    Sebagai manusia teladan atau uswatun hasanah dan Rasul penutup akhir zaman, Nabi Muhammad SAW dibekali Allah SWT berbagai kelebihan, baik fisik, psikis, intelektual, maupun spritual. Kajian ini menunjukkan kelebihan Nabi Muhammad SAW dari sisi kecerdasan intelektual. Berbagai hadis meriwayatkan tentang kecerdasan Rasulullah SAW tersebut, di antaranya kecerdasan memori, kecerdasan verbal dan kelancaran berbicara, kecerdasan berhitung, kecerdasan berfikir logis, kecerdasan pengamatan cepat dan cermat, serta kecerdasan dalam spatial factor. Riwayat-riwayat tersebut membuktikan bahwa Rasulullah Muhammad SAW sudah dipersiapkan Allah SWT sebagai Rasul tidak hanya pada masyarakat Arab jahiliyah waktu itu, tetapi juga bagi umat manusia hingga akhir zaman

    The diverse functions of symbolism in Maqamat Imam al-Suyutiy

    Elements of symbolism in literary works are one of the essential elements discussed in any academic research. Symbolism is a medium to represent ideas and messages that the author wants to convey in his work. Meanwhile, Maqamat is a literary work which is loaded with symbols through the symbolic style of language and also has a message to convey. Therefore, this study is conducted to identify and analyse the functions of symbols in Maqamat Imam al-Suyutiy (MIS). This research is a qualitative study that uses the method of textual analysis. The research data was selected based on the elements of symbolism contained in the text of the speech taken directly from the five maqamat. In order to achieve the set objectives, the Nazm theory established by Abd al-Qahir al-Jurjaniy was used in this study. The analysis of context and co-text was conducted for all research data using this Nazm theory. The results showed that there were symbols such as flowers, fruits, gems, and fragrances used by the author. These symbols had several functions such as depicting the bad attitude of the government leaders, criticising the attitude of the members of the society, avoiding punishment by the rulers, expressing the discomfort of the MIS author about the political situation, and depicting the character of a person

    Scientometric Profile of the Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University: A leading University of Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia

    Purpose: The research conducted for a systematic analysis of the development and trends in scientific literature production and collaboration pattern of the faculties of Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University (IAU), between 2010 to 2020 as the research productivity is one of the evaluation parameters of universities performance. Design/methodology/approach: The study comprises the data collected from the web of science core collection (WoSCC) for the selected period. MS-Excel, MS. Access 2016, open-source software namely, Biblioshiny, ScientoPy and VOSviewer used for data analysis. The work tackled with the annual scientific research paper production, prolific authors, collaborations, most relevant sources, frequently used keywords, topic distribution, research fronts, and research trends. The collaborations amongst the leading research organizations and groups were investigated with co-citation and keywords co-occurrence analysis. Findings: The study indicated that the scientific literature productivity increased and the authors of IAU have significant national and international collaborations. Indo American Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences found a preferred source for publication, Baykal A noted as a prolific author with 128 papers, and 1,635 citations. National collaboration (2,716 papers); and for international collaboration Egypt is highest (312 papers). Journal article is the most preferred form of paper produced while Saudi Arabia and Synthesis are frequently used author keywords. Originality/value: The study could be helpful in visualizing the scientific research productivity of universities and other academic institutions in term of evaluation of academic performance

    The concept of Imam Mahdi holds a special place, but differences in beliefs and interpretations regarding Imam Mahdi within the Sunni community have led to confusion and even disputes among Muslims. To gain a deeper understanding of how Imam Mahdi is viewed from the perspective of Sunni tradition and the differences in beliefs and interpretations, this research will delve into the complexities of these views and identify different frameworks of understanding. This will help us appreciate the diversity of Islamic thought and how these understandings impact religious practices and the perspectives of Muslim communities. Furthermore, it will underscore the importance of inter-sectarian dialogue in today's increasingly complex Muslim society. The research method employed in this study is a literature review, based on the analysis and synthesis of relevant literature on the specific research topic. Titled "Imam Mahdi in the Perspective of Sunni Tradition: Differences in Beliefs and Interpretations," the findings suggest that al-Mahdi plays a crucial role in elevating the status of Islam and the Muslim community to their true potential. This will enable the Muslim community to shield itself from the negative effects of materialistic modernization and blind imitation of traditions that may not align with Islamic values, as conveyed by the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). The term 'Mahdi' refers to an eschatological figure in Islam, believed to come in the end times to establish justice throughout the world. In the Shia Islamic perspective, Mahdi is the twelfth Imam, and according to their beliefs, he will appear at some point in the future

