Full text linkLatar Belakang :Diabetes melitus (DM) merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan
masyarakat yang utama dengan prevalensi yang terus meningkat setiap tahunnya.
Pengukuran hemoglobin terglikasi (HbA1c) merupakan kontrol glikemik terbaik untuk
mengetahui gambaran kadar glukosa darah selama dua hingga tiga bulan terakhir. Tujuan
penelitian ini untuk mengetahui profil pengobatan pasien diabetes mellitus terhadap kontrol
glikemik pada pasien rawat inap di RSUD dr. Gunawan mangunkusumo.
Metode :Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan observasional analitik
menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional. Data diambil dari rekam medik secara
purposive sampling pada 50 responden. Analisa data menghasilkan disribusi dan persentase
dari setiap variabel.
Hasil :Hasil dari penelitian yang diperoleh dari 50 responden yaitu responden dengan
tingkat profil pengobatan berturut-turut dari yang paling tertinggi yaitu lantus®

novorapid® yaitu dengan persentase 28%, metformin 500mg + novorapid®
20%, novorapid®
18%, glimepiride 2mg + novorapid® 10%, ryzodeg®
+ novorapid ® 6%, metformin 500mg +

No full textThis essay examines the role of the dominant Malay intelligentsia in imagining Malaysia, using as platform for discussion two contemporary teen novels by Gunawan Mahmood: This Land (originally published in Malay as Tanah Ini in 1996; out in English translation in 2002) and Namaku Ayoko (My Name is Ayoko; 1994). The chosen author and texts are little known outside of the Malay literary world, which alters not the fact that Gunawan is a multiple award-winning, state-affiliated writer who, like many of his Malay-Muslim contemporaries and predecessors, believes that “those with knowledge ought to write” and “literature should educate, awaken and inspire society” (in Mahmood, 1993:x). Gunawan is an ‘intellectual’ insofar as he participates in the production and distribution of knowledge, as someone who professes a vocation for the art of “representing, embodying, articulating a message, a view, an attitude, philosophy or opinion to, as well as for, a public” (Said, 1996:11). Full text linkABSTRAK: Gaya kata dan gaya kalimat merupakan unsur penting dalam sebuah karya sastra khususnya cerpen. Penggunaan gaya kata dan gaya kalimat dalam karya sastra membuat pembaca memahami maksud dan tujuan penggarang dalam menulis karya sastra. Selain itu penggunaan diksi dan gaya kalimat digunakan agar pembaca mampu memahami unsur-unsur berkaitan dengan ciri khas penggarang. Terlebih dalam menggunakan aspek lokalitas dalam menulis cerita pendek. Selaras dengan pernyataan tersebut penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk gaya kata dan gaya kalimat yang digunakan penggarang dalam menyampaikan lokalitas Jawa pada cerpen-cerpen karya Gunawan Tri Atdmojo. Serta mendeskripsikan gaya kata dan gaya kalimat dalam menyampaikan aspek lokalitas Jawa yang dominan digunakan dalam cerpen cerpen karya Gunawan Triadtmojo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan berupa teknik refrensial. Refrensi yang digunakan yaitu pendapat para ahli, serta penelitian yang relevan dengan penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik baca dan catat. Penelitian ini menghasilkan data tertulis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kata yang dominan digunakan oleh penggarang dalam menyampaikan lokalitas Jawa adalah gaya kata kolokial. Gaya kalimat yang dominan digunakan dalam menyampaikan lokalitas Jawa adalah kalimat deklaratif.KATA KUNCI: Leksikal; Gramatikal; Lokalitas Jawa; Cerpen; Gunawan Tri Atdmojo The Author's Style In Delivering Java Locality: Stilistics Of Short Stories By Gunawan Tri Atdmojo. ABSTRACT: Word style and sentence style are important elements in a literary work, especially short stories. The use of word style and sentence style in literary works makes the reader understand the intent and purpose of the author in writing literary works. In addition, the use of diction and sentence style is used so that the reader is able to understand the elements related to the characteristics of the author. Especially in using the locality aspect in writing short stories. In line with this statement, this study aims to describe the form of word style and sentence style used by the author in conveying Javanese locality in the short stories by Gunawan Tri Atdmojo. As well as describing the style of words and sentence styles in conveying aspects of Javanese locality which are dominantly used in short stories by Gunawan Triadtmojo. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. The data analysis technique used is a referential technique. The references used are the opinions of experts, as well as research relevant to this research. Data collection techniques used reading and note-taking techniques. This research produces written data. The results showed that the dominant style of words used by the author in writing short stories was colloquial. in tax service. There were some tasks performed during the internship related to
accounting and tax, such as fill in Surat Setoran Pajak (SSP), pay tax to the Bank,
report tax to KPP Pratama Tigaraksa, make recapitulation of PPh Pasal 21, PPh
Pasal 23, PPh Pasal 25, and PPh Pasal 4 (2), scan SSP, make recapitulation of petty
cash, input employees data, input purchases.
