HUBUNGAN ANTARA LINGKUNGAN KERJA FISIK DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA PADA KARYAWAN PT. MORITA TJOKRO GEARINDO DI JAKARTA
EKA SUNDARI, The Correlation Between Physical Work Environment with Job Satisfaction of Employee At PT. Morita Tjokro Gearindo Jakarta. Studies Program Commerce Education, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta.
The research was conducted at PT. Morita Tjokro Gearindo Jakarta, for five months from February 2015 until June 2015. The research method used is survey method with the correlational approach. The population in this research are residents of employees PT. Morita Tjokro Gearindo in Jakarta, where as the possible populations were resedents of employee PT. Morita Tjokro Gearindo production department abaout 50 employees. The sampling technique used was simple random technique as much as 44 employees.
The resulting regression equation is Y = 48.09 + 0.54 X. Test requirements analysis that estimates the error normality test regression of Y on X with the test Liliefors produce Lhitung = 0.1236, while Ltabel for n = 44 on a significant level of 0.05 is 0.134. Because Lhitung (Lo) Ftable, ie 35.25> 4.07, meaning that the regression equation significantly. The correlation coefficient of Pearson Product Moment generating r xy = 0.675, then the correlation coefficient significance test was done using the t test and the resulting t = 5.937 and table = 1.68. It can be concluded that the correlation coefficient r xy = 0.675 is significant. The coefficient of determination obtained at 45.63%, which indicates that 45.63% of the variation job satisfaction is determined by the physical working environment

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi pentingnya strategi dalam proses pembelajaran dan hasil belajar ilmu pengetahuan alam yaitu untuk membangun, mendidik dan menciptakan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan. Dengan adanya strategi pembelajaran ilmu pengetahuan alam yang biasanya kurang asyik, akan mengubah pembelajaran ilmu pengetahuan alam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pembelajaran, hasil pembelajaran dan efektivitas penggunaan strategi trial by jury dalam pembelajaran IPA pada materi penyesuaian diri makhluk hidup terhadap lingkungannya kelas v SD Muhammadiyah 6 Banjarmasin tahun ajaran 2017/2018.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen. Subjek penelitian adalah kelas V SD Muhammadiyah 6 Banjarmasin. Kelas VB sebagai kelompok eksperimen (menggunakan strategi trial by jury) kelas VA sebagai kelompok kontrol (tanpa menggunakan strategi trial by jury) kelompok control menggunakan metode ceramah dan diskusi. Meteri yang diajarkan adalah penyesuaian diri makhluk hidup terhadap lingkungannya. Data proses pembelajaran diambil saat pembelajaran berlangsung menggunakan lembar observasi siswa pada pertemuan kedua, ketiga dan keempat. Sedangkan, data hasil belajar diambil dari nilai pretest dan posstest.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan strategi trial by jury
1. Dilihatdari proses pembelajaran dari pertemuan ke-2, 3 dan 4 menggunakan lembar observasi yang dibantu oleh observer bahwa pembelajaran menggunakan strategi trial by jury dikatakan efektif.
2. Dari hasil belajar dapat diketahui Lhitung = 0,1692 dan Ltabel = 0, 1634 data berdistribusi tidak normal (kelas kontrol), Lhitung = 0,1511 dan Ltabel = 0, 161 data berdistribusi normal (kelas Eksperimen). Sedangkan Lhitung= 0,1822 dan Ltabel = 0,1634 berdistribusi tidak normal (kelas kontrol), Lhitung = 0,1506 dan Ltabel = 0,161 berdistribusi normal jadi dari hasil belajar dapat dilihat ada perbedaan antara kelas kontrol dan eksperimen.
