Binti Maunah, M.Pd.I Kata Kunci: Budaya Religius, Kecerdasan Emosional Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh salah satu masalah yang sering terjadi dalam dunia pendidikan yaitu merebaknya kenakalan remaja seperti tawuran, membolos, pencurian, penyalah gunaan obat terlarang, dan perundungan yang menjadi perhatian khusus di kalangan masyarakat. Dimana sebagaian masyarakat berasumsi bahwa ada kesalahan dalam penerapan system pendidikan yang ada di Indonesia, yang menyebabkan perilaku siswa menyimpang dari norma-norma sosial. Berbagai masalah yang muncul menyebabkan dunia pendidikan kurang dalam membentuk kepribadian siswa karena di Indonesia cenderung kurang memperhatikan kecerdasan emosional siswa. Oleh sebab itu, perlu penguatan dan tindak lanjut dalam mewujudkan kecerdasan emosional. Salah satu caranya adalah menanamkan budaya religius di sekolah. Dimana budaya religius merupakan cara berfikir atau bertindak yang didasarkan atas nilai-nilai keberagamaan secara menyeluruh. Budaya religius memiliki peran penting dan menjadi salah satu upaya yang dapat dijadikan alternatif pendukung dalam penguatan dan menindak lanjuti kecerdasan emosional siswa. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut, peneliti mengambil penelitian di MAN 1 Tulungagung sebagai objek penelitian yang menerapkan budaya religius kepada siswa. Untuk mendalami hal tersebut, peneliti merumuskan fokus penelitian sebagai berikut: 1) Bagaimana penerapan budaya religius pada siswa kelas X di MAN 1 Tulungagung? 2) Bagaimana kecerdasan emosional siswa kelas X di MAN 1 Tulungagung? 3) Bagaimana dampak dari penerapan budaya religius dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan emosional siswa kelas X di MAN 1 Tulungagung? Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan budaya religius, kondisi kecerdasan emosional siswa, dan dampak dari penerapan budaya religius dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan emosional siswa khususnya pada kelas X. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian case study dan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian adalah observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Didalam pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan perpanjangan keikutsertaan, ketentuan pengamatan, triangulasi, dan pemeriksaan sejawat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat diketahui: 1) Budaya religius yang diterapkan pada siswa kelas X di MAN 1 Tulungagung terbagi menjadi kegiatan harian (membaca Al-Qur’an, Asmaul Husna, dan shalawat Nariyah di pagi hari, shalat Dhuha dan shalat Dhuhur berjamaah), mingguan (program Tahfidzul Qur’an dan kegiatan hafalan surah-surah pendek serta doa sehari-hari dan shalawat nabi), bulanan (Tahsin Al-Qur’an dan kajian kitab kuning Fiqih Fathul Qorib), tahunan (PHBI, pondok Ramadhan dan manasik haji), dan secara incidental (Istighasah). Ada juga budaya religius 5S yaitu Senyum, Salam, Sapa, Sopan, dan Santun. Dalam penerapan budaya religius siswa kelas X dilaksanakan melalui pembiasaan-pembiasaan yang sudah dilakukan dan keteladanan para guru terkait sikap kedisplinan yang diterapkan di dalam madrasah. 2) Kecerdasan emosional siswa kelas X di MAN 1 Tulungagung bisa dikatakan baik akan tetapi terdapat beberapa hal yang menghambat jalannya proses tersebut antara lain: Efek pandemi corona yang menyebabkan siswa tidak bisa bersosialisasi secara baik dengan temannya, siswa menjadi mudah tersinggung dengan perlakuan temannya, dan siswa yang secara emosionalnya belum terbiasa dengan lingkungan setelah pandemi corona. Untuk kecerdasan emosional siswa kelas X di MAN 1 Tulungagung yang lebih menonjol adalah mengelola emosi dan memotivasi diri sendiri. 3) Dampak dari penerapan budaya religius dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan emosional siswa kelas X di MAN 1 Tulungagung: Terwujudnya siswa yang berakhlak baik terhadap guru dan teman, terwujudnya siswa yang disiplin dan menaati peraturan, terwujudnya siswa yang berperilaku jujur serta tanggung jawab, terbentuknya rasa sabar dikarenakan hati yang tenang

    Crime is an act that is detrimental and disrupts people’s comfort and life. Crime has occurred a long time ago, even when Indonesia was still called the archipelago in 1929. The research aims to find out how crime developed in East Kalimantan in 1929. This research uses the historical research method according to Kuntowijoyo which consists of five stages. The first stage is selecting a topic. The second source collection consists of two sources. Primary sources in this research use the Bintang Borneo Newspaper published in 1929. Secondary sources in this research use several history and crime journals. The third stage is Verification. Fourth stage Interpretation. Fifth Stage of Historiography. The results of this research are that when the world experienced the Great Depression in 1929, the majority of crimes that occurred in East Kalimantan in January 1929 were cases of robbery. Other crimes include murder, fights and fraud committed by the police

    This Final Project Report was prepared by Nabila Putri Apriliani with Student Registration Number 2041211009, with the title "IMPLEMENTATION OF TAPPING-BOX IN HOTEL TAX AT HOTEL AUGUSTA PELABUHANRATU". This Final Project Report was prepared by the author based on research conducted at Hotel Augusta Pelabuhanratu. The author concludes that taxes are mandatory contributions that must be paid by the people to the state which are used to build state public facilities, as well as to finance the budget for education, health, infrastructure development, and other productive activities for the welfare of society. Local taxes are one of the types of taxes in Indonesia, one of which consists of Regency/City Taxes. Hotel Tax is a tax that is included in Regency/Municipal Tax. The method in this study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, in which the researcher made observations regarding the use of the Tapping-Box at the Augusta Pelabuhanratu Hotel by following all the directions requested. The object of this research is the officer at Hotel Augusta Pelabuhanratu who is responsible for the operation of the Tapping-Box. Until now, Hotel Augusta Pelabuhanratu has carried out the application of the Tapping-Box very well in accordance with government directives

