Pra Desain Pabrik Metanol dari CO2 Sebagai Produk Samping Produksi LNG
Pada industri LNG gas buangan hasil produksi biasanya berupa Acid Gas, dimana gas ini mengandung CO2 dan H2S sebagai bahan yang harus di treatment. Pemanfaatan gas CO2 dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan baku produksi metanol, dimana metanol merupakan suatu senyawa yang saat ini memiliki peran penting pada ekonomi global sebagai bahan baku yang banyak dibutuhkan di industri kimia. Pada tahun 2020, permintaan metanol global mencatatkan pertumbuhan yang positif yaitu mencapai 102,162 juta. Adapun di Indonesia, melalui Peraturan Menteri ESDM No. 12 tahun 2015 yang menetapkan intensifikasi pemanfaatan Bahan Bakar Nabati sebagai bahan bakar lain juga turut membuka peluang besar untuk industri metanol dalam pemenuhan bahan bakunya. Berdasarkan statement Kementrian Perindustrian melihat metanol dapat dijadikan produk turunan maka pabrik metanol ini layak dijadikan anchor of industry, dengan adanya kebutuhan metanol yang semakin meningkat tiap tahunnya dan produksi dalam negeri Indonesia yang belum mencukupi, maka disusunlah Pra-Desain Pabrik Metanol dari CO2 ini dalam upaya mengurangi ketergantungan impor metanol Indonesia.
Pabrik ini direncanakan beroperasi dengan kapasitas produksi sebesar 537.882 ton/tahun Methanol Grade AA dan berlokasi di Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. Adapun proses produksi metanol ini terbagi menjadi empat tahapan utama yaitu proses penghilangan gas pengotor H2S dengan desulfurisasi menggunakan katalis ZnO, proses produksi hidrogen dengan elektrolisis PEM, proses sintesis metanol dengan jenis reaktor proses Lurgi, dan proses pemurnian produk metanol dengan separator dan kolom distilasi. Bahan baku utama yang diperlukan dari proses produksi metanol ini antara lain acid gas, air dan steam.
Pabrik metanol direncanakan didirikan di atas lahan seluas 50,21 ha dan mulai beroperasi pada tahun 2027 dengan umur pabrik selama 20 tahun. Modal yang digunakan dalam pendirian pabrik diasumsikan berasal dari modal sendiri sebesar 60% dan modal yang didapatkan dari pinjaman bank sebesar 40% dengan masa konstruksi selama 2 tahun. Untuk memenuhi kapasitas produksi tahunan metanol dalam pabrik ini, diperlukan nilai OPEX (operating expenditures) sebesar Rp. 5.650.803.181.118, dengan nilai CAPEX (capital expenditures) sebesar Rp. 18.486.187.975.646. Berdasarkan analisis ekonomi yang dilakukan, didapatkan Internal Rate of Return (IRR) sebesar 21,47% dengan bunga bank sebesar 8%. Waktu pengembalian modal atau Pay Out Time (POT) yang dibutuhkan dalam pendirian pabrik ini adalah selama 5 tahun. Berdasarkan perhitungan yang dilakukan juga didapatkan nilai BEP sebesar 40,21%, nilai NPV sebesar Rp. 345.786.206.517.809. Berdasarkan aspek penilaian analisis ekonomi tersebut, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa pabrik metanol dari CO2 sebagai produk samping produksi LNG ini layak untuk didirikan.

In the LNG industry, the waste gas produced is usually in the form of Acid Gas, where this gas contains CO2 and H2S as materials that must be treated. The utilization of CO2 gas can be used as raw material for methanol production, where methanol is a compound that currently has an important role in the global economy as a raw material that is much needed in the chemical industry. In 2020, global methanol demand recorded positive growth, reaching 102.162 million. As for Indonesia, through the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation No. 12 of 2015 which stipulates the intensification of the utilization of biofuels as other fuels also opens up great opportunities for the methanol industry in fulfilling its raw materials. Based on the statement of the Ministry of Industry, seeing that methanol can be used as a derivative product, this methanol plant deserves to be an anchor of industry, with the increasing need for methanol every year and Indonesia's domestic production which is not sufficient, the Pre-Design of Methanol Plant from CO2 was compiled in an effort to reduce Indonesia's methanol import dependence. This plant is planned to operate with a production capacity of 537,882 tons/year of Methanol Grade AA and is located in Bontang, East Kalimantan. The methanol production process is divided into four main stages, namely the H2S impurity gas removal process with desulfurization using ZnO catalyst, hydrogen production process with PEM electrolysis, methanol synthesis process with Lurgi type process reactor, and methanol product purification process with separator and distillation column. The main raw materials required for the methanol production process include acid gas, water and steam.
