manajemen kinerja dan perbaikan secara berkelanjutan. Untuk menciptakan
manajemen kinerja yang efektif diperlukan sistem pengukuran yang mampu
mengevaluasi kinerja supply chain secara holistik. Salah satu upaya untuk
memperbaiki kinerja rantai pasok adalah dengan melakukan pengendalian
persediaan pada masing-masing rantai pasok. Dengan penelitian ini akan dilakukan
pengukuran kinerja supply chain management, hasil dari pengukuran nantinya diharapkan
dapat membantu perusahaan dalam menentukan strategi yang akan dijalankan di masa
mendatang untuk mencapai tujuan yang dinginkan. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini
adalah untuk mengetahui performansi kinerja supply chain existing dari Div.
HANDAKKOM PT.PINDAD (Persero). Dengan mengetahui performansi kinerja saat ini
diharapkan Div. HANDAKKOM dapat melakukan perbaikan untuk kinerja-kinerja yang
menghambat tercapainya tujuan perusahaan yaitu dapat memberikan pelayanan yang
terbaik kepada konsumen.
Div. HANDAKKOM belum pernah melakukan pengukuran performansi
terhadap supply chainnya sebelumnya. Oleh karena itu dengan adanya supply chain
management, akan sangat membantu perusahaan bagaimana agar proses dalam memenuhi
kebutuhan dapat berjalan efisien untuk mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan.
Setelah dilakukan pengukuran, dilakukan perbaikan dan perbaikan yang
dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan pengurangan persediaan atau inventory reduction.
Hasilnya adalah nilai untuk tiap kinerja supply chain management dan kebijakan yang
sebaiknya dilakukan untuk mencapaian nilai tersebut. Saat ini performansi supply chain
existing Div. HANDAKKOM dikatakan sudah cukup baik karena memiliki nilai 0.65
untuk skala 0-1. Sebagian besar dari metriks-metriks yang diukur mempunyai skor yang
cukup bagus,sehingga performansi supply chain di Div. HANDAKKOM secara
keseluruhan mempunyai nilai yang baik. Akan tetapi terdapat beberapa metriks yang
perlu diperhatikan oleh pihak perusahaan karena mempunyai skor atau nilai yang
cukup rendah, yaitu dibawah 0.60. Untuk kinerja yang nilainya kurang baik
diberikan usulan alternatif perbaikan untuk meningkat kinerja di masa yang akan
datang.
Setelah dilakukan perbaikan kemudian akan disimulasi berdasarkan kebijakan
yang dihasilkan dari perbaikan ataupun dengan kebijakan yang lain. Model perbaikan
yang disimulasikan adalah kinerja yang memiliki nilai performansi yang kurang dari ratarata
atau dapat juga dikatakan untuk kinerja-kinerja yang masih memiliki nilai yang
buruk, sedangkan untuk kinerja-kinerja yang sudah memiliki nilai yang baik tidak
dilakukan perbaikan. Skenario yang dilakukan untuk perbaikan adalah dengan
melakukan pengurangan waktu inventory days of supply dari 165.64 hari menjadi 150
hari dan 120 hari dan juga meningkatkan inventory turn over sebanyak tiga kali dalam
satu tahun. Dengan dilakukannya perbaikan ini diharapkan nilai performansi supply chain

The representation of moral values through characters in Wonder novel
No full textThe good literary work is there are good things can be taken and applied in daily life by the people. Also, an author can communicate with the readers of a literary work if they can understand what the author wants to send. Usually in the end of read the novel, we can find the message or moral value that delivered by author for us as the readers. In this study, the researcher took the topic of moral values in a novel. Moral value is often interested by an author in their work as an attempt to express his views in the true values of human life. This study dealt with a novel entitled Wonder written by R. J. Palacio. The background of this research appears based on her experience in the real life. Therefore, the objectives of the study were: (1) to find out the kinds of moral value through characters in the novel (2) to find out the effect of moral values of main character to the other characters in the novel. To find out the solution, the researcher used theory of literature and moral understanding by Frank Palmer. In addition, this research used the qualitative method and moral value criticism and pragmatic approach. The results as follow; Firstly, the researcher found kinds of moral values through characters, there are two categories, they are relationship between human beings and own self such as self-esteem, honesty and admitting fault and relationship between human beings and others such as love and affection, kindness, sympathy, empathy, respect, helpful, courage, friendliness, delightfulness, honesty, motivation, intimidation and arrogance. Secondly, the effect of moral values of the main character to the other characters such as self-reliance, helpful, respect, sincerity and kindness. So, the conclusion what researcher get is about doing good to anyone, the aspects of kindness that are exemplified by the charcaters of the Wonder novel in the analysis can be a reference in real life for us as the readers
Trends and Issues of Ethnoscience Research from 2008 to 2023: A Bibliometric Analysis
No full textThis paper aims to analyze research trends on ethnoscience using bibliometric analysis from 2008-2023. The research sample consisted of 153 documents obtained from the Scopus database. The results of the study show that the distribution of publication frequency reaches its peak in 2021 with 32 articles identified. The distribution of research themes consists of 4 primary clusters and 35 secondary clusters. The ethnoscience research area is dominated by social science research (30.2%). The country with the best documents shows that Indonesia is ranked first as the most productive country in publishing on ethnoscience with 74 identified documents. The United States released second place with 28 documents, third Brazil with 10 documents, fourth Canada with 9 documents, and fifth France, Germany, Italy and the Russian Federation with 5 documents each. Institutions that contributed the most came from Indonesia, Universitas Negeri Semarang 22 papers 33.66%, University of Alberta 9 papers 13.77%, Universitas Negeri Surabaya 7 papers 10.71, Universitas Negeri Padang 7 papers 7.65%. The best author with the highest number of citations is Dahdouh. Meanwhile, if we look at the number of documents published by the author, Sudarmin has 10 documents with a contribution of 15.3%.

