Pengaruh Konsentrasi Tepung Daun Kelor (Moringa oleifera Lamk.) Terhadap Kualitas Pemasakan (Cooking Quality) dan Sifat Kimia Mi Kelor Instan

Kata Kunci: konsentrasi tepung daun kelor, kualitas pemasakan, sifat kimia, mi kelor instan Mi instan merupakan salah satu produk pangan yang dapat digunakan sebagai makanan alternatif pengganti nasi. Kelebihan mi instan dibandingkan dengan jenis mi yang lain adalah memiliki waktu pemasakan yang relatif singkat yaitu selama 4 menit. Pada pembuatan mi instan dapat ditambahkan bahan lain seperti tepung daun kelor untuk dapat meningkatkan kandungan gizi. Beberapa zat gizi dalam tepung daun kelor antara lain karbohidrat, protein, serat, β-karoten, dan kalsium. Penggunaan tepung daun kelor pada pembuatan mi instan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kandungan gizi tetapi tetap memiliki kualitas fisik yang sesuai dengan standar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi tepung daun kelor terhadap kualitas pemasakan (cooking quality) yaitu cooking time, cooking loss, dan daya rehidrasi serta sifat kimia yaitu kadar air dan kadar protein mi kelor instan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan satu faktor yaitu konsentrasi tepung daun kelor 0%, 2,05%, 4,03%, 7,75%. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) dilanjutkan dengan uji DMRT (Duncan Multiple Range Test) dengan taraf signifikan 5% apabila terjadi perbedaan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, perlakuan penambahan tepung daun kelor berpengaruh (α=0,05) terhadap cooking time, cooking loss, kadar air, dan kadar protein mi kelor instan, akan tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap daya rehidrasi mi kelor instan. Rerata Cooking time, cooking loss, kadar air dan kadar protein mi kelor instan tertinggi adalah pada konsentrasi 7,75% tepung daun kelor dan rerata terendah adalah pada mi instan tanpa penambahan tepung daun kelor (konsentrasi 0% tepung daun kelor)
NILAI-NILAI RELIGIUS ISLAM DALAM ANTOLOGI CERPEN “CARAKU MENCINTAI KANG ALFI (ALFIYAH LATIN)” KARYA LIA HIMMATUL ULYA
Literary works, especially short stories, are one of the teaching tools to develop the soul, humanize humans, and increase literary appreciation in depth and love, coloring short stories as a form of manifestation of life. As a form of literary work, the short story also tells about various human lives and their interactions with the environment and each other. One of the literary works in the form of short stories that really builds the soul and character of Indonesian children, one of which is a short story entitled "CARAKU MENCINTAI KANG ALFI (ALFIYAH LATIN)'' by Lia Himmatul Ulya. This short story genre is very different from other short stories. The author is very good at presenting the contents of this short story so that it is neat and touching when read. This short story also presents religious values related to God and between humans themselves. This anthology of short stories in addition to providing entertainment also instills religious values with familiar language so that it can be easily understood and implemented by readers in everyday life.The general purpose of this study is to examine Islamic religious values in the short story CARAKU MENCINTAI KANG ALFI (ALFIYAH LATIN) by Lia Himmatul Ulya, which is sourced from the Qur'an and Al-Hadith. The specific objectives of this study are (1) to obtain an objective description of religious values in relation to God (vertical) and (2) to obtain an objective description of religious values in relation to fellow human beings (horizontally). This study uses a qualitative approach, with the characteristics of (1) using a natural setting as a direct data source and as the main instrument, (2) descriptive, (3) paying more attention to the process than the result, (4) analyzing the data inductively and meaning. . This research is classified into descriptive qualitative research. The data in this study are the religious values of the short story text CARAKU MENCINTAI KANG ALFI (ALFIYAH LATIN).Based on the results of this descriptive research, it was found that the Islamic religious values contained in the short story CARAKU MENCINTAI KANG ALFI (ALFIYAH LATIN) include "Hablum