ANALYSIS OF CODE SWITCHING USED BY DEDDY CORBUZIER ON HITAM PUTIH PROGRAM IN TRANS7
Full text linkAbstract Used two or more languages within an utterance or what linguists call code switching, fairly common especially between two of the most languages when speaking in public. The code switching often done by someone when he was talking to someone else or talking in front of the public in particular person who mastery more than one language. Deddy Corbuzier always do code switching when speaking or explain topic particular, so topic submitted more interesting.This study aims to analyze the type of code switching used by Deddy Corbuzier on Hitam Putih program in Trans7 and also describe Deddy Corbuzier do code switching based on the theory of Romaine and Hoffman. The writer also analyze the type and the reason code switching of the most dominant frequently by Deddy Corbuzier.The method in this study the writer uses qualitative descriptive and also use the case study to analyze and describe the type and the reason Deddy Corbuzier do code switching on Hitam Putih program in Trans7.A result of the research was conducted by the author shows Deddy Corbuzier more dominant code switch type of Inter-sentential switching compared other type code switching and the reason for the most dominant Deddy do code switching is quoting somebody else. Keywords: Analysis, Code Switching, Deddy Corbuzie

The data collection used is by observation, previous research related to this research, and decision studies to strengthen the data. Then the researcher uses the mark on the “Log In” Podcast object, then interprets the results of the analysis, so that conclusions can be drawn. The results of this study describe different patterns of interpersonal communication. These differences are also based on differences in background from a social perspective to espoused values

No full textThis study aims to identify and describe the forms of presuppositions in Deddy Corbuzier\u27s YouTube channel podcast. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive. The author uses the descriptive method because all the data obtained is analyzed, interpreted and explained as it is to describe as accurately as possible all forms of presuppositions contained in the speeches of the presenters and source persons on the podcast Deddy Corbuzier\u27s YouTube channel. The instrument used in this research is the researcher himself (human instrument). The validity of this research is by data triangulation. The data analysis technique of this research uses the pragmatic equivalent method. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that there are forms of presuppositions, namely existential presuppositions, factive presuppositions, lexical presuppositions, non-factive presuppositions, structural presuppositions and counterfactual presuppositions in Deddy Corbuzier\u27s YouTube channel podcast

This research aims to determine and describe Habib Ja'far's rhetorical techniques in the CloseTheDoor Login program on Deddy Corbuzier's Youtube Channel. In this research, the author used descriptive qualitative methods. The data in this research are Habib Ja'far's speech in the CloseTheDoor Login program. The data source in this research is the CloseTheDoor Login program which is broadcast on Deddy Corbuzier's YouTube Channel, consisting of 20 videos, 10 videos from season 1 and 10 videos from season 2. The data collection technique in this research uses listening and note-taking techniques. The data analysis technique in this research was carried out by reducing data, presenting data, and concluding data. Research results The results of this research are 50 data on pathos and logos techniques in Habib Ja'far. The most dominant techniques used are logos techniques with 29 data and pathos techniques with 21 data.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukaan dan mendeskripsikan teknik retorika Habib Ja’far dalam program Login CloseTheDoor di Channel Youtube Deddy Corbuzier. Pada penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah tuturan Habib Ja’far dalam program Login CloseTheDoor. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah program Login CloseTheDoor yang tayang di Channel Youtube Deddy Corbuzier, terdiri atas 20 video 10 video dari season 1 dan 10 video dari season 2. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simak dan catat. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menyimpulkan data. Hasil penelitian Hasil penelitian ini yaitu data teknik pathos, dan logos dalam Habib Ja’far sebanyak 50 data. Teknik yang paling dominan digunakan ialah teknik logos sebanyak 29 dan teknik pathos sebanyak 21 data
ANALISIS DEBIT PUNCAK BANJIR DI DAERAH LUBUK LINGGAU SUMATERA SELATAN
Full text linkSejak beberapa tahun terakhir, kejadian banjir disekitar Kota Lubuk Linggau telah mengakibatkan banyak kerugian materil maupun immaterial. Pada tahun 2021, banjir besar telah terjadi pada delapan kelurahan disekitar kawasan Kota Lubuk Linggau yang mengakibatkan penggenangan serta kerusakan infrastruktur dan rumah warga setempat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemungkinan besar debit puncak banjir di daerah Lubuk Linggau yang berasal dari limpasan Sungai Kelingi. Debit banjir dihitung untuk periode ulang 2, 5, 10, 25, 50 dan 100 tahun berdasarkan data curah hujan harian dari tahun 2011 hingga 2021. Data curah hujan dan penggunaan lahan diperoleh dari PT. Saeba Consultant. Dalam penelitian ini, analisis hidrologi meliputi: 1) analisis curah hujan rata-rata tahunan dengan Metode Aljabar; 2) analisis distribusi curah hujan dan pendugaan curah hujan rencana dengan mempertimbangkan tiga metode yaitu: Log-Normal, Log Pearson Tipe III, dan Gumbel Tipe 1; dan 3) analisis debit banjir dengan mengadopsi Metode Satuan Hidrograf Sintetik Nakayasu (SHU). Analisis distribusi curah hujan menunjukkan bahwa Log Pearson Type III paling cocok. Berdasarkan analisis debit puncak banjir, diperoleh hasil bahwa debit banjir periode ulang 5, 10, 25, 50 dan 100 tahun di Kota Lubuk Linggau, yang berasal dari DAS Sungai Kelingi adalah sebesar 40.94 m3/s, 44.99 m3/s, 50.29 m3/s, 54.41 m3/s dan 58.69 m3/s

