Strategi Politik Muhammad Andri Alfisah di Pileg 2019
No full textThe millennial political strategy in the 2019 election as the largest voter group in the election, made researchers interested in turning it into scientific writing. Researchers want to see how Muhammad Andri alfisa became the youngest member of the Regional House of Representatives for North Sumatra Province in the 2019 general election. Focusing on how the strategies used by Muhammad Andri alfisa during the campaign period, what forms of approach he took to the community. This study uses descriptive research methods with qualitative research types and uses data collection techniques in the form of interviews as primary data and coupled with other sources such as books, research journals, articles, and local government documentation related to this research as secondary data. To answer the research problem, the researcher uses political marketing theory, elite theory, and generation theory. From the results of the study, it was concluded that Muhammad Andri Alfisah used an imaging strategy and took advantage of her father's influence to get votes.Strategi politik milenial pada pemilu tahun 2019 sebagai kelompok pemilih terbesar pada pemilu tersebut, membuat peneliti tertarik mengangkatnya menjadi tulisan ilmiah. Peneliti ingin melihat bagaimana Muhammad Andri alfisah menjadi anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Utara termuda pada pemilihan umum tahun 2019. Berfokus pada bagaimana strategi yang digunakan Muhammad Andri alfisah selama masa kampanye, bentuk-bentuk pendekatan apa saja yang dilakukannya kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif dan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara sebagai data primer dan ditambah dengan sumber lain seperti buku-buku, jurnal penelitian, artikel, serta dokumentasi pemerintah daerah yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini sebagai data sekunder. Untuk menjawab permasalahan penelitian, peneliti menggunakan teori marketing politik, teori elit, dan teori generasi. Especially in the field of renewal of Islamic education. Madura is one of the islands in Nasantara that has Islamic educational institutions that are very concerned about the niali-nilai teachings contained in Islam. With this, the author wants to understand about the concept of Islamic education in the view of muhammad abduh and its relevance in Islamic educational institutions in Madura. So that this research is included in descriptive qualitative research that combines literature studies. As for data collection techniques, the author will use four techniques, namely interviews, observations, documentation and libraries. Sedagkan data analysis using content analysis. In the study it was found that muhammad abduh was born in thanta in 1849, islamic education according to him was divided into two parts of reason education and spritual education. As well as the method of applying Islamic education and its relevance in Madura Islamic educational institutions, it is carried out in two methods, namely the method of school management system and teaching system

Indekos, an animation series telling about art students’ daily life in their shared small-rented room, is going to be produced by Roleplay Studio. Roy Mahmud and Doni Priono are the main characters in this series. The choice of using art students as the main characters brings something new and promising in creative industry especially in animation series production. Thus, Indekos art book is made in order to be a reference in a form of character design and concept art visualization which is underlying the production of “Indekos” animation series. The sketching of Indekos character design and concept art uses hybrid drawing illustration style. The use of hybrid drawing is seen in the postures of the characters which are built upon actual human postures and a touch of cartoon on their faces. Over and above, the objects around the characters are drawn based on the actual objects proportion using cartoon technique, specifically, using simple clear lines or ligneclaire. The art book designing progress obtains procedural design model which excerpts Leonard Bruce Archer’s outline of design model that has been modified and improved before to fit the needs of the design frameworks. Designing concept artbook of "Indekos" animation series will bring out a reference visual book for the production of "Indekos" which later will be presented by Roleplay Studio. The chosen drawing style for the concept artbook is hybrid drawing. As for the drawing technique, ligne claire with some modification to fit best is used to set up the concept artbook.
Nilai Pendidikan Karakter Dalam Kitab Washaya Al-Aba’ Li Al-Abna Karya Muhammad Syakir Al-Iskandari
No full textThis research aims to identify the character education values contained in the book Washaya al-Aba' li al-Abna Muhammad Syakir and the role of his opinion on the richness of character education values. It is hoped that this research can be used as a source or reference in efforts to develop education and character as a whole, especially character education according to Islam. It can also be used as a reference to facilitate understanding of character education and as a reference for relevant research in the future. This research method is qualitative and uses a narrative biography method. By using a descriptive presentation approach, this autobiography of the character's thoughts combines the ideas of character education from his work. Library research, or library research, is a research method that involves books, articles, notes and electronic media. with primary sources from the book Washaya al Aba Li al-Abna and secondary sources from study books. In this research, data collection was carried out through the documentation method, which includes searching for data through variables such as notes, books, and articles, among others. The author used a content analysis study to analyze the data; they analyzed the data textually based on the contents of the book. The research results show that the book Washaya al Aba Li al-Abna contains 17 educational character values, divided into two categories: 10 character values fall into the moral category and 7 character values fall into the performance category. Faith and piety, love and obedience to the Messenger of Allah, respect for parents, respect for teachers, truth or honesty, nobility or self-respect, patience, sincerity and a simple life are moral characters. Performance characteristics also include trust, discipline, hard work, never giving up, love of the country, interest in reading or literacy knowledge, and concern for the environment

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran tipe kepribadian Big Five Personality, apakah terdapat pengaruh Big Five Personality terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, dan tipe kepribadian mana yang memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar. Responden pada penelitian sebanyak 250 siswa. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan angket untuk mengukur kepribadian Openness to Experience, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, dan Neuroticism. Prestasi akademik diukur dari nilai rapor siswa pada semester genap TA. 2021/2022. Hasil analisa deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa dari lima tipe kepribadian tidak ada yang mempengaruhi prestasi belajar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi ganda, diketahui bahwa kepribadian dengan model Big Five Personality ini tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa berdasarkan F hitung sebesar 0,737 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,598 ≥ 0,05 yang menunjukkan bahwa tidak adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara big five personality terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di SMAN 7 Pekanbaru.
