Kata Kunci : Convention Hall, Investasi, Teknis Analisis, dan Waktu Gedung Convention Center merupakan gedung pusat kegiatan pertemuan dengan berbagai aktifitas publik di dalamnya yang mana aspek pengelolaan pada Convention Hall di Sangatta Kab. Kutai Timur merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting termasuk penetapan harga sewa, karena penerimaan dari sewa ini akan mengembalikan dana investasi dan akan membiayai operasional Convention Hall secara keseluruhan. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis Cara melakukan perhitungan analisa Investasi Pembangunan Convention Hall dan menghitung lama waktu kerjasama dengan pihak investor pembangunan Convention Hall dengan menggunakan sistem kerjasama Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT). Analisis Kelayakan perlu di ujikan akan dengan instrumen penelitian dengan aspek financial meliputi Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Average Rate of Return (ARR), Net b/c, dan Return On Investment (ROI), sedangkan untuk waktu BOT dapat melakukan perhitungan Discounted Payback Period (DPP). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pembangunan Convention Hall layak untuk dilaksanakan berdasarkan pada perhitungan NPV sebesar Rp. 28.341.003.415,-, perhitungan IRR adalah 12,08% > tingkat hasil 10% yang diharapkan, perhitungan ARR menghasilkan nilai yang positif yaitu Rp. 26.228.059.679,8 dan hasil perhitungan Net b/c yaitu 1,83 dan nilai ROI suatu perusahaan akan mempunyai margin keuntungannya didapat nilai 8,937% per tahun, sedangkan dengan menggunakan sistim kerjasama Build – Operate – Transfer (BOT) diperoleh nilai Discounted Payback Period (DPP) dari usaha convention hall adalah 10 tahun sama dengan masa investasi, dari nilai DPP hasil didapat 9 Tahun 6,04 Bulan

    103 HalamanBeton merupakan suatu material bahan konstruksi yang bahan penyusunannya terdiri dari semen hidrolik (portland cement), agregat kasar, agregat halus, air dan bahan tambah (Additon HE) bila di perlukan yang akan bembentuk beton segar. Agregat kasar (kerikil atau batu pecah) dan agregat halus (pasir) berfungsi sebagai bahan pengisi utama beton sekaligus penguat, sedangkan campuran semen dan air berfungsi sebagai pengikat antar material.Dalam proses penelitian dilakukan pemeriksaan ketahanan agregat, mengetahui besar kuat tarik beton dengan menggunakan campuran beton dengan bahan tambah Additon HE. Dalam pengujian ini dillakukan dengan umur 7, 14, 28 hari untuk uji kuat tarik beton masing masing sampel sebanyak 3 buah. Sehingga total sampel benda uji sebanyak 18 buah benda uji.Dari hasil pengujian kuat tarik beton dapat menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan tarik beton pada umur 7 hari yang dicapai antara lain: Additon H.E sebesar 0 cc hasil kuat tarik 3,83 Mpa, Additon H.E sebesar 5 cc hasil kuat tarik 4,70 Mpa, dan kekuatan tarik beton pada umur 14 hari yang dicapai antara lain: Additon H.E sebesar 0 cc hasil kuat tarik 5,84 Mpa, Additon H.E sebesar 5 cc hasil kuat tarik 7,70 Mpa, dan kekuatan tarik beton pada umur 28 hari yang dicapai antara lain: Additon H.E sebesar 0 cc hasil kuat tarik 7,37 Mpa, Additon H.E sebesar 5 cc hasil kuat tarik 9,39 Mpa.Dari hasil pengujian kuat tarik ini sudah terlihat bahwa dengan menggunakan zat Additon HE dapat meningkatkan mutu beton yang dimana beton yang menggunakan Additon HE yang berumur 14 hari sudah dapat menyamai mutu beton biasa yg berumur 28 hari. Concrete is a construction material whose constituent materials consist of hydraulic cement (portland cement), coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, water and additives (Additon HE) when needed which will form fresh concrete. Coarse aggregate (gravel or crushed stone) and fine aggregate (sand) serve as the main filler for concrete as well as reinforcement, while a mixture of cement and water functions as a binder between the materials.In the research process, an aggregate durability check was carried out, knowing the tensile strength of concrete using a concrete mixture with Additon HE added material. In this test, it was carried out at 7, 14, 28 days for the tensile strength test of concrete for each sample of 3 pieces. So that the total sample of test objects is 18 pieces of test objects.From the results of the concrete tensile strength test it can be shown that the tensile strength of concrete at the age of 7 days achieved includes: Additon H.E of 0 cc resulting in a tensile strength of 3.83 Mpa, Additon H.E of 5 cc resulting in a tensile strength of 4.70 Mpa, and tensile strength concrete at the age of 14 days that was achieved included: Additon H.E of 0 cc resulting in a tensile strength of 5.84 Mpa, Additon H.E of 5 cc resulting in a tensile strength of 7.70 Mpa, and the tensile strength of concrete at the age of 28 days achieved included: Additon H.E of 0 cc results in a tensile strength of 7.37 Mpa, Additon H.E of 5 cc results in a tensile strength of 9.39 Mpa.From the results of this tensile strength test, it can be seen that using Additon HE can improve the quality of concrete where concrete using Additon HE which is 14 days old can match the quality of ordinary concrete which is 28 days old