The methanol plant is planned to be established on an area of 50.21 ha and start operating in 2027 with a plant life of 20 years. The capital used in the establishment of the plant is assumed to come from own capital of 60% and capital obtained from bank loans of 40% with a construction period of 2 years. To fulfill the annual production capacity of methanol in this plant, the OPEX (operating expenditures) value of Rp. 5,650,803,181,118 is required, with a CAPEX (capital expenditures) value of Rp. 18,486,187,975,646. Based on the economic analysis conducted, the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) was obtained at 21.47% with a bank interest rate of 8%. The payback time or Pay Out Time (POT) required in the establishment of this plant is 5 years. Based on the calculations carried out, the BEP value is also obtained at 40.21%, the NPV value is Rp. 345,786,206,517,809. DIALEKTIKA FEMINIS INDONESIA TERHADAP UNDANG-UNDANG POLIGAMI: Nalar Kritis KH Husein Muhammad Terhadap Kompilasi Hukum Islam dalam Perspektif Tafsir Ahkam
This study aims to trace Husein Muhammad’s reason thinking, Indonesian feminist Kyai in the case of licensing polygamy according to the Compilation of Islamic Law. Husein Muhammad is one of the pesantren kiai who is intense in gender issues. The idea offered by Husein Muhammad is reinterpretation of gender-biased legal issues in the hope that it can be used as a guide and guide in dealing with particular problems at the present time. This study seeks to unravel the views of KH. Husein Muhammad on gender justice in polygamy permits. This research is a qualitative research literature (library research). The technique used in analyzing the data in this study, using descriptive-analytical method, to describe in general the thoughts of Husein Muhammad. The data for this research are books written by Husein Muhammad and interviews with him. This study concludes that Husein Muhammad's method of thinking in rejecting the rules for licensing polygamy according to the rules of the Compilation of Islamic Law is based on the concepts of selection (intiqo-iy) and exploration (ijtihad). These two concepts are oriented towards the concept of protecting and providing a sense of justice for women which can be integrated into Indonesian positive law.

Husein Muhammad merupakan salah satu kiai pesantren yang intens dalam isu gender. gagasan yang ditawarkan oleh Husein Muhammad adalah penafsiran ulang (reinterpretasi) terhadap persoalan hukum yang bias gender dengan harapan bisa dijadikan petunjuk dan pedoman dalam menghadapi permasalahan partikular pada masa sekarang. Penelitian ini berusaha mengurai pandangan KH. Husein Muhammad tentang keadilan gender dalam izin poligami. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif kepustakaan (library research). Adapun teknik yang digunakan dalam menganalisa data dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan metode deskriptif-analisis, untuk memaparkan secara umum pemikiran Husein Muhammad. Data penelitian ini adalah buku-buku karangan Husein Muhammad dan wawancara dengannya. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa metode berpikir Husein Muhammad dalam menolak aturan perizinan poligami menurut aturan Kompilasi hukum Islam adalah mendasarkan pada konsep seleksi (intiqo-iy) dan eksplorasi (ijtihad). Dua konsep ini berorientasi pada konsep melindungi dan memberikan rasa adil bagi kaum perempuan yang dapat diintegrasikan dalam hukum positif indonesia.

