Full text linkKesejahteraan suatu bangsa dapat dipengaruhi oleh kesejahteraan ibu dan anak dari proses kehamilan,persalinan, nifas, neonatus dan pemakaian alat kontrasepsi.nPelayanan kesehatan maternal neonatal merupakan salah satu unsur penentu status kesehatan. Kesehatan maternal neonatal juga diartikan sebagai tolak ukur untuk menilai kualitas pelayanan obstetrik dan ginekologi di suatu wilayah, yang dapat dilihat dari Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) dan Angka Kematian Bayi (AKB). Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan yang menyeluruh dan bermutu kepada ibu dan bayi dalam lingkup kebidanan adalah
melakukan asuhan kebidanan secara komprehensif (continuity of care).
Ny. H berusia 35 tahun G3P1Ab1Ah1 selama kehamilannya rutin melakukan pemeriksaan ANC sebanyak 10 kali di PMB Yustina, Puskesmas Karangmojo I dan Dokter spesialis kandungan.Pendampingan pertama Ny. H dilakukan pada saat ibu
datang periksa di PMB Yustina pada usia kehamilan 36+3 minggu. Pendampingan selanjutnya dilakukan saat Ibu periksa ulang di PMB Yustina, kunjungan rumah,dan melalui whatsapp. Selama kehamilan dan persalinan tidak ditemukan adanya komplikasi. Ibu melahirkan secara spontan di PMB Yustina. Bayi lahir langsung menangis dan warna kulit kemerahan dengan jenis kelamin laki-laki. By. Ny. H lahir dengan BB 3450 gr, PB 50 cm, LK 34 cm, LD 34 cm, dan LLA 12 cm. Pada
masa neonatus, tidak terdapat permasalahan. Sedangkan pada masa nifas Ny. H mengalami kaki bengkak dan bendungan ASI. Asuhan kebidanan sudah diberikan sesuai dengan masalah yang ada. Ibu memilih menggunakan alat kontrasepsi IUD setelah selesai masa nifas

Mandiri Bidan Yustina Sri Widati yang berlokasi di Jl. Karangmojo-Ponjong Km.
3, Ngagel, Karangmojo, Gunungkidul. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini
didapat melalui observasi langsung dengan wawancara dan dokumentasi,
sedangkan analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk menganalisis data.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perhitungan unit cost pada pelayanan
persalinan normal menunjukkan hasil yang lebih besar daripada tarif yang telah
ditentukan oleh Praktik Mandiri Bidan Yustina Sri Widati
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) untuk mengetahui transparansi terhadap pengelolaan keuangan di desa Boroko kecamatan Kaidipang kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Utara, 2) Faktor-faktor yang dihadapi pemerintah desa dalam pengelolaan keuangan, 3) Upaya yang dilakukan pemerintah desa untuk meningkatkan prinsip partisipatif dan responsive serta pelaksanaan pengelolaan keuangan yang transparan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) pertanggung jawaban keuangan di desa Boroko sudah berjalan dengan baik dan telah melaksanakan konsep pembangunan pasrtisipatif masyarakat desa, 2) Faktor-faktor penghambat dalam pengelolaan keuangan di desa Boroko kecamatan kaidipang kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Utara yakni kompetensi sumber daya manusia 3) Untuk meningkatkan keberhasilan pengelolaan keuangan di Desa Boroko perlu dilakukan langkah-langkah: Pelatihan bagi Perangkat desa selaku Tim Pelaksana desa tentang manajemen dan administrasi pengelolaan keuangan desa, Penyediaan sarana yang memadai, Dilakukan monitoring dan evaluasi secara berkelanjutan untuk memperbaiki kinerja disemua sisi baik fisik, teknis, maupun administrasi

Medode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian PTK subyek penelitian adalah 11 0rang peserta didik kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 48 Ketanjak. Indikator kinerja penelitian ini adalah 70% peserta didik mengalami peningkatan. This research conducted to determine influence between Job Satisfaction amd Employee Commitment toward the Work Productivity on PT Capsugel Indonesia. This research used survey methods with the causality approach and secondary data (Job Productivity) and primary data (job satisfaction and employee commitment). The sampling technique that used in this research is proportional random sampling technique with 58 respondents as sample. Data account which used is SPSS 17.0. From the results of F test, found that job satisfaction and employee commitment simultaneously influence to job productivity seen from F count (292,696) > F(3,219). Then partially, job satisfaction has t count (15,554)> t tabel tabel (2,02). That means that job satisfaction has a significant positive effect to job productivity. Work motivation has t (2,155) >t(2,02). It means that work motivation has significant positive effect to job productivity. Beside that, the result of R tabel 2 equal to 0,933 that means job satisfaction and employee commitment explained job productivity equal to 93,3% and 6,7% explained with another variable that not include to this research
Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
Full text linkWe conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
sophisticated methods