Objek dalam pcnelitian ini adalah sebuah perkebunan rakyat yang mengusahakan pembibitan kelapa sawit, sedangkan ruang lingkup penelitian ini hanya terbatas pada keuntungan usaha pembibitan kelapa sawit tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis keuntungan usaha pembibitan kelapa sawit perkebunan rakyat di Kecamatan Teunom Kabupaten Aceh Jaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus (case study). Sedangkan untuk metode analisis yang digunakan meliputi analisis keuntungan, perhitungan Return Cost Ratio, Return On Invesment, dan Break Event Point yang diukur dari volume produksi dan harga produksi.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil dari keuntungan sebesar Rp. 98.944.156/tahun, perhitungan Return Cost Ratio sebesar I,14, perhitungan Return On Invesment sebesar Rp. 14,79 serta Break Event Point yang diukur dari volume produksi sebesar 16.716 batang/tahun dan untuk Break Event Point yang diukur dari harga

    Language plays a crucial role in human communication. This research focuses on the clitic in the Malay language, namely: the word classes associated with the Malay clitic, and the grammatical meaning of the clitic in Tanjungbalai Malay. The aim of this research is to describe the word classes that can be linked to the Malay clitic and explore the grammatical meaning of the Tanjungbalai Malay clitic, specifically "mu," "nya," and "-nda." The data for this study were obtained from Tanjungbalai Malay speakers. The research was conducted in three stages: data collection, data analysis, and presentation of the results. The data collection involved the observation method, where sentences containing the clitic words "ku-","mu,"-nya," and "-nda" were listened to and analyzed. The listening method employed tapping techniques and notation techniques. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using the distribution method, which included general techniques, reading score techniques, and paraphrasing techniques (change of form). The findings of this research indicate that the word categories that can be associated with the proclitics "ku-" and "kau-" are verbs and nouns that can be attached to the prefix "di-". The word categories that can be associated with the enclitics "-ku," "-mu," and "-nya" are transitive active verbs, verbs related to arrival or reaching, and prepositions such as "untuk," "bagi," "buat," "pada," "kepada," "oleh," "dari," "dengan," "tentang," "seperti," "bersama," and "dan beserta." The word categories that can be associated with the enclitics "-ku," "-mu," "-nya," and "-nda" are nouns. The Influence Of Budget Target Clarity, Understanding Of Accounting, and Regional Finance Management To Financial Accountability Performance Of SKPD DKI Jakarta This research is aiming to (a) knowing how the influence of clarity the target of budget, understanding of accounting, and the regional financial management on financial accountability performance of skpd and (b) how big the influence of inter variable and ( c ) tries to provide advice and input for improvement the quality of government skpd in relation to the regional financial report. Sample retrieval method that used by the author is a simple random sampling. The data type used is the primary data, for techniques of data collection is done by means of a survey through questionnaires, and also the study of library. Data processing is carried out using SPSS program. Testing used classic assumptions research includes testing of normality, test multikolinieritas, and heterokedastisitas. While the research model used researchers is to use the Linear Regression equation of statistical analysis, as for Multiple hypothesis testing is done with simultaneous significance test, and the significance of partial coefficients of determinant. Test results indicate that the budget target, variable clarity of understanding of accounting and financial management of influential simultaneously against accountability, while test results are partial indicates a variable target clarity of budget and financial management significantly give an influense to accountability, while understanding of accounting does not provide any significant effects. Results of the regression analysis shows the value of the coefficient of determinant (R square) of 39,5%, meaning that all independent variables provide a pretty strong correlation to the variable accountability