minallah and Hablum minan-nas". In relation to God, seven religious values are found, namely: (1) the value of faith (2) the value of endeavor, (3) the value of tawakkal, (4) the value of patience, (5) the value of guidance, (6) the value of monotheism, (7 ) God's help, while in relation to fellow human beings three religious values are found, namely: (1) mutual help among human beings, (2) mutual respect and respect for fellow human beings, (3) tolerance between religious communities. From some of the religious values presented by the author in this short story, he voiced the concept of Islamic Aqeedah which can be used as a good role model for readers. Because the contents of this short story include many religious teachings sourced from the Qur'an and Al-Hadith. And from here also the author emphasizes the importance of human relationships with God and human relationships with fellow human beings
Analisis komparatif antara konsep motivasi belajar menurut Abraham H. Maslow dan Imam Al-Ghazali serta penerapannya alam pembelajaran PAI
ABSTRACT
Pendidikan seringkali diteropong sebagai institusi paling strategis untuk mengembalikan (reposisi) distorsi nilai-nilai kemanusiaan. Secara rasional semua ilmu pengetahuan dapat diperoleh melalui belajar. Ada banyak faktor yang berpengaruh dalam proses belajar, salah satu faktor yang paling penting adalah motivasi belajar. Motivasi belajar dalam perspektif humanistis menekankan pada kapasitas murid untuk mengembangkan kepribadian serta kebebasan untuk memilih nasib mereka.
Perspektif humanistis berkaitan erat dengan teori aktualisasi diri yang dikembangkan oleh Abraham H. Maslow serta konsep fitrah Al-Ghazali yang berkaitan erat dengan pembahasan tentang motivasi. Meskipun Maslow dan al- Ghazali berkembang dimasa yang berbeda, di antara kedua tokoh ini terdapat beberapa kesamaan dan perbedaan pemikiran. Berangkat dari kerangka berfikir di atas, maka peneliti tertarik untuk mengkaji masalah konsep motivasi belajar menurut Imam Al-Ghazali dan Abraham H. Maslow.
Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dengan analisis Penelitian yang penulis lakukan ini adalah termasuk dalam penelitian library research dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif analisis komparatif. Dan agar hasil penelitian berjalan dengan baik, maka dalam pengumpulan datanya, penulis menggunakan metode dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk menganalisisnya, penulis menggunakan teknik analisis isi (content analysis). Sedangkan pembahasan menggunakan metode deduksi, induksi, dan komparasi.
Dari penelitian tersebut, terungkap bahwa Maslow mempunyai pandangan yang anthroposentris serta cenderung terlalu berlebihan mengagungkan manusia. Sedang konsep motivasi belajar al-Ghazali bersifat theosentris yang mengakui potensi manusia tanpa mengabaikan perannya sebagai ’abdullah (mengabdi kepada Allah) dan khalifah (pemimpin, pengganti atau wakil Tuhan) di bumi.
Hasil penelitian ini mendorong perlunya untuk mengembangkan lagi pendekatan yang digunakan oleh Imam al-Ghazali tanpa membuang nilai positif yang di usung Abraham H. Maslow agar agar peserta didik mampu memotivasi dirinya untuk belajar dalam bingkai ibadah, sehingga terjadi keseimbangan antara kehidupan dunia dan kehidupan akhirat.

Education is often seen as the most strategic institutions to returns (repositioning) the distortion of human values. Rationally all of knowledge can be obtained through learning. There are many factors that affect the learning process, one of the most important factor is the learning motivation. Learning motivation in a humanistic perspective emphasizes the capacity of students to develop the personality and freedom to choose their fate.
Humanistic perspective is closely related to self-actualization theory which was developed by Abraham H. Maslow and Al-Ghazali's concept of nature is closely related to discussion of the motivation. Although al-Ghazali and Maslow developing a different future, in between two figures, there are some similarities and differences in thinking. Departing from the above frame of mind, the researchers are interested to study the problems the concept of learning motivation by Imam Al-Ghazali and Abraham H. Maslow.
