awareness and allocation of Islamic philanthropy for the strategic education sector, address the problem of infrastructure and teacher welfare in Islamic educational institutions, and shift priorities from physical development to investment in human resources.Artikel ini mengkaji ulang hadis tentang sedekah-sedekah utama fī sabīlil-Lāh (naungan tenda, pelayanan hamba, unta tunggangan) yang secara terbatas dipahami dalam konteks dukungan logistik perang (tajhīz al-ġāzī). Tulisan ini berargumen bahwa pendidikan merupakan jihad yang setara urgensinya dengan perang di masa damai, merujuk pada Q.S. al-Taubah (9): 122. Dengan menggunakan metode pembacaan kontekstual qiyāsī-maqāṣidī, tulisan ini mengusulkan reinterpretasi hadis sedekah fī sabīlil-Lāh tersebut untuk dijadikan argumentasi teologis yang eksplisit bagi sedekah pendidikan (tajhīz al-ṭālib). Analisis menunjukkan validitas analogi antara kebutuhan prajurit (ġāzī) dan pelajar (ṭālib) beserta ekosistemnya (sarpras, pendidik/tendik, operasional lembaga), baik dari sisi 'illah (sama-sama mendukung perjuangan fī sabīlil-Lāh) maupun maqṣad (mewujudkan kemaslahatan vital umat di era kontemporer). Reinterpretasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran dan alokasi filantropi Islam untuk sektor pendidikan strategis, menjawab problem sarpras dan kesejahteraan guru di lembaga pendidikan Islam, serta menggeser prioritas dari pembangunan fisik ke investasi sumber daya manusia

    Based on the issue of character education which became a highlighted topic and saw the vital role of educational institutions in forming the character of the nation's generation, the author conducted research on Taman Kanak-Kanak Islam Terpadu (TKIT) Al-Hikmah as one of the institutions established with the spirit of forming the character of students by using Islamic education. The author conducted this research by using descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques use the method of observation, interviews, and study documents which are then analyzed by interactive analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. In this study the authors describe the general description of TKIT Al-Hikmah, the results of program analysis based on observations, document review and interviews with relevant parties, and describe other factors that support the creation of character education in the school. The author concludes that the implementation of character education in TKIT Al-Hikmah is generally carried out by internalizing the values of Islamic education in the form of habituation programs, integration with learning carried out in daily programs and other supporting activities carried out one or two times in one school year. These programs are also supported by the exemplary teacher who always gives examples of good behavior, institutional intervention such as publishing programs and school regulations and optimizing the role of parents who are constantly striving to be in synergy with the school program.Sehubungan dengan permasalahan pendidikan karakter yang dewasa ini cukup menjadi perbincangan hangat serta menyoroti betapa vitalnya peran lembaga pendidikan  dalam pembentukan karakter anak bangsa, penulis melakukan penelitian pada Taman Kanak-kanak Islam Terpadu (TKIT) Al-Hikmah sebagai salah satu lembaga yang didirikan dengan semangat pembentukan karakter  peserta didik  berbasis pendidikan Islam. Penulis melakukan penelitian ini dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen yang kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik analisis interaktif yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pada penelitian ini penulis mendeskripsikan gambaran umum TKIT Al-Hikmah, hasil analisis program berdasarkan observasi, telaah dokumen dan wawancara dengan pihak-pihak terkait, serta mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor lain yang mendukung terciptanya pendidikan karakter di sekolah tersebut. Penulis menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi pendidikan karakter di TKIT Al-Hikmah secara umum dilaksanakan dengan bentuk internalisasi nilai-nilai pendidikan islam yang dikemas dalam program-program pembiasaan, pengintegrasian dengan pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan dalam program harian serta kegiatan-kegiatan penunjang lainnya yang dilaksanakan satu atau dua kali dalam satu tahun pelajaran. Program-program tersebut juga didukung oleh keteladanan guru yang selalu memberikan contoh-contoh perilaku baik, intervensi lembaga dalam bentuk penerbitan program-program dan peraturan-peraturan sekolah serta optimalisasi peran orang tua yang terus diupayakan agar selalu sinergis dengan program sekola

    The Concept of Police Discretion Towards Children in Conflict with the Law

    The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the form of police discretion in handling children in conflict with the law. In writing this, the author uses a normative legal method with a research specification in the form of descriptive analysis. Investigation of a child by the police is a measure of the child's personality, he can be good or otherwise, therefore it is necessary to have a special police unit that is trained in serving and handling children. Discretion as one way to handle children's cases is one of the authorities of the police in using its discretionary authority. Discretion is expected to minimize the number of children who must experience detention and all forms of rules in positive criminal law or create children as victims of criminal behavior of children. In the Law on the Juvenile Criminal Justice System, discretion is given to investigators to be able to seek diversion. This can be seen in Article 29 of the Law on the Juvenile Criminal Justice System, namely: Investigators are required to seek diversion no later than 7 days after the investigation begins; The diversion process as referred to in paragraph 1 shall be carried out no later than 30 days after the commencement of the diversion

