    Lingkungan di Jakarta dan Kota Sekitar: Apakah Mandiri?

    Urban areas struggle with inefficient mobility, uneven facility distribution, and declining quality of life. The concepts of self-contained neighborhoods and the 15-minute city offer solutions by promoting access to essential services within a 15-minute walk. Nevertheless, empirical studies in fast-growing metropolitan cities in Jabodetabek remain limited, despite their vulnerability to urban sprawl, spatial fragmentation, and unequal access. This study examines residential neighborhoods in the Jabodetabek cities through a household survey that measures walking times to 42 types of facilities, calculated using Google Maps. Data were analyzed using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and a one-sample t-test against the 15-minute benchmark. Results show an average walking time of 16.35 minutes (SD = 4.18), exceeding the target. Basic services like minimarkets, primary schools, mosques, pharmacies, and community halls are accessible within 10 minutes, while non-basic services—including recreation, education, finance, and minority worship—require over 20 minutes. These findings indicate that the surveyed neighborhoods only partially fulfill the self-contained principle. The results are consistent with prior studies highlighting that metropolitan regions face difficulties in implementing the 15-minute city due to spatial imbalances and limited pedestrian infrastructure. In conclusion, residential neighborhoods in Jabodetabek cities have not yet fully achieved the criteria of self-contained neighborhoods. Policy directions should therefore focus on redistributing non-basic facilities, improving safe and comfortable pedestrian infrastructure, and promoting mixed-use development integrated with transit-oriented development (TOD) to reduce reliance on motorized vehicles and enhance urban quality of life.Menciptakan lingkungan mandiri merupakan jalan menuju kota berkelanjutan. Tujuan penelitian ini menilai kemandirian lingkungan berdasarkan jarak rata-rata berjalan kaki dari rumah ke berbagai fasilitas. Jarak 15 menit berjalan kaki digunakan sebagai tolok ukur. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode survei kuesioner. Data jarak berjalan kaki (menit) diukur menggunakan Google Maps. Responden menggunakan kata kunci yang sama untuk setiap jenis fasilitas yang diukur jaraknya. Kembali 57 kuesioner yang berasal dari berbagai lingkungan di Jakarta dan kota-kota sekitarnya. Dilakukan uji normalitas data sebelum uji hipotesis yang menggunakan uji perbandingan rata-rata (uji t). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan tidak dapat digolongkan sebagai mandiri berdasarkan ketersediaan fasilitas dalam jarak 15 menit. Jarak rata-rata fasilitas adalah 16,35 menit. Agar lingkungan mandiri perlu penyediaan fasilitas melalui teknik pengaturan zonasi; kolaborasi antara para pelaku dalam menata ulang tempat-tempat aktivitas; dan meningkatkan jalur pejalan kaki yang aman dan nyaman untuk meningkatkan aksesibilitas pejalan kaki

    AI in News Radio: Navigating Technology while Preserving Human Connection and Journalistic Values (A Case Study of Three News Radio Stations in Jakarta, Indonesia)

