    FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KECEMASAN PADA IBU HAMIL

    Latar belakang : Kehamilan merupakan proses yang menyebabkan berbagai perubahan fisiologis seperti perubahan fisik, psikis, hormonal, sistem respirasi, dan sistem pencernaan yang kadang menimbulkan ketidaknyamanan pada ibu hamil. Perubahan hormonal ini sering diikuti oleh perubahan emosional, yang dapat menyebabkan kecemasan hingga depresi. Tujuan : Memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kecemasan pada ibu hamil di PMB Yuni Nur Astuti, Sukoharjo. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data triangulasi, yaitu observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 4 pasang informan utama dan kunci serta 1 informan pendukung. Hasil : Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Usia ibu hamil berpengaruh terhadap kecemasan, 2) Tingkat pendidikan mempengaruhi kecemasan ibu hamil, 3) Status ekonomi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kecemasan ibu hamil, 4) Dukungan suami, keluarga, dan tenaga kesehatan berpengaruh signifikan dalam mengurangi kecemasan ibu hamil, sementara dukungan lingkungan sekitar tidak berpengaruh, dan 5) Paritas juga berpengaruh terhadap kecemasan ibu hamil. Kesimpulan : Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program edukasi dan konseling serta dukungan emosional yang komprehensif dari keluarga dan tenaga kesehatan sangat diperlukan untuk mengurangi kecemasan ibu hamil

Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis Quasi Eksperimental dengan desain Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas 5 Sekolah Dasar di gugus Ki Hajar Dewantara Kecamatan Pabelan sejumlah 66 peserta didik, namun sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini di SD Negeri Ujung-Ujung 01, SD Negeri Sumberejo 01 dan SD Negeri Sumberejo 02 dengan sejumlah 44 peserta didik. hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini berdasarkan uji t kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik pada model Discovery Learning dan Problem Based Learning menunjukkan nilai sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000. Oleh karena nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis dalam penerapan model Discovery Learning lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning pada pelajaran Matematika peserta didik kelas 5 di Sekolah Dasar Gugus Ki Hajar Dewantara Kecamatan Pabelan Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023

    The objective of this research is to investigate whether Mathematics teaching using SAVI approach can make better achievement in learning Mathematics than conventional approach viewed from the student’s motivation of Sultan Agung Junior High School in Purworejo on the circle material. This research is a quasi experimental research with 2×3 factorial design. The subject of the research is the 8th-grade students of Sultan Agung Junior High School in Purworejo in the academic year 2010/2011. The sample of this research are 60 students which consist of experimental group and control group. The data were collected by using test of learning achievement in Mathematics and a questionnaire of student’s motivation. The test instruments were validated by expert. In the pre-requisite test, analysis variance precondition test using Liliefors test for normality and Bartlett test for homogeneity test. With ∝ =0,05, samples come from normal distributed population and homogeneous. The hypothesis testing using two-way ANAVA with different cell with α = 0,05. It shows: (1) Fc = 4.378 > Ft = 4.024, it means Mathematics teaching using SAVI approach gives a better achievement in learning Mathematics than using conventional approach; (2) Fc =20.822 > Ft= 3.174, it means the achievement in learning Mathematics of the students who have higher motivation is better than those who have lower motivation; and (3) Fc = 1.617 < Ft = 3.174, it means the difference characteristic between the Mathematics teaching using SAVI approach and conventional approach for every students’ motivation in learning Mathematics is the same.     ABSTRACT The relationship between Posbindu utilization behavior and the quality of life of elderly people with hypertension Cross sectional research in Setren Village, Bendo District By: Pipit Puji Astuti Cardiovascular disease due to hypertension can cause problems with the quality of life of hypertension sufferers, so that the sufferer's quality of life will be disrupted and life expectancy will also decrease. One program that is expected to be able to prevent and control the risk factors for NCDs in Indonesia is Posbindu (Integrated Development Post) for PTM. Unfortunately, the attendance level of Posbindu participants is still far from the target set by the government, namely 70%. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between posbindu utilization behavior and quality. life of hypertensive elderly. This type of research is cross sectional. The research population was 1,119 hypertensive elderly people in Setren Village. The sample was taken using a simple random sampling technique totaling 96 people. The variables of this research are the behavior of using posbindu and the quality of life of hypertension sufferers. The instrument used is the EQ-5D questionnaire. The statistical test uses Pearson correlation with a significance level of p<0.05. The research results show that the behavior of using Posbindu of most respondents (53%) is in the inactive category. The quality of life of the hypertensive elderly of most respondents (55%) was in the good category. The statistical test results obtained a p value = 0.000, so H0 was rejected, which means there is a relationship between posbindu utilization behavior and the quality of life of hypertension sufferers. The more actively elderly people with hypertension participate in posbindu, the higher their quality of life, so innovations should be provided in posbindu activities to increase participant activity. Clickers is supporting the teaching and learning activities in which these activities need to be developed to have an advanced system.     ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine what preparations are made by the teacher in the implementation of mathematics learning. The method used in this research is qualitative with descriptive analysis. Research subjects are informants who provide research data through interviews. The informants in this study were grade IV teachers of Jambu State Elementary School 01. While the data analysis used in this study were data reduction, data presentation and verification. This research resulted in the findings of preparations made by the teacher in the implementation of mathematics learning, among others, which must be prepared are the learning objectives, learning materials, learning methods, learning media, evaluation of learning, students, teachers and the place of learning environment. The obstacles in the preparation are students who often talk to themselves and disturb other friends, then a weak internet connection that causes the process of finding learning resources to be difficult.Keywords: Mathematics Learning Implementation, Teacher PreparationABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persiapan apa saja yang dilakukan oleh guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran matematika. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalan informan yang memberikan data penelitian melalui wawancara. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah guru kelas IV SD Negeri Jambu 01. Sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan persiapan yang dilakukan oleh guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran matematika antara lain yang harus dipersiapkan adalah tujuan pembelajaran, materi pembelajaran, metode pembelajaran, media pembelajaran, evaluasi pembelajaran, siswa, guru dan tempat lingkungan belajar.     ABSTRACT Puji Astuti. Analysis of Factors that Influence Ethical Sensitivity on Auditors of BPKP RI Headquarters. Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2016. This study aimed to get empirical evidence about the influence of Idealism, Relativism, Professional Commitment, and Organizational Commitment on Ethical Sensitivity. Many factors that tested in this research are Idealism, Relativism, Professional Commitment, and Organizational Commitment as independent variables and Ethical Sensitivity of Auditors as dependent variable. This research uses primary data with sample of auditors in BPKP RI headquarters. This study used accidental technique of sampling which is obtained 130 respondents as sample. This research uses multiple regression method to test the hypothesis at 5% significance. From the analysis performed in this research, this research proves that Relativism, Professional Commitment, and Organizational Commitment have effect to Ethical Sensitivity of Auditor, meanwhile Idealism have no effect to Ethical Sensitivity of Auditor. Intervensi harapan merupakan salah satu alternatif intervensi mandiri keperawatan yang berfokus kepada perubahan kognitif dan perilaku. Intervensi harapan berfokus pada goal setting (penetapan tujuan), pathway setting (pemecahan masalah), dan agency (positive self-talk).