Kajian Balaghah Dalam Al-Qur’an Surat Luqman
The science of Balaghah is in fact not only examined by text. Long before that, it turns out that in the Qur'an there are the beauty of languages that the Arab poet could not have matched though. More interesting, the beauty and style of language in the surah Luqman when studied with the science of Balaghah contains three important elements in human life. Namely, the education of Aqidah, sharia and morality. In this study Balaghah science is examined specifically and in depth by the author with ilmu Ma'ani. In the science of Ma'ani, the authors deepen the study of Insha Kalam discussing Amr Balaghi. And at the end of this study the author found 2 out of 9 kinds of Balaghi Amr, both of which have the meaning of al-Irsyad and at-Tahdid. Amr has the meaning of al-Irsyad found in verses 12, 14, 15, 17, 19, 21. While Amr has the meaning of at-Tahdid in verses 7 and 33. And all the meanings of al-Irsyad and at-Tahdid this can assert the meaning of the content of the surah Luqman itself. So in the end, it can help in human life. KONSEP HADĀNAH DALAM ISLAM (STUDI PEMIKIRAN AS-SAYYID SABIQ DALAM KITAB FIQH AS-SUNNAH)
The approach in this study uses a qualitative approach, with a type of
literature research (library research). Data collection using documentation methods by
analyzing the required data, in the form of data sources from various literature that
have relevance to the theme of research.
The results showed that: (1) The scope of hadhanah according to As-Sayyid
Sabiq's thinking includes understanding, parenting rights, parenting wages, parenting
deadlines, the right to choose for children who are fostered when they are
adults, haḍin requirements, and the order of relatives who are entitled to parenting, (2)
The requirements of childcare are of sound reason, puberty, have the ability and ability
to educate children, trust and good ethics, Muslims, unmarried, and independent, (3)
The influence of the four Imam Mazhab on the thought of As-Sayyid
Sabiq haḍanah which includes the opinions of the four Imam Mazhab concerning the
hadis, the differences and similarities of the four imam’s of the sect concerning the
hadith. Starting from this explanation, the author can draw the common thread that
Sayyid Sabiq's thinking tends to the Hanafi and Shafi'i imams that the first and
foremost to educate and nurture children is motherhood. After the new mother to the

THE ROLE OF THE MOTHER IN THE DISTRIBUTION OF INHERITANCE
Inheritance law according to Islamic law is a part of family law (al-Ahwalus Syahsiyah). This knowledge is very important to learn so that in the implementation of the distribution of inheritance there are no mistakes and it can be carried out in the fairest way, because by studying Islamic inheritance law for Muslims, they will be able to fulfill rights relating to inheritance after being abandoned by the muwarris (heir). and delivered to the heirs who are entitled to receive it. Thus, a person can avoid the sin of not eating someone's property that is not his right, because Islamic law regarding inheritance is not fulfilled. The legal system of inheritance does not differentiate between sons and daughters, between husband and wife, they are entitled to inheritance, and the son's share is twice that of the daughter's, the share of a wife or husband is the same, depending on whether there are children or not. . The author conducted research on several respondents to find out how the procedure for dividing inheritance in the community and how the role of a mother is in distributing the inheritance. This type of research method uses qualitative methods by interviewing several respondents.
Hukum Kewarisan menurut hukum Islam merupakan salah satu bagian dari hukum keluarga (al-Ahwalus Syahsiyah). Ilmu ini sangat penting dipelajari agar dalam pelaksanaan pembagian harta waris tidak terjadi kesalahan dan dapat dilaksanakan dengan seadil-adilnya, sebab dengan mempelajari hukum kewarisan Islam bagi umat Islam, akan dapat menunaikan hak-hak yang berkenaan dengan harta waris setelah ditinggalkan oleh muwarris (pewaris) dan disampaikan kepada ahli waris yang berhak untuk menerimanya. Dengan demikian,seseorang dapat terhindar dari dosa yakni tidak memakan harta orang yang bukan haknya, karena tidak ditunaikannya hukum Islam mengenai kewarisan. Sistem hukum kewarisan tidak membedakan antara anak laki-laki dan anak perempuan, antara suami dan isteri, mereka berhak terhadap harta warisan, dan bagian anak laki-laki dua kali dari bagian anak perempuan, bagian seorang isteri atau suami sama yaitu tergantung ada atau tidaknya anak. Penulis melakukan penelitian kepada beberapa responden untuk mengetahui bagaimana tatacara pembagian waris di tengah masyarakat dan bagaimana pula peran seorang ibu dalam pendistribusian waris tersebut. Jenis metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan cara mewanwancarai beberapa responden.