    Bank Mandiri cabang Imam Bonjol adalah bagian dari program restrukturisasi perbankan yang dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah Indonesia di kota Medan, Sumatera Utara. Salah satu layanan dari Bank Mandiri cabang Imam Bonjol adalah transaksi bilyet giro dan cek. Bilyet giro adalah suatu istilah perbankan untuk suatu cara pembayaran berupa surat perintah untuk memindahbukukan sejumlah uang dari rekening seseorang kepada rekening lain yang ditunjuk surat tersebut. Cek merupakan salah satu sarana yang digunakan untuk menarik atau mengambil uang di rekening giro. Proses rekapitulasi dokumen transaksi bilyet giro dan cek dilakukan menggunakan dokumentasi manual (tulisan tangan) oleh pegawai back-office. Penyimpanan hasil laporan dari rekapitulasi data juga masih dalam bentuk pembukuan. Jika proses rekapitulasi data menggunakan Computer Base Information System (CBIS), maka waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk mengelola data dan report laporan dapat dilakukan lebih cepat.     Moderasi Beragama dengan pendekatan Imam al-Ghozali ditujukan untuk dapat memperoleh pemahaman konsep moderasi beragama dalam sudut pandang teologi dan tasawuf. Berangkat dari kesenjangan umat beragama yang saat ini sibuk memperdebatkan dan membeda-bedakan antar umat Islam dan non Islam, antara aliran Islam yang satu dengan aliran Islam yang lainnya, maka penelitian ini dimaksudkan bisa melahirkan keseimbangan yang moderat dan tawasuth0dalam tatanan umat beragama. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang bersifat deskritif, naratif, dialog dan ditulis dengan ringkas yang bertujuan bisa memberi kemudahan dalam memahami alam pikiran al-Ghozali yang berkenaan dengan konsep tawasuthnya. Sehingga dengan adanya penelitian ini bisa menghasilkan pemahaman lebih tentang moderatsime al-Ghazali yang sebelumnya sudah pernah dikaji dan bisa memberi manfaat untuk para pembaca dan khususnya untuk diri penulis sendiri. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pribadi Imam al-Ghazali yang menjadi main role. Dalam Sejarah perjalanan intelektualnya al-Ghazali memulai dengan sikap ekstrimisme yang dengan tegas dan keras menolak beberapa teologi agama dan aliran-aliran Islam yang beliau tulis di dalam karyanya al-Iqtishad fi al-I’tiqad. Setelah beliau mengalami berbagai macam rihlah dan uzlah pada kurun waktu di antara penulisan dua kitabnya al-Munqidz min al-Dalal dan Ihya Ulum al-Din beliau menulis sebuah kitab yang berjudul Faisal al-Tafriqah, sebuah kitab yang membahas bagaimana al-Ghazali bertransformasi dari pribadinya yang ekstrim menjadi manusia yang moderat sekaligus sebagai counter dari pendapat lamanya sendiri dengan pemahaman moderatisme tasawufnya. (2) Kompetensi Supervisi kepala sekolah di Lembaga Pendidikan Kuttab Imam Malik kota Makassar juga berada pada kategori sedang yang berarti fungsi kepala sekolah merencanakan program supervisi melaksanakan supervisi menindaklanjuti program supervisi telah terlaksana namun belum maksimal. (3) dan Mutu pendidikan di Lembaga Pendidikan Kuttab Imam Malik Kota Makassar adalah sedang hal ini berarti terkait profesionalisme guru, sarana dan prasarana dan prestasi siswa telah tampak namun belum maksimal sehingga perlu ditingkatkan.     The aims of this study were: 1) to describe the management competence of the principal at Kuttab Imam Malik Makassar; 2) To determine the implementation of the academic supervision of the Principal at Kuttab Imam Malik Makassar; 3) to determine the quality of education at Kuttab Imam Malik Makassar; 4) to examine the effect of principal management competence and academic supervision simultaneously with education quality in Kuttab Imam Malik, Makassar City. This type of research is ex post facto using a quantitative methodological approach. The results showed: (1) the management competence of school principals in Kuttab Imam Malik, Makassar City was in the moderate category, meaning that the principal had planned, organized, and controlled, but not yet maximized; (2) the competence of the regulator at the Kuttab Malik Makassar principal is also included in the medium category, meaning that the principal's program supervision plan for the supervisory supervision program has been carried out but has not been maximized; (3) and the quality of education at Kuttab Imam Malik, Makassar City is moderate, meaning that it is related to teacher professionalism, facilities and infrastructure and student learning achievement has been seen but not maximized so it needs to be improved; 4) the quality of education is strongly influenced by the managerial and academic competencies of the principal so that it becomes a reflection material for researchers and becomes a recommendation for research objects to continue to improve these competencies
