ABSTRAK
Kontinuitas suplai energi listrik pada sektor industri merupakan salah satu kebutuhan yang sangat vital, khususnya pada beberapa jenis Industri seperti; Industri Pabrik, Industri Pemerintahan Dan Industri Perkapalan, dan lain-lain. Kegagalan dalam proses suplai energi dapat menyebabkan terganggunya proses produksi bahkan dapat menyebabkan kerugian yang signifikan karena gagal produksi, misalkan pada industri baja.
Kegagalan atau Masalah dalam suplai energi listrik bisa disebabkan oleh terganggunya saluran distribusi atau saluran transmisi, rusaknya trafo penyulang atau trafo distribusi, atau karena terganggunya peralatan-peralatan pada Gardu Induk. Untuk meminimalisir waktu jeda beberapa pabrik menyiapkan satu atau lebih unit Genset dan adakalanya sumber energi listrik hanya berasal dari beberapa generator sesuai kapasitas pabrik atau industri. Apabila suatu pabrik memiliki dua atau lebih Genset yang harus beroperasi secara paralel akan muncul permasalahan kestabilan frekwensi terutama pada saat-saat perubahan beban. Untuk itu diperlukan strategi yang tepat dalam merencanakan sistem pengoperasian pembangkit cadangan seperti ini.
Pada Skripsi ini akan dibahasa tentang studi awal yang akan digunakan sebagai bahan penyusunan perencanaan sistem operasi dua unit Diesel generator-set pada Kapal Mentari Express di pelabuhan Tanjung Perak Surabaya.

ABSTRACT
The continuity of electrical energy supply in the industrial sector is one of the most vital needs, especially in several types of industry such as; Factory Industry, Government Industry and Shipping Industry, and others. Failure in the energy supply process can disrupt the production process and even cause significant losses due to production failure, for example in the steel industry.
Failure or problems in the supply of electrical energy can be caused by disruption of distribution lines or transmission lines, damage to the feed or distribution transformers, or due to disruption of equipment at the substation. To minimize the lag time, some factories prepare one or more generator units and sometimes the source of electrical energy only comes from several generators according to the factory or industrial capacity. If a factory has two or more generators that must operate in parallel, the frequency stability problems will arise, especially during times of load changes. For that we need the right strategy in planning a backup generator operating system like this.
In this thesis, we will discuss the initial study that will be used as material for the preparation of an operating system planning for two units of Diesel generator-set on the Mentari Express Ship at Tanjung Perak Port, Surabaya.

Relevansi Sabar dan Kecerdasan Emosional dalam Pandangan Achmad Mubarok
Get PDFHasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menurut Achmad Mubarok, kecerdasan dihubungkan dengan akal (intelektual), tetapi kecerdasan intelektual ternyata belum menjamin ketepatan keputusan, sehingga dewasa ini orang sudah mulai membicarakan tentang kecerdasan yang lain, yaitu kecerdasan emosionl dan kecerdasan spiritual. Kecerdasan spirituil merupakan kualitas kehidupan ruhaniah seseorang di mana seseorang dimungkinkan berkomunikasi secara rohaniah, baik secara horizontal maupun vertikal. Memahami kecerdasan spirituil akan mudah jika menggunakan paradigma tasawuf (Mubarok, 2001: 73). Jika kecerdasan intelektuil diwujudkan dalam berfikir, maka kecerdasan emosi diwujudkan dalam merasa (Mubarok, 2001: 72). Kecerdasan emosi ditandai dengan kemampuan pengendalian emosi ketika menghadapi kenyataan yang menggairahkan (menyenangkan, menakutkan, menjengkelkan, memilukan, dan sebagainya). Kemampuan pengendalian emosi itulah yang disebut sabar, atau sabar merupakan kunci kecerdasan emosional.
Apabila mengkaji konsep Achmad Mubarok tentang sabar, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa konsepnya sangat relevan dengan keadaan masa kini. Sabar dapat dibentuk melalui dakwah karena dakwah mengajak orang untuk kembali ke jalan Tuhan. Untuk membentuk rasa sabar diperlukan pemahaman tentang arti pentingnya peran dan fungsi sabar