There were some problems during the internship. When the author input purchases,
tax invoice number was not visible. When the author input employees data, there
were no complete attachment such as KTP, Kartu Keluarga, and NPWP. When the
author made recapitulation of PPh, the documents were not complete such as Bukti
Penerimaan Surat, Bukti Penerimaan Negara and SSP. The solutions are ask for the
incomplete documents.
The suggestion for KKP Edy Gunawan are the company should be more careful in
checking the completeness of documents that will be required, the company is also
more thorough in checking whether the defective documents

A STUDY OF ENGLISH-INDONESIAN CODE MIXING AS FOUND IN THE INDAH GUNAWAN YOUTUBE VIDEO
Full text linkThis thesis studies the phenomenon of code-mixing which includes the types and reasons for the use of code-mixing by Indah Gunawan in three of the videos uploaded on her YouTube channel. This study aims to identify the types and reasons for the use of code-mixing by Indah Gunawan in a podcast entitled The Indah G Show. In this study, the author implemented a qualitative descriptive method. Data was collected by observing Indah Gunawan's utterances, which included components of code-mixing. The data was analyzed using Muysken's (2000) theory of code-mixing and Hoffman's (1991) theory of reasons for code-mixing. Three types of code mix were discovered among the 37 data analyzed: insertion (24), alternation (12), and lexical congruent lexicalization (1). Insertion appeared as the most frequently used type of code mix and lexical congruent was the least used type of code mix by Indah Gunawan. In addition, the writer identified five reasons for Indah's use of code-mixing: talking about a particular topic (21), quoting somebody else (4), interjection (1), repetition used for clarification (2), being emphatic about something (2), and expressing group identity (7). Profil Klinik dan Farmakoterapi Anti-Dislipidemia Diabetes di Rumah Sakit Gunawan Mangunkusumo Ambarawa: Clinical and Pharmacotherapeutic Profile of Anti-Diabetic Dyslipidemia at Gunawan Mangunkusumo Hospital
Full text linkDyslipidemia is characterized by increased plasma TG, low HDL-c, and high LDL-c, which is commonly found in patients with diabetes mellitus (DM) and is one of the main causes of ischemic stroke and cardiovascular death risk. This study aims to describe the clinical profile and pharmacotherapy of diabetic dyslipidemia drugs at GM Hospital. This study is a descriptive cross-sectional study by collecting data from medical records of diabetic dyslipidemia patients treated at GMA Hospital from January to December 2022. Antidiabetic and antidyslipidemic drugs prescribed by clinicians were collected and presented in tables and figures. The study showed that 28 (37.84%) were male and 46 (62.16%) were female. The average age of the population was 56.71 ± 13.60 years. Clinical profile with TC: 200.73 ± 56.40 mg/dL (limit), LDL-c level: 132.73 ± 57.67 mg/dL (almost optimal), and TG: 280.76 ± 169.40 mg/dL. Antidyslipidemic drugs were Fenofibrat (58.57%) and Atorvastatin (41.46%). Antidiabetic drugs were insulin Aspart (IAsp) (86.49%), insulin Degludec (IDeg) (4.05%), IDegAsp (combination of IDeg and IAsp) (5.41%), and Glimepiride (4.05%). The pattern of drug prescription in diabetic dyslipidemia patients was a combination of Fenofibrate-IAsp (45.95%); Atorvastatin-IAsp (29.73%); Fenofibrate-Atorvastatin-IAsp (10.51%); Atorvastatin-IDegAsp (5.41%); Fenofibrate-IDegAsp, and Fenofibrat-Glimepiride (4.05%, respectively). This study implies that insulin and Fenofibrate or Atorvastatin are the main drug groups for the treatment of diabetic patients with dyslipidemia either when used alone or in combination. Further studies focus on the reasons for drug safety and quality of life.