3. Efektivitas dilihat dari bantuan lembar observasi yang dilaksanakan saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung dan melalui perhitungan uji U menyantakan Zhitung lebih kecil dari –Za/2 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima jadi ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelas Eksperimen dan kelas Kontrol
The Influence of Motivation and Work Environment on Nurses Performance in Public Hospitals Sundari Medan
Hospital is a means of health efforts that carry out health service activities and is an institution for providing services. Complex services need to be managed professionally for human resources. One of the service providers at the hospital is a nursing staff. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and work environment on the performance of nurses at RSU Sundari Medan in 2020. The research method used was an analytic survey with a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study were 60 nurses at Sundari Hospital Medan. The sampling method using the total population. The results of the study prove that motivation has a significant effect on the performance of nurses at Sundari Hospital Medan. This shows the results with a P-value (0.000) which is significantly smaller than α = 0.05. The work environment has a significant effect on the performance of nurses at Sundari Hospital Medan, showing the results with a p-value (0.081) which is significantly smaller than α = 0.05. The conclusion from the results of this study shows the influence of motivation, work environment on the performance of nurses in the hospital. Sundari Medan in 2020. It is hoped that the nursing managers can improve the quality of hospital services both in quality and quantity and minimize work stress and workload for nurses
RESPON PERTUMBUHAN DAN PRODUKSI TANAMAN SELADA MERAH (Lactuca sativa var. Red rapids) TERHADAP PEMBERIAN EKSTRAK REBUNG DAN POC URIN KELINCI
Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial
dengan 2 faktor, faktor pertama Ekstrak Rebung (E) dengan 4 taraf , yaitu E0
(Kontrol), E1 (1,5 ml/l air), E2 (3,0 ml/l air), E3 (4,5 ml/l air) Dosis POC Urin
Kelinci (P) dengan 3 taraf, yaitu P0 (Kontrol), P1 (50 ml/l air) , P2 (100 ml/l air).
Terdapat 12 kombinasi perlakuan yang diulang 3 kali menghasilkan 36 satuan
percobaan, jumlah tanaman per plot 18 tanaman dengan 4 tanaman sampel,
jumlah tanaman seluruhnya 648 tanaman dengan jumlah tanaman sampel
seluruhnya 144 tanaman. Parameter yang diukur adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah
daun, luas daun, berat basah tanaman per sampel, berat basah tanaman per plot,
berat kering tanaman per sampel, dan uji organoleptik.
Data hasil pengamatan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis of varians
(ANOVA) dan dilanjutkan dengan uji beda rataan menurut Duncan (DMRT).
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ekstrak rebung (9,25 g) memberikan
pengaruh nyata terhadap parameter berat kering tanaman per sampel pada
perlakuan E2 : (3,0 ml/l air) dan dosis POC urin kelinci (145,14 g) memberikan
pengaruh nyata terhadap parameter berat basah tanaman per sampel pada
perlakuan P1 dan tidak dapat interaksi diantara dua perlakuan
THE EFFECT OF USING ANIMATION VIDEO ON THE EIGHTH GRADE STUDENTS’ VOCABULARY ACHIEVEMENT AT SMPN 5 JEMBER
Vocabulary is one of the three English language components which plays
an important role in mastering all English skills. Kamil and Hiebert (2005:3)
state that when the number of known words are not sufficient, comprehension will
not be achieved for listening and reading skill. Furthermore, the students will get
difficulty in constructing their ideas to produce the language for speaking and
writing skill.
To solve the problem above, the teacher can use media in teaching
learning activities. The researcher considers the use of animation video as the
appropriate teaching media to facilitate the students to get rich vocabulary
instruction since it stimulates students’ autonomy and proactivity. Besides, it
motivates students’ passion for learning English and helps the teacher to get
students’ attention to the lesson. The use of animation video also portraits the
realistic situations in life and provides the students with direct access to learn the
culture of the target language (Wang 2004).
This experimental research was intended to investigate the effect of using
animation video on the eighth grade students’ vocabulary achievement at SMPN 5
Jember in the 2016/2017 academic year. The population of this research was all of
the eighth grade students of SMPN 5 Jember. The research respondents were
determined based on the result of students’ homogeneity test scores by using
ANOVA formula, in which the result showed that the population of the research
was homogeneous so that the experimental class and the control class were
determined by using lottery. The number of the respondents was 73 students,
consisting of 36 students of grade VIII-A as the experimental group that was
taught vocabulary by using animation video and 37 students of VIII-B as the
control group that was taught vocabulary by using lecturing technique. The data of this research were collected from students’ scores of
vocabulary achievement test, interview and documentation. The vocabulary
achievement test was collected from the post-test which was done to compare
students’ vocabulary achievement of the two groups after treatment. Then, the
researcher analyzed the result of the test by using t-test formula. Based on the
calculation of data analysis, it was proved that the use of animation video affected
significantly on the eighth grade students’ vocabulary achievement at SMPN 5
Jember in the 2016/2017 academic year. It could be known from the value of
significance that was less than 0.05 (0.000) with the significance interval of 95%
which indicated that the result of t-test analysis was significant. Therefore, the
alternative hypothesis which was formulated as: “there is a significant effect of
using animation video on the eighth grade students’ vocabulary achievement at
SMPN 5 Jember” was accepted.