    Since the public's adoption of ChatGPT in 2022, concerns have arisen about the possibility of AI will replace human roles across various industries, including radio broadcasting. While many radio professionals argue that AI will not diminish the importance of human involvement, some stations are already incorporating AI technologies. This study examines AI adoption in three news radio stations in Jakarta, focusing on its usage, guidelines, and future implementation plans. Utilizing a qualitative case study method, data were gathered through interviews with editors, observations, and literature review. The results show that initially, AI was not considered essential in news radio due to its simple production; however, its development is closely monitored. While AI improves efficiency, concerns about over-reliance on technology impacting human relationships persist. Radio managers must balance technological progress with human connections and uphold journalistic standards to maintain listener trust. Stations differ in their AI use—some utilize it for specific tasks, while others integrate it into operations and customize their content. There are no formal internal guidelines for AI in journalism, highlighting the importance of the guidelines from the Indonesian press council. AI serves in editorial processes, but the human role remains central in news judgment. The broadcaster-listener relationship remains vital; however, it is important to consider the shifting patterns of media consumption.Sejak publik mulai menggunakan Chat GPT pada tahun 2022, muncul kontroversi mengenai kemungkinan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (AI) akan menggantikan peran manusia dalam berbagai pekerjaan. Kekhawatiran ini juga meluas ke industri penyiaran radio global. Banyak profesional radio berpendapat bahwa AI tidak akan menyingkirkan peran manusia.  Namun, sebagian profesional penyiaran radio lainnya mulai mengadopsi teknologi AI dalam berbagai aspek pengelolaan.  Diskusi mengenai realitas ganda ini berputar pada isu keseimbangan antara kontribusi manusia dan kemajuan teknologi dalam berbagai bidang pekerjaa, terutama pada lembaga penyiaran radio sebagai konteks penelitian ini melalui eksporasi terhadap adaptasi teknologi AI pada tiga stasiun radio berita di Jakarta.  Fokus penelitian tertuju pada pandangan dalam kehadiran dan penggunaan AI, kebijakan dan pedoman dalam pemafaatan AI, serta jenis AI yang saat ini digunakan atau direncanakan untuk diterapkan di masa depan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara,   observasi, dan tinjauan literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa para informan menganggap teknologi AI sangat penting untuk meningkatkan  pengelolaan media radio siaran. Integrasi AI terjadi secara bertahap, disertai pengamatan dan penelitian terus-menerus terhadap berbagai bentuk dan kemajuan teknologi tersebut. Stasiun radio bersikap hati-hati dalam proses adaptasi ini, karena mereka harus mempertahankan standar jurnalistik yang telah ditetapkan.     Menavigasi Transisi ITB Innovation Park melalui Perspektif Multi Tingkat

    The development of the science techno park (STP) in Indonesia aims to facilitate innovation-based industrial growth. Concurrently, the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) is committed to realizing an entrepreneurial university by leveraging research results through the ITB-STP, also known as the ITB Innovation Park (IIP). The IIP acts as an innovation center that connects research with market needs and functions as an innovation commercialization accelerator. Research using the Multi-Level Perspective Framework indicates policy shifts in STP development during the 2015– 2019 and 2020–2024 periods. Despite producing various innovative products, IIP faces challenges in transitioning the socio-technical system for commercializing research outputs, particularly in integrating with the broader regime and ensuring innovation sustainability. IIP’s initiatives demonstrate instances of fit & fit; however, during the fit & stretch phase, IIP continues to encounter challenges, particularly concerning market responses to the innovative products offered. This indicates that the stretching process remains in progress. Consequently, IIP’s success in reshaping the regime depends on enhanced collaboration, systematic innovation validation, and supportive government policies to foster the establishment of a new innovation-based regime.Pengembangan Science Techno Park (STP) di Indonesia dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk memfasilitasi pertumbuhan industri berbasis inovasi. Di sisi lain, ITB berkomitmen untuk mewujudkan entrepreneurial university dengan mengoptimalkan potensi inovasi dari hasil riset melalui STP ITB atau ITB Innovation Park (IIP). Innovation Park (IIP) berperan sebagai pusat inovasi yang menghubungkan riset dengan kebutuhan pasar dan berfungsi sebagai akselerator komersialisasi inovasi. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan kerangka Multi-Level Perspective menunjukkan pergeseran dalam perubahan kebijakan terkait konsep pengembangan STP dalam periode 2015- 2019 dan 2020-2024. Meskipun Innovation Park (IIP) telah menghasilkan berbagai produk inovasi, transisi sistem sosio-teknikal dalam komersialisasi produk riset masih menghadapi tantangan.     Norma dan Negosiasi dalam Fandom Plave Indonesia di X