Dislipidemia ditandai dengan peningkatan plasma TG, HDL-c rendah, dan LDL-c tinggi, yang umum ditemukan pada subyek dibetes mellitus (DM) dan merupakan salah satu penyebab utama stroke iskemik dan resiko kematian kardiovaskular. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan profil klinik dan farmakoterapi obat diabetes dislipidemia diabetik di Ruamh Sakit Gunawan Mangunkuumo (RSGM). Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif cross sectional dengan mengumpulkan data dari rekam medis subyek diabetes dislipidemia yang dirawat di RS GMA pada bulan Januari sampai dengan Desember 2022. Obat antidiabetik dan antidislipidemia yang diresepkan oleh klinisi dikumpulkan dan disajikan dalam bentuk tabel dan gambar. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 28 (37,84%) berjenis kelamin laki-laki dan 46 (62,16%) perempuan. Rata-rata usia populasi 56,71 ± 13,60 tahun. Profil klinik dengan TC: 200,73 ± 56,40 mg/dL (batas), kadar LDL-c: 132,73 ± 57,67 mg/dL (hampir optimal), dan TG: 280,76 ± 169,40 mg/dL. Obat antidislipidemia adalah Fenofibrat (58,57%) dan Atorvastatin (41,46%). Obat antidiabetes adalah insulin Aspart (IAsp) (86,49%), insulin degludec (IDeg) (4,05%), IDegAsp (kombinasi IDeg dan IAsp) (5,41%), dan Glimepiride (4,05%). Pola peresepan obat pada subyek dislipidemia diabetik adalah kombinasi Fenofibrat-IAsp (45,95%); Atorvastatin-IAsp (29,73%); Fenofibrat-Atorvastatin-IAsp (10,51%); Atorvastatin-IDegAsp (5,41%); Fenofibrat-IDegAsp, dan Fenofibrat-Glimepiride masing-masing (4,05%). Studi ini menyiratkan bahwa insulin dan Fenofibrat atau Atorvastatin merupakan kelompok obat utama untuk pengobatan subyek dislipidemia diabetes baik bila digunakan sendiri maupun dalam kombinasi. This study was a quantitative content analysis research with descriptive approach. The population of research was all news coverage concerning the assignment of Budi Gunawan as the candidate of Police Head (Kapolri) published in Kompas daily editions of January-February 2015. Meanwhile, the sample was news concerning the assignment of Budi Gunawan to be the candidate of Police Head (Kapolri) in Kompas daily editions of January 8-February 23, 2015. The types of data used were primary and secondary ones. The primary data was collected by means of observing and calculating the emergence of news coverage concerning the assignment of Budi Gunawan to be the candidate of Police Head (Kapolri) in Kompas daily editions of January 8-February 23, 2015 and secondary data was obtained indirectly by the author through collecting literature, journals and other document supporting the primary data.