    105 HalamanAspal digunakan sebagai bahan pengikat agregat dalam campuran aspal dan sangat penting untuk mempertahankan karakteristiknya. Salah satu cara untuk memperbaiki atau mempertahankan karakteristik aspal tersebut adalah dengan menggunakan abu tempurung kelapa sawit. Penelitian kali ini menggunakan abu cangkang kelapa sawit sebagai bahan pengisi sebesar 1%, 2% dan 3% dari berat serta menggunakan aspal dengan penetrasi 60/70, metode yang digunakan adalah AASHTO dan spesifikasi Bina Marga 2018. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana karakteristik dan kekuatan optimum campuran aspal dengan menggunakan abu cangkang kelapa sawit sebagai bahan pengisi. Dari hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan tersebut didapatkan nilai rata-rata pengujian marshall pada benda uji dengan kadar filler 1% yaitu 290 kn/mm, nilai marshall pada benda uji dengan kadar filler 2% yaitu 293 kn/mm, kemudian nilai marshall pada benda uji dengan kadar filler 3% yaitu 296 kn/mm. Asphalt is used as an aggregate binder in asphalt mixtures and it is very important ti maintain its characteristics. One way to maintain the characteristics of the asphalt is to use palm shell ash. This research uses oil palm shell ash as a filler of 1%, 2% and 3% of the weight and uses asphalt with 60/70 penetration, the method used is AASHTO and the specifications of Bina Marga 2018. This research was conducted to determine the characteristics and the optimum strength of the asphalt mixture using oil palm shell ash as a filler. From the resultsvof the tests that have been carried out, the averange value of the marshall test on the test object with 1% filler content is 290 kn/mm, the marshall value on the test object with a filler content 2% is 293 kn/mm, then the marshall value on the test object with a filler content of 3% is 293 kn/mm

    Wave run-up of a possible Anak-Krakatau tsunami on planned and optimized Jakarta Sea Dike

    The infrastructural plans in the Jakarta Bay to reduce risks of flooding in Jakarta city comprise a large Sea Dike that encloses a retention lake. Part of the planned dike has the shape of the iconic Garuda bird. This paper shows that if in the future an explosion of Anak Krakatau will occur with strength 1/4th of the original Karkatau 1883 explosion, wave crests of 11m and troughs of 6m may collide against the bird's head. As an alternative example, a more optimized design of the dike is constructed that reduces the maximal wave effects considerably.</p

    Application of recombinant growth hormone (rGH) to improve the growth of fish can be performed by injection, immersion and oral delivery method through feed. However, injection and immersion methods are relatively difficult to be applied to mass scale. Injection delivery method is time consuming and labor intensive. Furthermore, immersion method is only effective on the larval stage or small fish size, at a certain immersion dose and frequency. In addition, applications mass-scale immersion method with frequency of more than 1 time, high-potential causing fish stress. Oral delivery method is practical and time efficient. However, by this method rGH need to be coated to avoid degradation by digestive enzymes, and damage due to the low pH in the stomach. Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose phthalate (HP55) is a material often used for coating the rGH, but it is relatively expensive and inefficient when applied in large amounts. Another cellulose such as polymethyl carbamide (PMC) can also be used as a coating agent. PMC is a relatively cheap price, and has been reported to protect the coated material in a relatively long time; storage at a temperature of 20oC for about 1 year, 25 to 30oC about 6 months, and 35 to 38 °C about 3 months. Chicken egg yolk has also been widely used as a binder of medicines and feed supplements in fish. Its price is relatively cheap and easy to obtain. This study was performed to examine the effectiveness supplementation of recombinant giant grouper GH (rElGH) in tilapia feed using a variety of coating materials and pelleting on production, feed conversion, blood glucose, glycogen levels and proximate content of fish. Production of rElGH was performed using Escherichia coli BL21 containing pCold-ElGH protein expression vector. Bacteria were cultured in 2xYT media at incubation temperature of 15°C for 24 hours and protein synthesis was induced with isopropyl-bD-thiogalac-topyranoside in a dose of 0.5 mM. Lysis of bacterial cell walls was conducted using lysozyme, then total protein in inclusion body of rElGH were collected by centrifugation. SDS-PAGE analysis was used to ensure the presence of rElGH in the total bacterial protein. This study consisted of 5 treatments including the control, and each treatment was given 3 replications. The size fish used fish was 5 to 6 cm in body length. Fish were maintained at hapa installed in a concrete pond (measuring 3x2x1 m) with a stocking density of 125 fish in each hapa. Fish maintenance was carried out for 2 months. During the first 2 weeks fish were fed diet without rElGH (feed adaptation) with a frequency of 3 times a day, and then fed on rGH-supplemented diet in 3 times at intervals of 3 days. The results showed that chicken egg yolk coated rGH treatment generated significantly biomass (P0.05). Increase in biomass in chicken egg yolk coating was 46.85%, 32.50% by HP55, 27.99% by PMC, and 26.64% by pelleting method compared with the control. In addition, specific growth rate (SGR) of fish treated by HP55, chicken egg yolk, and PMC coated rGH were significantly higher (P0.05), while lipid retention in PMC coating treatment was significantly lower (P00.05). Liver glycogen content in chicken egg yolk coating treatment was higher than other treatments and control, while muscle glycogen content was similar among coanting treatments and control (P>0.05). In conclusion, administration of rElGH through feed could significantly improve the growth of Nile tilapia. PMC and chicken egg yolk can be used as a substitute for HP55. Coating of rElGH did not affect protein retention, while lipid retention was affected by coating materials used