    In virtual idol fandoms, fans often follow shared norms that shape how they interact with one another. This research draws on fandom, norms, and negotiation theories to explore how such norms emerge and are negotiated within the Plli fandom on social media X, focusing on the figure of “Terra Plave” as the controlling presence behind Plave’s virtual idol avatar. Based on data from phenomenological interviews with four Indonesian fans, the study identifies two central aspects of these norms: the types of accounts fans use and their responses to provocative posts and doxxing. The findings suggest that the norms surrounding Terra Plave reflect an ongoing process of negotiation among fans, aimed at resolving internal conflicts triggered by official statements from Plave’s label.Dalam fandom idola virtual, penggemar sering mengikuti norma-norma bersama yang membentuk cara mereka berinteraksi dengan satu sama lain. Penelitian ini mengacu pada teori fandom dan teori norma untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana norma-norma tersebut muncul dan dinegosiasikan dalam fandom Plli di media sosial X, dengan fokus pada figur “Terra Plave” sebagai sosok pengendali dibalik avatar idola virtual Plave.     Etika dan Desain Kerja Berpusat pada Manusia dalam Integrasi AI pada Ekosistem Platform Industry 5.0

    This study proposes a conceptual-analytical framework for human-centric AI integration in Industry 5.0 by employing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) and Applied Framework Analysis (AFA). A structured PRISMA-based screening process was applied to ensure transparency in identifying and selecting 48 scholarly sources that inform the framework. The review reveals three foundational dimensions enabling responsible AI adoption: ethical governance grounded in transparency and accountability, inclusive innovation addressing bias and digital inequality, and futureready human capital oriented toward capability enhancement. These dimensions are synthesized into a sociotechnical framework that bridges normative humancentric principles with organizational practice. To demonstrate its analytical utility, the framework is applied to Gojek Indonesia as an illustrative case using publicly available secondary information, without claiming empirical verification or access to proprietary algorithmic processes. The analysis indicates partial alignment between Gojek’s documented initiatives and human-centric principles, particularly in interface transparency, communication design, and worker-support mechanisms, while also exposing persistent tensions related to power asymmetry and limited algorithmic visibility. The study concludes that although secondary evidence suggests opportunities for human-centric implementation, comprehensive evaluation requires multi-method empirical research capable of capturing lived experiences and internal decision-making structures.Penelitian ini mengusulkan sebuah kerangka konseptual-analitis untuk integrasi AI berpusat pada manusia dalam konteks Industri 5.0 melalui Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dan Applied Framework Analysis (AFA). Proses SLR dilakukan secara transparan menggunakan alur seleksi berbasis PRISMA untuk menyaring 48 sumber ilmiah yang menjadi dasar penyusunan kerangka. Hasil sintesis literatur mengidentifikasi tiga dimensi utama yang memungkinkan penerapan AI yang bertanggung jawab, yaitu tata kelola etis yang menekankan transparansi dan akuntabilitas, inovasi inklusif yang menangani bias serta ketimpangan digital, dan penguatan modal manusia yang berorientasi pada peningkatan kapabilitas. Ketiga dimensi tersebut disusun ke dalam sebuah kerangka sosioteknologi yang menjembatani prinsip normatif dengan praktik organisasi. Untuk menunjukkan kegunaan analisis, kerangka tersebut diterapkan pada kasus ilustratif Gojek Indonesia dengan menggunakan informasi sekunder yang tersedia secara publik, tanpa mengklaim verifikasi empiris maupun akses terhadap proses algoritmik internal. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya keselarasan parsial antara praktik terdokumentasi Gojek dan prinsip AI berpusat pada manusia, khususnya pada aspek transparansi antarmuka, komunikasi sistem, dan dukungan bagi pekerja, sekaligus mengungkap ketegangan terkait asimetri kekuasaan dan keterbatasan visibilitas algoritmik. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bukti sekunder menunjukkan peluang penerapan prinsip human-centric, namun evaluasi komprehensif tetap memerlukan penelitian empiris multimetode yang menangkap pengalaman pengguna serta struktur pengambilan keputusan internal

    Penyesuaian Konsep Identitas Sosial pada Korpus Ujaran Kebencian, Pendekatan Komputasional Linguistik