Research by the author was included in the research library research using a qualitative descriptive approach to comparative analysis. And to the research goes well, the data collection, authors used documentation method. Whereas for analyze, the authors use content analysis techniques. While the discussions using the method of deduction, induction, and comparison.
From these studies, revealed that Maslow has anthroposentris view and tends too much glorifying of man. Were the concept of learning motivation al- Ghazali is theosentris that recognizes the human potential without ignoring his role as an 'abdullah (serve Allah) and the caliph (leader, successor or a representative of God) on the earth.
The results of this study encourages need to developing another approach used by Imam al-Ghazali without wasting any positive value in stretcher Abraham H. Maslow to able to motivate his students to study in the frame of religious, so a proper balance between worldly life and the life hereafter
Rekonsiderasi Budaya Manumbai Masyarakat Petalangan Melayu Riau Berbasis Al-Qur’an: Februari
Manumbai is a tradition of taking honey bee that is familiar to the people of Riau Malay Petalangan. In their view there remains a facet of inner strength, a power which cannot be reached by external effort. The unseen inner strength is greater than the outer strength. Therefore, doing a job with physical strength alone will not be sufficient, without being equipped with the effort to obtain supernatural inner strength. It has been popular that "Malay is synonymous with Islam" is a slogan that has been popular among the Riau Malay community. Even so, there still seems to be a discrepancy from what was popularized in the slogan. The author found that the manumbai procession (the ceremony for taking honey bees) in the culture of the Riau Malay Petalangan community seems to contradict the prohibitions in the al-Qur'an which are contained in the QS. Al-Nisa>'[4]: 171, namely' al-ghuluww "means transgressing the limit. This research uses a qualitative approach. While the method of interpretation in research uses the maudhu>'i> interpretation method. The stages in this research go through three stages, namely reading and tracing the literature (primary and secondary), which then analyzes the data with a descriptive analytical frame of mind, which in the end comes a conclusion. The author gives a reconsideration of the manumbai culture of the Riau Malay Petalangan community which seems to contradict the prohibition of the al-Qur'an through transformation. The desired consideration in this research is through changing the form of worship of the sialang tree which is believed to have magical powers to trust and complete belief in Allah, who is the giver and recipient of the prayers of all his servants' requests.

Interpretasi ayat-ayat “pseudo kekerasan”: analisis psikoterapis atas karya-karya tafsir Ḥannān Laḥḥām
This dissertation originates from an observation of sharp differences in interpretation by exegetes, who wrote their Qur’anic exegeses in a violence-laden environment. Accounting for a number of considerations, the author opts for the exegesis of Ḥannān Laḥḥām as the subject of her study. While Lahham’s exegesis was laid out in a setting full of conflict, the exegetical ideas she propagated were seeking peace and harmony. In Lahham’s view, the majority of Muslim ummah was ailing and hence needed therapy in order to heal, especially with regard to interpreting the Qur’an. In this respect, the author understands Lahham’s offer as a model for therapeutic interpretation that may yield a way out for Muslims from their hatred prison to be able to read the Qur’an in a harmonious mode. To analyze Lahham’s exegetical ideas, the author asks three leading questions as follows: (1) How to categorize the pseudo-violent verses of the Qur’an? (2) What epistemological basis does Lahham’s exegesis have? (3) How does the interpretation that Lahham’s offered look like from psycotherapist perspective? In so doing, the dissertation employs an interdisciplinary approach, encompassing philosophical-historical interpretive, and psychotherapist. Historical interpretive approach used for analyzing epistemology of Laḥḥām’s exegesis, while psychotherapist approach applied to reach new psychological insight for understanding Laḥḥām’s interpretation of selected “pseudo violent” verses.With these three approaches, the