    Religious culture is a way of thinking or acting that is based on overall religious values. It can also be said that religious culture is manifested from the values ??of religious teachings which are used as traditions in behavior and are followed by school members. Religious culture has an important role and is one of the efforts that can be used as an alternative support in supporting education in Indonesia. The focus of this research is to determine the application of religious culture in first grade at Islamic High School 1 Tulungagung. This research uses a qualitative research approach and the type of research used is case study and descriptive research. In this research, data collection was based on three parts, namely person, place and paper. The data collection techniques used participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The results of this research found that the religious culture applied to class, weekly (Tahfidzul Qur'an program and activities for memorizing short surahs as well as daily prayers and the prophet's blessings), monthly (Tahsin Qur'an and study of yellow book of Fiqh Fathul Qorib), annual (PHBI, Islamic Boarding School and Haji rituals), and incidentally (Istighasah). There is also a 5S religious culture, namely Smiling, Egards, Greet, Be polite and Courteous. In implementing the religious culture of first grade students, it is implemented through the habits that have been carried out and an example of the teachers regarding disciplinary attitudes implemented in madrasah.

(Advisor Andri Indrawan, S.E., M.Ak and Tina Kartini, SE., M.Sy. This study aims to determine the effect of non-performing loans and loan to deposit ratio on profitability. The variables used in this study are non-performing loans, loan to deposit ratio and profitability. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with an associative approach. The population in this study is the annual financial report of BPR Sukabumi Kalapanunggal Branch for the period 2014-2018 and a sample of 60 financial statements was taken. In this study the sample taker was using a purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used is secondary data. The analysis technique used is the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed: The dependent variable is profitability, while the independent variable is the non-performing loan and loan to deposit ratio. The results of this study indicate that partially a non-performing loan has a negative effect on profitability with the results of the t test amounting to -4,610 with a significant value of 0,000. The loan to deposit ratio has an effect on the t test of 2,271 with a significant value of 0.027. While simultaneously non-performing loans and loan to deposit ratios have a significant effect on profitability with the F test results of 12,697 with a significant of 0,000. Then it can be concluded that non-performing loans and loan to deposit ratio have an effect of 31.3% on profitability and the remaining 68.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study by the author

    KREATIFITAS DALAM PEMBELAJARAN PAI: STRATEGI KOOPERATIF BERBASIS MIND MAPPING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KONSENTRASI SISWA

    Mind Mapping is considered a suitable instructional approach for elementary education, as it aligns with the natural tendencies of young learners who are more engaged in interactive and enjoyable activities. In the context of Islamic Religious Education (PAI), a cooperative learning strategy integrated with Mind Mapping has been shown to enhance students’ concentration during lessons. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of this approach in improving students’ focus at SD TAQUMA Surabaya. Employing a qualitative research design through a literature review method, data were gathered using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The findings reveal that implementing a cooperative Mind Mapping strategy fosters active student participation and encourages the development of collaborative skills, a sense of solidarity, and group responsibility. The subjects of this study were students at SD TAQUMA Surabaya. Furthermore, this strategy positively influences students’ learning motivation, as they feel more engaged and involved in the classroom process. Overall, the application of this method not only deepens students’ understanding of Islamic teachings but also supports the cultivation of religious character, piety, and the ability to embody moral values in everyday life

    Evaluasi Jerami Sorgum Varietas Samurai 2 Hasil Iradiasi Gamma secara In Sacco

    Studi in sacco dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh iradiasi gamma terhadap degradasi dan produk fermentasi rumen dari substrat jerami sorgum varietas Samurai 2. Dosis iradiasi yang digunakan sebesar 0, 100 dan 150 kGy bersumber dari cobalt-60. Metode yang digunakan adalah evaluasi secara in sacco dengan titik pengambilan parameter pada jam ke-0, 12, 24, 48 dan 72. Variabel yang diamati adalah degradasi Bahan Kering (BK), karakteristik degradasi BK, degradasi Bahan Organik (BO), karakteristik degradasi BO dan produk fermentasi rumen. Produk fermentasi rumen yang diamati meliputi kondisi pH, konsentrasi amoniak (NH3) dan produksi volatile fatty acid (VFA) total. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan tiga perlakuan dan lima ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada periode inkubasi ke-72 jam, dosis iradiasi 150 kGy mampu meningkatkan degradasi BK sebesar 21,66% dibandingkan kontrol dan 12,09% dibandingkan dosis 100 kGy (P<0,05). Perlakuan iradiasi gamma dapat meningkatkan nilai degradasi maksimum (a+b) BK pada jerami sorgum varietas Samurai 2 (P<0,05). Perlakuan iradiasi gamma dosis 150 kGy juga mempengaruhi karakteristik degradasi BO yaitu peningkatan parameter degradasi efektif (DE) pada nilai k 0,02 (P<0,05). Perlakuan iradiasi gamma dapat meningkatkan kondisi pH dan konsentrasi NH3 (P<0,05). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa Iradiasi gamma dosis 100 dan 150 kGy mampu meningkatkan degradasi BK dan BO. Dosis radiasi 150 kGy merupakan dosis terbaik untuk meningkatkan degradasi BK maksimum (a+b)
