    ABSTRAK  Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah bahwa ada pihak yang berusaha memembenturkan pancasila dengan ajaran Islam. Mereka menganggap Indonesia dengan menjadikan pancasila sebagai dasar negara adalah sesat. Doktrin seperti itu sudah merambah pada institusi institusi negara yang telah terpapar dengan doktrin tersebut tidak terkecuali pada institusi pendidikan milik negara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan studi kepustakaan. Sumber referensi diperoleh dari artikel dalam suatu jurnal ilmiah, buku dan referensi terkait dengan topik yang diangkat. Teknik analisis data penggunakan pendekatan reflektif terhadap nilai-nilai maqasid al syariah yang terkandung dalam Pancasila. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu usaha untuk membenturkan pancasila dengan Islam adalah sesuatu yang sia sia karena secara kontektual antara Islam dan pancasila tidak saling bertentangan dan justru dengan melaksanakan pancasila sama halnya dengan mengamalkan ajaran Islam. Pancasila pada dasarnya merupakan implementasi dari nilai nilai Maqasid Al Syariah yang merupakan inti ajaran Islam. Sila sila dalam pancasila yaitu: 1) Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa, 2) Kemanusiaan yang Adil dan Beradab, 3) Persatuan Indonesia, 4) Kerakyatan yang Dipimpin oleh Hikmat Kebijaksanaan dalam Permusyawaratan/ Perwakilan, 5) Keadilan Sosial bagi Seluruh Rakyat Indonesia. merupakan implementasi dari nilai maqasid al syariah dari Maslahat kulliyah, Maslahat al-juz\u27iyyah al-khashshah dan maqasid al syariah dharuriyyat.  Kata Kunci: Maqasid Al Syariah, Pancasila, Dasar Negara.   ABSTRACT  The background of this research is that there are those who try to bang Pancasila with Islamic teachings. They consider Indonesia by making Pancasila as the basis of the state is misguided. Such a doctrine has penetrated the state institutions which have been exposed to the doctrine, including state-owned educational institutions. This research uses a qualitative approach. The data collection method uses library research. Reference sources were obtained from articles in a scientific journal, books and references related to the topics raised. The data analysis technique uses a reflective approach to the values ​​of maqasid al sharia contained in Pancasila. The conclusion of this research is that the effort to clash Pancasila with Islam is something that is futile because contextually between Islam and Pancasila is not in conflict with each other and precisely by implementing Pancasila as well as practicing Islamic teachings. Pancasila is basically an implementation of the values ​​of Maqasid Al Sharia which is the core of Islamic teachings. Precepts in Pancasila, namely: 1) Godhead, 2) Fair and Civilized Humanity, 3) Indonesian Unity, 4) Democracy Led by Wisdom in Consultation / Representation, 5) Social Justice for All Indonesian People. is an implementation of the value of maqasid al syariah from Maslahat kulliyah, Maslahat al-juz\u27iyyah al-khashshah and maqasid al syariah dharuriyyat.  Keywords: Maqasid Al Syariah, Pancasila, State Basis. &nbsp

This research would be beneficial to enrich scientific discussion on how to marry the concept of Islamic education management interact with Sadd adz-dzarâi, a concept in Ushul Fiqh. Using library research, this paper investigates ushul fiqh books and Islamic education management books to examine ushul fiqh’s concept and its implementation toward education management. This study found that the two concepts is compatible to certain extent as both concern on anticipating the possibility of losses in Islamic education institutions in the future

    The background of the research is the availability of facilities and infrastructure to make all who live in boarding schools feel comfortable so they can carry out teaching and learning activities comfortably in boarding schools. Comfort in teaching and learning really determines the success of the educational process in Islamic boarding schools. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. It was held at the Pondok Pesantren Putra An Nawawi Berjan Purworejo. The data sources of this research are the documentation of the Islamic boarding school in the form of a book on the accountability report of the boarding school administrator of the son of An Nawawi Berjan Purworejo. Data collection method is documentation. Data analysis is done by examining existing data, then reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the son of An Nawawi Islamic boarding school Berjan Purworejo carried out the management of facilities and infrastructure in steps: planning carried out through program planning meetings at the An Nawawi male Islamic boarding school; Procurement was an activity of procuring pesantren facilities and infrastructure according the results of mutual agreement in the planning process; inventory, namely all items belonging to the An Nawawi men's boarding school are neatly inventoryed in the inventory list of goods; Maintenance, namely maintenance of facilities and infrastructure of An Nawawi men's boarding school, is carried out by all people who are in boarding schools. The controlling is carried out by the head of facilities and inscriptions section; The write-off is carried out at the An Nawawi men's boarding school by replacing if possible and removing from the inventory list of goods

