    Hubungan antara Self-Efficacy dengan Stres Akademik Pada Siswa Kelas XI Di SMAN 4 Pandeglang dan Implikasi dalam Layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling

    This study aims to examine the relationship between self-efficacy and academic stress among eleventh-grade students at SMAN 4 Pandeglang. The research employed a quantitative correlational approach with a sample of 213 students selected through simple random sampling. The instruments used were self-efficacy and academic stress questionnaires, tested for validity ahind reliability. Data analysis using the Product Moment Correlation (Pearson Correlation) revealed a coefficient of r = -0.776, which is higher in absolute value than r table = 0.281, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a significant negative relationship between self-efficacy and academic stress. This means that the higher the students’ self-efficacy, the lower their academic stress, and vice versa. These findings highlight the importance of guidance and counseling services, particularly group guidance, in enhancing students’ self-efficacy so they can better cope with academic stress

    This thesis addresses several issues, namely: How are cooperation agreements and risk sharing implemented in profit-sharing practices for laying ducks in the Tegal Kunir Lor Village community, Mauk District, Tangerang Regency? How is the Sharia Economic Law Analysis of the Cooperation Agreement and Risk Sharing Practices for Profit-Sharing in Laying Ducks in Tegal Kunir Lor Village, Mauk District, Tangerang Regency?This thesis uses a qualitative descriptive-analytical method through field research and literature review, with primary data from observations, interviews, and documentation, and secondary data from books, journals, articles, and relevant research. The results show that: 1. The profit-sharing cooperation practice for laying ducks in Tegal Kunir Lor Village uses a mudharabah muqayyadah contract with capital of Rp16,000,000–Rp18,000,000. However, the system applied is not a percentage of profit but a fixed price of Rp1,800 per duck, lower than the market price of Rp2,200, thus harming the manager and not in accordance with sharia principles. Furthermore, the business risk is borne more by the manager, whereas in mudharabah, losses should be borne by the investor unless there is negligence. 2. Based on Sharia Economic Law, this practice does not comply with the principles of justice, transparency, and the principle of al-ghunmu bil ghurmi. Therefore, proportional profit sharing, a written contract, and fair risk sharing are necessary to comply with Sharia provision

    Konflik intrapersonal dalam prespektif agama Islam merupakan hal yang sangat wajar, namun dewasa ini konflik intrapersonal mengalami kesulitan dalam mencari solusi dan penyelesaiannya. Penyelesaian konflik itrapersonal menurut prespektif agama Islam dan menurut pengetahuan tentang moderasi dalam beragama sama-sama memilki keterpaduan yang tidak bisa dipisahkan. Seluruh agama resmi yang disahkan oleh negara memberikan solusi-solusi yang akurat yang terbaik untuk manusia dalam menyelesaikan konflik intrapersonal yang dialaminya seperti dengan menghadirkan pihak sebagai mediasi, mengucapkan perkataan yang baik untuk diri sendiri, mengubah prespektif dan menjauhkan diri dari prasangka yang buruk serta, berprilaku yang baik. Dalam kajian sederhana ini peneliti berusaha menyajikan cara penyelesaian konflik dengan gaya bahasa yang sederhana dan mengkaji dengan menggunakan metode kepustakaan dan dari sumber literasi dan berita yang ditayangkan di beberapa media terkemuka, serta melakukan pengamatan langsung.     Wakaf produktif merupakan instrumen strategis ekonomi Islam bagi keberlanjutan sosial, namun pengelolaannya sering terkendala aspek manajerial dan transparansi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis manajemen wakaf produktif dan penerapan tata kelola syariah pada Yayasan Madrasah Islamiyah Medan, dengan menegaskan posisi Waqf Core Principles (WCP) sebagai instrumen evaluasi utama untuk mengukur efektivitas pengelolaan dan hambatan optimalisasi aset. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif model Miles dan Huberman melalui wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan wakaf masih berada pada kategori sederhana, terutama pada aspek kelembagaan dan pelaporan, meskipun fungsi manajemen (POAC) telah berjalan sistematis untuk mendukung pendidikan gratis bagi yatim dhuafa. Kendala utama meliputi keterbatasan lahan, rendahnya penghimpunan dana, dan minimnya SDM ahli. Evaluasi berbasis WCP menunjukkan bahwa transparansi dan tata kelola syariah belum berjalan optimal. Implikasi Teoretis: Penelitian ini memperkuat literatur mengenai standarisasi evaluasi kinerja nazhir dengan mengintegrasikan kerangka WCP dalam konteks lembaga pendidikan Islam. Implikasi Praktis: Yayasan perlu melakukan transformasi tata kelola melalui peningkatan kapasitas nazhir dan digitalisasi pelaporan. Penggunaan WCP sebagai alat ukur berkala sangat krusial untuk memastikan kepatuhan regulasi dan meningkatkan kepercayaan wakif guna menjamin keberlanjutan manfaat wakaf produktif