following conclusions are reached: (1) There are four categories of “pseudo violent” verses of the Qur’an: explicitly restorative (307/6,66% of Meccan Surah and 149/9,18 of Medinan Surah), explicitly destructive (375/8,10% of Meccan and 126/7,81% of Medinan), implicitly restorative (55/14,19% of Meccan and 322/19,83% of Medinan), and implicitly destructive (232/5,01% of Meccan and 103/6,38% of Medinan). Out of 4624 Meccan verses, there are 1569 “pseudo violent” verses (amounting to 33,93%); out of 1612 Medinan verses, there are 700 “pseudo violent” verses (43,42%); in the whole Qur’an, consisting of 6236 verses, thus, there are 2269 “pseudo violent” verses (36,38%); (2) The epistemological basis for Lahham’s exegesis is twofold: explicit, including sources and methods used, and implicit, encompassing seven basic assumptions, namely (a) the Qur’an is relevant for every period and place, (b) the Qur’an’s composition, (c) the Qur’an as a Book of Peace, (d) the static nature of the Qur’an and dynamic of interpretation, (e) the absence of finality in interpretation, (f) the integration of Qur’anic and non-Qur’anic sciences, (g) interpretation as the bridge for implementing the Qur’an, and (h) two ethoses (reflecting on the āyat al-Kitāb, āyat al-anfus, āyat al-āfāq, and maqāṣid al-Qur’ān), and his mode of interpretation (‘adl and iḥsān in prophetic history); (3) To arrive at a harmonious reading of the Qur’an, one has to through away one’s irrational belief that disturbs one’s psyche, namely superiority, injustice, vulnerability, distrust, and helplessness. As a result, one may use one’s rational belief to understand the Qur’an under a new light, in a way that is more harmonious
IDENTIFIKASI AHOK DAN PESAN SATIRE DALAM CERPEN “KORUPTOR KITA TERCINTA” KARYA AGUS NOOR (Identification of Ahok’s Character and Satire Message in The Short Story “Our Beloved Corruptors” by Agus Noor)
Lahirnya sebuah karya sastra tidak bisa dilepaskan dari konteks sosial, budaya, ataupun politik yang melingkupinya karena sastra merupakan mimesis kehidupan. Dalam menyikapi persoalan korupsi, Agus Noor dalam karya cerpennya menghadirkan dimensi lain, yakni realitas korupsi dan aktor politik yang ada di dalamnya dengan muatan humor satire yang khas. Yang menjadi tujuan dalam penelitian ini ialah mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan (1) indentifikasi sosok Ahok dalam cerpen KKT karya Agus Noor; (2) pesan satire dalam cerpen KKT karya Agus Noor.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah deskriptif-kualitatif dengan pendekatan mimesis sastra. Sumber data berupa buku kumpulan cerpen Lelucon Para Koruptor. Data diambil dengan teknik rekam-catat untuk selanjutnya dianalisis dengan model analisis interaktif. Dari hasil kajian, dihasilkan simpulan bahwa (1) Tokoh utama dalam cerpen KKT memiliki identifikasi yang erat dengan sosok Ahok. Identifikasi tersebut didasarkan pada peristiwa yang dialami tokoh dalam cerita dengan realitas Ahok serta melalui karakter keras, lugas, berani, dan bicara ceplas-ceplos apa adanya. (2) Pesan satire dalam cerpen digunakan sebagai media kritik oleh pangarang terhadap realitas korupsi yang dilakukan para koruptor. Pesan satire digunakan oleh pangarang sebagai media alternatif dalam menyampaikan kritik tentang korupsi melalui guyonan “asem” yang segar nan miris.An art work is strongly related to social context, culture, or politic because it reflects the condition of life. For example, in responding corruption problem, Agus Noor in his literary works shows other dimensions such as the reality of corruption and political actors involved inside with the touch of a unique satire humor. The main purpose of this study was to describe and explain (1) the identification of Ahok’s character in the short story “Koruptor Kita Tercinta” (KKT) by Agus Noor; (2) the satire message in short story KKT by Agus Noor. The method used in this study was descriptive-qualitative method with the main data source was taken from the short story collection entitled Jokes of The Corruptors. The data were taken by using “recording-noting” technique to be further analyzed using analysis-interactive model. From the study, there were some conclusions: (1) the main character in the short story jokes of the corruptors has a strong identification with Ahok. That identification was based on the act experienced by the main character in the story which was compared with the reality and also through some characteristics described such as assertive, straightforward, to be brave, and to speak frankly. (2) The satire message contained in the short story was used as the media of critic by the author toward the corruption reality in Indonesia. Satire message was used by the author as an alternative way in conveying critics on corruption in a fresh and ironic way