This application, is created by using eclipse program. The module will be used as an experimental module in telecommunication engineering laboratory.

Citation Analysis of Books and Articles Usages of Thesis Writing in Communication Science Major of Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatra Utara in 2019-2023
No full textThis research analyses citation patterns, literature characteristics, and authorship patterns in books and articles citations in thesis writing of communication science at Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatra Utara in 2019-2023. A descriptive method was conducted to collect and analyse data from 52 theses as the research population. The results showed that thesis citation patterns from 2019-2023 exhibited significant variations in book and article usage, especially book citations dominating each year. Specifically, Indonesian-language literature was predominantly cited. The authorship pattern revealed that 65% of citations came from the single author with an average of 17 citations per thesis. This study also identified the most frequently cited authors: Sugiyono, for his book on quantitative, qualitative, and R&D research methods, and Onong Uchjana Effendy, for his book title "Communication Science Theory and Practice." In the communication journal category, Rahmanita Ginting was frequently cited. The results also indicated that the Communication Science thesis still lacked citations from journal articles, especially reputable ones.83 PagesSkripsi Sarjan

No full textDiabetes Mellitus (DM) is often referred to as diabetes is a condition in which the body cannot produce insulin as needed or the body cannot use the insulin produces optimally so that there is a spike in blood sugar levels beyond normal. Diabetes mellitus can be controlled by pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapy. One of the management of diabetes mellitus with non-pharmakological is walking exercise therapy. The peper aims to determain the application of walking exercise with unstable blood sugar levels in diabetes mellitus. This writing method uses case studes. The author does exercise theraphy walkig once a day for three days in a row. Walking exercise therapy is done for 30 minutes. The result obtain after therapy were a decrease in blood sugar levels from 240mmol/L to 180mmol/L. It can be concluded that there is a significant effect of giving walking exercise therapy on the instability of blood sugar levels

No full textLeptospirosis is a zoonotic disease caused by Leptospira . Leptospirosis is a public health problem throughout the world, including in Indonesia. The case of leptospirosis in Tangerang District in 2015 was increased the most cases located in the area of Puskesmas Kronjo . Environmental factors affect the spread of leptospirosis disease one of the biotic factors. The aim of the study to analyze the relationship of biotic environmental factors to the incidence of leptospirosis in Tangerang Regency. The research was conducted by cross sectional with location observation approach, and observation by questionnaire of biotic environment of resident's house. The number of house samples for biotic environmental inspection were 35 houses.The data collected includes the presence of pets at home, and plants around the house. Data on the success of rat catching was done by catching rat at the site. Data were analyzed descriptively and bivariate analysis. The results showed that vegetation (OR = 1,103, 95% CI = 0,987-1,234, p = 0,579) and pets (OR = 0,567; 95% CI = 0,47-6,895; p = 0,653) were statistically unrelated to the incidence of leptospirosis. The high trap success at the study site may be a potential risk for leptospirosis events.

Family is one place for teenagers to grow. Through the family, youth behave in accordance with what is taught from the family. In today's more modern times, the relationships are increasingly deviating and exceeding the limits of existing norms. Every association has a very big influence. In this case, the method used is a qualitative method, which is looking for various information regarding appropriate discussions through books and journals. Through the collection of information obtained, the author tries to explain how important it is to build relationships with Christian youth today