Penyandang disabilitas masih mendapat perlakuan diskriminasi dalam hal mencari pekerjaan. Hal ini disebabkan oleh karena masih banyak yang beranggapan bahwa kondisi fisik yang tidak sempurna dapat mengurangi kualitas kerja, sedangkan kenyataannya pekerja penyandang disabilitas yang memiliki kemampuan dibidangnya memiliki potensi untuk bekerja di bidang formal dan bahkan dapat bersaing dengan pekerja non-disabilitas. Peraturan perundang-undangan telah mengatur mengenai kedudukan dan hak penyandang disabilitas untuk dapat bekerja, contohnya Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan dan Undang-Undang Penyandang Disabilitas sebagai bentuk perlindungan hukum bagi pekerja penyandang disabilitas.
Metode penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah penelitian yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan melalui analisis yang akan penulis lakukan terkait perlindugnan hukum terhadap pekerja penyandang disabilitas dari Undang-Undang No. 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan dan Undang-Undang No. 8 Tahun 2013 tentang Penyandang Disabilitas. Penelitian ini juga didukung melalui pengkajian regulasi dan literatur yang berkaitan dengan isu hukum yang penulis teliti.
Hasil yang penulis dapatkan dari penelitian ini antara lain bentuk perlindungan hukum dalam pemenuhan hak-hak pekerja penyandang disabilitas menurut UU No. 13 Tahun 2003. Dan kedudukan pekerja penyandang disabilitas dalam dunia kerja menurut UU No. 13 Tahun 2003.

Persons with disabilities still receive discrimination in looking for work. This is because there are still many who think that imperfect physical conditions can reduce the quality of work, even though workers with disabilities who have the ability in their fields have the potential to work in the formal sector and can even compete with non-disabled people. workers.
Legislation has regulated the position and rights of persons with disabilities to be able to work, for example the Manpower Law and the Law on Persons with Disabilities as a form of legal protection for workers with disabilities. The research method that will be used is normative juridical research with a statutory approach through analysis that the author will carry out regarding legal protection for workers with disabilities from Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower and Law Number 8 of 2013 concerning Persons with Disabilities. . This research is also supported through a review of regulations and literature related to legal issues that the author studied.
The results obtained by the authors from this study include the form of legal protection in fulfilling the rights of workers with disabilities according to Law Number 13 of 2003. And the position of workers with disabilities in the world of work according to Law Number 13 of 2003.

In 2012-2016 there is an increase in employee intention turnover at Bank BJB Subang Branch due to factors of leadership style and job satisfaction. Objectives to be achieved in this research are: 1) To know the style of leadership, job satisfaction and employee turnover intention in Bank BJB Subang Branch, and 2) To know the influence of leadership style to employee turnover intention Bank BJB Subang Branch through job satisfaction as a mediation variable.
This research uses quantitative and correlational research design with leadership style (X) as independent variable, job satisfaction (Y) as mediation variable, and employee intention turnover (Z) as dependent variable. The samples selected by the author are all employees of Bank BJB Subang Branch, amounting to 120 people. Data collection techniques is using questionnaires with a choice of type Likert scale answers. Subsequently, after the questionnaire data were collected, the authors converted this scale to an interval scale using the Succcessive Interval Method (MSI). To test the validity of data on each variable used validity and reliability test. Meanwhile, to test the hypothesis used in this study is path analysis.
The results showed that: 1) leadership style and job satisfaction included in the category of "Good", while turnover intention included in the category "Less Good", and 2) Leadership style through job satisfaction has a not significant effect on employee intention turnover at Bank BJB Subang Branch