The research results proved that there was a significant effect of using
animation video on the eighth grade students’ vocabulary achievement at SMPN 5
Jember. Therefore, it is recommended for the English teacher to use animation
video as an effective teaching media in teaching vocabulary
IMPROVING THE SEVENTH GRADE STUDENTS’ACHIEVEMENT IN WRITING A DESCRIPTIVE PARAGRAPH BY USING INDIVIDUAL PICTURES AT SMPN 2 DRINGU
The preliminary study conducted in the forms of observation and interview
with the English teacher of the seventh grade students of SMPN 2 Dringu revealed
that most of the seventh grade students of SMPN 2 Dringu, especially class VII A,
faced some difficulties in writing a paragraph in terms of finding and generating the
ideas, putting them into right words, phrase, and constructing sentences in the
grammatically correct. This was proven by their previous writing scores which
showed that 18 students (58.06%) of 31 students in Class VII A got 70. There were
only 50% of the students who were active in teaching and learning process of writing.
It means that the students were still passive in the classroom.
In this research, the researcher used individual pictures in teaching a
descriptive paragraph writing to the students because the researcher believed that
individual pictures could improve the seventh grade students’ achievement in writing
a descriptive paragraph and their participation in the teaching learning process of
writing. This research was conducted in 2 cycles from February 4th until February
21st, 2015. Each cycle consist of two meetings and a writing achievement test. The
reseacher and the English teacher of SMPN 2 Dringu taught writing a descriptive
paragraph to the students and did the observation collaboratively.
The results of the classroom observation in the first cycle showed that 20
students (64.52%) in meeting 1 and 23 students (74.19%) in meeting 2 actively
participated during the teaching learning process of writing descriptive paragraph by
using individual pictures. The average result of the students’ active participation in
the first cycle was 69.36%. It showed that there was improvement of the students’
active participation but it still had not achieved the successful criterion of the research that was 75% of the students actively participated during the teaching learning
process of writing by using individual pictures. Beside that, the result of writing test
showed that the students who got score ≥ 70 in the writing test of the first cycle were
only 21 students or 67.74% of 31 students. However, it had not achieved the standard
score yet as the successful criterion of the research for writing at least 75% of the
students got 70 or higher in the writing test.
Based on the results of the first cycle above, the second cycle was necessary
to be conducted. Some revisions dealing with the activities in the classroom had been
made to solve the problems found in the first cycle. The classroom observation and
writing test in the second cycle showed the improvement. In the classroom
observation, the students’ participation showed that 77.42% in meeting 1 and 80.65%
in meeting 2 of the students actively participated in the teaching learning process of
writing descriptive paragraph by using individual pictures. The average result of the
students’ active participation in the second cycle was 79.03%. So, the result of the
observation had achieved the objective of the research. In the second cycle, the result
of the writing test showed that 80.64% of the students (25 of 31 students) got score ≥
70 in the writing test of the second cycle. That number of percentage indicated that
there was improvement in students’ achievement in writing descriptive paragraph.
From the observation done during the teaching learning process of writing
descriptive paragraph by using individual pictures, the average percentage result of
the students’ active participation showed the improvement from Cycle 1 that was
69.36% to 79.03% in Cycle 2. Further, the result of writing test in Cycle 1 indicated
that only 21 students (67.74%) of 31 students achieved the standard minimum score
that was ≥ 70 and it increased in Cycle 2 that 25 students (80.65%) of 31 students
could achieve the standard minimum score that was ≥ 70.