Dengan demikian pemilihan karier dalam seting pendidikan merupakan langkah yang strategis dalam membantu konseli mewujudkan cita-cita kariernya di masa yang akan datang Pemilihan karir bertujuan membantu konseli memahami potensi yang di miliknya, dan tentu saja sebelum lulus konseli sudah mempunyai ancang-ancang akan bekerja di mana, sehingga ketika kelak sudah tamat sekolah, konseli tidak akan kebingungan menjadi apakah dirinya nanti. Oleh karena itu diperlukan teknik yang tepat dalam penerapan pemilihan karier untuk mempermudah penyampaiannya, salah satunya dengan teknik konseling realita. Konseling realita memiliki langkah-langkah yang sistematis dan jelas. Terdapat lima langkah dalam ketepatan pemilihan karier menurut Gelatt: (1) Menyadari kebutuhannya untuk membuat pilihan dan selanjutnya menentukan tujuan. (2) Mengumpulkan data dan melakukan observasi untuk melihat berbagai kemungkinan tindakan. (3) Pemanfaatan data dalam menentukan rangkaian tindakan yang mungkin diambil dan hasil yang mungkin dicapai. (4) Mengestimasi baiknya hasil yang akan dicapai. (5) Mengevaluasi dan memilih sebuah keputusan, yang merupakan keputusan terminal atau keputusan investigatori. Hasil penilaian ahli panduan menunjukkan bahwa konseling realita sebagai pedoman konseling merupakan produk yang layak digunakan oleh konselor dalam melaksanakan layanan bimbingan. Berdasarkan hasil posttest siswa pun menyatakan bahwa pedoman ini berdampak baik bagi perkembangan kognitifnya dalam hal ini pemilihan karier. Hal ini terbukti dengan perbedaan hasil dari pretest yang awalnya rendah dibanding teman sekelasnya setelah diadakannya treatment dan diuji kembali saat posttest ternyata terjadi peningkatan sebesar -2.023. Beberapa saran bagi penelitian selanjutnya berhubungan dengan pedoman konseling yang mana perlu diberikannya jokes yang menarik agar proses konseling bisa berjalan lancar dan kondusif bagi konselor dan konseli, dan yang kedua berhubungan dengan metode penelitian berdasarkan pengalaman peneliti, perlu dilakukan pengamatan secara berulang-ulang agar peneliti dapat benar-benar mengetahuibahwa konseli dapat memilih karier yang tepat melalui konseling realita. Rencana penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian One-Group Pretest-Posttest disarankan kepada peneliti selanjutnya agar mencoba menggunakan rancangan penelitian Interrupted Time Series untuk mengetahui konsistensi siswa dalam menjawab pretest posttest dan juga untuk mengetahui keefektifan konseling realita terhadap pemilihan karier siswa SMK

The research method used descriptive method with a qualitative form of research. The approach used structural approach. The source of this research data is the novel Cinta 3 Benua by Faris BQ and Astrid Tito. The techniques and data collection tools used in this research are the study of documenters and researchers themselves. Data validity testing techniques used persistence of observation, triangulation, and adequacy of references. The results of this research on character characters contained in the novel Cinta 3 Benua by Faris BQ and Astrid Tito on data analysis are done by looking at the characters owned by the main characters and auxiliary characters who play an active role in the novel, as well as the way the author describes the character to the character analytically or directly through the technique of using the character's name, character appearance technique, and the author's speech technique. Dramatically or indirectly, namely through the taknik of the character, the technique of the character's deeds, the technique of the reaction of the character, and the rekasi technique of other characters. The implementation of the characters contained in the novel for Indonesian language learning is seen from aspects of curriculum, learning objectives, selection of teaching materials, and level of readability worthy of being used as learning materials for ninth grade students of Senior High School / MA.Keyword: Character, Novel, The character

This is in the context of the author’s experience in the Northern Ireland Law Commission. The paper assesses the importance of independence in any law reform body and the particular impact which law commissioners may bring to the law reform process. The paper looks at the history of law reform in Northern Ireland leading to the establishment of the Commission with a brief overview of the work of the Commission. The conclusion is that there is a role for effective law reform driven by commissioner led independent law commissions. The author makes a strong case for the need for independent law commissions to promote high quality law reform. His article gives an idea about how law reform works in practice with law commissions providing one route for reforming the law

The Actualization of cultural elements in novel Guru Onyeh by Salman Faris

One of the local novels that succeeded in attracting sympathy through the local cultural picture is Salman Faris's novel, Guru Onyeh. Salman Faris is a writer born in Lombok. Salman Faris explores the reality that exists in life of the surrounding community into a literary work in the form of a novel entitled Guru Onyeh. The culture of society explored in this novel is the cultural elements of Sasak people who inhabit the island of Lombok. This novel also discovers the culture of the Sasak community in the reality of life. In order to uncover the actualization of cultural elements in the Sasak society, the novel Guru Onyeh will be studied based on the theory of literary anthropology. This discover the cultural elements contained in the novel and how the actualization of those cultural elements in the novel of Guru Onyeh in the Sasak community is. This study reveals that there are seven elements of culture in the novel Guru Onyeh namely: human life equipment, livelihood, societal system, language, art, knowledge and religion. Each element of the culture still exists in Sasak society.</jats:p