TIKI JNE Kabupaten Temanggung)
The goal of research is to find out the practice of rounding off the scales at PT. JNE in Temanggung Regency, Central Java Province. The second objective is to know aspects of sharia law related to the fulfillment of scales through theories and considerations of maqashid sharia and ‘adaht muhakkamah. The methode based on qualitative paradigm. The scoop of research is based on social and religious methode. The place of research took from colaboration between library and field research. The type of research is decriptive figured which is the author descripe the field data from object then confrontated as a criticism and assesment based from islamic law (fiqh). The author wrote with the philology and philosophy approach, which is the source law literature from both classic and contemporery book will be extracted as according to shariah purpose philosophy.
The result of this result shows that the first is Obtained from the research results that PT. JNE, fulfills the scales through two approaches, progressive and volumetric standards. In general, the people of Temanggung Regency are very accepting and support the service of fulfilling the scales at PT. JNE Temanggung Regency, however, after researching it more deeply to make ‘adath muhakkamah or urf as the main principle in muamalah, it is very inconsistent with the concept of maqashid sharia. In fact, the original law in muamalah is permissible as long as there is no argument that prohibits it and disagrees with it. On the muamalah relating to the fulfillment of scales, there is no absolute haram and absolute halal. the basis in muammalah must be presented according to what was stated in the Al-Qur’an, the Sunnah and the Consensus of Ijma, and that this is in agreement with the general rules and purposes of the Sharia

Track Record of Islamic Education at Al Fatih Islamic Private Elementary School, Deli Serdang Regency (Historical Study of Islamic Education)
This research aims to determine the development of the Al-Fatih Islamic Elementary School and find out the curriculum used. In this research the author uses historical methods or historical methods. The historical method consists of data collection, source criticism, interpretation and finally historiography. The research approaches used in this research are the geographical approach, sociological approach, educational approach and historical education.
The results of this research are 1) Al-Fatih Islamic Elementary School or abbreviated as SD I Al-Fatih was founded in 2014 and is located at Jln. Medan-Tanjung Morawa Gg. Darmo KM. 13.5 Hamlet VII Bangun Sari Village. From the first year to the fourth year, namely 2014-2017, the principal was Ustad Indra Rustam, M.Ag. Then from 2018 until now, the principal was Ustad Ahmad Solihin, S.HI. and received accreditation in 2019 with accreditation B. The majority of Indonesians still consider marriage to be a sacred agreement, as shown by the various events and traditions that accompany it, many people wish to marry once in their lifetime. However, the increasing number of divorces calls into question the sanctity of marriage. In early May 2024 the judge granted Ria Ricis' divorce lawsuit against Teuku Ryan. This research aims to understand marriage in the Civil Code and KHI law, as well as the sacred values of marriage and divorce according to Islamic law and the causes of their occurrence. The author will examine the impulses that cause a shift in sacred values in marriage which causes divorce. This type of qualitative research uses data collection methods using literature, both secondary and primary data. From the findings, marriage is the union of two people who have the same belief or religion. The sacred values in marriage are found when the marriage contract takes place. Divorce is the severance of the relationship between husband and wife and the loss of sacred values in marriage. There are several factors that cause divorce: economic, betrayal, and finally social and cultural. The shift in sacred values in Ria Ricis's marriage was caused by several incentives, First: interference from her in-laws, Second: poor communication, Third: mental support was not met, Fourth: physically insulting the wife. The disputes and disputes that caused the ongoing conflict in Ria Ricis and Teuku Ryan's household were difficult to resolve, so their relationship became unstable and difficult to repair, causing a significant rift. As a result, Ria Ricis and Teuku Ryan's household was destroyed.