    The identification of hate speech must be accompanied by the identification of social identity concepts. This study aims to provide an alternative corpus with text metadata and social identity based on relevant laws that are designed to be implemented in machine learning. Two key questions are addressed: what social identity semantic domains are realized in the corpus, and what are the accuracy measurement results from the corpus? To achieve these aims, the study adopts a mixed-methods approach: qualitative for the first question and quantitative for the second. This research falls under the broader umbrella of computational linguistics, utilizing semantic domain theory and natural language processing. The first approach shows that the corpus only contributes five out of nine formulated domains, dominated by negative (uncategorized), religion, and ethnicity. The second approach indicates suboptimal conditions in the annotation distribution of the corpus, despite an average accuracy rate of over 80%. This condition limits the model’s ability to generalize beyond the information within the corpus, especially regarding social identity categories that are not fully represented. This study differs from previous ones by focusing on data categorization based on more up-to-date legal sources. Future research could elaborate on this work by incorporating new language use concepts aligned with the corpus's original goal to detect hate speech.Identifikasi ujaran kebencian harus dibarengi dengan identifikasi konsep identitas sosial. Penelitian ini berupaya memberikan korpus alternatif dengan metadata teks dan identitas sosial berdasarkan hukum terkait. Untuk itu terdapat dua pertanyaan yang perlu di jawab, yaitu apa saja domain semantik identitas sosial yang terealisasi dalam korpus serta bagaimana hasil pengujian dari korpus tersebut. Dengan tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini mengadopsi metode penelitian campuran, yaitu kualitatif untuk pertanyaan pertama dan kuantitatif untuk pertanyaan kedua. Payung besar penelitian ini adalah Linguistik Komputasional yang memanfaatkan teori Domain Semantik dan perhitungan algoritma pembelajaran mesin. Teori tersebut digunakan untuk memproses data korpus ujaran kebencian sebagai luaran dari penelitian sebelumnya yang tersedia secara open-source. Hasil analisis memproyeksikan adanya kondisi yang kurang layak dari segi distribusi anotasi pada korpus, walaupun luaran pengujian akurasi memunculkan angka rata-rata di atas 80%. Kondisi ini mengakibatkan model mesin memiliki kemampuan terbatas hanya pada informasi di dalam korpus saja, sedangkan terdapat kategori identitas sosial yang pengetahuannya tidak termuat dalam korpus. Penelitian ini membedakan dengan penelitian sebelumnya dengan berfokus pada kategorisasi data berdasarkan sumber hukum terkait yang lebih mutakhir.     Inovasi Model Pembelajaran Geografi Melalui Teaching at The Right Level Untuk Meningkatkan Critical Thinking dan Problem Solving pada Kurikulum Merdeka

