Pemasaran yang dilakukan menjual sapi kepada jagal, perorangan ataupun ke pasar ternak wilayah sekitar. Pembeli sapi di KTT ini baik jagal maupun perorangan yang langsung datang ke kandang. Perhitugan hasil analisis Kelompok Tani Ternak Andini Lestari adalah sebagai berikut: keuntungan Rp 383.872.000,- . BCR 1,49. PPC 3,15 Tahun. BEP Rp 123.228.804,- . ATO 1,01 kali. Rentabilitas 31%. No full textPemerintah kabupaten OKU Timur telah memutuskan untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran tatap muka pada tahun 2021. Untuk menghadapi keputusan baru ini, maka setiap sekolah harus menyesuaikan diri untuk menyusun alternatif solusi dalam merencanakan pembelajaran tatap muka di sekolah selama masa pandemi agar aktivitas ini tetap aman dari penularan virus. Sebagian besar sekolah yang mengimplementasikan manajemen pembelajaran selama masa pandemi dengan tatap muka ialah memulainya dengan memastikan seluruh guru dan tenaga pengajar lainnya telah melakukan vaksin Covid-19. Implementasi manajemen pembelajaran tatap muka di masa pandemi yang dilakukan pada sekolah MIN 2 OKU Timur, MI Jami’ Sabilil Mutaqin, dan MI NU Rawa Bening, dilakukan perencanaan yang matang dan ideal. Adanya pelatihan untuk para guru, penyesuaian penyusunan RPP sesuai dengan keadaan pandemi, pemberlangsungan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan protokol yang telah diberlakukan, hingga evaluasi dan penilaian yang telah disesuaikan untuk menunjang pelaksanaan pembelajaran tatap muka yang aman di masa pandemi. Pembelajaran pada masa ini dilaksanakan dengan pembagian sesi kelas agar dapat menyesuaikan peratura yang berlaku serta menjaga proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang berlaku semakin aman dan terkondisikan

The aims of this paper is to destribe narrative structure in Dewi Hariti’s mythical in Candi Dasa Temple and analysis the function and the meaning tht contained in Dewi Hariti’s mythical in Candi Dasa Temple. The step of provision the data are using method of interview and method of observation assisted with recording technique and take a note, is making a note for the important things that got from the observation. And then, we analyze the data by quali tative technique. In this stage, is supported by analytis dessritive method at the presentation stage of the data analysis the method is used informal method. Data source is using primary data and secondary data. The narrative structure in Dewi Hariti’s mythical in Candi Dasa Temple, Bugbug Village, Karangasem. There are 7 structure, synopsis, incident, plot, figures, theme, mandate and background. No full textThe Myth of Devi Sri in Painting. Most Javanese, Balinese, Kalimantanese and people in other areas believe that Dewi Sri is the goddess of rice and fertility. Earth is the place where Dewi Sri’s soul lives and resides. No other goddess the farmers adore and love like Dewi Sri who is also Nyi Pohaci asthe farmers’ mother. Soil is often disturbed by the power that will facilitate her existence. In Java, the violence against the earth is told in Dewi Sri fairy tale. In many mythologies woman is described as the fertility symbol. Dewi Sri’s death is like Jesus’ death, her death enlivens. Dewi Sri’s death gives the farmers life-energy. Coconut tree emerges from her head, rice plant grows from her navel, sugar palm tree grows from her vagina and papaya tree grows from her breast. Mango tree grows from her hands and edible tuber and cassava grow from her feet.Visualization of Dewi Sri Myth in the art of painting is a concept of representing the myth of Dewi Sri . Based on the creative idea and perspective, the writer tries to treat, to transform the figure of Dewi Sri Myth in the current context. In this concept, Dewi Sri is represented through the painting using impasto,underpainting and rendering techniques. Here Dewi Sri is presented symbolically so that the visualization emerging can remain to be perceived as work representing its age.Visualization of Dewi Sri’s symbols is the manifestation of the author in two-dimensional work through canvas, wood, and oil paint media with pallet knife and brushes, and other mixed media material to give new motif and colour in the art world, particularly in the creation of painting.Keywords: Dewi Sri and myt

Determination of the sample in this study was carried out with non probability sampling. Sample taken by 40 employees of PT. Asuransi Bumiputera Muda General Insurance Samarinda. Sampling method with saturated sampling procedures, all of whice are respondents in this study. This study uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees working at PT. Bumiputera Muda General Insurance Samarinda. Data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linier regression using SPSS 23 program. The results showed that the Leader Member Exchange (LMX), Reward, and Punishment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of PT. Bumiputera Muda General Insurance Samarinda

The research has purpose to make calculation evaluations of determination production costs based on accounting principal in general. The determination of production costs in this research uses job order costing method and costs accumulation uses full costing method. The author uses comparison method in doing this research which compare between the determination of production costs based on accounting principal in general and the determination of production costs doing by Batik Dewi Sri Sarjono. The conclusion of this research is Batik Dewi Sri Sarjono does not calculate the labour costs and factory overhead costs in detail. The author finds unfavorable difference that reduce profit margins which have been set. The results of this research is to give some suggestions for Batik Dewi Sri Sarjono in order to obtain optimal profits

This research aims to investigate the effectiveness of the Course Review Horay
implementation in enhancing students' reading comprehension. The researcher
employed a quantitative method with a pre-experimental design, comprising a
single group for pre-test and post-test evaluations conducted over four sessions.
The population consisted of tenth-grade students in the second semester of MAN
Palopo, totalling approximately 270 students across three classes. The sample
comprised 29 students from the first semester of the tenth grade at MAN Palopo,
selected due to identified reading difficulties. The findings indicate that the
Course Review Horay Learning Method significantly improves reading skills
among tenth-grade students at MAN Palopo. It is evidenced by the increase in
mean scores from 37.07 in the pre-test to 63.45 in the post-test, with a statistically
significant score of p < 0.05. Consequently, the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected,
while the alternative hypothesis (H1) was accepted, affirming the effectiveness of
the Course Review Horay Learning Method in enhancing reading skills.

The focus of the research are (1) the structure of Perahu Kertas novel that creates its meaning as a whole, (2) social life of the author Dewi Lestari associated with the novel, (3) Indonesian historical bacground or social events conditioned the birth of this novel. The result showed that loving problem, morality, social, education, and profession of the themes of this novel Perahu Kertas. As someone who is konwledgeable, its write gives an understanding about humanity and morality values to people. Andini Pekanbaru Menggunakan Cobit Framework 4.1. Domain yang digunakan dalam
penelitian ini adalah monitor and evaluate (ME) yang dibatasi pada tiga proses yaitu
mengawasi dan mengevaluasi kinerja TI (ME 1), mengawasi dan mengevaluasi kontrol
internal (ME 2) dan memastikan pemenuhan terhadap kebutuhan eksternal (ME 3).
Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah dengan menggunakan diagram RACI (Responsible,
Accountable, Consulted and Informed). Sampel yang akan diambil dalam penelitian ini
adalah yang bertindak sebagai Accountable sebanyak 2 orang. Teknik analisis yang
digunakan untuk mengolah data menggunakan software Cobit Maturity Level
Calculation. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa proses ME 1 dan ME 2 telah terdefinisi, proses ME 3 sudah lebih terkelola dan terukur dibanding dua proses lainnya. Maturity
level proses ME 1 berada pada level 3, proses ME 2 berada pada level 3 dan proses ME 3
berada pada level 4. Agar proses menjadi lebih baik maka diperlukan tindakan perbaikan
untuk masing-masing proses.
