    Hubungan Antara Screentime dengan Kejadian Kelelahan Mata dan Nyeri Kepala pada Siswa SMAN 3 Sumedang

    The increasing intensity of digital device use in adolescents leads to high screen time duration, potentially triggering physical complaints such as eye fatigue and headaches. This study aims to analyze the relationship between screen time duration and the incidence of eye fatigue and headaches in students. This quantitative study with a cross-sectional design involved 279 students of SMA Negeri 3 Sumedang. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire regarding screen time duration and levels of eye fatigue and headaches, then analyzed using the Spearman-rho correlation test. The average screen time duration of students reached 8.5 hours per day, and as many as 50.5% of respondents experienced eye fatigue. The results of statistical tests showed a significant positive relationship between screen time duration and the incidence of eye fatigue (p = 0.038; r = 0.124). These findings indicate that high screen time duration is significantly associated with eye fatigue in students. Clinically, the results of this study emphasize the importance of education about limiting screen time and implementing regular eye breaks as a promotive and preventive effort in maintaining adolescent eye health

    Peran Pendidikan Sejarah Terhadap Nasionalisme dan Patriotisme Siswa SMA: Suatu SLR

    This study aims to map research trends and findings on the role of history education in fostering nationalism and patriotism among Indonesian high school students from 2015 to 2025. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) guided by the PRISMA 2020 framework, data were collected from Google Scholar, SINTA, Garuda databases. Out of 500 initial articles, 20 met the PICOC inclusion criteria and were analyzed through thematic synthesis. The findings reveal three main themes: digital technology integration in history learning, revitalization of local history to strengthen national identity, and participatory methods that foster empathy and historical awareness. History education plays a crucial role in internalizing national values in the digital era. This review is limited to high school-level studies and predominantly qualitative designs; thus, further mixed-method research is recommended to enhance result validity

    Analisis Hubungan Perilaku Perlindungan Sinar Matahari dan Faktor Internal Terhadap Kejadian Acne Vulgaris Pada Remaja SMPN 1 Jatinangor

    Acne is a common skin problem among adolescents and can affect both self-confidence and skin health. One external factor suspected to play a role in acne development is sun protection behavior, which includes the use of sunscreen, protective clothing, and habits to avoid direct sun exposure. This study aimed to examine the relationship between sun protection behavior and the incidence of acne vulgaris among junior high school students in Jatinangor. A quantitative approach with an analytical correlational cross-sectional design was employed. The study was conducted at SMPN 1 Jatinangor in 2025, involving 295 students selected through stratified random sampling. Research instruments included the Sun Protection Behavior Scale (SPBS) questionnaire and the Global Acne Grading System (GAGS) questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Spearman’s correlation test. The results showed that most students had a high level of sun protection behavior and experienced mild acne. Spearman’s test yielded r = −0.065 and p = 0.265, indicating no significant relationship between sun protection behavior and the incidence of acne vulgaris. It can be concluded that acne occurrence is more influenced by internal factors, such as hormonal changes and facial hygiene, than by external factors like sun exposure. Continuous education on skin care is necessary to increase adolescents’ awareness of maintaining skin health from an early age

    Iron deficiency anemia among adolescent girls affects physical health, learning concentration, and academic achievement, while adherence to iron supplement tablet consumption remains low. This study aimed to analyze the association between family informational support and the motivation of adolescent girls to consume iron supplement tablets. This quantitative study employed a correlational design with a cross-sectional approach and was conducted at SMAN 1 Sukatani, Bekasi Regency, involving 215 students selected through proportional stratified random sampling. Data were collected using two Likert-scale questionnaires, each consisting of 20 items measuring family informational support and motivation to consume iron supplement tablets. Data analysis included univariate analysis and Spearman’s rho correlation test. The results showed that 61.86% of respondents had low levels of family informational support, and 63.72% had moderate motivation to consume iron supplement tablets. Spearman’s rho analysis yielded a correlation coefficient of r = 0.665 with p < 0.001, indicating a strong and significant positive association between family informational support and motivation to consume iron supplement tablets. The study concludes that family informational support plays an important role in enhancing adolescent girls’ motivation to consume iron supplement tablets. The implications highlight the need to strengthen family-based health education through accurate and consistent information delivery, as well as enhancing collaboration between schools, health personnel, and parents to improve adherence to iron supplement tablet consumption

    A Psychiatric Nursing Case Study on Assertive Training to Improve Self-Control in a Patient with Risk of Violent Behavior