Finally, it could be summarized that the use of individual pictures could
improve the seventh grade students’ achievement in writing descriptive paragraph
and their active participation in the teaching learning process of writing descriptive
paragraph at SMPN 2 Dringu
Application of Vidhana Tantrayukti in the Sequencing of Chapters in Nidanasthana of Ashtanga Hridaya: A Comparative Study with Mula Samhita and Sarvanga Sundari (SS) with Critically Edited Vakyapradeepika (VP) Commentary
Background: Tantrayukti are methodological tools employed in classical Ayurveda to reveal the intent of the author and the underlying structure of the text. Among them, Vidhana explains the sequential arrangement of topics and the rationale behind their narration. Ashtanga Hridaya Nidanasthana comprises sixteen chapters, whose order reflects the Sutrakara’s deliberate structuring. The commentary Vakyapradeepika by Acharya Parameshwara further elaborates these reasons.
Objective: To analyze the application of Vidhana Tantrayukti to the chapters of Nidanasthana of Ashtanga Hridaya and to compare the reasoning provided in the Sarvanga Sundari of Arunadatta with Vakyapradeepika commentary and even with Mula Samhita.
Methods: A chapter-wise textual analysis was conducted. For each chapter of the Nidanasthana, the sequencing rationale (Vidhana) was extracted from both the Mula text and the commentaries named Sarvanga Sundari (SS) and Vakyapradeepika (VP). These were compared systematically to identify concordance, divergence, and complementary perspectives.
Results: The Mula Samhita and Sarvanga Sundari Commentary predominantly bases sequencing on clinical-pathological logic, highlighting disease progression, etiological links, and symptomatic continuity. Vakyapradeepika, on the other hand, emphasizes pedagogical clarity, semantic precision, and Doshic grouping. In most chapters, both sources showed concordance, while in some cases complementary reasoning was observed.
Conclusion: The study demonstrates that Vidhana Tantrayukti functions both as a clinical guide and as an interpretive tool. Comparative analysis with Vakyapradeepika enriches understanding of the author’s intention and the pedagogical design of Nidanasthana, affirming the necessity of Tantrayukti for faithful study and application of Ayurvedic texts

Pengaruh Kecukupan Modal, Risiko Pembiayaan Dan Dana Pihak Ketiga Terhadap Profitabilitas Bank Umum Syariah Di Indonesia Periode 2013-2018
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Kecukupan Modal, Risiko Pembiayaan, Dan Dana Pihak Ketiga terhadap profitabilitas Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia.. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 11 Bank Umum Syariah yang masih aktif dan terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) selama periode penelitian 2013-2018. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data penelitian berupa laporan keuangan tahunan yang diperoleh dari situs resmi masing-masing Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS) versi 21, dengan model regresi adalah regresi lenier berganda. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa CAR dan DPK memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap profitabilitas, sedangkan NPF tidak memiliki pengaruh baik positif atau negatif terhadap profitabilitas. Hasil uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001 dan nilai koefisien determminasi (Adjusted R Square) adalah 0,714

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan antara persepsi siswa tentang kreativitas guru menggunakan media audiovisual terhadap motivasi belajar, untuk itu jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasi yaitu suatu penelitian yang melibatkan tindakan pengumpulan data guna menentukan, apakah ada hubungan dan tingkat hubungan antara dua variabel dan berusaha menggambarkan kondisi sekarang dalam konteks kuantitatif yang direflesikan dalam variabel. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan adalah para guru-guru dan siswa – siswa kelas VIII di MTs NU Sunan Katong Kaliwungu Kendal. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan observasi.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yang diteliti dengan subjek sebanyak 30 responden, menggunakan teknik proporsional random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen untuk mendapatkan data X dan data Y. Data penelitian yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik program forn hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata – rata guru yang kreatif sebesar 50,067. Sedangkan tingkat motivasi belajar siswa dapat dikategorikan dalam kelompok yang baik, hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai rata – rata yang diperoleh sebesar 78,1. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan analisis Product Moment rxy = 3,161 (lebih besar dari 0,361). Hal ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi siswa tentang kreativitas guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas VIII di MTs NU 05 Sunan Katong Kaliwungu Kendal Tahun Pelajaran 2010/2011. Artinya semakin baik kreativitas guru dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran audiovisual pada saat proses pembelajaran maka semakin baik pula tingkat motivasi belajar siswa di MTs NU 05 Kaliwungu Kendal