    Self-regulated learning is an individual's ability to actively manage their own learning process, starting from setting goals, choosing appropriate learning strategies, monitoring learning progress, to evaluating the learning process and outcomes that have been achieved. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of group guidance strategies with problem-solving techniques in improving students' self-regulated learning. This study uses a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental one group pretest posttest design. The sample was taken using a purposive sampling method totaling 10 students out of 78 grade XI students of SMA Negeri 6 Pandeglang. The data collection technique used a self-regulated learning instrument created by the researcher. The data analysis technique used a Paired Sample T-test to see whether there was an increase before and after treatment. The results showed that after treatment there was a significant increase between the average pretest and posttest scores. The average pretest score of 59 increased to 100 at the time of the posttest. Based on the results of the paired sample t-test, a significant value of 0.000 was obtained, meaning it was less than 0.05, or 0.000 <0.05. Thus, the group guidance strategy using problem-solving techniques was effective in improving self-regulated learning among Grade XI students of SMA Negeri 6 Pandeglang in the 2025/2026 academic year

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan promosi digital terhadap intensitas pembelian produk online di kalangan mahasiswa yang menggunakan aplikasi Shopee. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan survei kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 86 mahasiswa aktif dari Program Studi Keuangan dan Perbankan di Politeknik Negeri Medan, yang dipilih menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel bertujuan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan asumsi klasik sebagai tahap pengujian instrumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga dan promosi digital secara simultan memengaruhi intensitas pembelian. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa harga yang semakin terjangkau dan promosi digital yang menarik akan mendorong siswa untuk melakukan pembelian online lebih sering dan dengan keterlibatan yang lebih besar

    Approaches to Fostering Religious Diversity in Schools: A Literature Review from Inclusive and Multicultural Education Perspectives

    Cultural, religious, and social diversity in Indonesian school environments demands educational approaches that can cultivate tolerance, empathy, and inclusive attitudes from an early age. This article aims to identify and analyze methods for fostering diversity in schools through a literature review from the perspectives of inclusive and multicultural education. The study adopts a qualitative library research design, with data collection conducted through a systematic review of Indonesian scholarly journal articles indexed in DOAJ and published in 2025. The search yielded five relevant journal articles. The data were analyzed using content analysis to categorize the strategies and approaches employed in managing diversity in schools. The findings highlight five dominant methods: inclusive curriculum design, social-emotional learning, integration of Pancasila and religious values, instructional supervision for teachers, and the use of interactive media. Each method contributes in a specific way to shaping an inclusive school climate that respects and values differences. In conclusion, diversity can be fostered effectively through pedagogical approaches that are reflective, adaptive, and grounded in local values. This study offers a theoretical contribution to the development of multicultural education in Indonesia while also providing practical recommendations for teachers and policymakers. Future research is encouraged to empirically test the effectiveness of these methods across diverse school contexts

    This study examines the strategies and implementation of religious moderation within Islamic Education at UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten. Religious moderation has become a national priority in Indonesia to strengthen harmony, counter extremism, and promote peaceful coexistence. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this research investigates institutional strategies, curriculum design, learning practices, and policy implementation at UIN SMH Banten. The findings reveal that the university integrates religious moderation through curriculum enrichment, lecturer capacity building, research activities, community service programs, and campus culture development. Challenges include varied student backgrounds, limited integration across all study programs, and the need for more systematic evaluation mechanisms. The implication study concludes that UIN SMH Banten has made significant progress in mainstreaming religious moderation, although continuous enhancement is necessary to strengthen its sustainability

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis integrasi kurikulum berbasis cinta yang diatur dalam Keputusan Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Islam No 6077 Tahun 2025 dengan layanan bimbingan dan konseling islam. Penelitian ini berfokus kepada penerapan lima pilar utama dalam kurikulum berbasis cinta: 1) cinta kepada Allah dan Rasulullah; 2) cinta kepada sesama manusia; 3) cinta kepada alam; 4) cinta kepada ilmu pengetahuan; dan 5) cinta kepada tanah air. Pilar utama ini diintergasikan kedalam layanan dalam bimbingan dan konseling. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur. Sumber data primer berupa dokumen kebijakan resmi Kementerian Agama serta sumber sekunder dari artikel ilmiah, buku, dan hasil penelitian relevan. Data dianalisis dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kerangka operasional yang dapat langsung diimplementasikan dalam konseling di sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa integrasi memperkuat relevansi dan kebermaknaan layanan konseling, meningkatkan internalisasi nilai-nilai spritual serta memperkaya strategi konselor dalam memberikan layanan. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan perlunya kebijakan sebagai penguatan kapasitas konselor dalam memahami dan mengaplikasikan kurikulum berbasis cinta, serta membuka peluang penelitian lanjutan yang menguji efektivitasnya melalui pendekatan eksperimen di berbagai jenjang pendidika

    This article aims to deeply analyze the conceptual relationship between Ecofeminism and Women's Moral Agency through a Post-Secular synthesis as a critical response to the dualism of modernity and the ecological crisis. Methodologically, this study utilizes a synthetic-analytical literature review method reinforced by the narrative sociology framework to elaborate on how women's embodiment experiences are converted into moral agency. The main conceptual findings confirm that women's involvement in environmental preservation transcends mere participation, constituting an agency-structure manifestation that rejects the instrumental rationality of modernity. The post-secular perspective serves as a bridge, explaining that women's moral agency is often rooted in a caring ethic strengthened by local spiritual cosmology, rather than purely secular calculation. The scientific contribution of this study lies in asserting that the synthesis of Ecofeminism and Post-Secularism offers a new ontological basis for sustainable ecological ethics, challenging the hegemony of exploitative development