    Abstrak: Berladang padi merupakan kearifan lokal Suku Dayak Kubitn yang masih dilestarikan secara turun-temurun bukan hanya sebagai mata pencaharian. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pendeskripsian pada kosakata berladang  padi yang masih tradisional menggunakan kajian semantik leksikal. Masalah dalam penelitian ini mencakup inventarisasi kosakata, deskripsi makna, komponen makna,  dan kaitan objek penelitian dengan materi pembelajaran di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kosakata berladang padi Suku Dayak Kubitn dengan pemaknaan lesikal. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan bentuk penelitian deskriptif untuk mendeskripsikan makna kosakata. Pengambilan data menggunakan teknik simak, simak libat cakap, dan teknik rekam dan catat. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, penulis berhasil menghimpun 68 kosakata dalam berladang padi yang terdiri atas 48 kosakata alat dan 20 kosakata alat. Penelitian ini juga dilengkapi dengan draf kamus tematik berladang padi Suku Dayak Kubitn Kecamatan Pinoh Selatan dengan program komputerisasi linguistik (shoebox).   Kata Kunci: Berladang padi, semantik, komputerisasi linguistik Abstract: Rice farming is the local wisdom of the Dayak Kubitn are still preserved by generations not only as a livelihood. This study focuses on the description vocabulary are still traditional rice farming using lexical semantic study. Problems in this study includes inventory of vocabulary, description of the meaning, the meaning component, and the relevancy of research with learning materials in school. The goal of this study is describe Dayak Kubitn vocabulary rice farming through leksikal meaning. The author uses qualitative research method and forms of descriptive research to describe the meaning of the vocabulary. retrieval data using techniques see, see involved a conversation, and recording techniques and record. Based on the research conducted, the author managed to collect 68 vocabulary Dayak rice farming consists of 48 vocabulary process and 20 vocabulary tool.     INDONESIA: Seiring dengan berkembangnya zaman, masyarakat saat ini banyak dihadapkan oleh problematika terutama tentang krisis karakter dan moral yang banyak terjadi dimana-mana. Krisis ini ditandai dengan meningkatnya pergaulan seks bebas, tawuran antar pelajar, maraknya angka kekerasan anak-anak dan remaja. Minimnya pengetahuan tentang al-Qur’an dapat menjadikan merosotnya karakter seseorang. Oleh karena itu dalam upaya memurnikan kembali nilai-nilai yang terdapat dalam al-Qur’an, yakni dengan cara kembali pada ajaran islam dan mengaplikasikannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari seperti yang diajarkan dalam al-Qur’an. Berangkat dari latar belakang inilah, maka rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter apa saja yang terdapat dalam al-Qur’an surat al-A’raf ayat 199-202, 2) bagaimana bentuk pendidikan karakter pada surat al-A’raf ayat 199-202. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tentang nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter dan bentuk pendidikan karakter dalam al-Qur’an surat al-A’raf ayat 199-202. Jenis penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode library research, melalui pendekatan tafsir tahlily. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tahapan menghimpun/mencari literatur yang berkaitan dengan objek penelitian. Kemudian langkah akhir dalam analisis data, penulis menggunakan content analyze dengan mula-mula melakukan telaah atas ayat-ayat al-Qur’an yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan karakter, kemudian menganalisis hasil penelitiannya dengan teori yang digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) nilai pendidikan karakter yang terdapat dalam al-Qur’an surat al-A’raf ayat 199-202 adalah: a) pemaaf b) bersikap lemah lembut c) lapang dada d) berbuat yang ma’ruf/kebaikan e) peduli sosial f) berpaling dari orang-orang yang bodoh g) takwa kepada allah swt. 2) bentuk pendidikan karakter dalam al-Qur’an surat al-A’raf ayat 199-202 adalah: a) pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai religius (takwa kepada allah swt) b) pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai kultur (berpaling dari orang-orang yang bodoh) c) pendidikan karakter berbasis lingkungan sosial (berbuat yang ma’ruf/kebaikan) d) pendidikan karakter berbasis potensi diri (pemaaf, bersikap lemah lembut dan lapang dada). ENGLISH: Along with the development of the era, today's society is faced by many problems, especially about the character and moral crisis that happens everywhere. This crisis is characterized by increasing free sex association, brawl between students, rampant violence of children and adolescents. The lack of knowledge about the Qur'an can lead to the decline of one's character. Therefore, in an effort to refine the values contained in the Qur'an, namely by returning to the teachings of Islam and applying it in everyday life as taught in the Qur'an. Departing from this background, then the formulation of the problem in this study are: 1) the values of education of any character contained in the Qur'an letter al-A'raf verses 199-202, 2) how the form of character education on sural al-A'raf verses 199-202. The purpose of this research is to know about the values of character education and character education form in al-Qur'an letter al-A'raf verses 199-202. The type of research that the authors use is descriptive qualitative with library research method, through tahlily interpretation approach. Methods of data collection is done through the stages of collecting / finding literature related to the object of research. Then the final step in data analysis, the author uses content analyze by first doing the study of the verses of the Qur'an related to character education, then analyzing the results of his research with the theory used. The results showed that: 1) the value of character education contained in al-Qur'an letter al-A'raf verses 199-202 are: a) forgiving b) being gentle c) chest area d) doing the ma'ruf / goodness e) social care f) turn away from the ignorant people g) piety to Allah swt. 2) the form of character education in the Qur'an letter al-A'raf verses 199-202 are: a) religious character-based values education (piety to god swt) b) character education based on cultural values (turning away from people who stupid) c) character education based on social environment (do the makruf / goodness) d) character education based on self-potential (forgiving, being gentle and roomy chest)