    Risiko perilaku kekerasan merupakan masalah keperawatan jiwa yang membutuhkan intervensi psikososial efektif. Assertive Training sebagai terapi spesialis keperawatan jiwa berfokus pada peningkatan komunikasi asertif dan kontrol diri pasien, sehingga berpotensi menurunkan risiko perilaku kekerasan. Studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi efektivitas Assertive Training dalam meningkatkan kontrol diri dan menurunkan risiko perilaku kekerasan pada pasien gangguan jiwa. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi kasus pada seorang pasien laki-laki usia 23 tahun dengan diagnosis risiko perilaku kekerasan yang dirawat di ruang Geranium RSJD Soedjarwadi Klaten. Intervensi Assertive Training diberikan dalam lima sesi terstruktur setelah pasien menerima terapi keperawatan ners. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan lembar evaluasi Assertive Training yang dikembangkan Fakultas Keperawatan Universitas Indonesia terhadap perubahan sikap agresif, pasif, dan asertif sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Hasil menunjukkan penurunan sikap agresif dan pasif hingga tidak tampak, serta peningkatan yang bermakna secara klinis (clinically meaningful improvement) pada sikap asertif setelah penerapan Assertive Training. Pasien juga menunjukkan perbaikan kemampuan regulasi emosi dan komunikasi interpersonal yang lebih adaptif. Assertive Training menunjukkan potensi efektif sebagai terapi spesialis keperawatan jiwa dalam meningkatkan kontrol diri dan menurunkan risiko perilaku kekerasan pada pasien gangguan jiwa. Namun, temuan ini berasal dari desain studi kasus sehingga memiliki keterbatasan dalam generalisasi dan memerlukan penelitian lanjutan dengan desain yang lebih kuat

    Perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat di era globalisasi telah memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap gaya hidup remaja, terutama melalui meningkatnya durasi penggunaan gawai, yang cenderung menurunkan tingkat kebugaran jasmani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji korelasi antara durasi penggunaan gawai (screen time) dengan tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa di MTs Surabaya. Metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan rancangan korelasional diterapkan. Populasi terdiri dari seluruh siswa kelas IX, dengan total 93 peserta yang dipilih menggunakan cluster sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui Questionnaire for Screen-Time (QueST) untuk mengukur durasi penggunaan gawai dan Multistage Fitness Test (MFT) untuk menilai kebugaran jasmani berdasarkan skor VO₂Max. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman Rank dengan IBM SPSS Statistics 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa memiliki durasi penggunaan gawai tinggi (43,0%) dan tingkat kebugaran jasmani sedang (35,5%). Uji korelasi menunjukkan hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara durasi penggunaan gawai dan kebugaran jasmani (r = -0,264; p = 0,010). Hasil ini menekankan pentingnya kolaborasi antara guru Pendidikan Jasmani dan orang tua dalam mengatur penggunaan gadget dan mempromosikan aktivitas fisik teratur untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan tingkat kebugaran siswa.

    Komunikasi Efektif Melalui Peran Sbar dalam Peningkatan Kualitas Pelayanan Keperawatan: Literature Review

    Komunikasi efektif merupakan elemen penting dalam pelayanan keperawatan yang berkualitas, dan penerapan metode SBAR terbukti meningkatkan interaksi antar tenaga kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan literature review terhadap 11 artikel yang dipublikasikan antara tahun 2020–2025. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa 9 dari 11 studi (82%) melaporkan peningkatan signifikan dalam efektivitas komunikasi perawat-dokter setelah pelatihan SBAR, serta peningkatan keselamatan pasien melalui penurunan kesalahan medis dan keluhan pelayanan. Beberapa penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan SBAR mampu meningkatkan kepuasan kerja perawat dan keterlibatan pasien dalam proses perawatan. Namun demikian, implementasi SBAR di lapangan masih menghadapi kendala pada aspek pengetahuan dan konsistensi penggunaan. Diperlukan pelatihan berkelanjutan dan dukungan organisasi untuk mengoptimalkan manfaat SBAR dalam praktik klinis

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat konsentrasi terhadap hasil belajar dalam melakukan pukulan servis pendek dan netting dalam bulutangkis pada siswa kelas VIII di SMP Wachid Hasyim 7 Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain ex post facto. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 30 siswa dari kelas VIII D, yang dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling. Alat ukur dalam penelitian ini meliputi tes Concentration Grid, tes keterampilan servis pendek backhand, serta tes keterampilan netting. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana setelah melalui uji normalitas dan uji linearitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar servis pendek dengan kontribusi sebesar 18,6% dan terhadap hasil belajar netting sebesar 31%. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa konsentrasi merupakan faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kemampuan belajar keterampilan bulutangkis

    Pengaruh Peer Teaching Terhadap Peningkatan Keterampilan CPR (Cardiopulmunary Resuscitation) Pada Siswa SMA 7 Tasikmalaya

    Sudden cardiac arrest is one of the leading causes of death worldwide and requires immediate bystander intervention through Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). However, CPR skills among high school students remain suboptimal. Peer teaching has been identified as an effective learning strategy to enhance psychomotor skills through peer-based interaction. This study aimed to examine the effect of peer teaching on improving CPR skills among students at SMA Negeri 7 Tasikmalaya. A quantitative pre-experimental one-group pretest–posttest design was employed involving 38 tenth-grade students selected using purposive sampling. CPR skills were assessed using a checklist based on the American Heart Association (AHA) 2020 guidelines. Data were analyzed using the Shapiro–Wilk normality test and paired t-test. The results demonstrated a significant increase in posttest CPR skill scores compared to pretest scores (p < 0.001), with a very large effect size (Cohen’s d = 1.98). In conclusion, peer teaching is highly effective in improving CPR skills among high school students
