Free-surface flow under a sluice gate of an inclined wall from deep water
No full textNonlinear solutions of free surface flow under a sluice gate are studied. Upstream, the fluid is assumed to be infinitely deep, and the gate is at an angle to the horizontal axis. The flow emerges from the gate and produces a uniform flow far downstream. The problem is solved numerically by a boundary element method derived from an integral equation along the free surface. An analytical function is constructed, related to the upstream flow, so that the integral equation is solvable. As a result, a free surface flow with smooth detachment from the edge of the gate is obtained for relatively large upstream Froude numbers. As the Froude number decreases, a free surface with back flow near the edge of the gate occurs, until at a certain Froude number a stagnation point occurs.

The aim of this study was to determine the Cd metal content in meat of thothok shellfish (Geloina erosa), water, and sediments in the mangrove area of Segara Anakan, Cilacap, Central Java i.e., Muara Dua, Motean, and Lomanis. The study was conducted in June-November 2005 with two replication samples. Seawater and sediment samples were taken at a depth of 3 meters from the water surface, while shellfish were taken at random. Cd level was analyzed using AAS (Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer). Other parameters measured are environmental parameters (i.e. temperature and pH). The results showed that the average measurement in three stations was: Cd content in shellfish meat 0.05 mg/kg (ppm), sea water 0.04 mg/kg, and sediment 0.12 mg/kg, temperature 30.8 C, and pH value 7.66. The highest levels of Cd are found in sediments. ANOVA statistical analysis showed that the metal content of Cd in the three stations tends to be uniform. Cd content in shellfish and temperature showed a direct correlation of +0.193. Cd content in water and sediment with temperature had a reverse correlation of -0.038 and -0.174. Cd content in shellfish and water with pH showed inverse correlation of -0.070 and -0.125. Cd content in sediment with pH had a significant direct correlation of +0,699.</jats:p

No full textThe Birth of the Board of Ethics of the Constitutional Judges cannot be separated from the effort to uphold a code of ethics and maintain of the dignity of the constitutional judges. Abuse of authority in the judiciary has led to the destruction of the legal system and the non-fulfillment of a sense of justice. Judicial mafias has destroyed the foundation of the authority of the judiciary and undermine the honor and dignity of judges, therefore it is necessary to take concrete measures to restore the authority of the judiciary and maintaining the honor of judges as the main pillars of the judiciary in enforcing law and justice. One concrete step is the need for strengthening the supervisory system of ethics against constitutional judges, the results of which will provide input to the Constitutional Court, whether the monitoring system of ethics against constitutional judges applied so far has been able to maintain the honor, dignity, and constitutional justices, and whether the system has provided legal certainty in its enforcement against violations of the Code of Ethics and Conduct of Constitutional Judges. Strengthening the role of the board of ethics of constitutional judges as guardians of constitutional judges dignity can be constantly improved by opening access to complaints from the public against allegations of ethical violations committed by constitutional judges

Pendekatan ini selaras dengan pandangan dalam agama Buddha bahwa belajar tidak hanya untuk mengetahui dan mengingat (pariyatti), tetapi juga untuk melaksanakan (patipatti), dan mencapai penembusan (pativedha). “Seseorang banyak membaca kitab suci, tetapi tidak berbuat sesuai dengan ajaran, orang yang lengah itu sama seperti gembala yang menghitung sapi milik orang lain, ia tidak akan memperolah manfaat kehidupan suci.” (Dhp.19). Pembelajarannya dibagi ke dalam beberapa kegiatan keagamaan yang harus dilakukan peserta didik dalam usaha memahami pengetahuan agamanya dan mengaktualisasikannya dalam tindakan nyata dan sikap keseharian, baik dalam bentuk ibadah ritual maupun ibadah sosial. Peran guru sangat penting untuk meningkatkan dan menyesuaikan daya serap peserta didik dengan ketersediaan kegiatan yang ada pada buku ini. ABSTRAK
Kasus dengan pemasangan tiang penyangga fiber optik terjadi di Kota Malang. Belum adanya regulasi yang jelas yang dapat memberikan payung hukum terkait aturan pemasangan tiang penyangga fiber optik dalam bidang telekomunikasi tersebut menjadikan timbulnya kekosongan hukum, sehingga masih banyaknya oknum-oknum tertentu yang melakukan pelanggaran hukum. Oleh karena itu, di Kota Malang masih sangat membutuhkan suatu aturan yang jelas terkait pemasangan tiang penyangga fiber optik dalam bidang telekomunikasi agar dapat mempunyai regulasi yang jelas seperti dengan peraturan yang telah ada di Kota lain seperti yang terdapat di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis perbedaan pengaturan pemasangan tiang penyangga fiber optik di Kota Tangerang Selatan dan di Kota Malang dan urgensi dari pengaturan pemasangan tiang penyangga fiber optik di Kota Malang. Jenis penelitian menggunakan yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute-approach) dan pendekatan komparatif (comparative-approach). Teknik penelusuran bahan hukum dengan cara studi dokumentasi (document research) serta dengan studi kepustakaan (library research) dan penelusuran bahan dari situs di internet. Teknik analisis bahan hukum menggunakan Interpretasi Sistematis dan interpretasi gramatikal. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pengaturan terkait pemasangan tiang penyangga fiber optic di Kota Tangerang Selatan dan di Kota Malang bahwa Kota Tangerang Selatan memiliki pengaturan pemasangan tiang penyangga fiber optik melalui saluran udara telah secara spesifik dan rinci termuat dalam Peraturan Walikota Tangerang Selatan Nomor 47 Tahun 2019 tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Walikota Nomor 3 Tahun 2019 tentang Penataan dan Pengendalian Pembangunan Menara Telekomunikasi. Sedangkan di Kota Malang Pengaturan pemasangan tiang penyangga fiber optik melalui saluran udara hanya diatur dalam Pasal 22 ayat (2) Peraturan Daerah Kota Malang Nomor 6 Tahun 2013 tentang Penyelenggaraan Menara Telekomunikasi. Urgensi dari Pengaturan Pemasangan Tiang Penyangga Fiber Optik di Kota Malang saat ini membutuhkan adanya payung hukum apabila mereka ingin melakukan kegiatan usaha, tujuan dan fungsinya sangat jelas terhadap pemerintah dan masyarakat itu sendiri agar dapat berimbang.