    Critical thinking and problem solving are skills needed by students to deal with the complexity and ambiguity of information. The teaching at the right level (TaRL) approach is a learning approach that orients students to learn in a learning design based on ability levels. The implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka (Independent Curriculum) is one of the efforts aimed at developing students' character as well as their critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The purpose of this study is to develop a geography learning model that utilizes the teaching at the right level approach to enhance critical thinking and problem-solving skills within the framework of the Independent Curriculum. This research method uses research and development, using a 4D development model (four-D model) with stages, namely, define, design, develop, and disseminate. The subjects of this study included validators, who were geographylecturers and teachers, as well as students from SMA Negeri 2 and SMA Negeri 7 in Banda Aceh. Data collection techniques used feasibility test sheets, tests, and questionnaires, which were analyzed with N-gain. Research Results: At the defining stage, the division of heterogeneous student groups made it difficult for teachers to develop students' critical thinking skills. The designing stage consisted of designing teaching modules, student worksheets, and assessment instruments. The development stage, expert validation, content, and construction of the developed model fall into the category of highly feasible implementation. During the dissemination stage, student N-gain increased by 50% in the medium category and by 23.3% in the high category. Student responses to the learning model were in the very good category, with a percentage of 93.8%.Critical thinking dan problem solving merupakan keterampilan yang diperlukan peserta didik untuk menghadapi kompleksitas dan ambiguitas informasi. Pendekatan Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL), yaitu pendekatan pembelajaran yang mengorientasikan peserta didik untuk belajar pada desain pembelajaran berbasis tingkat kemampuan. Implementasi Kurikulum merdeka merupakan salah satu upaya pengembangan karakter dan mengembangkan kemampuan critical thinking serta problem solving peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran geografi melalui Teaching at the Right Level untuk meningkatkan critical thinking dan problem solving pada Kurikulum Merdeka. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development), menggunakan model pengembangan 4D (four-D model) dengan tahapan yaitu define (pendefinisian), design (perancangan), develop (pengembangan) dan dessimination (penyebaran). Subjek penelitian ini adalah validator yang merupakan dosen dan guru bidang studi Geografi serta peserta didik SMA Negeri 2 dan SMA Negeri 7 Banda Aceh. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan lembar uji kelayakan, tes dan angket, yang dianalisis dengan N-gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model yang dikembangkan termasuk kategori sangat layak untuk diimplementasikan. Hasil validasi ahli isi dan konstruk menujukan kategori sangat layak. Peningkatan N-gain siswa pada kategori sedang sebanyak 50% dan tinggi sebanyak 23,3%. Respon siswa terhadap model pembelajaran masuk ke kategori sangat baik dengan persentase 93,8%

    Argument-Mapping menggunakan ChatGPT untuk Meningkatkan Kualitas Argumen Ilmiah bagi Mahasiswa

    This study explores the impact of Argument Mapping (AM) assisted by ChatGPT on students' ability to write scientific arguments. While AM has been shown to enhance argumentative skills, there is limited research on integrating generative technologies like ChatGPT into the AM model for writing instruction. This study examines ChatGPT's role in helping students in the Nursing and Primary School Teacher Education (PGSD) programs develop clearer and more logical argument structures. A mixed-methods explanatory sequential design was used, incorporating quantitative pre- and post-tests to measure improvements in argumentative writing and qualitative semi-structured interviews to gather students' perceptions. Results show that AM supported by ChatGPT significantly enhances students' argumentative writing skills, particularly in clarity and argument structure in depth. The findings suggest that ChatGPT aids writing and fosters critical thinking. However, ethical considerations, including plagiarism awareness, are important when using this technology. This study contributes to the literature by highlighting AI's potential to improve argumentative writing skills and promoting the integration of technology in education for developing critical thinking.Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi dampak Pemetaan Argumen (Argument Mapping/AM) yang dibantu oleh ChatGPT terhadap kemampuan mahasiswa dalam menulis argumen ilmiah. Meskipun AM telah terbukti meningkatkan keterampilan berargumentasi, penelitian yang mengintegrasikan teknologi generatif seperti ChatGPT ke dalam model AM untuk pembelajaran menulis masih terbatas. Penelitian ini mengkaji peran ChatGPT dalam membantu mahasiswa program Keperawatan dan Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar (PGSD) dalam mengembangkan struktur argumen yang lebih jelas dan logis. Desain metode campuran sekuensial eksplanatori digunakan dalam mengintegrasikan prates dan pascates kuantitatif untuk mengukur peningkatan kemampuan menulis argumentatif. Wawancara semiterstruktur kualitatif digunakan untuk mengumpulkan persepsi mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan AM yang didukung oleh ChatGPT secara signifikan meningkatkan keterampilan menulis argumentatif mahasiswa, khususnya dalam hal kejelasan dan kedalaman struktur argumen. Temuan ini menunjukkan ChatGPT tidak hanya membantu proses menulis, tetapi juga mendorong pemikiran kritis. Namun demikian, pertimbangan etis, termasuk kesadaran mengenai plagiarisme, penting untuk diperhatikan dalam penggunaan teknologi ini. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada literatur dengan menyoroti potensi AI dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menulis argumentatif dan mendorong integrasi teknologi dalam pendidikan untuk mengembangkan pemikiran kritis