Peran Permainan Tradisional dalam Meningkatkan Motorik Kasar Anak Usia 5-6 Di RA Al Fattah Pacing Parengan Tuban
Physical motor development is one of the most important factors in the overall development of individuals. The effectiveness of the application of traditional games (crank) in stimulating the gross motor nerves of children because in traditional games the child will use his physical abilities in playing. In addition, traditional games (crankshaft) can be used as cultural heritage, because in order for them to know it turns out traditional crank games are the original game of their ancestors, and this sustainability game must be maintained so that traditional crank games are not extinct and forgotten.This study aims to determine how the role of traditional games in improving gross motor skills in RA Al Fattah Pacing students in Tuban. To answer the big question the author uses qualitative research methodology with data search methods using Observation, Documentation, and Interview. Then the data obtained will be analyzed by data triangulation (source and technique)
The results showed that: 1) Traditional games (crankshaft) were instrumental in increasing the gross motor skills of RA Al Fattah Pacing Parengan Tuban students, this can be seen from the indicators of the many achievements of RA students at festivals and related competitions with the gross motoric abilities of children, 2) to improve students' gross motoric skills on an ongoing basis, educators continue to hone the gross motoric skills of students by continuing to make crank line pattern patterns with varied variations.Perkembangan fisik motorik merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat penting dalam perkembangan individu secara keselurahan. Keefektifan penerapan permainan tradisional (engklek) dalam merangsang syaraf motorik kasar anak karena dalam permainan tradisional tersebut anak akan menggunakan kemampuan fisiknya dalam bermain. Selain itu, permainan radisional (engklek) bisa dijadikan sebagai warisan budaya, karena agar mereka tahu ternyata permainan tradisional engklek ini mereupakan permainan asli dari nenek moyang mereka, serta permainan engklek ini harus dijaga kelestariannya agar permainan tradisonal engklek ini tidak punah dan terlupakan.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran permainan tradisional dalam meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar pada anak didik RA Al Fattah Pacing parengan Tuban. Untuk menjawab pertanyaan besar tersebut penulis menggunakan metodologi penelitian kualitatif dengan metode pencarian data menggunakan Observasi, Dokumentasi, dan Interview. Selanjutkan data yang diperoleh akan dianalisis dengan triangulasi data (sumber maupun teknik).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Permainan tradisional (engklek) sangatlah berperan dalam meingkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar anak didik RA Al Fattah Pacing Parengan Tuban, hal ini dapat dilihat dari indikator banyaknya prestasi yang diraih oleh anak didik RA tersebut pada festival dan kompetisi yang ada hubungannya dengan kemampuan motorik kasar anak, 2) untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar anak didik secara berkelanjutan, pendidik terus mengasah kempuan motorik kasar anak didik dengan terus membuat pola kotak-kotak garis engklek dengan variasi yang beragam
IMPLEMENTASI TUGAS POKOK DAN FUNGSI KEPALA URUSAN PEMERINTAHAN DALAM PERATURAN DAERAH KABUPATEN TANAH DATAR NOMOR 4 TAHUN 2008 TENTANG NAGARI
