Komunikasi Politik Jamaluddin Pohan-Pantas Maruba Lumbantobing dalam Pemilihan Kepala Daerah Kota Sibolga Tahun 2020
No full textThis study tries to describe the political communication carried out by the Jamaluddin Pohan-Pantas Maruba Lumbantobing couple in the 2020 Sibolga City Election. The 2020 elections which were held in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic made the current situation a challenge that the candidate pairs for regional heads had to go through. Restrictions and the use of health protocols as stated in PKPU Number 13 of 2020 make the implementation of this election even more interesting in the way candidate pairs build and carry out their political communication in order to win the election. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, namely research directed at providing facts or events systematically and accurately regarding the nature of the research and analyzing the truth based on the data obtained. Data collection techniques using interview techniques and through literature study.
In this study, there are several forms of political communication carried out by the Jamaluddin Pohan-Pantas Maruba Lumbantobing couple, namely by making intense visits to the community long before the election, house-to-house campaigns and the use of social media as a medium of communication. political communication. Meanwhile, direct visits to the community by the Jamaluddin Pohan-Pantas Maruba Lumbantobing couple had started earlier, or exactly one year before the election took place. The form of direct visit communication is to build good relations between the community and the candidate pair Jamaluddin Pohan-Pantas Maruba Lumbantobing and to create a good political image within the community itself. In the implementation of political communication, the Jamal-Pantas couple also has several obstacles in carrying out political communication, namely hoax news and the immaturity of voters in responding to differences in political choices.Penelitian ini mencoba mendeskripsikan komunikasi politik yang dilakukan oleh pasangan Jamaluddin Pohan-Pantas Maruba Lumbantobing pada Pilkada Kota Sibolga tahun 2020. Pilkada 2020 yang digelar di tengah pandemi covid-19 membuat situasi saat ini menjadi tantangan yang harus dilalui oleh pasangan calon kepala daerah. Pembatasan dan penggunaan protokol kesehatan sebagaimana tertuang dalam PKPU Nomor 13 Tahun 2020 membuat pelaksanaan pemilu ini semakin menarik dalam cara pasangan calon membangun dan melaksanakan komunikasi politiknya guna memenangkan pemilu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu penelitian yang diarahkan untuk memberikan fakta atau peristiwa secara sistematis dan akurat mengenai sifat penelitian dan menganalisis kebenaran berdasarkan data yang diperoleh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara dan melalui studi kepustakaan.
Dalam penelitian ini terdapat beberapa bentuk komunikasi politik yang dilakukan oleh pasangan Jamaluddin Pohan-Pantas Maruba Lumbantobing yaitu dengan melakukan kunjungan ke masyarakat secara intens jauh sebelum pemilu, kampanye dari rumah ke rumah dan penggunaan media sosial sebagai media komunikasi. komunikasi politik. No full textPaper from the AFRC 2013 conference titled Evaluation of a Technical Basis for Setting Firebox Pressure Oscillation Alarm in Fired Heaters by Jamal JamaluddinThe Rosemount 3051S pressure transmitter was tested to verify if the Standard Deviation signal (Std-Dev) could be utilized as a means to define an alarm point for Draft Oscillation in fired heaters. This test included peak-to-peak pressure pulses from 0.5 in-w.c. to 2.0 in-w.c., and frequencies from 1 Hz to 10 Hz. The Std-Dev signal provided by the pressure transmitter via HART is converted to 4-20 mA signal. The Std-Dev signal was shown to meet the intent of this application, and not likely to cause nuisance alarm concerns if due diligence is used in selecting the alarm point. The purpose of the firebox pressure alarm is to provide an early alert that the burners are outside of the desired, or historical, operating envelope. If this value becomes a nuisance alarm, then it can be increased by one standard deviation. The recommended action for this alarm is to check the operating parameters, such as the O2, damper position, firebox pressure, fuel gas pressure and fuel gas flow. A proactive response to such an alarm would be to automatically reduce the firing rate - an approach that has been implemented at some locations. If the operating parameters are normal, then a visual check of the burners should be conducted to see if one or more burners are becoming unsteady. The affected burner may need to be cleaned

Especially for Muslims, the need for a calendar is very urgent because there are many Muslim worships related to time, such as the Hajj, Ramadan fasting and other purposes. There are two systems of calendars based on the circulation times of heavenly bodies. First, the Christian calendar is a dating system based on the average circulation of the Earth around the Sun (Solar System). Second, the Hijri Calendar is a calendar based on the average circulation of the moon around the Earth (Lunar System). The criteria clearly affect the uncertainty of the Islamic Calendar. Then it is necessary to unite the Islamic calendar universally. One of the initiators in uniting the Islamic calendar is Jamaluddin Abdur Raziq which is contained in at-Taqwim al-Qamariy al-Islam al-Muwaahid or famous for the term Universal Islamic Calendar. This idea arises because of the differences that often occur in beginning and ending the beginning of the lunar month. In this concept Jamaluddin Abdur Raziq hopes that all Muslims throughout the world have a permanent Islamic calendar. The method applied in this paper is descriptive analysis. The author will describe the concept of Jamaludin Abdur Raziq's idea of the unification of the Islamic Calendar.
