No full textAs lighthouses have become less essential to navigation, many of their historic structures have faced demolition or neglect. So, this final project will enlighten with more detail regarding the maintenance works for lighthouse. This research of the study will involves marine department of Malaysia as a government organization that responsible to manage lighthouses. The aim of this final project is to investigate the implementation of marine department to maintain the lighthouse and suggest the best design maintenance for lighthouse. To support this research, four lighthouses have been taken as case studies. The data gathered from observation, condition survey and interview conducted at the site. It is hoped that the overall findings of the study will be beneficial for further research that can be developed in this particular area. Besides that, the analysis is made to achieve the objective of this study. Conclusion and recommendation also made in the last chapter to achieve the objective of the study. State University of Jakarta.The aim of this study was to test the effect of Celebrity Endorser (Arief Muahamad) on consumer buying interest on Erigo Store Product. This study took a sample of – in the Faculty of Economics, University of Jakarta were used as respondents in the study. The author uses descriptive quantitative methods as used to test determines the celebrity endorser influence on consumer buying. The variable x in this study are attractiveness, trustworthiness, expertise and y variables that buying interest Quantitative testing performed by multiple linear regression quantitative test that determines how closely the relationship between the variable x and y variables.

The main challenges include limited digital infrastructure, lack of skills of health workers in using technology, and patient data security risks. Proposed solutions include increasing investment in technology infrastructure, ongoing training for health workers, and implementing stricter data security policies. No full textThis research discusses the translation problems of synonymous words in the Arabic novel Al-Hubb Daiman. This novel written by Amil Muhamad Syata, consists of ten episodes and published in 2009 by خوارزم العلمية للنشر والتوزيع Jeddah. In addition to the story, this novel also mentions several events and situations in the city of Mecca and the surrounding area, its food, culture and so on. So, this novel is interesting to be translated into Indonesian. After the researcher translated the entire text of the novel into Indonesian. One of the problems that faced by the author in translating the novel Al-Hubb Daiman the translation of several words that are synonymous. Literally the word synonym is another name for the same thing. Synonym is a phrase which is more or less the same meaning as another expression. The research results that there are three ways to translate synonymous words: 1). Two words that are synonymous translated with one word. The words that are synonymous in this initial step the author found as many as 33 words, 2.) Reduce the words that are synonymous. In this second step synonyms are found as many as 7, and 3). Two words that are synonymous with both. In this step the writer found 8 words. The total number of words synonymous in the Al-Hubb Daiman novel that the author found was 48 words

No full textVirus Covid-19 telah mengakibatkan krisis ekonomi yang berakibat pada sektor ekonomi seperti pariwisatan, riteil, perbankan dan juga berdampak pada sektor pelayanan public, yang kemudian menjadi isu penting lainnya adalah sektor digital menghadapi krisis yang disebabkan oleh adanya pendemi covid-19, sektor digital memegang peranan penting dalam masa pendemi. Makalah ini diuji dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh covid-19 terhadap pengembalian saham dan book to market rasio Perusahaan digital di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Covid-19 memberikan dampak yang positif yang signifikan terhadap pengembalian saham dan market to book rasio baik dalam hal jumlah kasus teriveksi maupun jumlah kasus kematian.
 
A survey on the awareness of ergonomics importance among the FSKM students / Nuraini Muhamad Sakri
No full textThis research has 2 objectives. First objective is to explore the concept of ergonomics and second objective is to investigate the awareness of ergonomics among the FSKM students. Data collected includes general respondents information such as age, gender, taken HCI course, Program of studies, knowledge about ergonomics and average hours use computer . Only 60 respondents were involved to conduct this research. Methods that are used in this research is survey and 60 questionnaire was distributed among UiTM Shah Alam students focusing on students from Faculty of Computer and Mathematical Science (FSKM). In this paper, the author used both primary and secondary data in information gathering. The sample design used is probability sampling in which researcher used convenience sampling to collect data. This research shows that the students who have taken HCI courses are more aware on physical ergonomics which is 0.64 correlations. The ergonomics awareness and HCI knowledge are statically significant

No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Komparasi Kinerja Antara Karyawan Tetap Dengan Karyawan Tidak Tetap ( Studi Kasus di UMKM Zaki Collection di Desa Padurenan Kabupaten Kudus ).
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (Field Research). Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Interpretasi Data. Analisis tersebut bersifat Kualitatif. Kemudian untuk mendapatkan suatu simpulan yang akurat, maka akan digunakan alur pemikiran dengan menggunakan metode deduktif dan metode induktif. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa 1). Kinerja Karyawan Tetap di UMKM Zaki Collection secara umum memiliki kualitas hasil produksi yang cukup bagus dan rapi, namun hasil produksi yang didapatkan kadang-kadang tidak sesuai target. 2). Kinerja Karyawan Tidak Tetap di UMKM Zaki Collection cenderung lebih rapi dalam pengerjaannya serta sesuai yang diharapkan, selain itu hasil pekerjaannya rata-rata dalam satu pekan cenderung lebih banyak dari karyawan tetap. 3). Komparasi Kinerja Karyawan dan hasil kualitas produksi antara Karyawan Tetap dan Karyawan Tidak Tetap memiliki perbedaan antara keduanya. Yakni pada karyawan tetap secara umum dalam pekerjaanya cenderung masih ada sedikit masih kuang rapi jika dibandingkan dengan karyawan yang bekerja dari rumah. Sedangkan jumlah produksi yang didapatkan pada tiap sepekannya juga cenderung masih banyak Karyawan Tidak Tetap dari pada Karyawan Tetap

No full textPolisi tidur merupakan salah satu alat pengaman yang digunakan untuk jalan. Kitabisa menjumpai banyaknya polisitidur di sekitar kita,akan tetapi pemanfaatan polisi tidur selain sebagai alatkeselamatan berlalulintas, masih sangatlah jarang kita temukan, khususnya di indonesia.
Dari permasalahan ini,muncul sebuah gagasan untuk merancang sebuah alat, yang pada penerapannya bisa memanfaatkan polisi tidur, maka terciptalah sebuah perancngan pembangkit listrik dengan sumber penggerak generator dari polisi tidur dan dilengkapi dengan kemampuan pengiriman informasi secara wireless. Dengan menggunakan mikrokontroler dan relay sebagai pusat pengendali dari keluaran yang dihasilkan, dan penggunaan modul GSM A7 sebagai pengirim informasi kepada pengelola alat.
Hasil keluaran berupa pembangkitn daya dan pengiriman informasi secara wireless. Sistem ini bekerja dengan generator DC sebagai pembangkit listrik, baterai dengankapasitas 1000mAh sebagai media penyimpanan daya, sertaArduino Uno dan Relay sebagai kontrol sistem, dan modul GSM A7 akan mengirimkan pesan singkat kepada pengelola (pemilik) pada. Sehingga pemilik bisa mengganti baterai penampungan yang penuh tersebut dengan yang masih kosong. Dari hasil pengujian, besarnya keluaran listrik yang dihasilkan antara 0.6 – 0.99 VDC, dan pengiriman pesan singkat dilakukan pada saat tegangan pada baterai penampungan terbaca 4.0 V.