The absence of proper regulations regarding fibre optic pole issues has led to legal loopholes, raising the likelihood of violations of the law by irresponsible parties. Due to these issues, Malang city requires proper regulations regarding fibre optic pole issues within the scope of telecommunication, compared to South Tangerang city with its more proper regulation regarding the same matter. This research investigates and analyses the difference between the regulatory provisions regarding fibre optic poles in South Tangerang and those in Malang city and the urgency in the regulation concerned. This research employed normative-juridical methods and statutory and comparative approaches, and the legal materials were obtained from documentation, library research, and online sources. The legal materials were analyzed based on systematic and grammatical interpretation. No full text ABSTRAK Kurikulum yang dirancang menyesuaikan kondisi pandemic COVID-19, dimana pada pelaksanaannya menyesuaikan kondisi regional masing-masing daerah sesuai laju laju penyebaran virus. Kemendikbudristek meluncurkan kurikulum tersebut pada kondisi pandemic COVID-19 sebagai sebutan kurikulum darirat pada kondisi khusus. Tujuan dari penelitian yang digagas penulis adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kesiapan pembelajaran pada penerapan kurikulum darurat. Peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif, dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Muhammadiyah 16 Suarabaya. Tehnik pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan wawancara terhadap kepala sekolah, wakil kepala dan guru. Tehnik analisis data yang dipilih oleh penulis adalah model miles-Huberman. Hasil yang didapatkan dari analisis penerapan kurikulum darurat di SD Muhammadiyah 16 Surabaya memiliki empat kreteria yang sangat penting untuk dilaksanakan sebagai Langkah untuk menjalankan pembelajaran penerapan kurikulum darurat sebagaimana; 1) Sistem Pembelajaran Daring, 2) Implementasi Pembelajaran Darurat, 3) Penunjang Pembelajaran daring, 4) Inovasi Pembelajaran Daring, dan 5) Dampak positif dan Negatif Pembelajaran daring pada penerapan Kurikulum darurat.Kata Kunci: penerapan, kurikulum Darurat, covid-19 ABSTRACTThe curriculum is designed to adapt to the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic, which in its implementation adjusts the regional conditions of each region according to the rate at which the virus is spreading. The Ministry of Education and Culture launched the curriculum in the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic as a formal curriculum for special conditions. The purpose of the research initiated by the author is to determine the level of learning readiness in implementing the emergency curriculum. The researcher uses a qualitative research type, with a case study approach. This research was conducted at SD Muhammadiyah 16 Suarabaya. The data collection technique used was observation and interviews with school principals, vice principals and teachers. The data analysis technique chosen by the author is the miles-Huberman model. The results obtained from the analysis of the implementation of the emergency curriculum at SD Muhammadiyah 16 Surabaya have four very important criteria to be implemented as steps to carry out the learning of implementing the emergency curriculum as; 1) Online Learning System, 2) Implementation of Emergency Learning, 3) Supporting Online Learning, 4) Online Learning Innovation, and 5) Positive and Negative Impacts of Online Learning on the Implementation of Emergency Curriculum.Keywords :  application, emergency curriculum, covid-1

No full textBackground: Correct and reliable information is important related to the safety of drug use. In an economic system based on the market, consumers increasingly rely on advertising and other forms of promotion to get information to make decisions whether to buy a product or not. Objectives: This study aims to determine the quality of influenza advertising on television and its effect on the selection of drugs by self -medication to the community in Village Melati. Method: This study uses a cross sectional survey method. A total of 230 people involved in this study were aged 18 years and above and were chosen with Snowball Sampling techniques. Data collection is done by filling out online questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed by percentage technique. The quality of advertising drugs on television is currently being analyzed with scoring techniques. The study was conducted from June to July 2022. Results: The results showed that of the twelve advertisements of the flu drug on television, ten of them were classified as good and two advertisements were classified as moderate. A total of 84,78% of advertisements affect the selection of drugs by self-medication. Conclusion: Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the advertising of the flu drug on television is classified as good.