The main problem in this thesis is how to implement the main tasks and functions of the head of affairs in the Nagari Simawang government and how to review Islamic constitutional law on the implementation of the main tasks and functions of the head of affairs in the Nagari Simawang government. The purpose of this discussion is to find and describe the implementation of the main duties and functions of the head of affairs in the government of Nagari Simawang and to find out and describe the review of Islamic constitutional law on the implementation of the main tasks and functions of the head of affairs in the government of Nagari Simawang. The type of research that the author uses is field research (field research). Based on the research that the author did, it was found that, several functions carried out by the Head of Government Affairs in Tanah Datar Regency Number 4 of 2008 regarding Nagari had not run effectively because there were several functions that were less effective, namely the function of providing services to the community in the field of land / land. agrarian affairs in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and in the function of assisting tasks in the field of collecting land and building taxes.┬
PENGGUNAAN EDUCANDY DALAM EVALUASI PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana penggunaan educandy dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia agar menjadi game edukasi yang menyenangkan bagi siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Data penelitian yaitu hasil angket evaluasi dengan game edukasi. Sumber data penelitian yaitu siswa dan guru kelas X SMA Se-kota Tangerang Selatan. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan angket, dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yaitu menggunakan 1) reduksi data yaitu memilih data yang sesuai dengan rumusan penelitian, 2) penyajian data yaitu dilakukan dengan deskriptif, dan 3) penarikan simpulan yaitu untuk memudahkan penelitian dalam mengetahui hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu tingkat keseringan dalam memberikan soal latihan yaitu 95%, tingkat keseringan menggunakan game dalam evaluasi yaitu 90%, dan tingkat kepuasan penggunaan educandy yaitu 95%. kelebihan educandy sebagai sebuah game edukasi dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia yaitu 1) mempunyai banyak jenis permainan kata yang bisa dimainkan; 2) memudahkan pendidik untuk membuat kuis yang bervariasi; 3) Efektif untuk mengulas pemahaman peserta didik; 4) Menjadikan latihan soal lebih menyenangkan. Kekurangan dari educandy ini adalah pembuat kuis (author) tidak dapat mengetahui hasil pemain kuisnya serta memerlukan jaringan internet yang stabil. Metode Keteladanan dan Urgensinya Dalam Pendidikan Akhlak Menurut Perspektif Abdullah Nashih Ulwan
This paper explores Abdullah Nashih Ulwan's ideas about exemplary methods and their urgency in moral education. In this writing, the author uses the Content Analysis approach, so that the results of the study are not numbers but interpretations and words. The data collection was carried out with literature review techniques by making the book Tarbiyatul Aulad Fil Islam by Abdullah Nashih Ulwan as primary data, and the literature relating to the object of this study as secondary data. Then the data collected is analyzed using content analysis, i.e., by sorting out the data collected to analyze its contents according to what is needed so that a conclusion can be drawn. This research proves as follows: 1) According to Nashih Ulwan, the exemplary method is a method used in education in the context of forming the character of children by means of educators providing good role models for children. The examples of role models that must be exemplified by an educator are humility, courage, patience, honesty, piety, and firmness in children. 2) The importance of moral education in an educator must have a character or character that reflects good behavior in all aspects, especially in aspects of worship and morals. Educators must instill good attitude or role models in children.

Kemudian data-data yang terkumpul dianalisa dengan menggunakan content analysis yakni, dengan cara memilah-milah data yang terkumpul untuk dianalisa isinya sesuai dengan yang dibutuhkan sehingga dapat diambil suatu kesimpulan. Penelitian ini membuktikan sebagai berikut: 1) Menurut Nashih Ulwan, metode keteladanan merupakan metode yang digunakan dalam pendidikan dalam rangka membentuk akhlak anak dengan cara pendidik memberikan suri tauladan yang baik pada anak. Bentuk-bentuk suri tauladan yang harus dicontohkan seorang pendidik adalah kerendahan hati(ketawadu’an), keberanian, kesabaran, jujur, takwa serta ketegasan pada anak. 2) Urgensinya dalam pendidikan akhlak seorang pendidik harus memilki kharakter atau watak yang mencerminkan prilaku yang baik dalam segala aspek, terutama pada aspek ibadah dan akhlak. Pendidik harus menanamkan sikap atau suri tauladan yang baik pada anak.