    This study aims to analyze how much influence Deliberative Management has on the Competence of Students at the Madrasah Diniyyah Banat An-Nawawi Deliberation Council. Deliberative management is the art of planning, organizing, implementing, and assessing deliberation activities where a student gathers together to discuss a problem given by a cleric or ustadz / ustadzah or senior santri. There is an organization that manages the deliberation, namely the Madrasah Diniyyah Banat An-Nawawi Deliberation Council. The achievement of the expected competencies is the competence of students, namely, critical thinking and problem solving, communication skills, and the ability to work together. In this study, the authors used cluster random sampling technique with a sample of 74 respondents. It can also be seen that the results of tcount (319.058)> t table (1.992997), which means that Ha is accepted and there is a significant influence between Deliberation Management on The Competence Achievement of Students in The Madrasah Diniyyah Banat An-Nawawi Assembly. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded  that there is a significant influence between deliberation management on the achievement of student competence at the Madrasah Diniyyah Banat An-Nawawi Deliberative Council. From these results, it shows that the coefficient of determination is 25.61%, and the remaining 74.39% is influenced by other factors not mentioned in the variables of this study, such as environmental factors, students' daily lives, and others

    Anak merpakan penerus generasi bangsa yang akan merubah masa depan bagi peradaban dunia. Oleh karena itu asal-usul anak penting untuk dibahas karena hubungan darah merupakan asal usul utama dalam hubungan keluarga karena merupakan perekat dan tali pengikat di dalam keluarganya. Pokok dari permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yakni Putusan Hakim Pengadilan Agama Purworejo Nomor : 237/Pdt.P/2020/PA.Pwr tentang penentuan asal usul anak dari hasil perkawinan sirri sesuai dengan maqāṣid asy-syarī’ah Imam Al-Syatibi. Kesesuaian penetapan Asal Usul Anak ini berpacu kepada maqāṣid asy-syarī’ah yang memiliki makna dengan menjaga keturunan (hifz an-nasl). Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pustaka (library research). Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini adalah dengan dokumentasi, serta didukung dengan wawancara dengan hakim Pengadilan Agama Purworejo yang pada saat itu menjadi hakim saat persidangan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan normatif. Dari data yang didapat, di mana kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deduktif dan induktif. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa penetapan hakim Pengadilan Agama tentang asal usul anak tersebut di kabulkan sebab anak tersebut dilahirkan dari hasil perkawinan yang sah bukan pernikahan yang tidak sah (rusak)

    Ma’arif Nurul Jannah State Elementary School has implemented the Al-Qur’an memorization program, which was established since the school was faunded in 2014. This study aims to describe and analyze how the implementation of management in the Al-Qur’an memorization program improves the quality of memorization at Ma’arif Nurul Jannah Elementary School, Janten. This study employed a qualitative researgh method with a phenomenological approach. Researchers observed the phenomena occurring at Ma’arif Nurul Jannah Elementary School, Temon, Kulon Progo through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data collection techniques included data reduction, data presentation and data verification to ensure data validity. Through and studies conducted by researchers, it was found that the implementation of management in the Tahfidz Al-Qur’an program at SD Ma’arif Nurul Jannah Janten was carried out though several management programs and several methods. The program is implemented by determining goals, targets, grouping of teachers and students as well as evaluation carried out by means of exams indicating results. As for the quality of students’ memorization with fluency, the suitability of tajwid and makhrah has been able to improve in this case by looking at the results of the final exam. Therefore, Ma’arif Nurul Jannah Janten Elementary School implements a comprehensive tahfidz management system so that the memorization process is balanced and produces results but also understands and practices the Qur’an

    The Central Java regional government designated Rendeng Village as a harmony-conscious village because it succeeded in maintaining religious harmony. This study aims to determine the form of Implementation of inter-religious tolerance in realizing community harmony. This qualitative research method uses case studies””the place of research in Rendeng Village, Gebang District, Purworejo Regency, Central Java. The results showed that the form of Implementation of the concept of tolerance in Rendeng village was through various fields, including in the field of belief, namely by accepting differences in beliefs and the social field, maintaining mutual brotherhood and harmony by prioritizing solidarity between brotherhood and neighbors. In the political field, with the principle that all villagers have equal political rights and opportunities with consideration of professionalism and integrity, the role of the Rendeng village government by emphasizing the importance of unity, integrity, and harmony, involving all villagers in village activities and serving the needs of villagers regardless of religion and belief, the role of religious leaders and community leaders is by providing an understanding of the plurality of life in Rendeng Village as well as providing advice and motivation for mutual respect, cooperation and deliberation among fellow community members

    It has become commonplace in society there is muamalah buying and selling. The same is true in rural communities. The reflection of the attitude of the people who are still innocent sometimes becomes a problem in the complex problems of life. Among the muamalah that often become legal problems are cases of buying and selling land because the practice of buying and selling is carried out by the community only based on mutual trust without being supported by the correct administrative process. This study intends to describe the practice of buying and selling land that started from a buying and selling of mutual trust which later became a dispute over a lawsuit filed against the law in the Mungkid District Court in the perspective of Islamic law. The research method is qualitative paradigm research with a case study approach. The location of this research is in Demangan Hamlet, Kebonrejo Village, Salaman District, Magelang Regency. Sources of data were obtained using participatory observation, interviews, and documentation. After being analyzed, the researcher concluded that there had been four transactions in one land object which was broken up, of which three transactions were legal according to Islamic law, while the fourth transaction was invalid because it included buying and selling gharar
